Eagle London: what do users think?

Joseph Warner: This is a friendly local gay bar/club with some great DJs. Drinks aren’t too expensive, either. The crowd here is a little older than most other London gay clubs which is welcome. Perhaps because of this, I’ve heard the Eagle has a reputation for being seedy - i didn’t find this at all and i think this rumour is mostly routed in homophobia.

Iris-Lara Nahimana: Big up Jeff and Roy from security!

Davide Basso: Service: 5/5

Laura Scalco: Jeff and roy are amazing and made me feel so safe. Thank you!

Lluc Rich: Love that place ! Huge outdoor garden area , fab music - bestley music on Sunday for horse meat disco was awesome - easy access to the circular bar , friendly staff - a classic Vauxhall venue.

Paul Saunders: Friendly fun atmosphereFun latin looking/brazilian bartender behind the barNice drinks options

Jacquilina Traher: I love this place, great atmosphere, great music, great staff and top notch coat check that found and returned a cherished scarf that I lost at horse meat disco - one of the best nights to go to if you fancy a wiggle on the dance floor… ❤️

J Edwards: Fab venue with friendly staff and customers. Just be careful opening the door to the men's toilets or you'll crush your hand.

Adam Marley: Great venue, friendly staff

Michael Kelley: So much fun!A neighborhood bar with an old-school vibe and dance floor. Great courtyard space and outdoor bar, as well.Sunday nights mean Horse Meat Disco! 🎶✨

Paul Durie: Late opening bar that had nice staff. It's essentially a big space painted with black for dancing

D Matthews: Great place, very thoughtful lovely staff.

Aidan Kirk: I had a great night here, with quick service and a nice atmosphere. I lost my glasses here and when I came to retrieve them, the staff were excellent and friendly, they exactly what I was talking about and returned them to me within minutes. Very appreciative.

Dalston Superstore: what do users think?

Bart Vanlerberghe: who stole the show. It's a truly remarkable bar, a safe space for all lgbtq, and we felt really welcome. Best moments: when Karma climbed the "stage" and the beginning of Inga Rock's singing career:-

Michaela Storoschuk: the staff and queen were lovely and tried to get to know all at a personal level and not be robots. The staff was honest with wait times but the food was worth it. The performance was not as frequent with half hour breaks between, so in an hour and a half sitting we heard 3 songs, but again, with no reservation charge and good food, it was fab.Dietary restrictions: Limited but could accommodate gf and df hybrid.

marietta: .order your PORNstar, cowgirl, LUSTY benny or your earl gay from the sweet staff behind the counter and as you wait to be served your alcoholic bevarge, you can marvel at the vibrant and kinky posters presented on the white BRICK wall.medical advice/ trigger warning: if you suffer from epilepsy, this place might be difficult to handle for you since the ceiling is jam packed with glittery discoBALLS and blinking lightbulbs. not HARD to find, directly on the main STRIP to DOWNTOWN dalston.unwind, unlock, unLOAD and join for a DIRTY RIDE on this boat.

Craig Davis: was bit of a super young

Katie B: Cute, friendly and unique space 🌈

Liam Scanlon: Best bar in London full stop

Alex Uhde (Crystal): So many of the bad reviews here I have to question a bit - Superstore is one of my favorite spots in London, and they let in plenty of people who aren't over the top queer. When I've seen them turn away people who really just don't vibe right, they're always very kind about it. As a community, queer people deserve spaces to be free to exist - not objects for others to look at us. To this extent, Superstore has always been a place I've felt very comfy. My friends and I have had two bad nights in the last few months and welfare went over the top to check on us - the first time emailing us, and the second time finding us on the dance floor just to check we were okay. I wish that they had more than vibes to go on, and I understand - especially for newbies to the queer scene - the fear of having to vibe right is hard, but Superstore is _very_ inclusive for queer people, the few times I've seen people turned away, I had seriously bad vibes from them too.I've seen reviews saying they're ageist, but there was a 59 year old there this Friday night and she was _awesome_ and very wanted. She fit the vibe so well; and helped me find myself and my new name. Superstore is small, chaotic, and not a place for everyone by any means. But it's a place for us and our community, and the staff are friendly, kind, and always do their very best for the community. Don't be put off by the other reviews if you're looking to find yourself, and let yourself be free. Come with love, respect, and a desire to let go of everything. Especially on a Friday or Saturday night, the basement really is the basement of dreams.

