Kendra Johnson: No reservations, walked in right when they opened at 12pm(maybe a bit before!) great massage, 30 mins foot and 15 neck and back-great combo and felt sooooo nice after walking all day the last 4 days!! 45 pounds so fair price!! They work so hard!
DJM: Walked in off the street and got seen within 5 minutes. Derrick gave me an hours foot massage. Have to say it was very very deep and intense. They use a LOT of pressure and wooden massage sticks to really get deep into the tissue and remove all the knots. If I’m honest at times it was very painful but the area being massaged felt great after he had worked on it. I obviously had a lot of knots and tension as he applied a LOT of pressure. I would recommend this place but it’s not for the faint hearted! Don’t go expecting some light touch soft massage. This is real deep body working and feels more like physio. Gave the massage 4/5 stars because at times the pain level was a bit too much for me and not sure Derrick responded to my obvious grimaces. However overall a very good experience and am sure my feet and legs will feel great in the next couple of days.
Davinder Garewal: This is the most authentic foot massage establishment I have ever seen. All the staff are very skilled and experienced, and the price is very reasonable. I go there at least once a week when I am in London.I recommend it highly.

Stephan Roth: Had a great experience. Clean and friendly, both the reflexology and the back/neck/shoulder massage were superb. Oftentimes places simply "tickle" the person, here they really knead out all the tension from your body.
keepitforyourself: Had a feet and back massage with Andy. He customised the massage to unblock my tension spots and was guiding my breathing and movements throughout. My feet feel so much lighter and got rid of the tension in my back and arms. I highly recommend if you are not scared of a little pain to unblock the tough spots
Lee Nusbaum: My second visit in only 5 days and another excellent foot/neck/shoulder massage. Derek gave me another excellent massage for my second visit as he did earlier in the week . It’s a small little shop in soho that does traditional reflexology. Derek applied great pressure and helped to relieve my sore feet that had walked 20k steps per day for the entire week. Can’t recommend this shop enough. Thanks :)

Nick Vorauer: I have been trying to figure out the best way to write out this review. My friend and I were visiting London and after 2 days of taking 25,000+ steps, we decided to treat ourselves to a massage to help our aching muscles. We called this massage parlor and were happy to be able to get a same day appointment. Both elected to get a 60 minute relaxation massage. Very relaxing experience, however during the massage, while I was laying on my stomach, maybe 15 minutes in, I felt and heard a buzz in between my legs, almost like a cell phone receiving a notification. I asked my masseuse after the massage what that was and they said it was their cellphone, which they had kept on the table during the massage. Now, do I think it is strange for an employee to have their phone on them while I am naked, covered only with a small towel? Yes, I do. Do I think there was any malicious intent behind it? Honestly, I have no proof one way or the other. I was a bit stressed after that. The price was fair, and the massage was of good quality, but I cannot drop how uncomfortable I felt, and decided I should leave this review to let people make their own decisions.

cocoweiye Ye: It’s really good idea have full body Thai massage in this cold weather. This weekend when I pass Chinatown saw this shop , I saw the place very clean and tidy. Every staff very friendly and introduce about what type of massage they have. I was made good choice for having great massage with James. I would like to say he’s very professional and he knows about acupressure point to release body tiredness and muscle aches . Strongly recommend:)

kareem khodeir: Best deep tissue massage I ever had! Rio gave me the best deep tissue massage I’ve ever had. He was very polite and helpful listening to exactly what my issues were. After 20 years of pain and many attempts to relieve issues, Rio’s 30 minutes session has done it! Sore the following day and happy to be, it’s been 4 days and I feel fantastic! Rebecca Williams: Very good massage, my masseuse was male and they refused to change, Im not particular so this was fine as I’ve had both make a female masseuse’s in the past. But the masseuse was silent the whole time (60 mins), and displayed a clear erection when forcefully massaging my behind and upper thigh area, which went on for about 15 minutes, Never massage any of the front of my body either. I was a super frightened so I stayed quiet but I left immediately after and was absolutely mortified. I wanted to complain and ask for a refund but I was terrified. Sadly spent £55 and do not intend on returning. Do not recommend at all this place is seedy and decorated disgustingly.

