Crystal Palace Caravan and Motorhome Club Campsite: what do users think?

Thomas Graeßner: Sehr schon und erstaunlich ruhig. Die Sanitärräume sind in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber. Gute Anbindung in die Innenstadt

c Clucas: Friendly and helpful staff, clean and well organised campsite.

Robert Minton: Lovely leafy site, great facilities, but best of all the super friendly staff!

Robert Meades: Fantastic parkRestrooms: Very clean and tidy with loverly hot waterDog-friendliness: Very dog friendly

Stephen Woodhall: Fantastic campsite, with really friendly welcoming staff. Has a countryside feel to is despite being in the city. Ideal location to explore London. Unfortunately once the blanket ULEZ zone is slammed down over the entire area in August.. I will no longer be able to afford to visit.

Allan Batcock: Lovely clean site, well layed out, and really accommodating to disabilities

Rosina Haylock: ,.. 🤣

Jnib: check out the number 3 bus route.

Sean Wickenden: Brilliant site very friendly staff straight into London on the bus so easy all of cities very clean

Lee Valley Camping and Caravan Park, Edmonton: what do users think?

Enrico Engelhardt: Perfekt mit dem Womo um London zu erkunden. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel direkt vor Ort. Personal sehr freundlich, Platz sehr sauber, Sportmöglichkeiten vorhanden

Peter Morgan: Very useful for going into London. Reasonable site prices. Close to cinema.Regular bus service just outside the campsite into Edmonton for trains into LondonWalkability: 35 minutes walk to the train station into Liverpool Street station

GeoFS Aviator: Nice place, service and location. Would go again!Walkability: Nice paths around the campsiteNoteworthy details: Bring a tin barbeque

Scott Hackwood: Toilets needed more attention but otherwise was a fab site, great location, and friendly staff.Nearby activities: Bus service stops practically on the campsite, only a short journey to the train station which will get you right in to London.Playground: Excellent facilities for kids.Dog-friendliness: Lots of space to walk dogs.

Little Miss Sparkle: Friendly staff, all facilities you would expect, you can hire a bike to go along the canal. Unfortunately is is about a mile to walk to the canal even though it’s right next to the site. The local area doesn’t have much to recommend it but it’s easy to get to central London and the site is pleasant to relax in.

Abbey Wood Caravan and Motorhome Club Campsite: what do users think?

Shaun Plume: Caravan site for tourers has pods handy forWalkability: Handy for Elizabeth line to London plenty of local walks visit lesness abbey

Lee Valley Almost Wild Campsite: what do users think?

Survivalist Chick: . That September 2022, so maybe they've gotten a new lock since then. Also, I drove past it twice. It would be helpful is they had some sort of sign, with a symbol if they don't want to post the name.

hayley heather: Richard was so lovely and friendly. Really good campsite! Would recommend and would go again

J Raza (Flow Notes): This is one of the most beautiful sites we have stayed out of many other ones around Europe. The person on site on 02 Sep 2022, I think his name is Richard. Such an helpful person took care of anything before we needed it. Went above and beyond to look after people.Magnificently mantained in its wild nature, there is a river that floats by just next to your pitch if you choose river side. The forest pithces are also a green bliss. The fire place is fantastic. Tent pithches are huge. Toilets are great. Drinking water. There are plenty of cycling, walking, and baoting spaces arount the site.Around 15 mins walk from the Station.Just a gem!!

Erin: Please note anyone who would like to book that this is a slightly different campsite in the sense of the type of clientele it attracts. By that I mean because the pitches are so large and spacious that this means that it attracts large groups which equals a lot of drunk people making a lot of noise! On the night we stayed there were parties and music and general loud everything until the early hours of the morning. Having camped in Canada the focus of camping is usually to relax in the peace and quiet of nature. In England or at least at this campsite it is to go with a large group of friends and play music and party and get drunk until the early hours of the morning. Noted. And this is no reflection on the campsite itself which is absolutely beautiful in a stunning spot with the nicest ranger and the nicest pitches!!Also pitches are auto selected - this means some people get much nicer pitches than others- but overall all are nice.I should add this wasn’t a one off group having a party - there were at least 6 or 7 parties going on that night all very loud some with music. 11pm cut off quiet hours not observed in any way.

Rosaleen Duncan: Thank you Camp ranger Richard. Your hospitality was fantastic. Once he knew we we're celebrating my husband's birthday he went out of his way to give our group Marsmollows and sticks to roast for the birthday party. Thanks for your hard work and the upkeep of a beautiful campsite.

Richard Hill: Lovely place, huge pitch area, great fire pit with benches and by the river. Not big fish but my son had fun fishing canal side for tiddlers. Very peaceful and very well looked after for anything we needed and will definitely go again . Highly recommend and our fav campsite as enjoy the open fire. Toilets composting but kept very clean and a tap for drinking water and to wash up so don’t expect showers etc but enjoy the peace and tranquility

Erron McGuire: My dogs first camping experience...You must check in before hand to get the padlock code at the front gate.Once on site I was greeted by Richard who personally showed me to my pitch area, answered any questions I had about the area and made some good suggestions for local pubs.Throughout the evening Richard would take the time to check up on us and make sure we had everything we needed.I didn't find one bit of rubbish on site and toilets where clean. One fresh water tape in the middle of site.I would recommend this camp site on the customer service that I seem to struggle to find in England now a days and how clean it is even when it's an almost wild camp site.Thank you Richard.

