Vida Bakery: what do users think?

Yvonne: Excellent customer service and delicious cakes. We ordered a rainbow cake for postal delivery. Vida bakery responded promptly to all enquires and kept us informed about despatch and delivery dates. The cake was delivered on time and had been carefully packed. The cake looked fantastic and tasted amazing.

Ashleigh Mubaiwa: Ordered a cake here for a friend’s birthday. It came out better than expected and she loves it. Also love that everything is free from. Would recommend

J Ha: The best rainbow cake in town 🌈

Jamie Nguyen: I came in today to see if I could try some cakes for my baby’s 1st birthday. She is allergic to most of the major allergens which threw me off when weaning but I was so sad her diet was limited as me and my husband eat everything and have no allergies so everything is new and it’s been hard for me too as I’ve also cut it out from my diet. I bought 6 different flavoured cupcakes and they tasted amazing ! I tried to make my own cakes with box and everything but they tasted horrible so I’m so glad that I’ve found somewhere that makes it! The earl grey and red velvet is my fav ! so will defo be ordering her birthday cake from there!!!!

Suziezur Freiheit: Sehr süßer Laden, durchdachtes Konzept.

Hendrick Monrroy: the best and most colorful bakery in the UK. flavors and colors that take you to another level

Hannah: This place has a great range of products. One of the few places that sell vegan rainbow cake by the slice - so glad I found this place!

Sophie Thomas: and it just helps they’re the nicest people ever. Only bakery I will go to now for all my needs :

Astrid Theilgaard: Amazing staff! And great cakes! 🤩🤩

Emmillie Clugston: . It might be my own personal taste, but thought you might appreciate the feedback!

Beth Stewart: Soooooo good. I asked the staff to pick a can’t-miss cake for me. They recommended the red velvet brownie cake. Guys, I don’t even like red velvet…and that cake was RIGHT. 🤩🏳️‍🌈🤤

Soane Latimer: Ordered the pinata cake for my wife and it did not disappoint! Super tasty and arrived BANG on time. A huge thank you to Daniela and her team.

maya burkhardt: the red velvet cupcake was super great!

Oliver Tromp: is my favourite and is so good, it doesn’t even taste gluten free.

Ursula Schwarz: Great cake, nice service

Manna Dew: what do users think?

Marcelle Novak: . They offer in store pickup or you can have your pastries delivered. They truly are the best gluten free pastries I’ve ever had. An absolute treat!! I have loved everything I’ve tried!

Gabrielle Keogh: and have tried most of their pastries- their gluten free pastries are the best I’ve ever had! I’ve also tried the vegan, gluten free options and they’re great considering they’re gluten free and vegan- my sister was delighted when I bought her some for Christmas! I’d definitely recommend- they’re expensive but use quality ingredients to make them delicious.Dietary restrictions: All gluten free and lots of GF, vegan options too!

Nimra Ali: As a coeliac, I never thought I would ever taste flaky and genuinely delicious pastries again! I had tried every pastry in UK supermarkets and none would really hit the sweet spot - usually were dry or tasteless or just not buttery or flakey in any way. I ordered Manna Dew for delivery all the way to Bradford from London and luckily it paid off - I didn’t expect these to be as heavenly as they were. If you want to indulge and treat yourself, I promise these are extraordinary! To be honest, I don’t remember pastries being as good as these were. Highly recommend them all but my personal favourite was the strawberry white chocolate, and pain au chocolate, the 5 in a box pastries are good value.

Sarah Bloom: My favorites include the pain au raisin, pain au chocolate, and the raspberry Camembert!

Kathryn Jaggar: Amazing pastries! I have tried many different bakeries and these are by far the best I’ve tried. 10/10 recommend!Dietary restrictions: This is a 100% gluten free kitchen so very safe for celiacs.

Katharine Bracey: The most incredible gluten free pastries I've ever eaten! On the slightly more expensive side but worth every penny and have been a repeat customer for years!Dietary restrictions: Completey celiac friendly

Vicki Redmond: I ordered a home delivery box of a selection of the best sellers of pastries. Every item was packaged beautifully and was in perfect condition. The separate items made it very easy to freeze some of the order to ensure I got the most out of the beautiful delicacies. As a coeliac my expectations were for heavy items due to other things, I have tried, however, every item was flaky, light, and made with the best quality ingredients, which was obvious with every mouthful. I cannot wait to place another order and try some amazing items and will make sure to visit your Bakery in person. Next time I am in London amazing. Cannot thank you enough for the love and care you give to each and every itemDietary restrictions: CoeliacGluten freeAllergy aware

Parveen Purewal: I have been struggling to find Crossaints and Pastries for my Niece aged 11. She was so upset to find she was Celiac and changing her diet instantly meant she had to give up on alot of foods she loved. When I tried to find alternatives they just never tasted the same. After trying many other bakeries I decided to give Manna Dew a try! She is absolutely delighted. The pastries are light and not thick and they taste delicious! We have already placed another order! Thankyou Manna Dew!

