easyHotel London South Kensington: what do users think?

Katelyn Thang: so I had no surprises when I walked in. The bathroom felt like an airplane bathroom but it had everything I needed! We needed a key to enter the hotel and our hotel room so I felt safe staying here.Fortunately, there are two doors you must enter from the stairwell to the room so I was unable to hear other guests going up and down the stairs. The only noise was from the street due to the thin window.

Spencer Hewitt: Absolutely perfect place for a short term stay in the city. The price is super good for the stay. Everything else is super pricy but this was cheap, and small. All that we needed was a bed, shower and toilet and it has it all.Took about 1h15 to walk from the room to Big Ben, and a little more to the tower bridge, the subway is likely another option but if you’re looking to walk around the city I recommend.Going in with a good mindset knowing it’s going to be tiny is great, and laughing at the lack of space always makes it better. The room was super clean and looked very nice, and a great use of limited space. Me and my girlfriend stayed here for 2 nights and enjoyed it. Staff was super friendly and super helpful with whatever we needed!!If you’re young and just looking for a cheap place to sleep and also washroom, I definitely recommend!!

Dean O: Exactly what I had hoped for. Affordable, clean and quiet. Good location

Iria PD: A unos minutos andando del metro. Es lo que pagas por lo que no puedes esperar una super habitación. Para dormir y barato es lo mejor.

Christian Siauwijaya: A bargain for the area. Can never go wrong with Easy Hotels. Friendly and helpful staffs too. The only unfortunate thing about this particular hotel is the omega cramped room you will get. However, this is expected for the price point as your other options would be staying at a shared room with 6-8 other people in a similarly priced hotel.

Jasmine Life: Yeah, i think it was good experience. The bed was very comfortable, and I did like that they had lots of pillows, the shower itself was quite big likde that too. One thing i'd say is the room is quite small but overall its a very good price for what you get.Rooms: The bed was very comfortable, and I did like that they had lots of pillows, the shower itself was quite big likde that too. Joana Lopez: It is a very comfortable hotel, excellent serviceGood location recommended for a good restRooms: Room clean comfortable great

Edward Forgacs: Fatima was an absolutely amazing receptionist, the hotel amenities were great. Perfect for a traveler on business or for pleasure.Rooms: It's exactly what you need for a nice short stay.Nearby activities: Great restaurants, cafes, nearby things to doWalkability: Definitely walkable!Food & drinks: Delicious!

Jenkins: The hotel was a great value for money. It was cozy, clean, and comfortable.

Elodie Dubois: .The bathroom is much better like this than before with a simple curtain. And the staff was very nice and helpful. The only downside is the soundproofing, but we were lucky enough to have a room overlooking the back of the building, so only other guests could disturb us.Given the temperatures in London we didn't need the air conditioning so we didn't try it.This new room has an excellent quality/price/location ratio.

Jenny Lane: Had a great night's sleep here whilst visiting Hyde Park for BST. Yes the room is small but you expect that for such a good price in London and location was perfect for us. The hotel is in the middle of a refurb so our room was lovely and fresh and the bed was so comfy! Little weird having the bed pushed against the wall but didn't matter for one night. As a bonus we were able to check in a bit early 👍 got the 215 bus from London Euston and stopped literally outside the front of the hotel. Would definitely use again if visiting Hyde Park. There's also a curry house next door that did delicious food although the London prices were a bit of a shock!

P d: amazing, very clean, new rooms, clean shower, clean toilet, powerful shower, friendly staff, clean linen, very good price, great location, easy accessRooms: very clean and well look after

Good Hotel London: what do users think?

Natasha Plummer: I've never stayed here, but it's near my work, so we popped in for drinks. There's plenty of seating at the bar, or on tables and comfy sofas, too. There's a good range of drinks as we'll as a nice relaxed atmosphere.

Vassy: Spent a weekend on here as 2 gigs at the o2. Good location for o2 and Excel.Clean, nice rooms, great staff and service. Food is very good.Had a couple of hours on the rooftop bar. Good links with DLR and skyride cable car.Nice walks around Royal Victoria Dock and along a section of the Thames.

Laura Clarke: I was there for work, and the lobby and bar area and the hotel rooms were stunning! It's a pity the rooms didn't have a TV and the toaster at breakfast wasn't very good, or easy to use. It kept burning people's toast and no one explained how to use it. I did ask, but to no avail. The lobby and drinks and the entire aesthetics of the place were stunning though. I'd definitely stay again.