Shireen Khan: I had a very bad experience booking in with Mario , when trying to change a booking they were more concerned about money and being charged extra via treat well then to accommodate a new client, very poor customer service through out and be warned they will take your money and will not give a refund. I have emailed and tried calling and yet no one gets back to you.
Response: Dear Shireen Thank you for your review. You booked yourself an appointment with me online at 10pm for the following day. In the morning I emailed you a confirmation of appointment with consultation forms. You told me you had booked the wrong date and wanted to see me on Thursday. It clearly states on the Treatwell website that changes cannot be made within 48 hours (this is because of two reasons the clinic will not refund room hire and it is unlikely the space will be booked by someone else). Because I understand sometimes mistakes can happen I offer to change bookings as long as the £25 room hire is covered (not refundable to me). Most therapists do not even offer this. As I have explained repeatedly over the phone and by email I am happy for you to take the treatment whenever you want as long as the £25 room fee is covered. I and all of my other clients think this to be reasonable and fair. Please do not come online and leave lies about you emailing and calling and no one getting back to you as I have a record of all the emails and telephone calls recorded. I have been a therapist for 11 years and have 349 5 star reviews. It is unfair and libellous for you come online and write lies because you didn't get your own way. I have been very clear and will repeat I am happy to give you your treatment as long as you pay the cost of the room hire of £25.00. Happy for you to contact me whenever you are ready to take your treatment.

Sam Saltwell: Really pleasant surprise, right in the heart of Victoria. Very friendly service (whereas many massage studios in London can be quite indifferent); plus most importantly, a really high quality massage at a price well below the competition in the area. Don’t be put off by the slightly intimidating doorway and steep staircase you need to walk up to the studio, it’s worth the journey.

I will be booking in regularly as I have a couple of shoulder injuries and need regular deep massages to relax all of my neck, back and shoulders. I had the 45min Deep Tissue Massage today and it was just brilliant. I will be booking in for an hour next time as Sara is so good and communicates with you the whole time, so if something is too much she will make an adjustment. Highly recommend.
Crystal Kent: Was a bit nervous when I arrived to a plain, locked black door outside Victoria station with a handwritten note "clients please call..." But I worried needlessly, quick jaunt up the stairs revealed a cozy room prepared beautifully, and a terrific massage therapist who at times got up on the table beside me and used her elbows to iron out the stubborn knots in my back. She was determined and skilled and I left feeling 20 times better. Room was a bit warm but not too bad, I should have asked for the table heat to be shut off but I was too delightfully lost, probably drooling, to care.

al charles: A very professional service. Very clean, very friendly and very relaxing! I just finished a 2 hour massage and I feel *BRAND NEW* My therapist was very attentive to where I was tense and focused on these areas. She adjusted the pressure to my liking and really focused on getting the knots out. I do a lot of sports so the massage really focused on areas that were sore. Definitely recommend!!!
Healani Norman: Very enjoyable! My husband and I walked in about an hour and half before closing without calling ahead but they were happy to give us a couples massage. There is an atm directly across the street and everything worked out so easily considering we had just flown in a few hours before. Both of our masseuses were spot on and we both felt much taller after.
Fabrizio Ori: Great masseuses, Asiatic Thai massage (with oil) uses very little amounts of oil, confirming the excellent service; basket to put your clothes/belongings is big enough, the salon is clean & tidy. Drawbacks: pricier than competitors, rooms are quite small and not very soundproofed so you could hear conversations from other guests. Unlike most salons, tips are welcome.

Nu: I’ve had a bad back and achy legs for the past 2 weeks as I’ve been doing 10-13km walks. I had an hour of their Thai massage and I feel so much better now! It’s like a Chiro and massage all rolled into one. I could even hear my back and neck crack! No more achy legs and stiff back. It’s truly god-sent! I’m going back in a week’s time! It’s no wonder they’re so popular! Either book and pay on Treatwell or pay with cash when you’re there. Highly recommended! Proper Thai massage, the type you’d get in Thailand. And they’re really friendly!

Pheasant Plucker: What a gem of a find.Situated on the corner of Sidney Street tucked away in a very pretty courtyard. My 3rd reflexology session and as previous total bliss. Professional with no interruptions and the reflexologist is extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
Ashley Siedentopf: I booked in tonight last minute, was having a stomach spasms from something I ate ( as I have Crohn’s disease) as I take a holistic approach to healing, staying in remission and managing it, I decided to book a 45 min reflexology session …. I cannot beleive an hour later, no pain, no bloating, no cramps , no spasm …. Agnus ! You were amazing ! And also she was extremely knowledgeable in the foot anatomy and really gave the designated areas I need the TLC it needed today! Thank you and will be booking regularly with her now!
Tara Roux: The massage was all over the place and some parts of my body were massaged a lot and some barely anything. The person doing a reflexology on a guest whilst I was checking out was almost asleep! It was totally over priced for what I got. It was not a professional massage. I won’t be going back.