Eleanor Brotherton: Ordered online , my boyfriend surprised me with a box the day we got engaged, he had them delivered to our Airbnb. It was the best surprise ever I had been wanting to try the croissants since forever and they did not disappoint. Absolutely delicious flaky pastry with a lovely richness. I had the gluten free chocolate and plain croissants. They had enough flavour to eat the plain ones just on their own , so buttery and more ISH! No other gluten free bakery goods have compared in quality.Dietary restrictions: Suitable for coeliacsso a absolute must if your are gluten free.

Melanie Venes: A selection of goodies ordered from here and didn't dissapoint! Fresh and super tasty!Food: 5/5Recommended dishes Croissant …

Gaby Levine: Honestly the best gluten free pastries available on the market. I do a bulk order every couple of months and keep chocolate croissants in the freezer then heat them up in the oven and they taste delicious!I do wish these were available at my local coffee shops/more accessible. Then again it's probably best they aren't as I'd spend way to much money and eat too many!Dietary restrictions: Amazing GF bakery!

Emma Robinson: Had an order placed as a present and it was such a treat! Had been debating ordering previously due to price but will definitely be coming back for special occasions. I wasn’t the biggest fan of the cookies, but the pastries are amazing, it is nice to have fancy pastries that also taste great as there are never many fancy gluten free options out thereDietary restrictions: Gluten free

Meera Sindha: It’s hard to find good gluten free pastries so it was so great to get a taste of these! They aren’t cheap though so it’s not a regular purchase

Alex Nott: My partner surprised me with a box of Manna Dew croissants some times, and honestly those are the best days! He gets a mixed box with different flavour pastries, and none of them have ever disappointed. Favs are the almond croissant and cinnamon swirl, mainly because they’re pure buttery pastry goodness, but everything I’ve tried is unreal. Keep up the amazing work guys, and that you for all you’re doing for the coeliac community.

Cupcakes and Shhht: what do users think?

Malita Lowe: This place IS NOT Cupcakes anymore! Still vegan and called Waves but only a few bits to eat and certainly no big milkshakes as in photos!Didn't eat here as looked too pricey but will give 5 stars because the place looked nice and so did the staff. Can't believe I came from other side of London to here for nothing 🙁

Terra Ypma: We tried some cupcakes and brownies. It was delicious. One is slightly drier than the other, but really great for a gluten-free bakery!

Laura Denham: and most importantly, it tastes UNREAL! I got the chocolate sponge with peanut butter icing and everyone said they'd never had a nicer cake - managed to get some vegan converts that night :

Charlie Maher: Nicest vegan spot in the area.

Evelyn Thomas: Lovely staff, fabulous pastries!

Apfel Kern: Also wer Ähnliches, wie auf den Bildern erwartet, wird enttäuscht sein. Aber es ist durchaus sehr lecker dort. Nur Cupcakes, Torten und solche verrückten Milchshakes vermisst man dann schon.

Hedi: Awesome decor, it looks like a beach house of some sort. Really pleasant. Yummy cakes and coffee, nice staff, really relaxing.

An Jones: Desayunos veganos increíbles, precios un poco altos pero merece la pena. El café está riquísimo.

Niche Gluten-free Dining: what do users think?

Cara Finnegan: Visted Thursday 1st Feb for the 1st time with my family and loved it so much we came back again as a couple tonight 5 days later and as someone who cannot eat gluten found this place to be my new heaven. From the great and attentive staff to the amazing food and atmosphere to ensure our experience was one of the best I've had in a long time from a restaurant.Dana our waitress ensured we were catered for all our needs and never waiting for a minute for each serving, very friendly and happy having conversation and ensuring we were happy as customers. Which we indeed were.Thank you again will definitely be back as a regular customers in the future.Dietary restrictions: Amazing for anyone wanting to eat gluten free but not missing on flavour

Sarah Robson: Amazing. Came here whilst on a trip from Newcastle as a treat for my partner to be able to eat out and not have to think about it beforehand or be handed an allergen folder to navigate. The food was amazing, if you didn't know it was a gf restaurant i doubt you could tell. The only give away would possibly be the bread being slightly unlike regular bread, but that was still delicious. We ate like pigs; three courses plus sharing sides and every mouthful was a delight. This was all amazing value for what we got, especially for London, where we seemed to get our eyes ripped out everywhere else. Staff were lovely and attentive. Well worth a visit. Pleasant 15 min walk from Kings Cross. If only we could find somewhere quite like this in Newcastle... kind of makes me a bit cross too, because it goes to show how celiacs/gluten sensitive can be catered for and still be inclusive to all, as it doesn't sacrifice taste in any way.