Anika Sherborne: on both of the riverside pitches i booked - i spent 20mins on each, picking up the poo before i was comfortable enough to walk on it let alone put my things there! Its a bit of a shame having to be weary of where your foot lands when your trying to have a holiday! Would have given it 5 star otherwise - it is idyllic!

Adam E: Had an amazing weekend here. Riverside pitch is very spacious and you can take a look through a small walkway to the river. Ranger is very friendly and will help with whatever you need. Just a heads up that your camp can be seen by others so not completely wild. The woodland pitches look amazing too especially if you want a bit more privacy. Very keen to come again!

Home Farm Glamping: what do users think?

Kara McEwan: Organised a hen party at Home Farm Glamping. Even though the weather was a tad miserable, the Glamping was FANTASTIC! The team organised for our activities to be in a wonderfully large tent out of the rain…loads of fun cocktail making, pottery and games etc! Everyone slept well and the food provided by Greg’s kitchen was great. Thanks for having us ❤️

Lauren Collins: We had such a lovely stay here. The location is absolutely gorgeous - the lake is really pretty for a little stroll, we saw some nice wildlife and it was a real joy to wake up and be in such a beautiful field with sweet little bunnies. The bed was extremely comfortable and the tents were really cute. We had everything we needed and it was such a nice touch to provide marshmallows for toasting around the fire. We would definitely stay again!

J Chen: Very impressive experience and great experience with friends and children. Home farm team are friendly and welcoming, facilities are clean and well maintained.

Anais Finch: and the showers/toilets were always clean and had electricity supplied to them so you could use a hairdryer / charge phones. The bell tent and yurt were spacious and immaculately clean

Charlott Saunders: I can hands down say that this will now be a regular stay in our lives. We came with my 4 year old daughter and she fell in love with the place as we did too. The attention to detail as well as ensuring that no matter the weather there is always something to do was truly amazing. It was clean, wholesome and we created forever memories which will always last. I cannot wait to come back.

Spiceup Yourcakes: , and yet you feel as if you're in a different world.Felt so refreshed and rejuvenated after the trip. Perfect place for a staycation.Fantastic beds, clean sheets

heyholetsnotgo: I don't know where to begin! If you're looking for a cosy, outstandingly clean and friendly glamping site I cannot recommend Home Farm Glamping enough.I had called toward the end of April on the day of looking to stay and I was greeted by the lovely Alice who accommodated our night away with such a quick turnaround time, me and my best friend wanted a little getaway very last minute and we're so happy we came across Home Farm Glamping!Matilda and Alice are so incredibly lovely and accommodating! There's a modern, clean and cosy barn, wheelbarrows to cart your things over to your tent and a wonderfully cute welcome basket with marshmallows for toasting on arrival. The glamping tents are so cute, lovely fluffy bedding, a dressing table area, lanterns, little seats and extra blankets - everything you need for a cosy stay 😊We're planning to go back so soon! It's now our new little spot!Thank you so much for our stay, we can't wait to come back! X

PACT Creative Training: Home farm is a stunning site that is beautifully kept, creating a wonderful atmosphere. One really has a sense of being far away from busy city life, yet is so accessible and just a short drive or train ride from London. I found the Home Farm team so friendly and welcoming, highly recommend for a visit for a family or team get away.

brett wainwright: We hosted a corporate team building at Home Farm Glamping in June 2021 which was fantastic!.The venue was perfect to host our 2x days with plenty of space, great accommodation & facilities.Through-out our stay the Home Farm team supported our every request with nothing too much of an issue... as such we will be returning in the future to enjoy another team event!.

Longacres Caravan & Camping Park: what do users think?

Alan Fawcett: Location: 5/5

jonathan risley: Great camp site.Location: 5/5 …

Garry wood: There is a fantastic young woman called Fran who runs a mobile cafe at the entrance to this caravan park.coffie and food was delicious.very professional and a great personality.xx10/10Food & drinks: Great

Parminder Virdi: It is a lovely green space and fantastic grounds. Brilliant area for the children to play.Food & drinks: A delightful coffee shop on site with hot food and awesome drinks

Samantha Nettley: Good service when the reception is open, even when you ring them for fire wood in their working hours they have already left do had to wait for the next day to get some. They were charging £60 for wood and a firepit which is expensive, we went to the garden centre 5 mins away and brought to big bags of firewood for £20 and used our bbq as a firepit. They have baby changing fertilitys in one block but everytime we went it was being cleaned so was unable to use. Would be handy if they had baby changing fertilities in the shower as no one to get them dressed when your in the shower.

Ольга Козловска: I visited this campsite last weekend. The place is very peaceful and relaxing like a good campsite should be. People there were very friendly and the cleaner Kris was amazing. He super helpful, friendly.Warms showers and toilets super cleanedAll in all is a 10/10 from me, will recommend and will definitely visit again!
