L'oscar London: what do users think?

Chaitanya Jalagam: Can’t beat this hotel in service and location. Beautiful hotel with an amazing staff. Diana and Ali at the front desk were amazing. Restaurant staff every morning / evening made us feel special with their amazing service. Will definitely stay here again. We booked 2 rooms and had a family vacation which will be remembered for ages. Thanks guys!!

Samantha Hellwege Ulrich: I feel confident saying that this is a top notch hotel and worth checking out! The service is first class. Also, the family member staying here has been raving about the hotel since their check-in. It looks like a beautiful place.

Kimberly Diego: the rooms were and the little things like the water provided every day at turndown and the his and hers toiletries. It was nice to feel pampered at a smaller hotel that is quiet yet in the middle of everything. Great drinks at the bar as well! I look forward to staying with you again on a future visit.

Nick Leghorn: One of the best hotels I've stayed at in London. The staff is attentive and always helpful. The rooms are large and luxurious, with excellent quality linens and great furniture. The on-site bar and restaurant has great cocktails and delicious food. And there's a great cigar smoking patio right in the center of the building! Located a couple minutes walk from some of the biggest attractions in the city and right next to a tube stop. We will definitely be back.

Annie Smyth: Beautiful place. The bar manager, Tom made us some phenomenal cocktails. Defo recommend 👌Service: 5/5 …

The hotel's impeccable management, elegant design, and extensive amenities created a truly luxurious and captivating experience. I wholeheartedly recommend L'oscar Hotel to anyone seeking an extraordinary stay in London

Thrity Vakil: A lovely dinner in the restaurant, love the orient decor and lighting. A big plus is the low music, so that you can actually have a conversation over a dinner, if that is what you want - I did, and it was great!Service: 5/5 …

Dan Kavanagh: Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, rooms are very nicely designed with great accompaniments. Great access to London’s Soho neighborhood, and Picadilly Circus.

Wojtek Buczynski: I have only been to the restaurant and lounge; I haven't stayed at L'Oscar as a guest. My experience as a patron was *spectacular*. This place is really something exceptional, a hidden gem and, frankly, not as pricey as one might expect from a hotel of this standard. The attention to detail was amazing in its own right. The service is 5-star too, everyone is really nice and friendly and not at all stuck up or snobbish, which I appreciate. Overall an Olympic 10 from me. Can't wait to visit again.

Rishi Kansara: Visited in August 2023. 4.5/5.Visited L’Oscar for the first time for a very impromptu dinner reservation. I never heard of this place before and was recommended by my friend who had connections. We arrived for a 6pm reservation and were made to feel welcome and special. The setting is luxurious. The decor is beautiful, well themed and oozed comfort and opulence. The menu was varied, we opted for a variety of dishes. Lamb, chicken, fish and scallop/prawn tostadas from the A La Carte menu. Everything was delicious, using the fine ingredients. They even gave us some skewered meat served in the grass lawn as complimentary. The wine list was extensive. What brought the experience down was the chairs were dirty and layered with dust to the untrained eye. Also, the wine list menu was poorly secured in the folder and pages all over the place. Considering the expensive prices, standards and overall decor - you would have thought that this would be non negotiable standards. However, it did not deter from the overall service and experience we had then. I would recommend this place for special occasions.

Enrico: Went to the restaurant and it was an absolute treat!Food was insanely good! Everything we have tried from the menu managed to exceed my expectations!Great taste and quality!Service was impeccable and went above and beyond..Would definitely recommend coming here for a special treat.

Jake Taylor-King: The person working at reception was super friendly and goes above and beyond!Service: 5/5 …

Apex Temple Court Hotel: what do users think?

C. K.: Love my Shirley Temple duck. Another enjoyable stay at an Apex Hotel. My room with balcony was spacious and cleaned, and full stocked with amenities and toiletries. Loved the Sky TV options. Breakfast was included in my room rate. Housekeeping was on par and helpful. Reception was superb. Location was great. Not in the center of London, but only a couple of blocks away by bus. Entrance is a bit of a challenge to find upon arrival. The reason for the lost star is because of the fire alarms going off, yet there was no information from staff as to if this was a drill or just a glitch.

