Costa Victoros: What is a wonderful shop with fantastic service from Angelo and family. Love the lights we selected and match what we wanted.

Amer Mohammed: A family run business with very good understanding of the lights and have been very helpful while we were choosing our ceiling lights. Angelo was very patient during our buying process, and was open to mix and match. End result, we are very pleased with the lighting and we are receiving compliments for it.

Fiona Davies: Excellent personal service. Angelo is always happy to discuss your needs and offer great advice. Great range of lighting at affordable prices. I definitely recommend this shop.

Katy Wellesley Wesley: I needed to return an item from France and was told to organise it myself (fine) and to pay import taxes for the return of an expensive unwanted item back to the uk when it was originally sent from the Netherlands. Complicated, costly and inefficient. I do not recommend ordering from circa if you live in the EU. Not to mention the shockingly unenvironmental over packaging.
Response: Hi Katy, We appreciate your feedback and we regret to hear of your experience. Customer service is very important to us and we strive to provide each customer a positive experience. We are continuously working to improve and will use your feedback to do just that. maria osullivan: Nice shop with lots of stock. The server however, came was rather unfriendly and unhelpful, seemed a bit superior in fact!

N A: Great little place with an excellent selection of trimmings and zips and elastic and beads! Bought a few metres of drawstring and elastic for less than £10, a lot more affordable than the fabric shop in my hometown 😁 Plus the staff are really nice!

Jenna: Unfortunately incredibly overpriced. I bought an air-erasable pen but this thing must have been in a wind tunnel before I got it because there is not a drop of ink coming out of it. Wasted £3.50 - not enough to return, but enough to feel really disappointed. Far better shop just around the corner at MacCulloch & Wallis!
Response: I'm sorry for your encounter. Our pen may have been left for too long and the ink will dry out. If you want to return it, please feel free to come to us. We have moved to a new store in the soho area. You are welcome to visit again.

Charis: Beautiful display as you enter. I was so impressed. Great service that staff are so helpful in this store! And I was absolutely amazed by the range of stock that they have here. It’s a shame it’s so hidden away! Thanks all!!

Rashmi Jey: Horrible staff who discriminate against people with medical conditions! Was an extremely distressing experience. Please avoid at all costs if you value your peace of mind.

Charlotte Pike: My new favourite place. Popped in to get some thread and came out with bags full of things. Staff have been very helpful helping me to work out quite how I am going to make whatever project I am now working on. Fantastic range.

THI Q: Way overpriced for such poor quality products, wont last !! Staff is incredibly unfriendly when you asked any questions. Review back in Dec when I bought rolls !!

Michaela: Rude staff! I went in to buy zippers and found a lady unpacking boxes during opening hours, and when I asked for a zipper, she yelled at me, asking if I am blind and cannot see that she is busy and path to zippers is blocked. She was beyond rude..
Response: Sorry to hear about your experience, we will improve our service. Hope you can come again!

Ama Ama: Rarely go here but when i do i spend a bit of time and i am always pleasantly surprised and get so excited and carried away. So many lovely things and really friendly staff too

W Wan: This is one of my favourite department store in London. Every time I visit here, the choices of products are wonderful and customer service is very good. Now I could come here more convenient and faster because Bond Street Elizabeth line station has opened. (The nearest exit is the Hanover Square exit) It is also a family friendly department store. The toy and baby department is very impressive, too!

Nina Beilby: Love it here. So easy to shop. Things are laid out logically and they usually have a fabulous selection to chose from. I always go in without a clue but they have such great ideas. Gin and tonic crackers, who knew!

Onyeka Online: One of my favourite department stores in London. Great stock, diverse products and brands, and the service is always top tier. I visit once a fortnight, at the very least because there’s always an offer worth taking advantage of.

Rushmi Sethi: Good selection of summer dresses especially from Whistles, Hobbs, Mint Velvet and Jigsaw. Trendy faux fur coats. Beauty cosmetics, Aromatherapy beauty skincare products and perfume on the ground entrance floor. Clean and tidy store. Place to Eat on the top floor with a good rooftop view.

I W: The homeware selection is decent and still somewhat affordable compared to other homeware stores in the area. Good mix of brands to browse.