Khalid Al Qassab: One of the worst hotel employees I have ever met.As my daughter fell ill from the cold and our flight time to return home was at 8:00 p.m, my wife asked the employee to extend the period of stay for some time, but he refused in a rude manner and said that you will pay 30 pounds if you wish to stay until 4:00 p.m, and he specified another amount to stay until 1:00 p.m, He added, “You must leave at 11 o’clock.” My wife told him that the universal norm is to leave at 12 o’clock, but he refused in a dry manner, saying, “I am the manager here and I am the one who decides, not you.”They claim that the story of converting the place into a hotel was for charitable purposes, but the treatment of some employees is far from the simplest humanitarian aspects29/02/20249:30 am

Cat Lamin: Perfect for when you have an event at the ExCeL. I’m not sure how such a small room can be so perfectly laid out, but there was nothing I could fault about it!One tip - there’s a plug socket behind your pillows, hidden away, so make sure you check for a little lid that opens!!

The Z Hotel Soho: what do users think?

Jennifer Hamel: Wouldn't call it a luxury hotel by any means, but I've been regularly staying at this hotel for the staff friendliness, closeness to everything and cosiness. I travel for business and work out of WeWork so I'm not needing a lot of space. The hotel has recently renovated and created suites/flats which are massive compared to the other rooms. They have a full kitchen, desk, separate bathroom with actual walls and massive fluffy bed. Ask for this room if you're needing more space, but I got lucky and was upgraded to it for my recent visit. The unfortunate thing is those newly renovated rooms are not accessible. You take the lift to the 4th floor and then have to take a few narrow sets of stairs to reach them. My room was technically on the 1st floor so seemed a bit bonkers that I had to go to the 4th in a lift and then take stairs back down to get to the room, but that's just the set up and trade off.The staff are super wonderful and kind no matter what hours of the night or morning. I've never had a poor experience or felt unwelcome with them. The location is amazing and steps from everything you could need in the fun Soho district. Unfortunately this also means you hear everything so bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper. If you book directly through the hotel and sign up for their free membership, you get a discount on the rooms and free wine and cheese on check in.

Bernard Jay: Remember to use HotelTully.ᴄᴏm when booking a hotel. They compare thousands of booking web sites and typically will have prices much cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This resort is one of the most well known in the area. I've been coming here for years. If you stay for a few nights you for sure won't regret it.Fantastic location if you are heading to see Harry Potter and the cursed child. You couldn't be any closer! Room was small but we had a good night's sleep. The front of house were very accommodating and let us check in very early which was great. All in all would highly recommend

A B: the first night was catastrophic because I had no earplugs. It is essential to bring earplugs if you have a room with a window facing the street!Staff always smiling and helpful. You can leave your luggage in the luggage room on arrival and departure and that's a really good place to make the most of London.Overall a good stay for an unbeatable price.

Daniel prior: Warm and friendly welcome! One member of staff on giving very helpful tourist advice and when his colleague saw we were waiting immediately invited us to the counter. We were checked in swiftly and in our from with in 15 minutes. The lobby had complimentary water and apples and the cafe/restaurant was open 24 hour.Hot chocolate tea and coffee in the rooms complimentary and the room was very clean! Bed super comfortable. We had a no windows room and which suited me as it was only to sleep and shower in.Speaking of showers. The bathroom and shower hide no secrets so make sure you’re staying with someone you are comfortable with! I’d happily stay here again and the location is perfect to get to most of London!Thank you

Carole Crayford: Lovely and clean hotelRooms: Cosy, all you need for a good stayWalkability: Within reach of everything you need, theatres, museums

Analia Bestulfo: Good in terms of quality-price. The location is excellent. The room is super small. There is a window that faces the street that gets cold as if it were open, we put a towel on it to cover the air intake a little and the noise can be heard clearly everything they talk on the street. The service was not bad, the attention at the reception was very friendly but the room service not so much, you could tell that they did everything in a hurry although if they left you water, coffee, chocolate and tea, that was great! There was also an electric jug which came in handy. The hotel is not bad but consider the price and its locationNoteworthy details: The location was ideal. There are many shops nearby, both for food and shopping, and Chinatown is also close by.

H Steele: Amazing value fr moneyEverything you need for an overnight stayRooms: Great rooms very comfortable and cleanNearby activities: Right next to Covent GardensWalkability: Minutes from the station

Great Scotland Yard Hotel - In the Unbound Collection by Hyatt: what do users think?