Djflipnphil Djflipnphil: They were SPOT ON absolutely nothing to complain about. There for Remembrance Weekend and the Staff catered for every eventuality. This is now my Hotel of Choice for every visit to the Capital City.Brilliant.The Manager there called Mark went above and beyond.

Filippo Sacchi: are large, as is the bathroom complete with both a bathtub and a shower. The only flaw is given by the breakfast, which despite having paid to have it included, had very little on offer, unless you pay a supplement.

Alexandra Thom-Heinrich: Super size room for a London hotel, good size bathroom too, great location, very helpful & friendly staff. We took the Cold Days Warm Stays offer which included;King-size bed,breakfast- a great selection of freshly cooked dishes along with a buffet & great service -and one dinner - for a hotel restaurant we were very pleased and TBH surprised with the excellent food and service. And, due to our flight home being early evening they accommodated our wish for a late check-out too.The train to Gatwick airport runs from Blackfriars Station which is close enough that a taxi wasn’t needed. Another plus point! We will stay here again should we need a hotel in London and will definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Ricardo Silva: Excellent place!!! Excellent locationRooms: Very nice room.Nearby activities: Everything is close. You can easily walk to the tourist areas

L: and 145

박기호: It's a beautiful place with a view of St. Paul's Cathedral just across the street, and it's located in a place that's not noisy at all even at night. And it was the best accommodation in the UK, with clean rooms and always smiling staff.

Victoria Bain: We had a fabulous 3 night stay here. We arrivedearly and our room was ready which was a bonus as we just wanted to get out quick and start exploring. We had a spacious room with its ownseating area and coffee table. We had a hugeshower and also a standalone bath! The roomwas very clean and during our stay was keptlovely by the housekeeping team. Breakfast andDinner was brilliant especially the pancakes andthe Baked Camembert, my husband loved thebeef burger and the steak! The hotel was perfectly located for the Big Bushop on hop off tour as the stop is just along theroad towards St Paul's Catherdral. This was great for us as we used the bus to get everywhere.Any other time we used black cabs and these were plentiful passing by on Fleet Street where the hotel is situated.would recommend this hotel for anyone lookingfor a great location near the sights but alsolooking for something quiet! We never heard athing in our hotel room!I look forward to returning in the future but nextstop is Apex City of Bath to complete my Apex Hotel Tour

The Lalit London: what do users think?

K T: Have a great week at The Lalit London! She originally booked this hotel because she is a member of the Small Luxury Group and had a satisfactory experience with this certified hotel in Japan. After staying here for eight days, I felt the friendly service from the staff, especially the manager in the lobby. It was raining heavily on the day of Check-Out. He braved the rain to help call for a taxi and carry luggage to the bus. He was very grateful. It has always been renovated from a historical site and cannot be compared with new luxury hotels. The room design and maintenance are very good. The only drawback is that the sound insulation is relatively poor, and all the sounds in the corridor can be heard.

Hannah Welsh: Fantastic hotel!Wonderful staff!Brilliant location!Beautiful rooms!Superb stay Rooms: Spacious, comfy beds, beautiful bathroomMini bar and robes were a lovely touchNearby activities: Right next to tower bridge and only a a 5 minute walk to the underground station

Janine Owens: Lovely hotel. Rooms are clean, quiet, comfortable and spacious. Pillows have a label on them identifying if they are firm or soft. Complementary drinks and snacks impressive. En suite has heated loo seat, plenty of toiletries and is roomy. Staff are friendly and helpful. Service discrete and unobtrusive. Didn't eat here so cannot comment. Location is 5 minutes walk from London Bridge underground and a short 8 minutes stroll to restaurants, shops and cafes. Great position.

Neha Singh: We had a fantastic time at the Lalit during our stay in this hotel. If you're looking for a break from the standard modern chain hotels, Lalit is you answer. Nested in a remodeled grammar school it retains some of the old charm while blending it with modern chic. We also loved that the breakfast had delicious options- both western-style and Indian. The staff was very attentive and courteous. We booked the senior classroom type room, which was quite spacious. The room had a free minibar which was a nice touch with munchies and soft drinks. Location is a convenient 2 min walk to tower Bridge and couple of bus stops. The only issue we faced was with the stairs at the entrance and in the hotel alleys- because we had a baby in a stroller.

