James P: Navigating a large kitchen renovation during a pandemic was never going to be easy, but John was incredible. He was flexible, professional and extremely personable, nothing was ever too much and he was always willing to go the extra mile to make sure things were perfect. Even outside of the kitchen project, when myself and my partner were isolating with covid he was making sure we were all set for food etc. With John you get a extremely knowledgeable kitchen designer and fitter, who has contacts in every aspect of the trade. He CAD designed and organized the sourcing of our kitchen cabinets, as well as recommended a great stone worktop contact of his. The project was a full refurb, ripping out an old kitchen, flooring and the ceiling and needed a complete redesign. He liaised and coordinated plumbers, electricians, waste removal and plasterers throughout the project, and only charged their cost (not adding anything on top). His pricing was very competitive and very fair. We are extremely happy with the quality of work and finish of our lovely new kitchen. We get many compliments from all guests who visit. The whole process from initial design to install was thoroughly explained with many updates along the way. They were flexible when a couple of things needed to be changed and it was nice to know they could accommodate any requirements. Bespoke dimensions for the cabinets gave us the desired floor to ceiling look we wanted and the all important extra storage space. There were a few on site design visits which gave me peace of mind that it would all go according to plan. Any issues in the design were ironed out well ahead of schedule. We were given many suggestions on layouts which all took into account how the end kitchen would actually be used. This really helped us to get to the most user friendly kitchen we have now. The installer Loui was a pleasure to have around and he has done a great job with the install. A real keen eye for detail he made sure every component was spot on and I really liked the way he was happy to spend the time to explain to me the techniques he was using. It’s great to see somebody take such pride in their work and the end result definitely shows this. To be honest everyone at Classic Kitchens was really nice and friendly and just made it feel like you were dealing with someone you had known for years. The experience with them was top notch. Ali went over and beyond what he needed to when I found myself in a tricky situation with my building works. He was super relaxed with a clear goal of making his customers life as easy as possible and thus ensuring an end happy user. The appliances were sourced through Classic Kitchens as I wanted the convenience of going through one company. The finish on the cabinets is high end and we got literally the texture we wanted. There were plenty of standard colours to choose from, though I wanted a particular hue from a well known paint manufacturer which to my pleasant surprise was an option Classic Kitchens provided. The internals of the drawers are real oak which is a nice touch and definitely adds a premium feel. Prasam Patel: I cannot speak more highly of Eclectic and their team. We had our kitchen done via them in early 2019. They were knowledgeable and considerate, working with us to budget and to the spec that we wanted. The quality of the units is excelllent and 2 years later, it all still looks as good as new. Their service is second to none. on 2 occasions, there have been some (very) minor points over the last year (a drawer was not shutting properly). Even though this was probably all our own fault, Jolanta happily sent someone over to adjust things. If the measure of service is how well things are dealt with when things go wrong, then Eclectic are absolutely fantastic. Our next kitchen (hopefully not for many years) will definitely be by them too.

Nicky Lozinski: Nick is a great kitchen designer. He and his wife Barbara have transformed my living space and utility area as though I have had an extension. The Hacker kitchens are amazing quality and everything has run smoothly from initial meetings to the finished kitchen. He really listened to what I wanted. The showroom is great and I chose everything from what I could see there. I would recommend this company 100%. They really know their stuff.

Jon Bainbridge: We visited the NJC showroom in Ealing, and Nick was incredibly helpful walking through the options and designs available (we instantly changed our initial thoughts on the colour and design). Our consultation with Nick allowed us to gauge the layout of the kitchen based the room design, space and our usage. Nick even recommended changes to our layout so the builders could optimise even more space, which has allowed us to have a deeper worktop. Our installation was really smooth. Nick was always there to help answer questions with our builders, providing detailed guidance to our builders to make the installation as straightforward as possible. The NJC installation took just over a week to be fully fitted and process was like clockwork. It has been a pleasure seeing NJC taking real pride in delivering such a stunning kitchen, it really has been an outstanding service provided. Alan Oliver: For the kitchen in our new rear extension, we first went round some of the big showrooms to get ideas, and they helped us to draw up a plan. Then we went to Nick and Barbara Clisby, recommended by our project manager who had worked with them before. The contrast with the big companies was immense! Nick gave invaluable advice on the layout and functionality, had great ideas on surface finishes and design, and gave us confidence that we really did have enough space for an island unit. Other companies might have been cheaper but we decided to go with NJC – best decision we made! We also used their installer, who was superb. We were particularly impressed by their attention to detail at every stage – including Nick finding a tiny flaw in one of the cabinet doors, which we hadn’t noticed; Nick insisted it should be replaced and organised that. We now have a fabulous kitchen that surpasses our expectations. Unreserved recommendation!
