Luiza Mazrreku: I am a Caucasian, olive skin, tanned white Eastern European and have very thick dark black hairs. I had one session of full body laser treatment with Adriana and over 50% of the hair did not grow back and the hairs that did were very thin and sparse. I have other laser treatments at other clinics and nothing worked but this one session I saw unbelievable results and it was painless. With a very friendly and lovely laser specialist who made me feel safe and secure.

Amarjit Kaur: I had longstanding pigmentation on my neck. There was notable difference in the colour of my face and my neck. I’ve had multiple creams and treatments I’ve the years but nothing worked. However so far I’ve had two herbal peeling treatments from The Laser Treatment Clinic and have already noticed a major improvement. I think I’ll need one more treatment and the skin tone will be even. I highly recommend it to anyone with the same or similar issues related to pigmentation or uneven skin tone.

Gemma Albone: I visited the clinic to treat acne scarring, having the collagen induction course of 6 treatments. My skin texture has definitely improved and I’m really happy with the results - others have noticed too. Would definitely recommend for a non invasive treatment.

Shamikka Baskaran: Really great experience. Treatment: Diamond dermabrasion I had a scar on my nose which appeared as a bump on the side of my nose. After having 6 sessions of treatment, the scar has massively improved and is no longer visible. The staff at the clinic are so lovely and would 100% recommend their services!

Nada Dahdal: I have been to this clinic before for full body and face. Its terrible and do not recommend it. Firstly machine use always to turn off during the sessions and I have to reschedule the treatment for another day. Secondly, I have cancelled and rescheduled my appointment couple of times because I got my marriage coming up and I had to prepare it. They did not reschedule it for me. The cancelled the rest sessions. I do not recommend this clinic for anyone. And now I have booked a laser treatment with different clinic , better reputation and a lot less money.
Response: Dear Nada We sincerely apologise if your results were not as what we normally achieve at the clinic. We notice you last attended the clinic approximately 1.5 years ago and that the interval period between your last session and penultimate session was 6 months. As you are aware (and as we have repeatedly advised you as we do everyone), you must attend your laser hair removal sessions in a frequency of every 4-6 weeks in order to achieve the best results, due to the nature of the hair growth pattern. Your review also fails to mention is that we require 2 working days notice to change or cancel a booking, otherwise a treatment will be taken. This is standard across most clinic in the UK. We notify you of this policy before you schedule treatments and in our courtesy reminders each and every time you make an appointment. However, there has been 1 occasion when you cancelled last minute on the day and 3 occasions that you have simply not showed up without even a courtesy of a call or responding to our messages. There is no mention of personal circumstances that you allude to in your review. You may not be aware but the number of times you have simply not showed up amounts to 8 hours of treatment time that we have not been able to schedule for our other clients. Despite this to be fair, we have only removed approximately the last 1 hour of your treatment package, not the ‘rest of your sessions’. As you can now see from the above information from our side, we have been as fair and accommodating as we possibly could be in the circumstances. We would like to finish by saying that we also have many clients who are extremely satisfied with their laser hair removal results. We wish you all the best
SANJO C SUNNY: Very Effective and professional services at the clinic. It was hard to get right treatment being a person of colour for my shoulder acne scars, enlarged pores and pigmentation on face. The clinicians guided appropriately and suggested targeted treatments for my concerns and the results were amazing. I signed up for CIT and Dermawhite treatment which gave me absolutely incredible outcome and I highly recommend this clinic. Jona Mulla: My experience at Pulse Light has been really successful thus far. I normally have Xenia at Fenchurch Street, complete the laser sessions. Xenia has made the experience completely stress free, always putting my mind at ease. She is really professional and a genuinely lovely and caring person. She always makes me feel very comfortable in my sessions. I have always had availability for my chosen dates, and have been able to get my sessions in every 6-8 weeks as recommended. So far, the results have been fantastic and I’m finding I do not have to shave at all between sessions (apart from 24 hours prior to the session to remove very small traces of hair). She was very attentive in listening to my concerns about my hair growth and was able to tailor the package to what I needed. If you are on the fence about getting laser hair removal I would definitely recommend going with pulse light clinic!
Alice G: I’ve been going to the East Cheap clinic for months now, and still half way through my treatment. So I had my consultation first and had a patch test everything was fine and I had agreed to get half a face and neck. First appointment happens and the lady advises me not to do laser on my top lip, as the hairs aren’t a lot. I’m thinking okay she is the expert if she says she don’t think I should have it then I trust her. Second & Third was great I start to have treatment on the face & neck area. Fourth was delayed because I was on antibiotics, and then cause of sun exposure. But I eventually have the Fourth one. I hadn’t been for a while due to being on antibiotics and sun exposure, I had the same lady as the first time and for some reason she didn’t do my face and only done my neck and chin. Which all the other times I’ve had my face and neck treated, my face clearly needs treated as it’s not been treated for months and is still a bit of hair there. I’ve paid a lot of money to have certain things done, and I feel some of things that were meant to be included I’m not having done. I actually like the clinic, but I only thing I don’t like is that you don’t have a set person doing your treatment. And you have to explain what you had done the last time, however I thought there would be notes for them to go off by. I could be wrong. But other than that it’s a great clinic
Stine EP: I’ve been coming here for years for laser hair removal. I originally bought a package of 8th, which has given me super good results - even with pregnancy and breastfeeding in between. The staff is lovely and clearly well-educated. They take their time and listen to your wants and needs. Facilities are clean and neat. Reception staff is friendly and attentive. Due to such a positive experience, we also bought a package for my husband, who is also very pleased with his results. Only down-side (but probably normal) is that I’ve never had the same individual treat me more than once. Service: Laser hair removal