Ann Miles: Beautiful hotel. Well positioned near a tube station. Impeccable service. They even left a birthday cake in our room when they new it was my granddaughters birthday.Rooms: Very comfy bed. Massive too. Very clean

BMW: We stayed last month and it was nothing but first class service and friendliness. All the ladies at the front desk were very helpful. Unfortunately I can't remember their names but they all do a very good job and helped make our stay wonderful. The room and facilities were clean and in top shape as well. We will be back to stay again.

michael m: מלון מנצח ! מיקום מרכזי, תחנות אוטובוס ורכבת ומטרו בהליכה של כמה דקות . חדרים גדולים , צוות נפלא! ממליץ בחום .

Marina Azizian - BIRBAUM: This is a former school building. They somehow got permission and converted it into a hotel. The mixture of English and Indian culture gave something incredible. I believe that every person when arriving in London, especially for the first time, should stay at this hotel. Firstly, the hotel is perfectly located in the historical part of the city. Metro and train 7 minutes walk at a slow pace. Secondly, it's such a luxury, especially in London when you have a big room. And for a boutique hotel - this is even more rare. Of all the staff, I want to highlight Fabrice, who is simply amazing. He is from a generation of old concierges who know everything without Google. Be sure to chat with him and you will learn a lot of things that neither Google, nor even the younger generation at the reception, will tell you. In addition, a small detail that always catches my eye is that Fabrice also gets up when he greets guests. The new generation does not even know what it is for. They have 2 types of breakfast - English and Indian. And the restaurant itself is just like Maharaja's Palace!I really would recommend this hotel to all my friends.

Antwan Bethea: Indeed, an exceptional hotel with an excellent staff. We were in desperate need of a place to stay, since our AirBnB cancelled at the last minute. Everyone here went above and beyond to save our honeymoon. Mission: Accomplished. Thank you so much, will stay again.Rooms: Clean, simple design, complementary amenities in the fridge.

Sankar Iyer (Sankar H): . Food was excellent especially the Allappey Kozhi curry and the star act of Pal Payasam Brulé. Friendly staff and cosy atmosphere.Location: 5/5 …

R H: Wonderful Indian food.Authentic atmosphereHotel highlights Luxury …

Kimpton Fitzroy London Hotel: what do users think?

Majid Roshdi: Was lucky to stay for 2 days, first of all, the location is great, public transportation is close too, and you're overlooking a beautiful green park. The service can't be more perfect, from the moment you arrive until you leave they greet you with smile and the concierge is owesome. We had a little chat, and he immediately knew what places to suggest. The room is super clean and lovely, loved the atmosphere of it and the whole hotel to be honest.Would definitely stay again and again.

Sheila Murphy: This was formerly The Russel hotel. My friends hosted their wedding here. Beautiful hotel with stunning architecture. Lovely guestrooms.Great service. Beautiful venue and great food for weddings.

C Tedesco: . The cocktail bar was also very nice for a drink at night.I didn’t do a ton of exploring outside the hotel but did walk to Soho for dinner on one of the nights and it was an easy walk

Holly White: We were a family of four with two adults and two teenagers. We had a Queen Essential Room and we booked a Queen Park View and were upgraded to a King Suite. The Queen Essential was small but very well appointed with a nice bathroom and snacks and waters provided in the room. The King Suite was amazing with great views of Russell Square. Our stay came with breakfast. The breakfast buffet was very good and always fresh and we liked that we could order off of the menu as well. Everyone that worked there was extremely nice and accommodating. The hotel was in a great location, just steps from the underground and lots of restaurants and grocery stores. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again.

C L: This hotel is unforgettably amazing! You are greeted by very friendly doormen as soon as you arrive and taken to the friendly front desk agents. The check in was quick but personable. We were then met by Angela who walked us to our room and made us feel so welcomed. She wanted to make our stay special and she definitely went above and beyond with this! The concierge staff are great. We had the help of Marco and he ensured we were taken care of and had a lot of great recommendations. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a lot of great options. The design of the hotel is one of the nicest I've ever seen, very luxurious! The gym is large and has a lot of machines and space. The bedrooms are great, amazing shower and the beds super comfortable. We are already planning our next stay and highly recommend it to anyone going to London!