Postcard 24r: Located in Center of London, I ve been just in Christian Dior make up corner. Corner is really clean and tidy. I ve been served from Eric, he is really polite and very very kind. I raccomando to all of you. He will assist you from the beginning until the end to find what you need. He deserve absolutely more than 10 stars.

Phuong Tran: John Lewis at Oxford St is great. I normally take the bus from Victoria and there is a stop directly outside (so much easier with a buggy). Staff are friendly and I recently just discovered their fantastic changing facility for children on the top floor. Took the stress right out of nappy changing for my baby! They also had quiet corners for nursing. My baby fell asleep straight away and I managed to get a coffee in peace in the cafe. The lovely staff helped me carry my tray to a table of my choice.

A. Faith: Their app never works to clear the payment and the call centre people are awful when you ask why app doesn’t work. They reply rudely that it’s your fault / you don’t use app properly blah blah blah and also claim our app works perfectly. As if 🤮

MICHAEL DAVENPORT: Love the Oxford Street branch. The customer assistants are the best. Seemingly genuinely interested in helping you with enquiries and positively proactive in helping you to complete a purchase online if stocks have failed to last.

Homebase - London Finchley Road: what do users think?

Cain Hands: A barren place where you could hear a pin drop! Loads of stock and it’s well laid out but the place is deserted and you can hardly find any staff. You need to go through a maze to get out! They have some nice plants in the outside area and the shop is easy to reach, but many of their items are poor quality. Unless you’re really desperate for the things they sell, I’d recommend going elsewhere.

Muge BN: Perfect store for houseplants and DIY projects. Great location with spacious outdoor parking area. There is a garden at the back of the store and you can find many different types of products in there. Great prices for multi buys.

Nikolas Velissaris: Totally deserted with employees that do not care. I wanted to buy flowers and did not have any cash on me to get a trolley. One of the employees in a totally apathetic way told me that it was not her problem how I could get one. By going to the garden all the plants were dead (or close to being dead). A lovely chap explained that the gardener was on holidays (so I guess the management decided to let all their stock die instead of passing this responsibility to someone else). Although it is nearby, I do not think I will be visiting again soon. I prefer instead to drive 20-30min and spend my money in a store with helpful stuff and good quality of products.

lara anderson: We purchased an expensive kitchen through Homebase. It ended up being a disaster. Multiple agreed configurations were wrong after the long wait, simple calculations like the adequate worktop size were wrong, we were not advised on connections to appliances that are also not shown on the drawings. When trying to contact it is a frustrating process as noone is available, noone calls back, replies email, takes responsibility and accountability. When finally after multiple trials someone calls back, talks to the customer with a rude manner. We were upset with this purchase and all the stress it gave us. Definitely can not recommend and would advise to use any other kitchen reseller than Homebase.

JR Bradbury: Just popped over to get some decorating materials Quite a large selection of DIY and their paint section is quite good Car parking free for up to one hour get your parking ticket stamped over at the supermarket if you need 2 hours Store has just re opened for the pandemic easing measures not many staff on but they are extremely helpful and they have instigated good social distancing measures

Carmine Nigro: Number one for houseplants in the local area. Beautiful plants. Did I mention the outdoor plants. Best in the local area & at great prices and multi buys

John Mogg: Another hidden gem. Most people think of Hamleys and the Disney Store in London as the premier Toy stores in town. FAO Schwarz the 159 year old New York toy shop, has had a residency on the 4th floor in Selfridges, since 2019. There are some great features in here for kids to have a go on (such as a new rendition of the iconic Piano as featured in the Tom Hanks film BIG. Check it out if in town with your kids (or if you want a go on a giant Piano).

Jon Atk: Fantastic department store offering high end products and experiences to customers. Well worth a visit if shopping is your thing Great food hall, Technology and fashion/fashion accessories department. Christmas decor is the best both in and outside the store Some nice little eating and drinking establishments also tucked away make sure you check them out Impressive and I don’t do shopping much 👍

John: Selfridges is the embodiment of a classic, upmarket British department store. Set in the heart of Oxford Street, you can buy everything from amazing food to games consoles. I absolutely loved our trip here, and would definitely come here again as there’s always something interesting and new to try. Their coffee machine selection is particularly amazing.