Helen Jones: I would recommend the Laser Life clinic. The customer service and consultation was excellent. All staff I dealt with are polite and friendly. The prices were very reasonable and although I am still in the process of seeing results, for the laser treatment on my scars (I have only had one session so far), I can definitely see results on the old scar on my leg. The consultation was free too, which is great for some customers who cannot afford expensive consultations. The place was clean and tidy too. Highly recommended 🙂

Cara Lewin: I was really impressed with Dr. Hiba the entire Dermasurge team. I have rosacea and have rarely encountered dermatologists who are very knowledgeable about it or who actually take a close look at my skin. Miguel: June 2022 procedures: Dr. Hiba has once again done an exceptional job for myself as a patient - always caring, courteous, informative, and precise, she has turned back the clock on my middle-age male appearance and has helped me to look over a decade more youthful within one fillers visit (both cheeks and below the eyes). This is the first time I have tried such a procedure, but I knew Dr. Hiba would be the one I could put my trust in to make me look younger but natural and fresh without overdoing anything. Once again, thank you so much Dr. Hiba - I absolutely love the results - as does my partner and fellow patient! You always do wonders and are ethical, professional, and exceptional. The initial procedure I had done with Dr. Hiba was about a year ago where she put my mind at ease by removing some concerning moles. Again, she was very courteous in ensuring I received biopsy results as quickly as possible so that I would not worry too much - a testament to a great doctor and caring human being who takes the Hippocratic Oath to heart. M.F. 2021 procedures: Dr. Hiba and the entire team at Dermasurge know what they are doing, and do it extremely well. Lindsay Nevin: I came to Dermasurge as I had suffered with Melasma for 4 years. I was so insecure about my pigmentation that I wore makeup every day to try and cover it. I had a virtual consultation with Dr Hiba during lockdown then my treatment in July. I had the Dermamelan chemical peel. Today was my 5 week follow up appointment and I am so pleased with the results, seeing the before and after pictures showed the massive improvement in my skin and I know that it will still continue to get better with the homecare cream I am still using. Dr Hiba is amazing, she makes you feel very relaxed and is clearly an expert in her field. The whole team are great and make you feel so welcome. During Covid times they also take all the necessary precautions with checking your temperature and sanitizing everything. Even my mum was so impressed with Dr Hiba that she is booked in for a liquid facelift next month. I would highly recommend Dermasurge.