Erik Luo: Great hotel in London, and it has a pretty good cocktail bar as well. Is it expensive? Yes, but what isn’t in London? Staff was super nice here, and breakfast was also decent. Best thing about this place is the location, super close to everything. If you want to go to SOHO and buy some ugly clothes and eat some mediocre food, you can do it. If you want to go to a museum and see some old shi, it’s right around the corner. 5/5Rooms: Not very bigNearby activities: Everything. museums soho and undergroundSafety: Safe for londonWalkability: Super walkableFood & drinks: Food kinda ok, cocktail bar is nice and uniqueNoteworthy details: Staff are nice

K C: Hotel is in a perfect location to visit all of London, Tube Station is literally next to hotel, super easy and fast transportation from Heathrow. Restaurants, grocery, laundry mat, etc. close by.

Sarah Johnson: I try and stay exclusively in Kimpton’s whenever I travel and this Kimpton is outstanding. The building is exquisite, the gym is fantastic, location perfect, rooms were extremely clean and I notice this in great detail. The bar and restaurant are lovely but lack a bit of vibe, if this was uplifted it would be 100% perfectionRooms: The double room I had was smallish but very cleanNearby activities: EverythingSafety: Very safe and secureWalkability: Great location for tube and walking

Greta Feenan: A bit of a fight to register as my ex-husband had booked my room under his name, and I had to call him in Singapore to get my booking verified. Got there in the end.A perfectly nice hotel, great service from staff and food was lovely. The staff also looked after my 10 year old granddaughter who had never been in such a circumstance and helped her choose lovely food at dinner. But my big criticism, and this was really the only one ... but a big one, was that the plates were cold at breakfast. It spoiled breakfast and I expected better for a five star hotel.

AC Del: Amazing! I’m not going to lie, I chose this hotel based off the fact that it was where the Top Chef season 20 cast stayed. Everything was amazing from the welcome staff, to check in, to the rooms and everything in between. I particularly loved the bathrooms and toiletries provided. I’d come back for those alone. 10/10 will be returning

Mary Jones: The ME London hotel was by far one of the finest hotels I've ever had the pleasure of staying in. I can't say enough good things about the staff. They were so nice and friendly and always eager to assist in any way possible. This hotel is very upscale with fine dining on site. The location was incredible as we were able to walk to many nearby attractions including Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Square, and Big Ben. Just across the street, you can catch the bus for an amazing tour of the city and more. We stayed five nights, and it was absolutely perfect in every way. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London. In fact, if I were to return to London a dozen times, I would stay at the ME London hotel every time!Rooms: We stayed in a gorgeous, spacious room with a terrace overlooking the city. It was the perfect setting to sit and enjoy a beverage while taking in the view. The bathroom was extremely nice with the best shower ever! There was a mini bar, that was not so mini. It had EVERYTHING you needed and more. The room was super clean and very modern. We absolutely loved everything about the room!

Kévin Foster: Very nice trendy hotel in Shoreditch. You get a small iPad in the room to control the lights, the curtains, the TV, etc. The light for the shower can be changed to any RGB color with the tablet. The room itself was small, so it may be best for solo travelers or couples, though the bed was huge. Relatively quiet area around the hotel.

Rosanna De Atouguia: Very tech savvy place. Small rooms but very clean. Amazing service

Dan: . Only point of note is that you have to opt in to room cleaning, which is done through the app, and the wording of this on the information leaflet isn't clear.Perfect for one person, although couples sharing might find the positioning of the bed

Stephen Pickett: Easily one of the best hotels I've stayed in, especially in London, although with a high price! Excellent place for a treat; room waa huge, very nice, lots of facilities, very clean. Two bars, rooftop bar was lovely. Free breakfast which was ok but a bit too greasy for me. Staff were really helpful and friendly. No pool but wasn't there for that and there is a spa but seemed to be just a gym and treatment rooms - again wasn't there for that. Recommended for a short stay where you'll use it as a nice place to retire to!