Symeon Onipede: From Diamonds to luxury goods, watches, perfumes, toys, technology, shoes, top designer labels, teas, coffees and lovely stuff at the food hall. All good things even after all these years on Oxford street. Sale now on...sort of... but still a lovely day out. And Wimbledon tennis live on screen in one of the many nice cafes in the magnificent store

Jordan Bell: I like Selfridges an old beautiful building from the outside, with an iconic beautiful clock at the main entrance. In contrast to the inside which is stylish modern an airy. This store for me is less snooty than other well known department stores in London.

Dalia Alwan: A feel good place. Classy and prestigious. Has many departments, best of which the electronic appliances and home items. Also got interiors, lighting and bedding sections Men, women and kids fashion. Toys and library. The food hall is quite nice too. Good location with easy transport in the middle of Oxford st. Everything you need in one place.. make sure you have a lot of cash to carry 😁 💰 💳 💷 💰

Dr HNS - Lazy Tiger Mum: Haven’t been here in years but love exploring all the different floors every time I do visit. So many things too see and taste. The food hall is always a must visit when on Oxford street. Also, the sweets and confectioneries in the basement. Be careful because you can get carried away with all the wonderful and amazing things one offer. Weekend can get a be crazy and over crowded.

Tan Seet Ynn: They have the largest jellycat plushy collection in London. There is a giant bashful bunny plushy on display, which you can hug and take pictures with. There is also a store-exclusive bashful honey bunny plushy. You can also get your name embroidered on its ear within 20-30 minutes, up to 11 characters.

avnika kuvadiya: Selfridges - The hub of international brands who have stuff from almost all categories to offer, be it apparel, shoes, accessories, perfumes, chocolates, technology all located among the four floors. There are many restaurants to grab a meal or binge upon, they also have a cinema. It is totally awe inspiring and leaves one in the state of mesmerization. It is a definate visit once kind of a zone to have a grand experience.

Stjepan Kujadin: One of my favorite department stores in the world. So many great brands and the presentation is just stunning. Many food and beverage options. Something for everyone from cosmetics, clothes, accessories etc. you can spend all day here lol

L C: Colourful chocolate wonderland!! Great for all ages but the kids absolutely loved it. Just watch the kids filling up the bags, it get pricey real quick 😅😂 The merchandise was great too Some very quirky t-shirts. Four levels of endless chocolate My favourite had to be the chocolate brownie flavour 🤤

Kathrin Pauritsch: Very cool store, really well designed. There is a self-service counter where you can fill M&Ms yourself. However, the price is quite expensive. They also have clothes with M&Ms print and some accessories. Definitely worth a visit

Elaina Poh: I feel like I am a kid myself! In the M&M world! Having so much fun! From the photo booth, customized Chocolate wording, rainbow M&M walls, face on M&M and more! Please come n have fun like me. Hahha

Shilov Mani: Went here before I was diagnosed as a diabetic- and this very shop probably had a good part to play in this :) Loved my favourite candy in cups. I was pretty much transported back to being a kid. Merchandise, while slightly overpriced, is worth a look.

Javier Alvarez: Extremely bug shop in London heart dedicated to the sweet M&M brand. They have the classical chocolate, t shirts, British souvenirs and much more. You can even customize your own m&m with a photo of you. There is 4 floors in total.

Tayyab Khan: One of the best places to take kids. The store is huge and has 4 floors. There is wide variety of m&ms and different kinds of merchandise. Had a great time there. The prices are a quite high though if you compare with regular m&m retails.

Ajayi Oluwaseun: This is one of the most significant and historical place in London. I came here for shopping and To be honest I didn’t really come here only to shop. I love history and this is as a must see. It’s past starting in the 1870’s I step in and just imagine what’s happened around and in this place. Shoot all places this rich and historical in London. The lift is tight and beautiful but truly if you have claustrophobia take the stairs. The beautiful open roof. Just gorgeous. So many details that could easily be overlooked. A must see. I really love this place 💕😘😘😘

Sumeetmol Vasavan: Beautiful Grade 2 listed building. Amazing decorations and already the Christmas advent calendar is in. Very stylish department store. All kinds of products inside are very beautiful. A truly luxury department store with lots of history.

Lucy Brook: Beautiful listed London luxury department store building with great history. I mainly spent time in the christmas shop which has stunning decorations. Although wish there was tad bit more space because it does get very busy and can be difficult to browse.