Janine Labrum: Went for a back and neck treatment booked by my wife. There was an issue with the appointment so was told to come back in 20 mins. Settled down for treatment - they started on my feet. It soon became apparent that it was only a foot treatment. As it was a quiet room I could not raise the question so went with with it. At the end told receptionist that I had the wrong treatment. She just took credit card payment with no apology. Only after my wife called did they discover that I had an appointment. This was not a good experience.

Victor Pogudin: There are unbelievable things that happened. I had so annoying back pain and I didn’t believe that it can be fixed with a session. I was lucky to get a walk-in appointment with Michal. After 5-7 hours I don’t feel any back pain. It’s a miracle. I strongly recommend this place and going to have a massage once a week.
Steve Labrum: Booked an appointment for my husband last week they told me it was unnecessary to have his first name , that they could look up his appointment by the surname . Booked a back and neck treatment as a gift he showed up they told him nothing was booked for 11am? They neglected to tell him his appointment was for 12. They then told him to come back in 20 mintues for a treatment which then turn into a £63 foot massage . This is not at all what was book and when I called very upset asking why they changed his appointment they told me he never gave his surname . REALLY is this how a business should be run . Such incompetence they have the scheduling there on the computer with all the information. Search with the surname review your bookings don’t tell a client who was given a gift of a neck and back massage , that he is not booked in. And then just to fill in your 11:20 slot you rebook him and give him a foot massage . How ridiculous Never , Ever going back and will pass this on .
Marcos Pavlides: I just wanted to drop you a note to compliment one of your amazing staff. Her name is Rashida and she saved my life yesterday. I came in not able to turn my head either way and in excruciating pain. Over the course of a week I have been to an osteopath medical doctor and prescribed drugs without any relief. After an hour massage I was much better and today I am 99%!!! She totally knows what she’s doing and has a very good bedside manner. Please tell her good job!! Thank you Scott

Silvina A-M: Be careful. Appallingly customer service. I would advice against trying to make bookings on line as the website has very poor functionality. I tried to book to slots (my husband and I), but you can only do this sequentially. The website doesn’t let you know how many slots are available at any time nor allow for multiple slots bookings. As a result I booked my husband for a reflexology and had to pay for it, and when i tried to book the second slot I was told there was no more availability at the same time. I tried cancelling my husband slot within 5’ of the booking and we were charge a cancelation fee. You have to revisit your booking policy where cancellations are triggered by your poor website functionality. I will never set foot in this store again. Please note that the team has also chose not to respond to the query after a voicemail, a phone call and an in person visit.
Salina Sandhu: Reflexions is the best place in London for Reflexology and massage. Some amazing staff and masseurs that you will walk out of there floating!! Locations are W2/ Chelsea/ Clapham Junction. Been going there last 15yrs and have never come across such a bunch of brilliant, experienced, kind and helpful staff. The owner is a very ethically sound guy which filtrates through his business. Highly recommend this place for some ME time and relaxation!! 5 stars

Staff are super friendly and helpful, reflexology experience is above average compared to others and they make sure that you feel safe and comfortable.Just make sure to give them a call and ask if you can walk-in or set up an appointment.
Angie “Angie”: First time being to this place for reflexology treatment. Vivian was great from the beginning. She showed so much care to me and I felt so relaxed after the treatment. The one hour was such a treat for me. After we finished, Vivian gave me a lot of useful tips on how to improve my sleeping quality. I slept much better than usual the last two nights. I really appreciate the good service provided to me.
Anthony Manmohan: One of the best places in London where the therapist focus on the client rather than a routine treatment. Different styles of reflexology and massage to choose from. Love the fusion treatments mixed with other modalities. Some of the facecrades could be better. Wonderful reflexology chairs makes it so easy to fall asleep.
Thea Montgomerie Anderson: amazing for mental health, i come here to switch off my stressors on my body rather than taking antidepressants.. so glad they are open again as i wear all my stress in my feet and my face - yes they do face reflexology. they are the ONLY good reflexology place in west London, I used to travel to south London.

Dieulinh: Just had one of the best deep tissue massages I’ve ever received in my life. Unfortunately, I didn’t get to enjoy the full hour as I had to go back to work abruptly due to an emergency . Katrina MLYNKOVA: I had massage with Prammy today and wow she is absolutely amazing!!! In my opinion she deserves more than 5 stars! I asked for very strong massage and she gave me 100% of her energy. Prammy is very friendly and she did very hard 90 minutes work and i am very impressed by her skills. She was using her feet and elbows as well, she was pressing hard and that is what i need. Shop is very clean, smells lovely and has air-condition. Reception is very friendly too . Petra de Beer: I can’t recommend Pouyan enough. I have been seeing him for a while now, initially to work on my knots on my upper back and neck due to my long hours at work, then he was great help with my knee. Since I’ve been seeing him my stress levels as well as my sleep have massively improved. I love that he mixes eastern and western styles of massage and includes acupuncture in the treatment whenever needed. He really has strong but sensitive magic hands.
Mathilde P: I can only give a great review about Matt ! He relieved tensions I was not even aware I had, and managed to ease some pain that I had been having for months and could not get rid of. I felt fully cleansed after my session with him. He is always of great advice and very welcoming. I highly recommend!

tommc7: Nick Johnson is amazing at acupuncture and massage. He has fixed me countless times and is worth seeing for maintenance too and stopping niggles becoming something bigger. The price is very reasonable and the treatment rooms are great. Friendly and helpful staff upstairs in the Pharmacy too. Highly recommend.

