The Brown Dog: what do users think?

James Wilcken: Excellent roast dinner in Barnes and exemplary service. Fairly new to the area and happy to have such a nice community pub so close.Dietary restrictions: I was able to get clarification regarding a particular request.

Matthew Myerson: I’ve visited the brown dog a few times over the years and the level is always high. I dined with two friends last night and whilst the duck was brilliant, my friend’s chips were lukewarm. They offered new chips, however, the meal had already started. There was no reduction on the bill which was disappointing - this kind of behaviour added to the ‘snobby’ atmosphere of the place - probably a working class haunt in days gone by… oh how times change ^^

amelia rentell: I have to say, of all the pubs I’ve been to on a Sunday, this one was exceptional. Brogan and David went above and beyond for my partner and I. Not only was the service unbeatable but the entire atmosphere they brought made us feel like one of the locals. We had a spectacular time and I cannot recommend the pub enough. Also special thanks to Valerie who was charming and helpful. A great experience!

Narrowboat: what do users think?

Steven Kraan: Not as narrowAs one would thinkBoth pleasantInAndOutsideAlong the water

sarah noonan: Service was great was particularly impressed with the Manager Reece and the young lady who served us was warm professional and knowledgable.Kid-friendliness: brought my 7 year old boy and was all very relaxed

Gary Victor: Great place to stop for a pint and a bite to eat, nice balconies over the canal in the sun, very dog friendly.

Jason Pinto: Lovely Sunday roasts - though could be warmer as they came room temperature meats; and delicious desserts, especially best crumble we've eaten- though Bakewell tart was a tad overcooked and a bit dry. Overall, a great experience and lunch, and definitely recommend visiting especially as canalside so lovely to watch boats cruising passed and to go walking after meal. Thanks Reece and Hayley for looking after us so nicely.Dietary restrictions: DF versions accounted for.

Amanda Shaw: Perfect Sunday pub

Manola Marocchi: and I took the porchetta both dishes amazing in value and quality, packed with herbs and flavours .The gravy really stands out as the crispness of porchetta.Loved it allWe accompanied everything with couple of pintsHighly recommend and of course the place itself ,atmosphere etc . was greatNice place to chill on a SundayWe'll be back

Flora Thomas: PPT is my favourite place in London! I've been coming for years due to the consistently wonderful atmosphere, well-priced drinks and lovely staff. I thought that perhaps my relationship with the place would change after I stopped drinking 6 months ago but in fact it's the ONLY place I want to come to at the weekends for a non-alcoholic beer! 5 stars all round

The Thomas Cubitt Belgravia: what do users think?

Nandini Mazumdar: Delicious food, but service is a bit slow - highly recommend the Sunday roast, we had the mushroom option and it was delicious. The panna cotta dessert was excellent as well. Service was really slow for us so we waited a while for the food and for the check. Nonetheless would recommend for a solid pub mealWent back for dinner and it was fab - the cheese croquettes, the whipped feta, the mussels are really good!

Iain McRitchie: Just had a superb meal with my GF in Thomas Cubitt. Can’t fault the atmosphere, service and desert was probably the best I have ever been served. You must eat the chocolate mousse cake, with home made marmalade and brown butter ice paired with thier port.Great value for outstanding for any I eaten in many a top flight restaurant!