Elaine Drake: Absolutely fabulous building inside and out. A lovely eclectic mix of goodies well worth starting at the top and working your way down through the whole store. Very helpful staff that have a good knowledge on their stock.

Cassandra P: To be honest I didn’t really come here to shop. I love history and this is as a must see stop for me. A must see.

M Bindels: Shop heaven! My favorite department store in London! The beautiful architecture definitely makes it a wonderful experience to just go in and enjoy the ambiance. You won’t be dissapointed! I enjoyed the Christmas store the most and it was hard not to buy everything in it… ;-)

Manqian Fu: Historical building with gorgeous art and beautiful items, fabrics, prints, the house itself is an art. Cozy rest room. Love the fabric there. One of my favorite shop in London.

Argos Tottenham Court Road: what do users think?

Kholil Rahman: Awful experience. The staff were so rude. Dont know how they are working there. Seems they didnt like my colour of skin.😟Never going there again. Other argos shops staff are much better and friendly. Wish never see these 2 employees again. They made feel so bad and guilty about myself.

Anjana Silva: I went here to collect a few items that I ordered online. I went here straight after work, probably during the peak time. I had to wait like 10 minutes which is not too bad. I have been served by a really knowledgeable and a kind guy called Roshid. A well maintained Argos store in Central London. Thanks Argos for the superb service :)

SORENA London: It was great service and help from this Gentleman Jonathan as Trading Support manager , I have spend all day to update my address and cancel one of my Oder but didn’t go through, and Jonathan did it with 2 minutes phone call ,He should get paid more I think, he works better then all argos systems

Kseniya: Good and friendly staff! Very nice and helped me a lotThe problem is that it was a long wait and it feels like more staff would need to be there to help the customers as it causes long waits and queues

Mustafa Kulle: Very good. As soon as I walked in I was assisted by friendly staff. They tended my needs and swiftly gave me what I ordered.Even though it was lunch time the speed of the service was immense. I was out of the store with what I needed in less than 10 minutes. Thanks guys. Keep up the good work.

Nicki Raymundo: Store manager today 28/09/22 refused to process collection despite having the collection till open and telling me to wait in line. Note all tills could process collections. Don’t bother with this Argos.

Annalisa Amoroso: Thank you Victoria ! This morning 3/08/22 on shift, to help me with such kindness and attentive service, you made everything quick and easy for me. Thank you !

House of Hackney: what do users think?

Penny Fanner: This is without doubt the most lovely company I’ve come across in years. They’re so helpful and quick at responding to queries . I found Katie both charming and super professional . They understand their customers and their needs and provide an excellent all round service. The website is so easy to use and the speed of the delivery really impressive. As for the quality of the curtain fabric I ordered it’s truly exquisite and quite special. I shall be making them my go to company in future when I need fabric, wallpaper or paint. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Response: It's such a pleasure to have helped you along the way, to know that you love your farbic is the biggest reward we could hope for. Not to mention your lovely words about our wonderful Katie, thank you! We're most looking forward to welcoming you back and for you to be able to add more of our house into your home.

duff mail: My experience with House of Hackney has been nothing but a wonderful. My point of contact is Steve. He is talented, helpful, and funny and he has made what has been a stressful job refurbishing a listed house, into something enjoyable. He has always been quick to reply to my emergency messages asking his opinion on anything I am unsure of, including items that are nothing to do with House of Hackney! He is helping me learn the art of mixing fabrics and textures that to the untrained eye you would think would clash! I love the two rooms that have been completed, and am now doing a bedroom and en suite. The quality of the materials, cushions and furniture is second to none. I’m so glad I discovered House of Hackney and the wonderful and talented Steve!! X
Response: What wonderful words to receive about our truly wonderful Steve. We couldn't be happier to learn of your enjoyable journey with House of Hackney as well as everything Steve has been able to share with you long the way. We hope your rooms bring much happiness to you for years to come.

Petteri Leiviska: Superior products and superior customer service. All about quality, style and being original and unique. Cannot recommend HoH highly enough for any discerning customers who want something truly unique for their interiors.
Response: Thank you so much for your lovely words. Not only do we aim to magic your space into a personal sanctuary where health and happiness can flourish, but also to provide you with a journey that replicates this. We can't wait to welcome you back.

