She knew exactly what I envisioned and did her upmost to accommodate to me. I was also able to find my dream shoes in her store which I still cannot believe. Anna helped me throughout, nothing was too much trouble and her. My dress was perfect in every single way and fitted like a glove. Moira Hamill: I found an image of a dress on Pinterest that I wanted as a wedding dress but how could I get it? The stockists all seemed to be in America. I ventured into Anoushka and showed Anna my photo and to my amazement she knew instantly who the designer was and she ordered it for me. I had to wait a few months as it was a new collection so was still being made up. When the dress came I went and tried it on. At first I wasn’t sure if I liked it was the real thing looked a different colour than the picture but that was because it was photographed against a white background and under studio lights. I bought the dress and tried to love it but I was still unsure. I contacted Anna and she said she’d be happy to let me come and find an alternative but the colour I wanted was a spring colour so I’d have to wait until that collection came in. You know, that made me feel happy as it meant I wasn’t stuck with it. But over the next few months I tried it on several times and showed my closest friends who all thought it was lovely. The dress needed to be taken up and Anna said I should get my what was great was that Anna never pushed me into making any decisions shoes and come back a couple of months before the wedding to have it done. When I went in I told her that I was now happy with the colour. And I’d lost a few lbs which made all the difference. Anna never pressed me to make any decisions she told me I looked great in it and then let me make up my own mind. I’m grateful for that because the dress was absolutely perfect and I really was a stunning bride on the day in July this year. Thank you Anna, I really love it and hope to be able to wear it again for another occasion.

oellabee: Amazing! I came in awfully last minute with a dress in mind and I had it in my hands and altered a week later (the day before my event!) The ladies here are kind and immensely helpful, and the inside of the store is truly special, a very pretty space. My dress needed alteration and it fit absolutely perfectly, a strapless gown, and no spills or flashes the entire night. The service provided is wonderful. Could not recommend more.

Ivy Stocker: owner of shop/supervisor was really rude to me and said how “i shouldn’t try on a dress if it wasn’t in my budget” after i’d put on the dress and then decided to say that in front of everyone in the shop, made me feel really awful and embarrassed as an 18 year old woman, i then got changed and didn’t try anymore dresses on, you should never assume someone’s budget on what they look like, especially seeings as my cousin was also trying on dresses and was treated COMPLETELY different to how i was, in a much nicer way to me. (LONDON STORE)
xavier allison: Would give 0 stars if I could. Absolutely horrible treatment - myself and a relative walked in looking for a prom dress to be stereotyped based off our appearance instantly (either for our clothing or because neither of us are particular white passing). We were essentially told that we did not have the money (although we very much did) to buy a dress there and that they usually only allow boarding school students in there. For treatment like this to only have the ugliest dresses we have ever seen was incredibly bold and big headed. Will never be shopping in here again. Absolutely horrible.
Response: We are so sorry you did not feel you received good service in our London store. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate prom customers who are unaccompanied by a parent or guardian, unless there are specific reasons why that isn’t possible, like for example boarders at boarding school. We are sorry this was not explained to you in a better or more positive way. Unaccompanied under 16’s can off course have a look around and book an appointment to come back with an appropriate adult, if they are able to. The shop is exceptionally busy, and our dresses are very popular, and we do try our very best to give everybody our expert service in those circumstances.
Anna Tikhomirova: Firstly, I wanted to say that being in this shop was really really lovely. I was looking for a graduation dress and looked in many stores to find basically absolutely nothing that I liked. My mum found this store online and we made an appointment to come. I saw some people in the reviews commenting about how the shop people seemed biased against those with a lower budget but I can’t say this was true in my case! I got a bit afraid because the dresses online cost around a grand, but I left the shop having found the most perfect dress under 200 pounds. (Which whilst not exactly cheap is pretty worth it for a perfect fit dress for a special occasion!). Everyone there was lovely and made us feel very welcome- and even gave us advice on what we can do outside of their shop such as tailor the dress on our own, or in our own town versus their shop to save money. The staff were lovely and gave brilliant advice, fully understanding that the most important thing is that you feel happy and comfortable in the dress. It was a lovely experience, and I would reccomend- i found a dress that I think will stick with me from now all the way through to uni balls! -Anna

Ali Higgins: We called in yesterday but were advised to book an appointment, so we booked and went back today, when we were handed the 2 nearest dresses in the right size and sent downstairs to find a changing space. We then recieved no more help at all as staff got busy with other customers. Not the service I expect for the price range of these dresses! Thank heavens we found Selfridges around the corner who had fabulous dresses and service to aplaude!

Elrike Mostert: Do NOT buy from Revie. Terrible customer service, extremely rude, very long delivery times, issues with refund when returning items. I placed an order end of May 2022 and delivery was only attempted 2(!) months later at the end of July 2022. I never received the full refund for the dresses that were returned to them.

