The engineer (Ismael) came to the property on time, and then returned 2 days later to fit the replacement part (which had to be ordered in). The appliance is working fine again now. Rodrigo Carrilho: I had my washer/dryer stop working as intended and I thought it was a simple issue but needed relatively urgent help. My query was picked up fast and the very next day I had Ismael here to investigate the issue and suggest a fix. A new part was needed and once I got that in the part was fitted and the machine now working as intended. Cannot fault this service, would definitely recommend as I would use them again if I needed. I find this page on google searching for ( washer/dryer machine ) engineer . My machine just stoped working causing electricity to jam every time i turn it on , Hakim recognised the problem over a phone conversation . Decided I wanted to speak to someone rather than book online. Prices quoted were similar. Hamid picked up my call straight away, very agreeable and helpful. Assured me that he could fix the problem. Accomodated a much needed call out for the fridge part of a fridge freezer that suddenly stopped working earlier on the week in unprecedented hot weather. Came in the evening and fixed the fridge. Stayed to ensure that everything was in working order and that was a week ago from this post. Very professional and reassuring. Cleaned the fridge and advised on general care and upkeep. Peter Breen: We used this company over a year ago but somehow got locked out of being able to review them. They are con artists. The promise to come back if the problem does not go away, but they won’t. They will go dark on you. Our problem was even worse. The replacement they turned up with was already broken when they came with it and they kept our money and vanished. Their company blurb says ‘ with over 35 years experience…..’ I did some research on company house. They have 1 owner/ director and he is 28 ! He previously ran an IT repair company that claimed ‘ with over 35 years experience’ Avoid them or him at all costs.
Ellie d: Awful, Repair Giant did not quote me but invoiced me. They charged me £180 for an oven repair which only needed the element changing. Heating elements cost around £20 but they quoted it at £96! The element has stopped working after 1.5 years and will now change it my self. Do not recommend Service: Stove, cooktop & oven repair
A Pathak: Fantastic service especially in comparison to the previous company I have used (who are supposed to have a great reputation). Repair Giant were speedy (same day service) and exceptional communication. Was desperate for washer/dryer to be fixed quickly and cost effectively - they did both! The Repair Giant serviceman Saul was simply great - polite, thorough, explained well what and how he was repairing the machine and most importantly really knows his stuff. I cannot recommend both Repair Giant and Saul highly enough. Will certainly be using again in the eventuality of any future white goods fault. Very grateful. Service: Washer/dryer repair

Hafs Abokar: I contacted Repair Giant once my oven had stopped working, I was certain I needed a whole new appliance but thankfully the team were able to identify the problem and fix it. They ordered a new heating element and installed it quickly and efficiently. This is the third time I have used their service and each time I have had a great experience from start to finish. They are reliable, honest and professional I am very pleased with the service and highly recommended this company.
Nuo Lai: Excellent service from Saul who was extremely professional and friendly. He arrived already on the next day after making the appointment and quickly determined the issue (hinges of the fridge door need to be replaced), ordered the replacement parts and came back a week later and fixed the problem in under one hour. Peter McCormack: After waiting weeks to try and schedule an appointment through Siemens website to repair my tumble dryer I called Direct Appliances to see if I could arrange anything sooner. It should have been my first course of action as the Engineer that I spoke to over the phone was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He identified the likely cause of the issue and provided instruction on how to quickly sort myself. I called them up for an over the phone diagnostic which was accurate despite the fact that the engineer hadn’t seen my fridge freezer at the time. He came in full PPE and had the machine diagnosed and repaired in under 30min. I’m extremely happy with the service displayed today and I won’t be hesitating to contact the good people at this establishment again. Thank you for saving me time and effort!

Esther Bergman: George from Mix Repairs ably fitted a new cooker hood in our kitchen today. Our 30 year old cooker hood was obsolete and I managed to find one of different design to fit the existing 60cm gap. It was not a case of fitting like for like and George immediately assessed the situation and found the problems he was expecting: namely, the ducting on the new model was central, but the old model was off centre. He assessed that there was enough play in the tubing to fit the new model to the existing ducting and he also put in spacers to provide some distance between the top of the cooker hood and the base of the cupboard it was being fitted to. Again he realised that this new hood extended beyond the existing cupboard doors and the spacers allowed the cupboard door to open without scraping the cooker hood. A job truly well done and a very satisfied customer. I would have no hesitation in using Mix Repairs again. Their staff work from first principles. Service: Installation

Really happy with the efficient customer service and the overall outcome as getting my oven fixed/replaced seemed more difficult during the current lockdown.