Dena F: I cannot recommend House of Hackney highly enough! Georgia has expertly smoothed the way from query to order to delivery, no small feat when the destination was a desert island thousands of miles away that threw up a number of logistical challenges. All were met graciously and with good will. Without exception, the quality of all items is outstanding and transformative, including curtains that have been beautifully made. This is a talented organization with an ethical heart and soul that strives to find sustainable solutions for our planet, revitalize local industries and preserve highly skilled craftsmanship.
Response: We couldn't be happier, nor more touched, to receive such lovely feedback on our products, service and ethos. We hope to continue to make a positive change to the environment, all whilst making fabulous products that add a touch of happiness to peoples homes. Thank you for your recognition and kind words.

Kevin Guiness: I placed an order for just one of there fabulous Saber cushions, sadly when I received it I decided it was to large for my setting. I spoke to Georgia who without hesitation arranged for another smaller size to be delivered and the difference refunded. To sum up the products are fabulous, customer service exceptional, I absolutely recommend House of Hackney.
Response: We're so thrilled that you loved your journey with us, as well as the iconic SABER Cushion. What a wonderful addition to your home, especially during the year of the Tiger. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future.

Suzy Glantz: I had several interactions with Katie over email and she could not have been more helpful. I had so many questions and requests and each time, she got back to me very quickly and was able to satisfy me. I would not hesitate to recommend House of Hackney based on my experience with Katie.
Response: We're so very touched to receive your lovely feedback and that you enjoyed your journey with House of Hackney. We hope to welcome you back in the not too distant future.

Atlantic Electrics: what do users think?

Birj Shah: It’s rare that I’ve experienced good customer service, especially in the UK. Be it large organisations or small businesses, big purchases or small, it’s seldom you feel the person has given you sufficient time and genuinely wants to find the best solution for your needs. More often than not, the service feels ‘salesy’ and disingenuous. At times, as though you’re a burden to them. Between Dilip and Rinesh, their knowledge of products and willingness to go out of their way to assist was brilliant. They make you feel welcome and as if you are at home. They could comfortably justify charging more on this basis however their pricing remains competitive. If you’re searching for kitchen appliances and electrical goods, I would definitely recommend Atlantic. First time leaving a review as I felt compelled to share my experience.
Response: Thank you for leaving us a lovely review!

Sandeep Govindji: Very happy with purchase . We were served well by Rinesh. Highly recommended.
Response: Thank you for leaving us a 5 star review!

Nirav Jariwala: Excellent service all the way. Thanks To Dipesh for sorting out all the AV for my house
Response: Thank you for leaving us a 5 star review!

Hemal Patel: They provided in depth information on what would be the ideal Television for me. With so many options available, it was very difficult to understand the technical specs for each model as every brand uses their own acronyms. The staff helped me understand this fully which made my decision easier. The deliver arrived on time and the guys who delivered it were very helpful in getting my Television into my home to the desired location. Overall a very very professional service from start to finish
Response: Thank you for such a lovely review 😊

Tohral Vadukul: We recently bought a flat and was recommended Atlantic Electrics by our kitchen fitters. We ended up buying a total of 7 appliances with them and the process from beginning to end was smooth. I spoke to Rinesh over email, who gave me alternative options and was really helpful when it came to advice with additional cover etc. All in all a great experience and already looking to purchase smaller appliances with them! Would definitely recommend.
Response: Thank you so much for the lovely review! So glad to hear that you had a great experience with us 😊

Rajen Manani: Atlantic Electrics supplied me with 6 appliances for our new home. Not only were they able to get the exact models I was after but at the best price too. Great communication and service and I was kept full up to date with items which needed to be ordered in. Delivery was on time and without any hassle. Will definitely use them again for any future purchases
Response: Thank you for leaving us a 5 star review. We're thrilled to hear that you're happy with the service we provided!