Warren Sufrin: We stayed for 6 days using points. It was a nice hotel in a great location off Trafalgar Square. We had a deluxe king with decent amenities. We switched rooms a couple of days in as our fridge wasn't cooling. The concierge personnel did everything they could to accommodate our needs and requests. The breakfast buffet was very nice with plenty of vegetarian options.

Liz Maria Carolina Martinez: Beautiful hotel in a wonderful location in beautiful London!Rooms: Comfortable and spacious!! Super comfortable beds and pillows!

Peg12138: . However, the manager handled the situation quite well and show me another room and I gladly took it. In all it’s great experience but the service could improve.

Husam Al-Hasan: Rooms are great but don’t have enough natural light. The breakfast is standard and doesn’t offer a variety, the same selection everyday. When we asked for omelettes, they asked for extra charge. The meat options are limited to pork or raw salmon, so not Muslim friendly. The staff was very nice and the location is excellent. Overall, it was a good experience.

Hazel Parker: I had a disappointing stay at this hotel. The rooms were outdated and in need of renovation. The service was lackluster, with unresponsive staff. The overall cleanliness was subpar. I wouldn't choose to stay here again.

Faithy Global: The hotel was very clean The staff were very nice and friendly the room was good the bed very comfy.Stayed here can definitely recommend it, service and Breakfast were second to none excellent, everywhere very clean, lovely very efficient polite staff. Breakfast was 100% And run like clock work. Definitely stay again. Thank you it was a pleasure. The management was so happy to help. Highly recommended!

Alexandra Leigh: My family and I stayed here in May of 2023, and it was a lovely experience! The staff is welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The entire hotel is beautiful, and we felt the rooms were very comfortable and well-designed. The central location was perfect for being able to access so much of the city in very little time!Walkability: It was very convenient to the Covent Garden and Soho neighborhoods, which were lovely to walk through for shopping and dining. We also enjoyed walking along the Thames, over to Big Ben, and through the gardens to Buckingham Palace.

Claudia Z: Great hotel decoration. Parlour is dog friendly in afternoon tea, the savoury was good, sweets were average.

Mindy Nicewonger: The tea room experience was exceptional! Spacious seating and tasty desserts. We asked to take half of ours to go because we were so full!

Louisa Brolly: I went there for speed dating and thought it was so beautiful.

Dan Ireland: Lovely stay for a few nights on business. Can’t beat the locations access to so many walkable historic sights. Staff was fantastic and rooms had everything you need and more.Rooms: High-tech Toto toilets, towel warmers, coffee/tea machine, bathrobes, iron, hairdryer, really cool decor.

Diana Garrod: Amazing afternoon tea in The Parlour this afternoon. The freshest sandwiches with imaginative and creative fillings, quiches, scones with clotted cream and delicious jam, with hardly any room left for the scrumptious cakes. Attentive and charming staff. Two helpful concierges for directions and taxis. Two excellent bars although we only visited one for G&Ts. What’s not to love about this fabulous hotel. As Arnie says “we’ll be back”!

Βασιλεία Λου: We had an amazing stay at this hotel with a perfect location that allowed us to easily explore the city. The services provided were top-notch, from the friendly staff to the delicious food at the restaurant and the thematic bars. What truly made our stay memorable was the story behind the hotel, filled with rich history and charm. Overall, our experience was nothing short of fantastic and we can't wait to visit again!

Kris Tupas: I had a wonderful stay at the Great Scotland Yard Hotel! I was checked in by Fahad who was super kind and friendly. After I said I was in London for my birthday, he upgraded our room, added free breakfast to our reservation, and gave us a card for complimentary glasses of champagne! It was a really lovely surprise and put our stay over the top. The room itself was well decorated, the breakfast buffet was delicious, and the location of the hotel was perfect - not on a busy street but still centrally located for sightseeing.

Mark Hassin: promising a serene retreat. The hotel boasts two bars, including a captivating hidden one

Gustavo Costa: Excellent experience at the hotel, with exceptional service from Yumi at reception. The only setback was initially being accommodated in an accessible room, despite the reservation being for a Standard King. While the accessible rooms are similar, they have a slightly different design and don't include amenities like the japanese washlet. If I hadn't expressed my preference for the king room, I probably wouldn't have been aware of these differences in amenities. Despite this, I give it 5 stars because the hotel offered a room upgrade.Walkability: Close to the main touristic hotspots in London

Angelo Barrea: stayed at the Hotel on Saturday. great great experience. Couldn't ask for more.. my kind of hotel.Nearby activities: really close to everything . felt really secure

Ideal for both Old Street tube and Moorfields Eye hospital.I will only stay in this one hotel when I am visiting because I honestly trust these guys and the service is just awsome. 😎😎Nearby activities: Bars, easy access to the tube and Morrfields Eye Hospital. The staff is super nice, the cheese & pickle toast was amazing and it's just super central, 2 minutes walk to the metro station "old street".I can recommend this hotel to anyone and it won't be the last time I'll stay here.