Allen slater: Fabulous hotel ,Fabulous staff, there for our daughters wedding. Brilliant day .Rooms: Very spacious ,fantastic showers 🚿

P Lin: Had a stay in hotel in mid Feb and hotel room is great value for money! Location was convenient and a few minutes away from tube.Service was great from all staff, and we enjoyed our experience at roof top bar as well!

Jess: 5 stars! We stayed here for one night and wow I am impressed. The staff were helpful before we even arrived via whatsapp business when I had a query about the booking. We had a small issue where the curtain in the room would not close and the engineers fixed it swiftly without any impact on our stay. The room was beautiful and clean, the bathroom was stunning with some malin + gotez products, and breakfast was included in the booking which we were not aware of! I was so pleased with my stay I hope to be back again in the future!

Shanon Derzinski: . There is a rooftop bar with beautiful views of the city skyline. It is located within walking distance to many restaurants/scenic views and is right on the river walk. We enjoyed the breakfast every morning

Greg (altotude): and werehassled twice in that period, firstly by housekeeping and a second time by two male front desk staff wanting to know why we were still in the room

Malcolm Cowan: Passenger loved it

Jenny Old: My son and I stayed here on our first trip to London and it will be our go-to when we return. Our room was immaculate and a great size, and we appreciated all of the room amenities from a heated towel rack and heated floors in the bathroom to the coffee bar and bath robes. We didn't get a room with a view, but we did not mind that at all. The location is outstanding and within walking distance to an underground station and various tourist sites. We also felt very safe. The staff were so kind and helpful which we greatly appreciated. The interior of the entire hotel was so beautiful and we loved walking in to the fresh flowers in the lobby. The bed was not the most comfortable but it served the purpose as a place to lay our head after busy days, and the bathtub was a bit narrow. Other than that, this hotel is impeccable.

crossedrubicon: I have stayed here numerous times over the past ten years. Pre Covid I would not hesitate to give it five stars across all categories. Post Covid, they are trying to maintain that five star rating but it is a challenge. The last night of a recent stay, I could not get the shower to turn off. There was no one available to solve the problem so I shut the bathroom door and turned some music on to cover up the noise. Still, this was an anomaly in the ten years I have stayed here.

Emily Ricks: My husband and I came to London for our 15 year wedding anniversary. It was our first trip here and I hoped it would be everything my research discovered. It indeed was! The hospitable front desk staff upgraded our room for our anniversary and we had a view of the London Eye. The location was phenomenal, close to everything and steps away from the tube. Breakfast was delicious and everyone was so kind and accommodating. Highly recommend stay here, you won’t regret it!

Tracy McCausland: Just home from a 4 night stay at this hotel. The service we received from start to finish was amazing. We stayed here for our wedding anniversary and we had tickets to see Iron Maiden at the O2. Everybody was really friendly and attentive, the room we stayed in was fantastic and I enjoyed a lovely bath in the evening after our long walks in London. The roof top bar is great to just sit outside and chill with a lovely beer or cocktail. The location is fantastic for Regent Street shops and Carnaby street and also for several underground Stations. Chinatown is also just minutes away which I loved a wander too. I could go on and on about just how fantastic this place is. We are already talking about booking again! Was a great treat for our anniversary and would love to make it a regular visit!

Elizabeth Millard: London's best kept secret so don't tell too many people. We didn't stay in the hotel, boyfriend took us straight up to the rooftop bar.Where there was 1 other drinker and maybe 30 seats total. It's expensive but who cares. Look where you are. It's very plush and a great hideaway in the chaos of Soho.Great drinks and cigar selection.Staff were fantastic. And I hear lots of celebrities like to stay at the hotel so you never know... Might run into some famous people while you're there.

Gilet mélanie: Hyper center. Very nice hotel, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Close to soho. rooftop! I recommend!Rooms: Original decoration ++Nearby activities: Soho, picadilly, regent street, westminster, chinatown, big ben,...Safety: 24 hour reception

Brenda Webb: We had a Japanese Afternoon Tea in the Wild Bar. It was delicious we enjoyed every morsel. The staff were very attentive without being intrusive. Would definitely recommend. We did not stay at the hotel so cannot comment on it.Food & drinks: Delicious

Steve tripp: I organised a corporate Gentleman's afternoon tea with the cigar and whiskey tasting, absolutely fantastic, the food, service and atmosphere, all 1st class.I will be visiting again sometime and definitely recommending it to others. Well done.