matthew beadle: I’ve been with Dr H for around 10 months now and I could not be happier with the level of service and support that He has provided me whilst being treated in his clinic. I am currently undergoing co2 laser treatment for a big Keloid scar on my face which had impacted my confidence massively. Dr H has not only helped improve the appearance of my scar through his expertise, he has supported me in building my confidence again. I took great care in finding the most fitted Dr to work with and I can honestly say that I would recommend Dr H time and time again to anybody who is suffering with similar issues. The professionalism and service that Dr H and his whole team provide has been 10/10, I am more than happy with the improvement of my scare so far and look forward to seeing the final result!
Sarah Kidd: If you’re looking for a Dr that can take your skin to another level then look no further. I’ve had three procedures done with Dr H. Over the last few years 1 CO2 laser in which I was supported the whole way through sending daily pictures and advice and feedback daily. Being sent home with every drug that may be needed depending on the how my skin would react after the procedure. If your thinking of CO2 let me tell you it literally knocked 10 years of me I felt totally cared for and in safe hands knowing he was always there no matter what time of day 2. Vascular laser to sort out my rosacea I don’t think I can remember a time in all my life I’ve had such beautiful flawless skin. I’ve always had high colour that’s completely disappeared now, just a beautiful pale complexion 3. Scar maintenance. After having a brow lift I was left ( which is the normal now ) 2 small scar’s just above my brow. Day 10 after surgery he wizzed over the scars with a laser to soften them up so I could get to work on massaging them, and week 12 after surgery he went over with another laser. If I told you 3 months after surgery that they have nearly disappeared I’m not exaggerating. I was advised 6-9-12 months before they would fade. Anything I ever need to have done to my skin, he is my go to. You definitely won’t be disappointed, especially if you’re looking for an outcome that you might think it’s unachievable. Jeannine Jure: Dr H is incredible and truly cares about his patients and getting the very best results. I’ve gone to see multiple specialists throughout the years and no one was able to help with my concern or spent the time and care that Dr H did. The results have been amazing and exactly what he predicted. From the beginning, he thoroughly explained all options, potential outcomes and ensured I was comfortable with the plan. Unlike others in London, he is not there to just take your money for no results. He has been absolutely amazing to work with and I cannot recommend Dr H highly enough. L H: Yesterday I attended Dr Hussain’s clinic to undertake Taylor Liberator Subcision. I was extremely nervous having the treatment done, however the whole team were reassuring and so lovely and made me feel so at ease. I can honestly say the treatment was completely painless, most of the swelling has subsided this morning, now looking forward to seeing the results in the coming weeks and to have the co2 laser at the end of the year. A huge thank you Dr H and his team, the service provided from start to finish was amazing.
Klaudia Adamek: I had Taylor liberator subcision and punch excision procedures done in May and full ablation resurfacing in June by dr H consult. I’ve had a countless co2 laser treatments done before by other doctors with not much desired improvement. My scars were too deep and too complex to be tackled by co2 alone. Only after I found Dr H and had my scars treated by him I got results that I still can’t get used to every time I look in the mirror. Dr H is truly passionate about what he does and I’m so happy I trusted him as I know some of these procedures may look a bit scary. I felt extremely well looked after by dr H and his team. After having fully ablative laser done I would send a selfie to drH every day so that he could monitor the healing process and he has always been just a message away which put me at ease throughout the whole process. I am Fitzpatrick 2 skin type with tethered rolling acne scarring. My scars haven’t completely disappeared but a degree of improvement we have achieved is over 70% which I’m so so happy with. I can honestly 100% recommend Dr H and his amazing team if you’re struggling with acne scarring. I wish I’d found him sooner as not only I got improvement in my skin but it also has had a positive impact on my mental well-being. I highly recommend dr H and his clinic.
Jo Savage: I had fully ablative CO2 eyelid tightening done 3 months ago by Dr Hussein. He has done such a wonderful job and already I can see the fantastic results. It literally has got rid of all the lines around my eyes and has also tightened the the skin. I literally look at least 10 years younger! The aftercare was amazing. I would message Dr Hussein on WhatsApp and he would always get back to me straight away, even on a Sunday! I did have some minor complications but these were dealt with quickly and Dr Hussein was always very reassuring, I never felt alone. Due to suffering with Rosacea I was unsure if the treatment would be suitable but Dr Hussein was able to guide me through the redness and has since done some vascular lasering to help with my flushing. I will update my review in another few months and am looking forward to seeing the final outcome 🙂

I was very nervous but the whole team were so wonderful and were very reassuring throughout the process. I am extremely happy with the results and look forward to seeing Dr H for the full ablation laser next year when I am able to commit to the downtime required.

They literally send a text on the day and don’t even call you with the new appointment time. When you finally get through to them ( physically walking into the store )they can’t book you in for 2 months which messes up your whole treatment. They never answer the phone, when you go to the shop you get told they have no appointments and are understaffed, t’s ridiculous. You can’t use other stores if you purchase your packages with them. The beautician/therapist that does my laser is Olga and I’ve seen her a few times and she deserves a raise! I honestly couldn’t recommend her enough. She’s firm, honest, funny and truly knows what she’s doing and isn’t afraid to tell you right from wrong and her recommendations are 10/10. Also get the laser aid cream that stuff is good aftercare and is like a face mask in a bottle it’s mad.

Very clever staff looting innocent people, they charged me fir four sessions in advance, they give a product fir 25 pounds and said it is important to use. There no difference I felt on my face, it’s being now 3 months I am asking for refunds and made 5 visits in to the clinic. The staff says it will do by the manger but their manager never found in clinic. I am calling them they said you have to visit in to the clinic but now they are not refunding my money. Don’t go to Stratford or any laser clinic please select another one don’t waste your money and time.