Ku Bar: what do users think?

I B: Basement bar stays open later than other bars in the general area. Gay bar with fun music. Free entry. It was a bit quiet but I can’t fully judge since it was a Sunday night.

Jake Monaghan: Kubar is a fab place to go,weekends and especially on Wednesdays for bombshell, ever since iv been coming to kubar iv never had a bad night!.Loving the new makeover as well!.The staff there are amazing ,rahul is always lovely with a big smile on the doors.I especially adore nick he always gors above and beyond to make sure everyone is safe and enjoying them selfKeep doing what your doing ku! It's always a vibe x

Chris Honey: Went for the first time tonight and had a brilliant one. Awesome venue with a intimate basement dance floor. The service from door host to bar staff are lovely. What was a bit annoying is that I couldn't tip them on card. Update your card machines management - tips make make customer and bar staff connect and appreciate each other. Your bar/club/lounge would greatly benefit by giving customers the option

Daniel Munera: Amazing manager name nick it’s very respectfully

hala sarieddine: It’s amazing Ku bar and it’s name Nick the manager it’s very good professional and respectful

Jordan Meyers: I enjoy a lot for a Wednesday 🤣

Nico Myth: It’s a beautiful bar with a welcoming atmosphere and great staff with friendly attitude. The new interior is looking absolutely wonderful 🖤🖤🖤

Nikolaos Gavrilis: Amazing place ! Great environment and now with the renovation the bar looks amazing !! The stuff is very friendly and approachable!

Pedro Morgado: Best bar/club in London! 100%

Sophie Brandeborn: Visited Ku Bar and I was blown away by the new ground floor and Klub experience which was made even better by Freddie who made us feel the most comfortable

Patrick Diehl: Wonderful bar and the drinks were amazing. I had the dirty banana drink. I also saw the drag show. First visit I will visit again.

Souriz: I give 4 star because they used have lots of pretty boys with muscle bodies behind the bar making it a crowd pleaser, but now it change so much I don't know it's ok for a boogie with you friends if you into pop music

The Bridge Bar: what do users think?

F London: What a fabulous place 🌈 Has to be a favourite in Clapham and everyone in the team were super welcoming 🍾 🍻Really enjoyed our drinks today in the sunshine - what a day! Happy Pride everyone...Vegetarian options: Everyone catered for.

Mark: Absolutely amazing team and always have a great time here

Genesio De Rosa: I booked a table at The Bridge on the 2nd of April for my birthday. The service was impeccable and very friendly. I was offered a bottle of Prosecco simply out of kindness. The team there is super friendly and they constantly ensured everything was okay at our table which I really appreciated. I couldn’t have asked for a better service. They really contributed to a pleasant experience. Thank you all guys.

J W: A group of us have been coming here for many years. We tend to go in warmer months as it is great for sitting outside and enjoying the world going by.The cocktails are good, beer is lovely, but we would avoid the bottles of bubbles. Just not good quality or worth the price for them. The staff are always friendly and security are great. There are many things to keep you interested when they put on special nights like bingo.Give it a visit in summer!

Gabriel Soto: Love it here. It’s so fun and the servers are very nice too. It’s not too big but the cocktails are good. I’d come back!

Adam G: Fun bar with fabulous staff, especially Nathan!!

Santiago Alcon: This gem stands at the heart of Clapham queer community and allies. Bingo, cocktails, drag queens and fun crowd. What's not to like?

Mustafa B: Best Gay Bar in Clapham! Been coming The Bridge for a while now and I couldn’t say a bad thing about it. Lovely cosy bar, the staff are all amazing, great cocktails and every night there is entertainment or drag Cabaret!