Susan Holmes: I was recommended this shop by my family who have purchased wedding dresses. I needed an outfit for a wedding and two dresses for Royal Ascot all with hats to match. At first I thought there was nothing in the shop for me but was encouraged to take my time and try dresses on. I ended up buying three dresses with hats and am very pleased that Nigel Rayment only have limited numbers of each dress so there is less risk of another woman wearing the same dress. The service given was wonderful. I am not a standard size so was relieved that there was an expert tailor who could alter everything professionally. I have since bought another of their dresses online in the sale. I would not hesitate to recommend this boutique.
Ann Saunders: Visited the Marble Arch store on 10/11/22 to purchase an outfit for my daughter’s wedding next year. Nigel was very welcoming and the easy tag system enabled me to browse at my leisure. Think ‘out of the box’ as clothes look very different on. Tried on 3 or 4 beautiful outfits and was thrilled to find the one! Nigel even had a hat to compliment it. Would definitely recommend. Thank you very much.
Janet Worrall: This site popped up whilst I was Googling "Mother of the Groom" dresses, and how glad am I!!! There are so many beautiful outfits on the website. Although the boutique is in London and I live in Liverpool, I considered the option of visiting the Manchester boutique. However the online option was so easy to navigate and the ease of the returns policy persuaded me to try this. I found a perfect dress, on the Sale site!! Just my size. Fits beautifully. The whole transaction has been professional dealt with throughout. And I love that it is a whole family business.

N V: Zero for customer service For a high end store you would at least expect the staff to be friendly and helpful. The shirt I bought was damaged. I realised weeks later when I tried to wear it. Tried to get a refund or credit note or exchange it for something else but as I was just outside the 28 day period they REFUSED to do anything! The sales assistant called the store manager who basically told me to come back when she was in. I asked what for and was told because you asked to speak to me. I asked if she would do anything and she said no. When asked what was the point for returning she replied, so she could tell me in person that she could not do anything! £49 down the toilet! Love the clothes but the staff seriously need training!
karen Brooke: I have only given this store one star because I was unable to give it a zero. I have been a loyal phase 8 customer for many years and decided to visit this store in the LDO. After wading through the eclectic mix of past seasons left overs I bought 4 items of clothes. The shop assist assured me at the point of purchase that they could be returned within 28 days. I decided to return one item 4 days later because it was unsuitable. On return the shop assistant refused to refund my money and said I was only entitled to a credit note in the form of a gift card. When I told her she did not say this at the time of purchase she told me in a very shrill voice that yes she did and pointed to a notice on the counter written in very small font. Low and behold the gift card cannot be redeemed against on line purchases, exchanged for cash nor will you receive any change if your purchase is below the value of the card. AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS - VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Rakesh Joshi: A very pleasant ladies shop set in the Wembley outlet centre. Some nice styles and designs catering for all ages from mid twenties up. Prices were reasonable and staff pleasant.
Viju Kale: Taz at the London Designer Outlet store in Wembley was very helpful and managed to put me through to their customer services so I could order a coat in the size I had really liked and was looking for a long time. The coat wasdelivered as promised in time👍

They will not accept them on line either and because I bought in the outlet shop I could not get a refund and the voucher can only be used in outlet shops, disgrace, so annoyed

Maxi McNaughty: Great service. Went in to help a mate to get an outfit as guest at a wedding. Both ladies listened, supported, commented kindly and honestly and kept coming up with great combination options. The blue jacket lit up my mates face Thank you 💞 It had been a long, hard day and you were the last stop
Nitya Ramanathan: My father bought me some clothes from here for Christmas. I thought the gift was excessive and wanted to return for a refund. Then, I heard that they have an exchange only policy and they never issue refunds. As someone who moved to London from the U.S, this is so foreign to me. Beige, just a small tip, if people don’t want your clothes and they are returning it in good condition, just take it back. I’m not sure what you are trying to accomplish with only exchanges. I will buy a gift to spend the credit note but you’ve definitely lost a customer in the long term. I’m so disappointed that a luxury store that is not customer-oriented.
Sheryl Parkin: I was looking for a top as I had exhausted my suitcase choices and still had a few days left on my trip. The store has a lovely selection of clothes and the staff were very helpful in pulling options. They also were able to help me convert North American sizing to UK/EU.
Caro B: Fabulous range of plus size clothing - from every day basics through to occasion wear. Might not be cheap but fabulous quality.
Jamie Merritt: Very small, very stuffy-old ladyish clothing, and the employees are straight size.
Marga Dominguez: Small boutique-type store for big sizes. The tupe of place where you have to ring the bell to get the door open for you (although the store itself has no lixiry decoration or any taste in making it stylish; it is just racks of tons of clothes). A bit disappointed with the outrageous prices, as they were quite high for normal quality clothes of unknown designers. Furthermore, most of the items were designs for more senior people (nothing for young girls or middle-age women). The staff were very nice though, and try to be helpful and find options for the items you’re looking for.
Irene Suver: I was sick in London and without a warm coat; after a fervent search and a short cab ride, I was saved by the service and selection and outstanding experience at this store. Though small, I have never walked into a store where I could happily have walked home with every single item in it. The taste and selection are exquisite and they took care of a sniffely, sneezing desperate American with kindness, warmth and thankfully, brisk efficiency. They had me bundled up with a great coat (and a sweater I could NOT resist), all the VAT paperwork and out the door before you could say spit spot. Thank you.

As managers, Danijela and Moe are such a fantastic team. Their outstanding interpersonal and people skills provide that place such a pleasant ambiance. Daniela always goes above and beyond for customers because of her charisma and gorgeous smile, which make people feel so welcomed and relaxed. Talking to lovely Italian young ladies is such a pleasure. They are friendly, caring, sincere, and exceptionally charming. I would definitely recommend visiting Hobbs in Covent Garden as the best branch in London.

Rupert: Buying a trench coat for partner, Lubar was incredibly helpful and great. She went downstairs to check a size 8 in something that wasn’t on the floor and they had it! She then spent 10mins steaming the item for us before we purchased. Very nice. Thanks so much for the great jacket!🧥
