Pia Barna: and was assigned to a consultant called Melody. The first session was spent doing a holistic assessment of my condition but also about my diet, my lifestyle and my psychological wellbeing. I was told that treating such conditions can take a long time and that we would have to try different things to find a suitable treatment for my body. I recently finished my treatment after 16 months and my condition has improved so much in ways that I didn't think would have been possible.There were three things that I loved about LCON's approach: one was that the consultations last much longer than a regular GP appointment and it allowed me to share experiences, raise concerns and for the consultant to gauge my condition better over time. It truly feels like a gift when you aren't rushed and you are made feel like you can take your time.Secondly, by speaking to the same consultant each time, there was a continuity that I had been missing when I was seeing my GP or a dermatologist. I felt relieved knowing that there were regular touchpoints with my consultant. Between consultations I also had the option to email when there were any changes, updates or difficulties with a treatment I was trying and that was very comforting. There were periods where I needed extra support and changes to my treatment schedules and Melody was extremely kind and accommodating when responding to my needs.Lastly, I enjoyed the long-term approach and that it allowed me to try out different things, from diet changes over supplements and tests. The recommendations I received from my consultant were very broad and although I wasn't able to try them all at once, I now have a really rich list of approaches that I can decide to explore as and when it feels appropriate and possible to do so. I never felt pressured to do any of the treatments and tests and always felt it was my choice to try the treatments that felt useful to me and that were within my financial possibilities.I was glad that I didn't have to do this work and research all by myself but instead had the support from the London Clinic of Nutrition. In my experience, it was absolutely worth it for me to invest money in my health and wellbeing. Ilana Xup: i was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis in May 2022, which was incredibly overwhelming.i was prescribed medication which had severe side effects and someone on an online group then recommended that i contact LCOC. i had a video call with Lelani, one of the nutritionists there and they provided me with a tailored plan based around nutrition and wellness. the closer i stick to the plan, the better i feel. it has been a lifestyle overhaul and i am really glad i approached the clinic. at the moment, i am not taking any medication for my colitis, and i have also stopped taking my IBS medication, which i had been taking for 20 years. best decision i ever made. my only regret is not finding the clinic sooner.

Bux G: I received such great and helpful professional advice from Bahee for my 6 month old son when he had an allergic reaction to cow's milk. The recommendations were thorough and simple to follow amd she checked up on us afterwards to see how we were getting on! My son is now better and his skin has cleared up. I highly recommend. Thank you again Bahee.

Laura Pritchard: Bahee has been fantastic with helping my son with his eczema. She took the time to listen to all of his symptoms and reviewed the food diary I had kept. We worked together to agree an elimination diet to pinpoint what in his diet was aggravating his skin and by eliminating this, my son’s ezcema flares have almost been eliminated. She has given me fantastic advice on how to reintroduce food items and also example recipes with certain foods excluded so that I can continue with his varied diet. Additionally Bahee recommended probiotics and vitamins which I feel have made a significant difference for my son.I can’t recommend her highly enough to anyone whose child is struggling with eczema / their diet.

Ana Comsa: We reached out to Bahee when we suspected our son had a milk protein allergy. She was able to come up with a weaning plan for him in order to minimise risk of other allergens. We also used Bahee's guidance on how to carefully reintroduce milk in our son's diet and she's been an amazing support throughout, sharing latest products and recipes. Alison Taylor: . This was after a history of problems with formula and a non-IGE CMPA diagnosis on the NHS. Feeding was a daily challenge and it was upsetting to see my daughter suffering still with silent reflux, skin issues and tummy troubles. Bahee was amazing! She determined another allergy was at play and we swapped to formula number 14! I was very nervous about this due to the history but Bahee explained everything so well and gave me the confidence to do so. Within two weeks the reflux and skin issues disappeared and now slowly, following Bahee’s expert advice, we are introducing new foods in a controlled manner. Bahee’s knowledge is fantastic, her approach logical and she supports you the entire time

Neeta: Life was a struggle trying to get to the bottom of what was causing my son’s symptoms. We attended the doctor numerous times but were not taken seriously. I wasn’t sure that a paediatric dietitian was the right approach but since talking with Bahee, and going through my son’s symptoms and history, we eventually got to the bottom of what has been causing the problem. I followed the plan and the results were clear to see within days. We feel that we have direction now. After many weeks of trying out different approaches to teach our baby solid food, my partner and I felt lost. At 8 months of age our baby girl was still exclusively breastfed and I started to worry about any deficiencies she might have started developing. Pretty It Picnics: Lily hosted an excellent seminar for our team on food and mood as part of our wellness week. It was a highly engaging seminar, and full of practical nutrition strategies.