Dejah Naya Mccombe: I could not rave about the bridge more, this is where I found my community. The staff are some of the most amazing people I have ever met. The performers, comedians, drag acts are all super fabulous and hard working. Vicki + Pab make the bar what it is, they work endlessly to make sure all customers have a amazing experience. Also.. best happy hour in London

Vanessa Brundish: Brilliant night, friendly bar staff. DJ was great. Had a fantastic time will come again. Thanks xx

Elle McBeale: You know when your looking for a place to kiss because you on a hot date,a place where everybody minds there business while you snuggle on the couch, well the Bridge is Clphams best kept secret .Make out on a couch, find a quiet corner, or join karaoke ki ki on Thursday.Perfect for a first date and no one will mind if you get your first kiss of if you a karaoke virgin .lol

GaySocial HQ: We have a long-standing routine of visiting the Bridge bar, but felt it really important to comment on the huge improvements made recently. This cozy bar has really upped the bouji stakes and left us with the best impressions! Hospitable hosts, delicious drinks, beautiful presentation, fabulous ambience and the décor/layout has been really spruced up.We will be back again more frequently and will spend more time at this favourite, which has really undergone a transformation for the better.A huge thanks to Josh and the team for making us feel so welcome. See you again soon.

Carley Esprit-Philip: still have some fun

Richard G: Fantastic night. One of the owners was a bit snappy at the bar which was taken offence to. But redeemed himself by giving a free drink.Entertainment was brilliant, both Suz and Mary mack were hilarious, had great engagement with the audience and were decent singers. Thank you for a lovely evening.

N L: Fab

Cliff Orpin: We went New Years Eve! Super small venue but very friendly and Lola Lasagne hosting was the best. Older, bear crowd, just so you know

Guillaume David: My boyfriend and I were there on the 30th of december to watch the show. We weren't very kin at first, but in the end we had a very good time. The show was very funny and the atmospher great. I had already spent time there in the garden during the summer and it was cool. As long as you just are yourself and in the mood of enjoying the moment, you've got to go there ! Plus, the place is part of London's identity !

Bethann Hubert: Always good fun with friendly staff and great atmosphere!

Themis Von-Blanc: I love it here, not just because of the Freddie/Diana/Kenny Legend. Looking forward to seeing Kim Wilde in December. Not been here for ages but it was always fabulous and I always left with a smile on my face

Lee Wardle: I absolutely love this bar, the decor, staff and management. But I wish just once it would open on time.I finish work at 1500HRS and often head to RS to continue to work remotely because at that time of days it’s quiet and I can get a seat and happily carry on working. I also quite often arrange to meet clients or friends here around 1500/1530HRS. So it’s a massive inconvenience to have to rearrange timing/venues because RS has not opened on time.Despite this I will continue to come here. It’s by far my favourite bar in town.

Taranjeet Lamba: One of my fav bar… i love this place

Ivan Yanes: Armaney!! Thank you for such sweet treatment!! What a star!! ❤️ lovely day there with mates ❤️

Scott Williamson: We found our experience to be top-notch! Armaney served us with all the professionalism and charm that she naturally possesses, and should be revered an asset to business.

The Glory: what do users think?

Sylvester Seal: cool queer bar

Duke Alexis Bravo: A bit hot.

Dimitris Vali: but the guy in the entrance was really lovely.

Daniel H: had a great paddy's day here! two floors, decent tunes, some quirky cabaret, nice vibes

Dimitris Ntarladimas: Glory was a blast! The live performances were brilliant, and the atmosphere was crazy fun. We had a great time dancing the night away. I highly recommend this place for a fun night out!

Christine Asser: This is the best drama for 2022 with the best lead actress Song Hye KYo. The drama is teaching everyone a lesson and point to the law enforcing agencies atitude towards the weak and vulnerable in the sociaty. A lot of people have suffered silently in the hands of bullies that destroyed their lifes. The actors are excellent and the story line is excellent

Lorenzo Belenguer: Lypsinc 1000 was a night of drag performances like no other. Baby Lame, was the perfect host: witty, fast, and knew who was game, such as the amusing university lecturer, and who was not, sentive me. Unpalatable truths, by Cyro, atmospheric performances, by Paris Eatmall, and much fun, by Masc Peach. The legendary Glory is closing end January 24 - last chance! Beautiful and friendly staff and clientele 💙

Steven Overman: Sweaty fun, no matter who you are. A welcoming, upbeat, literally glittering place that doesn't take itself too seriously but does take your happiness very seriously! You'll dance with strangers, make new friends, belt out Britney upstairs, groove to house in the basement... It's NYC's East Village in the 90s, or East London right now; it's hard to tell the difference here, and that, for me at least, is the joy of it.