Izzy T: Above-and-beyond service, clean modern rooms and fantastic location! Rooms have efficient, thoughtful design with modern touches, the location is amazing- in the heart of the east end with great transport links. The absolute highlight of my stay however was the AMAZING service, particularly Luke who swiftly corrected a booking error my end with professionalism, ease and a friendly nature- if it wasn’t for Luke’s assistance i might not have been able to stay here and know where to come again for future stays! Also lady on reception on arrival was lovely and always with a friendly smile on her face. Z-hotel should be proud to employ these guys. Will return again! Many thanks

Citadines Trafalgar Square London (Apart Hotel London): what do users think?

Morgane Le Coz: We spent a weekend in an apart-hotel, equipped with everything necessary, perfectly clean, certainly cupboards etc. a little damaged over time but not at all annoying, everything worked perfectly.Very welcoming service.Hotel very well located in the city. We will come back without hesitation.

냐냐: . Be sure to check the outlet before using the room. In our room, only two of the cords in the room were plugged in and the rest were sticking out. So I had no choice but to share the two. ㅠㅠI didn’t know the reason. It was nice that the lobby was spacious and had a coffee machine in the lobby, where you could also drink tea.I recommend it as it is very clean, spacious and the location is great. Next time I go to London, I definitely want to stay here again.

쩡이: Above all, this accommodation has a great location.Free coffee was provided at any time on the first floor, so I was able to have my morning coffee. The front desk was friendly, and best of all, we were able to cut down on dining out costs by being able to cook at the accommodation. What is unfortunate is that the room will probably take more than 5-6 days to be cleaned, and used towels can be exchanged at any time at the front desk, and you will also have to empty the trash yourself.

Kate Kang: The location is good as it is near Trafalgar Square, and the 24-hour free coffee is a big plus. To be honest, you shouldn't think of it as a hotel class and should look at it with a slightly blurry eye. Then it is a satisfactory place. There is no inconvenience in cooking and the laundry dries well on the radiator. And I stayed on the 8th floor, and there was nothing like the 5cm door gap mentioned in other reviews. There was no draft. There was no heating or anything like that, but there was a cold wave the week I stayed - about -3 degrees Celsius - so I slept a little shivering on the first night, but I got used to it. It's nice to have a lot of outlets, and it was especially convenient because there were two 220v outlets in our country.

Chloe Montier: Neighbourhood is really nice and the hotel is really good located : 2 underground stations nearby and Covent Garden and Buckingham are really close, you can walk there. We had breakfast once, on the day of departure, it was very good as well!People at reception were polite and nice.We will come back in this hotel when we come back to London!

Huw Jeffries: . Check in and check out took a while due to a very slow computer system.

Travelodge London Excel: what do users think?

Nyiesha Hines: Rooms: Very nice hotel. Clean and bright room.Walkability: It’s not a friendly walkable hotel as it’s near a highway.Food & drinks: Nice food and drinks which isn’t including in the price.

Dr Mahmoud Elmarzouky: Great hotel in East London. Comfy place and quiet. Near the DLR. Staff are helpful. Rooms are clean, and the food is nice. Good connection to other destinations.Overall, my stay at Travelodge London Excel was satisfactory. The location near the Excel Exhibition Centre was convenient for my purposes. The room was clean and adequately furnished, with a comfortable bed. However, the room felt a bit cramped, and the amenities were basic. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the check-in process was a bit slow. The hotel's proximity to public transportation options made it easy to explore the city. Overall, it's a decent budget option for those attending events at the Excel Centre, but don't expect luxury accommodations.

Anya Chapman: . Parking on site costs £10 for 24 hours, which isn't bad for London. Nearest DLR stop

Andriy B: Pros:- close to London ExCel- good value for moneyCons:- free Wi-Fi for 30mins only- weak GSM Internet coverage on the 2nd floor

Amanda Ricketts: On arrival we were greeted by two smiling faces, Wahida and Anna who were both very friendly and welcoming. Wahida then upgraded our rooms so we had larger rooms for the period of our stay. The self-control heating system in the bedrooms is excellent. Having never stayed at a Travelodge before, we had no expectations but wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to family and friends. Thank you!