Lucian Cornea: Excellent attention to customer. Thank you. Atlantic Electrics offered me repair services on behalf of John Lewis. I was very happy with the service one collecting the broken TV. As my TV was not repairable due to missing parts, they delivered the wall mount bracket back to me the next day.
Response: Thank you for your review 😊

Nazish Bana: Superb product knowledge. Unparalleled choices. Having scoured the market for trusted advice for sound, AV, media and automation advice, these guys wipe the floor with the competition. Forget the likes of Richer Sounds, these guys really know their stuff and make it simple to understand and work to individual budgets. After sales care is just as exemplary. Cannot recommend them enough.

Chelsea FC Megastore: what do users think?

Barbara Lindner: Very cool store for the Chelsea fan. District tube was all messed up so it took forever to get there however when I did lots of selection for gifts for my dad. All sorts of times and a place in the back to personalize a jersey anyway you wish. The items will make my dads birthday special so worth the trip! Staff was very helpful.

Daniel Berry: Awful. Bought a top for my daughter for her birthday and impossible to communicate with anyone. Paid extra for next day delivery and weeks after I ordered still nothing. Birthday long gone now. No one to speak to. Emails you can’t reply to. Absolutely hopeless. Save your money.

Asha: TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE - I WOULD NOT USE AGAIN. Ordered a personalized kit as a birthday present, has not arrived TEN(10) days after estimated delivery date and no support through their chosen carrier or through the Chelsea FC Megastore website. Utterly disappointed considering the cost associated with this, terrible customer support and service. I would not recommend using this website.

Earlie Durity: My cashier Wednesday was extremely Pro.,nice and helpful in the Megastore. Our Group of Co. would be delighted to have this temp. employee.

Mayo Aina-Badejo: Got some cool Chelsea memorabilia here.

Feel작노: I went to Emirates stadium first. After then I went to the Stamford. Compare with this two, then the blue one is better. For me, the first time when I saw the shop, I couldn’t shut my mouth. It’s awesome and really great place to buy gift for your friends. I recommend here to you^_^

Paul&Shark London Store: what do users think?

Pete McNally: Great, friendly and helpful assistants. Range is limited compared to the website particularly in larger sizes. Some good prices on the sale items.

Mark: I keep seeing bad reviews for this shop so I was very pleasantly surprised on my visit. I live in South Wales and was in London visiting family. Due to the current situation, writing this during Covid pandemic, I went to the store as soon as it opened. I was met by a very pleasant member of staff as we were both wearing face coverings communication was a little stilted. The staff member found what I was looking for and while he was gone I had a very nice exchange with another member of staff about various other P&S stores I had visited. Both staff members were professional and polite.

Sebastian G: WORST QUALITY EVER !!! I BOUGHT FROM THIS COMPANY 1 SWEATSHIRT, 1 POLO T-SHIRT, 1 T-SHIRT, AND 1 LONG SLEEVES T-SHIRT. FIRST THING WHEN I GET HOME WAS TO WASH THEM SO I CAN USE THEM. ALL OF THEM GOT SMALLER WITH 2 NUMBERS. A LOT OF MONEY WAISTED ON PRODUCTS THAT I NEVER USED !!!

Graeme Green: Please ignore previous review from me, new to this review page and posted incorrectly and too early! I’ve been visiting the London Store since its inception, having extensive experience of the brand and having also visited Paul & Shark stores in Sorrento, Amalfi, Roma, Venezia, Milano and Paris. I have always received great service in the London Store, where the retail culture for me is perfect. As a customer I’ve been left to examine the product at my own pace and staff interventions only happen when it is obvious I am interested in a product, or I actually ask a question myself. There has always been a staff member available for this. As a customer I have bought the Shark Hub jackets: Reflex, Earth and Inside Out, I have also bought several knits and I cannot praise the service enough. This is exemplified when I bought the only large sized Reflex in March, off a manikin and when I walked out of the premises having paid, to be followed to a local tavern by a staff member who pointed out this one was faulty! Excellent from the staff member, above and beyond.

Neil Garner: One of the finest menswear stores in London - very attractive store environment with extensive range of the P&S collection unmatched by anywhere else in the UK. Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable staff who always make customers feel welcome.

Mark Crockett: I found the products available very good. However, the service is what made my shopping experience EXCELLENT. The guy who served me (a Burnley fan) was knowledgeable, and assisted me greatly in determining my purchase.. What a shopping experience SHOULD BE👍👏

Sixers Sixers: When i reach paul and shark london store i feel happy yo see that all quality are available here.
