M X: One of the best concept stores in London. Nice staff, great brands and a beautiful store in heart of Shoreditch.
Yasmin El-mallah: Always a treat. The curation is always top notch, the service impeccable. It’s nice to find a store that still has that neighbourhood vibe but with great products. A buyers delight.
Saskia Miller: My order came so quickly, and great communication - I'm loving my top and will 100% be back soon.
Jane Campy: Received my order SUPER quick. Great service, great products. Thank you GoodHood will definitely be re-ordering!I know it's hard running a small independent business, but you are doing great!
Joanna Clarke: Great selection
Jamie Halvorson: Really great store and a decent selection of homeware
Oliver Roulston: Cool shop with cool staff
Szonja Balogh: Beautifully designed shop with an interesting selection of goods from home to beauty, shoes, clothes and kitchen appliances. No special or exclusive items. Some own branded clothes.
ABS 99: Nice store
William James (Will): Made an order for something to wear at an event on the weekend, with guranteed delivery for a few days away. The order wasn’t even shipped out of store until the “guranteed” delivery date. So I thought maybe it will be a day late. Still nothing, tried to contact GoodHood, but no reply.Literally never have these issues with any other websites/companies. Buyers beware.Update - Dealing with their team who has been in regular contact - now waiting on them to recieve the item back from DPD, but they are keeping one spare for me. Bit of a nightmare, but the shipping company at fault, and they are following their protocols.Hopefully I get my product some time soon, and will update my review to reflect.——After dealing with the helpful Ethan by email Ive recieved a replacement in the post. So everything worked out, and while it took a couple of weeks, it was out of their control. So Im changing my review rating soley based on the customer service.
Korey Martin: Great shop. Friendly staff. Features both well and less recognized brands, as well as a selection of emerging labels local to the UK, which I was particularly interested in seeing. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area.
Sebastian: Good collection of brands.
Lammy: Great selection of brands. It's like a mini Dover St Market store. Staff very friendly and helpful.
James Hart: Consistently the best!
Ethan Days: Nice
J: Always have new lesser-known brands before anyone else
Alex Aidan: Before I lived in london, their site and curation was second to none. The store, their evolving physical space and selection makes it worth stopping through anytime you’re in the area. Their security guard warmly greets you and the staff are discretely helpful. What shines is the merchandising. Brands you’ve heard of, ones you never know, and ones you need to know. They always push perceptions and embrace personal styles. Best in the business.