Julen Alfonso: I really enjoy this place for a nice drink! It's even better when it's not too crowded. I appreciate that they have started playing more Spanish music, which is a rare find in London. However, the only downside is that there isn't much room for dancing. Also, it's worth mentioning that the drinks can be a bit pricey. If you found this review helpful, please consider clicking the like button to show your support.

Cáelan Smiddy: had the best time here last night after London Pride!! everyone was lovely and there was a nice mix of people in there 🏳️‍🌈we made some lesbian friends at pride and we all went to Little Ku to have a dance, the servers were lovely and we had a gorgeous time 🍹 it was very very busy due to the pride celebrations but the bouncer let us in straight away and there was space for us to dance on the second floor.kudos to the staff and owners, you’re doing a fabulous job. we will be back!

James N: Great bar. Like someone’s art school project.

J. S. Neal: Very cute lounge bar. Was a bit slow at 9:30 but I know it gets busy at other times

Robert Lea: One of my favourite spots, but please please please start serving the friendly lychee again!!

Zack Hoffmann-Richards: Very cute cocktail bar with amazing drinks!

Mike Stankiewicz: The most wonderful experience. The owner Maria is an absolute queen.

Kurtis: My favourite place to be, though music so load impossible to chat. Otherwise friendly staff and safe environment. If you visiting London it's the place to visit

Harry Branch: This bar is the best bar in Soho ! The atmosphere is next level, great vibes , amazing DJ and even better cocktails !Highly recommend friendly society to anyone.

Eligijus Rupšys: I’ve been coming to this establishment for a couple of times now. Last time a group of us came there for my friend’s birthday, and we had a blast. The decor is sick, the tunes were good, and the cocktails were more than a delightful drink, it was like an experience in itself. I had a little issue that a very lovely staff called Holly sorted me out with, so many thanks to her ! Would highly recommend and will definitely come back !

Jane Emmerson: The Friendly Society is the best cocktail bar and friends meeting place in London! So beautifully decorated in an amazing retro style with its own goldfish bowl, trolls and barbie dolls. The babycham is the best with drinks served in the most wonderful cut glass style glasses. Maria, the owner, is maganificent and welcomes you with a lovely smile and a big hug every time! The staff behind the bar are great at mixing you the perfect cocktail, attentive and so good looking. If you want a cheek, great place to meet with friends or experience something magnificently unusual the Friendly Society is the place to go. Dont miss it.. its amazing! Its also open on Sunday afternoons when we often frequent the Friendly!

Lucas Oberwager: Holly was so nice, incredible place super cool vibes

Jason Riseborough: Great Bar! Cocktails are 12 pounds ish but you get what you pay for, the service is great and the quality of the drinks is top-notch.Great atmosphere and a favorite bar of mine!p.s Would love to see a happy hour here!

Alex Macdonald: This is my favourite place in London because Maria and the staff always make it a place where we feel welcome whoever you are, background, age, gender or where you come from in the world and you can be yourself and have fun, drink nice cocktails and dance. I can't tell you how much I've appreciated that over the years even though I'm older now as many thousands do too and I hear young people saying it's their sanctuary. Alex

David Newton: I love this quirky little Soho drinking den. The friendly team make everyone so welcome and create a very special atmosphere. The Friday night DJ spins wonderful, classic soulful pop and the cocktails are expertly made & delicious. Maria, who has been running the bar for over twenty years, mingles with the crowd and adds to the unique, fun vibe.

Giulia Matranga: A literally friendly and lovely place. We took refuge in the basement of this lovely pub. I was a little irritated that day but the Americano cocktail in perfectly Italian style and the boundless kindness of the probable owner contributed or rather - made - my day. She gifted us an umbrella as a free and open gesture of kindness, because it was raining. thank you friendly society!