Caterina Angela Pili: The front desk staff is very friendly and polite, they are very professional and efficient. My experience with one of their therapists (Graham) is absolutely fantastic. He is fixing the unfixable, he really knows what he is doing. I would strongly recommend him to anyone. He is friendly, very professional and polite but most of all, his treatments are working, I had an issue for several years and he has been so far the only one able to help. 5 stars!

All the staff were very helpful and friendly and the Podiatrist, Ian Bruce, was excellent at explaining and carrying out Nail Surgery on my teenage son. I highly recommend this place and will be sure to return myself.
David Wittich: I telephoned Fairlee and got amazing help from all and Nick Johnson has transformed my life. After many years of pain from too much back surgery and being near crippled, his combination of acupuncture and physio has done so much more than a spinal cord stimulator (now removed), pills and all other medical treatments. I now walk straight. The Team at Fairlee are all very friendly and helpful.

Suraj: The only stop I always have to make in London. Friendly and professional service by great therapists. This trip I went in twice. One short 30 because I hadn’t visited since 2019 and wanted to check if it was still as good. Went back for another 60 because it’s still great. Thanks to Toni for the great treatment and sorting out my back and shoulders after 24hrs of flights as well as a few weeks of neglect.
NANCY LIU: The second time doing massage here, feel just so-so. The staff are very nice , always smiling, which I admire a lot. However, my hair got really oily due to the use of massage oil (I think this can be prevented in some way). Also, the heating wasn’t turned on, so I felt a bit cold during that one hour. And this time I had a different therapist, and my feeling was not as good as last time.
Woojae Jung: One of the best Thai massages I’ve had in my life. I’ve gotten them in all different cities / countries but this was hands down one of the most amazing. Joet was my masseuse. I had a really bad pain in my shoulder and could not raise my arm fully. After a medium strength deep tissue massage - i started feeling better on the day of. And next almost back to full mobility. I would go again today but was advised that too much of a good thing is also not good. Thank you so much and I hope the business continues to do well!
Georgi Deninski: I’ve been using this place for the last 10 months every single week, sometimes 2 times a week. I have tried all of the therapists who work there at least 5 times and came to the conclusion I can’t pick a favourite, they are all professional and extremely good. No wonder why sometimes there’s no available spaces if I haven’t booked in advance. Well done to the lovely and welcoming girls at the reception and all therapists, you’re the best.
Louise: It was my first visit here and the service was wonderful, very welcoming reception staff. My masseuse Toni was excellent, she made me feel comfortable and was attentive to my poor back due to long hours at the computer. Highly recommend it and I will definitely be going back
Ben Fisher: I originally book massages for my wife and I before traveling to London. Due to problems at the airport, our flight was delayed making it impossible for us to make our appointments. The people at Siam Body and Soul worked with me through email to reschedule our appointments trying to get them set for a time after our flight arrived but again due to issues with our flight this proved to be an impossibility resulting in our appointments being canceled. Because I prepaid for the massages and knew that the cancelation was not Siam Body and Souls fault, I fully expected them to keep the payment for the canceled appointments. Instead, Siam Body and Soul allowed me to rebook the appointments with out charging me. This was above and beyond what I expected and would have fully understood if they had decided to keep what I had paid up front. Our massages were excellent and I would highly recommend this business not only for the massage but for the excellent customer service.

Hanen Osman: Very good and relaxing! I had a 60 minutes Thai foot massage and instantly felt relaxed and sleepy. I had to keep myself up until I reached home to have a good afternoon nap. My toe nails look healthy and gorgeous and I have no pain in my feet. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone with tired feet. Money well spent!

Vivian W: A good full body massage and friendly therapist. Quite difficult to find the location as well as enter the building as highly secured, but I used a Groupon voucher and got what I paid for. In terms of communication, I had booked via Groupon with no confirmation after, but I just contacted the therapist directly a few days before the massage and the process was fine. Would be happy to return for ad-hoc therapy as the location is very central and close to public transport