Mark Fleming: with impeccable timings all delivered with exceptional service by Gabriel. I would like to mention the cocktails we had delivered by Francesco which were some of the tastiest I’ve had by far- also a reasonable price!! Also a shoutout to the music choice-not too loud but set a chill yet uplifting vibe.

Simon Foster: Wow what a find. Very nicely presented food with quick service. Sunshine carrot juice with ginger was also good.Vegetarian options: Wild mushrooms were delicious with a perfectly cooked polenta base

Leah Suter: that offered gluten free and dairy free Yorkshire pudding. I can’t explain how included I felt to be able to eat everything everyone else normally does for a Sunday roast including the Yorkshire pudding! We got the focaccia bread with tomato roasted butter

Kayla Brewer: This is THE best gluten free bread and restaurant I have ever been to. I felt like I was being tricked because I have never tasted gluten free taste so good. I wish I could eat this bread every day. My non celiac family enjoyed their meals too.Dietary restrictions: Everything is gluten free

Pearl & Groove: what do users think?

Emilia S: Great place for a little gluten-free treat. The cakes are both incredibly well decorated and tasty. However, I don’t like the fact that prices aren’t stated on the cakes, and the staff didn’t really seem to care much. Not directly rude, just plain indifferent with customers.Would go again for the cakes, not for the service.

N C: I recently received a cake from Pearl and Groove which had experienced an incident prior to its arrival at my house. I was quite displeased with the overall appearance and did not feel comfortable serving it as was. I had applied a fresh layer of frosting over the cake and made some simple redecoration. I will say, however, the cake itself was delicious and all guests thoroughly enjoyed the cake. When I expressed my disappointment with the cake, I have to say that the staff at Pearl and Groove had gone above and beyond my expectations to remedy the situation. Needless to say, I will be ordering again from Pearl and Groove and I wanted to thank the staff for their generosity to remedy the situation!

Vivi H: I ordered a cake for my partners birthday and it was delightful - especially as a vegan, gluten free option. The staff were lovely on the phone and in person when I collected the cake. Will order again!

João Barata: We used Pearl and Groove to make our wedding cake. We really recommend them! They helped us design our 3-tier wedding cake and it really looked as we had envisioned it! Every layer of the cake tasted delicious, and we still have a bit of it frozen to enjoy in the future! We definitely recommend Pearl and Groove for all your cakes!

apricotbaker pj: soya-free too. Highly recommend!

Anjali T: Ordered the chocolate hazelnut cake for a friends birthday. It was beautifully presented/decorated, moist and well balanced in flavour, and delicious! One of the best cakes I’ve had, gluten free or otherwise

Roshan Vivekanandan: Went in last Sunday to have a cake made, the girls were very patient and accomodating. I had a lot of requests and variations, but they made it happen. The experimental salted caramel cake with the egg free recipe turned out great and the cake was decorated beautifully. Thanks girls for the amazing service.

Vishwanath Sankaran: . Thank you!

Cécile: Beautiful and delicious cakes! The girls at the shop was so very helpful. They were very patient during the 20 mins I spent in the shop being so picky.. each of the letters had different flavours which everyone absolutely LOVED!The shop is also beautiful.

Benjamin Lam: I don't think cakes can get any better than this! Most prettiest cake I've ever seen!Thank you so much!!!110/100

Paul Rhodes: what do users think?

J L: Lots of lovely baked goods. They specialise in sourdough bread. There's all sorts of loaves though, as well as some baguettes and buns. Lots of rich pastries and cakes. They sell fancy sandwiches too. There's coffee, ice cream and they showcase products from local/small speciality shops- e.g. honey, chocolate etc. It's not the cheapest be warned. It is an artisan bakery after all. Prices probably aren't dissimilar to Gail's nearby, but this is an independent business and that's a chain. The staff are really nice. Young people just happy to help and usually with a smile on their faces. It's nice that the business does not just throw away their leftover products at the end of the day as they have signed up to Olio. Sometimes there's a lot of food that would go to waste due to bad weather, but they are doing their bit to prevent food being thrown away.No seating, so it's take out only.