Lewis Stokes: Best bar in London!Every time we go to London we end our day in H2H - The bar staff are so friendly and welcoming. The drinks are very well priced and the drag shows are probably the best I have ever seen! I will always recommend a visit if your in the area!!!

Haley Lawrence: We only had a short visit here in London and wow did this pub make it an amazing time. The drag show was such a blast, bartenders were super cool, and the ambiance was immaculate. Definitely going to come back to London for longer and pop by here again. Thanks for the memories that were made.

Charlie Fleming: Way back in 2003 this was the first gay pub I had been to. I was 19 and scared to death in Hull as it was a horrible place to be gay. I came to London to meet a guy that I randomly texted one number below mine.I remember it was about midday and the staff were really nice... Been a few times since obviously. I now live in London, but if there is anyone reading this, the staff have been nice there for about 21 years.Deceptively larger pub than it looks on the outside but still small. Iconic pub.

S H: Absolutely charming atmosphere, had a really nice night - the security are the best security I've met, they do a great job of keeping out unfriendly people and keep a fantastic attitude.

Sofia Vaisman: I had a very bad experience with a member of the staff to which the venue opened a internal enquiry and got back to me with concrete measures. Very much appreciated, the space works on building a safe queer community space.

Sara Oliver: Not all the pictures were to my taste, yet it was warm and friendly. Like a mini museum. The work is by experiment, new artist, and was up for sell.

Debbie Allen: How could I not love this place. Awesome host. Warm friendly audience. Other great readings. You could feel the tension and passion in their works. So eclectic. I enjoyed every minute!!

Daisy rushton: Lovely venue if a little on the small side , very pretty smoking area - If you’re lost on the main road you can look out for a cool flag opposite a school

Ted's Place: what do users think?

bing bong: Fabulous Clue and people

Patrick McDougall: Ted's place is really, really friendly. It's been there for decades, not judging, offering an inclusive, friendly, tolerant, welcoming space. Thursdays and Sundays are for t-girls and admirers. There are other days for other people who have had to fight the fight ...A stool at the bar can lead to the loveliest conversations. And for those who would like more, there is the potential for more.Respect.

Thien Tran (Emperor): A discreet friendly place for all trans & their admirers, curious and beyond or you just want to try out the sling, you know you want to. I'm not trans nor straight, it's in my name, legally! Buying a drink for any working staff will earn you a nice place, here's a cheat, say you're a friend of Chelsea and say no more.

Marlon Sly: From the comments, I may have missed the action tonight. It happens. The guys were super friendly with me. Too bad I missed out.

kylie dors: I always enjoy my time here. Love chatting it up with Ted and his husband. The bar starts heating up about 12 and it gets pretty busy. Will be back soon

Christopher Tierney: Loved it

Parthasarathy B: during my first time visit to London. Met many locals and regulars who are extremely friendly, cool and easy going. Will definitely come back here once again when I am in town next time.

Mike Marchesan: Diren is great and treats me like a king every time. Highly recommended!

Paul Wilson: One of London's best kept gems. From hot men to hot trans and one of London's best bar owners the hugely welcoming Ted of Ted's Place. If you want discreet old style cruising with hot friendly men on this side of London you can't do better. From a warm welcome at the door to the acerbic wit of the host you know you've found a bar with real personality that deserves to be loved and treasured.

Mark: probably be the best club around!!!!! Great atmosphere, great owners to match said!

Jason: Good evening Ted hope you are OK Jason London Mitcham

George Martin: Absolutely fantastic, always welcoming and friendly with never a dull moment inside the club!Thank you both

Anon Nymous: which is a men-only clothing optional evening. Might sound a bit weird, but the atmosphere is very relaxed and, as the booze flows, there is a sense that anything goes. And it does! So if you enjoy getting naked, or staying dressed whilst hanging out with naked men, then this is the night for you.I always find the guys here quite friendly and easy to chat to so if you're considering going on your own - and quite a few of the guys there appeared to have done that - then you'll more than likely find some company if you want to.My one suggestion for management is to turn the lights down just a little as the night wears on, to give the bar an even more cozy vibe, and to get people in the mood, but that's a minor quibble, really.Overall, it's a great little bar in London's ever diminishing gay scene and one that's definitely worth a visit