Sian Pritchard: A couple of days ago I had a top up of voluma filler with Dr Maini in Harley Street. This is already looking great and I am confident over time, the results will improve further. My face looks completely natural- people commented today on how well I look. I first had voluma fillers in November 2014 and they are still doing their job in 2016! Dr Maini would only recommend a small top up as no more was needed. He is a very kind, professional doctor, and patients can feel confident with both his judgement and the outcome of any treatment. No pressure is applied, in fact restraint is exercised! I would recommend Zenith and Dr Maini very highly for anyone considering a cosmetic procedure.

Ria Kaur: I was recently treated at this clinic for my xanthoma around the eyes, by Dr Maini and was absolutely ecstatic with the end result. I was very hesitant and sceptical to have treatment done initially especially as I heard you can be left with scars etc, however after the first consultation I felt at ease. They were very professional, helpful and informative, and made me feel very comfortable during the procedure which was surprisingly quick and pain free, involving the removal of the xanthoma. I am extremely pleased with the results, having been left with no scarring or pigmentation; it has bought back my confidence which I had lost due to the horrible xanthoma which made me self conscious every time I looked in the mirror. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who has xanthoma, it is really worth the time and money, and I doubt you will find better experts elsewhere, who are as attentive as well as professional to you. Yasemin Zengin: Excellent service from both Elenora and Miglena. They are both extremely kind and helpful and always make sure you see results. There was never a time whereby they wanted to do a treatment because it was more expensive, they are incredibly honest and want to make sure you receive a tailored treatment by properly analysing your condition and most importantly they check up on you (you are not forgotten or no longer a client when your treatment finishes). I would recommend this clinic to anyone, whether for hair removal, acne, scars or just mild facials for a glow. It is great! :) thank you ladies
Gergana Genova: I have had multiple treatments done at the clinic and I am beyond happy. Very professional and knowledgable practitioners. I am super happy with the results and really greatful I found this amazing place. Their prices are not very high and if you do more than 1 treatment they always give you a discount. The best part of it is that I could really feel that they care about their costumers and their results more than anything. If you at any point have any questions they always answer them and are never annoyed by you keep asking. I have had such a bad experience in the past. She promised that in 2 sessions the facial spider veins would be erased. she was the only person to get rid of them in just 2 sessions. I visited clinics in Spain and London, they asked me for an exaggerated number of sessions and they never got rid of them completely. she certainly achieved it. continue with 1 session of laser i-pixel was incredible continued without disappointing my skin felt much smoother, cleanses, and very smoothed old scars. I decided to continue with the laser hair removal in the neck, the wonderful result 90% less hair because I still have 2 sessions that insurance in those 2 will eliminate the remaining 10%. Now we decided to continue with laser clear lift and micropen skin needling. continues to give me better and better results on the skin, Eleonora has been treating my skin for 7-8 months and I am delighted. never before had people told me how perfect my skin is and it is the result of their professionalism, good aesthetic machinery and their hands. 100% recommended I hope that my experience will help new patients and a thousand thanks to her for her effort and professionalism. Dhiren Mistry: I was at first a bit apprehensive in going to Harley Street as I have heard both good and bad stories as well as the astronomical fees that some of the medical practitioners charge for their service. After a couple of months of research, speaking to friends and several recommendations, I decided to go ahead with getting hair removed with SKN Harley Street branch. From the initial consultation to after care service, SKN Harley Street have been amazing. Their staff are highly trained and well-versed with the various different procedures they offer as well how to look after your skin following the procedure. The prices are very reasonable compared to other hair removal clinics I researched and the location is very convenient to get to. I was able to get my treatment during my lunch break which helped save me time. I would highly recommend SKN Harley Street and their staff!

Lucy Thalange: I’ve been treated by Emily and Lucy and had a really welcoming experience! I felt safe and comfortable and the treatment is so effective! I now shave once every 4-6 weeks and that’s only after two treatments. I’ve had tattoos and waxing so I don’t find it too painful but it’s so quick that even if you have a low pain tolerance you would be fine. Please keep her! So much better experience. I use this company because their lasers are excellent quality. can be hard to contact on the phone, hence not 5 stars. But otherwise can only recommend based on my December visit.

Tasneem Aliewi: Very poor customer service, appointments run through a call centre, instead of being able to call the clinic directly. You pay premium prices but you get a below average experience. Once you go in, the practitioners are actually good but wouldn’t recommend based on customer service alone.