Shrey Sanger: is to die for. Mum's apple cake is amazing as well! The tomato pesto mozzarella croissant is on point every time and why no one else thought to add harissa to an egg bagel I'll never understand - it's so good! Even the vegan date hazelnut thing tastes great! Visit at your own risk, weight likely to triple by the time you get out! Probably end a 10K here to come out calorie neutral!

Argjir Kolici: Best sourdough bread I have tasted in a long time. Will need to ask for some starter next time 🙈.Food: 5/5 …

Peter Noble: Lovely range of freshly baked bread and pastries/buns. Very creative. The cheese scones are to die for. Sandwiches are excellent. The breads are delicious. The staff are friendly and helpful.Very slightly out of the way but well worth the extra thirty or so steps to get there from Greenwich Park!PS have just read a couple of their one star reviews. Dear God, talk about spoiled Greenwich/Blackheath princ/esses throwing their toys out of their prams!! Even more respect to the staff!

Romeo’s Bakery Highbury: what do users think?

Valeria Ramírez: and this cake was far from tiny. Actually the owner told me that it was made with stevia. Even more surprising was that it didn’t have the typical bitter stevia after-taste

Matt Eborne: Great gluten free cakes. Very tasty! Suger free and keto options available too! Romeo was very kind and friendly. I didn't try the low carb keto breakfast but it looked very good.

Alexandra Stegerean: love it here so much!

Maurice Burns: Very tasty pastry!

Joseline Tinabo: Nice place to have ur vegans foods with great service.

Alexander Rupp: What a lovely place and what a hearty host. Really everything glutenfree and absolutely delicious. We had a great glutenfree brunch and crêpes experience.

Ayanna Williams: Amazing bakery! Love this place

Ruby Daily: Romeo’s is fantastic. The owner is the kindest, warmest guy. Such a pleasure to be in this homey environment. We especially love the almond fig tart and the crepes. Really can’t recommend it enough.

S O'Shea: Everything is gluten-free...and the bread is SO GOOD! Soooo good. Even my husband, who can and does eat wheat, thought it was wonderful. Great crepes and cakes, too.

Bea R C: Amazing gluten free, sugar free breakfast! There is vegan, veggie and normal options. Plus the crepes are AMAZING. The owner is also incredible. Highly recommend!

Sara Rodríguez Collado: Amazing 😍

Chris S: which left me full for a quite a while after. The staff are friendly, attentive and warm; the cafe has a real homely feel to it. Thank you for a fantastic brunch!

happymav: with extra cakes as takeaway. All delicious and Romeo was the loveliest host. Strongly recommend, and I'll be back next time I'm in London! A little piece of heaven for me as a coeliac :

J: Great breakfast with delicious savory pancakes and a very friendly and attentive host. All for a very reasonable price!

Anne Rousseau: OMG, this was deliiiiicious. The best for me were the spinach rolls, sausage rolls and of course the chocolate cake is to die for! So yummy!

Indigo at One Aldwych Restaurant: what do users think?

Teresa Ducrey: We came to this place as we expected it to be all gluten free. However, that seems not to be the case for breakfast. They had some gluten free options for breakfast, but I took the royal egg benedict and while they had breakfast muffins on the menu for another dish, the egg benedicts came with toast at the bottom. I wouldn't mind this at another restaurant, but as I was expecting a great gluten free experience, I was disappointed.

Allan Tyler: Indigo is a favourite. Service is terrific. The food is delightful and the menu is entirely gluten free. Good wine list. The dining room is on the mezzanine above the lounge, so there's a bit of disturbance when the barmen use their electric blender. Three courses ~£70pp +wine.Dietary restrictions: The entire menu is gluten free.Indicate other allergies with reservation to alert kitchen and wait staff.Server asked about other allergies when taking dinner orders.

Katie Carr: I wanted a restaurant which offered a completely gluten free menu so my daughter who has coeliac disease could choose anything from it.Indigo at One Aldwych offered this and more. Great service, quality, locally sourced British ingredients, sustainable.Lovely food and desserts, excellent choice of wines and such a great location especially if you are visiting the theatre/Covent Garden area. The menu is also dairy free.Highly recommend wether you are needing a gluten and dairy free menu or not as you would never know.Dietary restrictions: Menu is totally dairy and gluten free.

Gianni: A very elegant and chic restaurant located inside a design hotel in the beautiful theater district. The menu, by choice of the chef, is completely gluten free, but the variety, quality and composition of the same is not affected at all.As a starter I ate a very delicate venison tartare with quail egg, I also tasted the watercress soup with poached egg that my girlfriend ordered, divinely served and truly tasty and delicate. My main course was a very tender lamb fillet on a bed of aubergines, capers and anchovies.Impeccable service from every point of view