Katia Roque: The menu options at the restaurant located on the ground floor are too many.Food & drinks: Wonderful.

Ian Dutton: Forgot to review Sanctum Hotel after our stay at my wife's birthday! I had attended a couple of events previously at the hotel and knew the place was "different" with a sexy, rock'n'roll vibe. But I was a little hesitant because often our experience is that "attitude" doesn't work when it comes to actually running a hotel. But Sanctum really pulls it off! The rooms are richly decorated and very comfortable, public spaces look like rock'n'roll art galleries, the location is top-notch and the rooftop hot tub and bar are a rare bonus in London. That said, we had a chilly reception at the front desk and by the end of our stay, we only slightly warmed up that particular front desk clerk. Other than her, the staff was excellent, working together like a family. And I can't say enough about Nadir who was coordinating the breakfast service - he ran the place like a character from a Wes Anderson film! We hope we'll find him again when we return!Nearby activities: Just steps from the luxurious shopping of Mayfair and department stores of Oxford St., restaurants and bars around Carnaby St., the theatres around Piccadilly and Leicester Square and the late-night and sometimes-naughty diversions of Soho.Walkability: Absolutely one of the most pleasurable walking centers of the world. London itself invites exploring by foot and from the Sanctum Hotel you can quite literally walk to nearly all of the major highlights of central London.

Jay: Afternoon tea with a Japanese style twist surrounded by rock and roll decor in a chilled atmosphere. Food absolutely banged 🙌🏼

Suzanne Saxby: Stayed for my birthday weekend and it was lovely. The owner and restaurant managers were especially friendly and welcoming, all the staff were lovely. It made for a great weekend. The food was delicious too!!

Popa Elena: Hotel highlights Romantic, Quiet, Great value

Carmella Stewart: Fabulous character place especially movie nights.

Natalia Cassel: to rooftop

Robin Lockhart: but especially by the vibe of the place!! The staff are awesome & so hospitable & kind & I will definitely be back!!The performers were magnificent too - pulling off a great acoustic show in a cinema the way they did is no mean feat!!HUGE thanks to all the team there for making the event possible!!!THE coolest hotel in London!🤜❤️🤛

Laura Westcott: Thank you again Mark and your awesome team. We'll be back soon!

Stef: When we checked there was a bit of a mix up with our room. Mark, the owner, was very apologetic and went out of his way to make up for the inconvenience. The hotel is in a fab location, and still our room was quiet and peaceful. Overall it has a very personal feel to it and all the staff were super friendly. We loved the quirkiness of it and of course the Dalek! Great place, we will certainly return.

Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London: what do users think?

David Ammar: Didn't stay at this hotel.Just used it as location to meet up with friends. But a very pleasant hotel, polite staff and good amenities. Also a great location and views across the River Thames.Would definitely consider staying here.

leyyy: Amazing hotel with a perfect location to do the important places on foot!!! A stone's throw from London Eye and activities such as "Sea life", the hotel is located opposite Big Ben, the view is truly splendid, especially with the added bonus of having breakfast as the hotel has a large bay window immense to admire this emblematic monument of London. Perfect and clean room with everything you need!! I recommend without hesitation, knowing that we were with our 20 month old son and everything had been planned for him also in a baby bed!!! The swimming pool spa is very appreciable after a busy and busy day in this magical city!!

The Cavendish London Hotel: what do users think?

Guillaume Billig: The experience was flawless from start to finish with a very friendly and welcoming staff to assist us with a pre check-in as we arrived early. The location of the hotel is excellent, yet not on a main avenue so rather quiet. From our window we could see the London Eye, the Shard, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, just to name a few.. The room and the bed were great, though I would maybe add a couple electrical sockets for convenience. We would like to thank the entire staff and more specifically Ben who made our stay even more special.Rooms: Our room had an extraordinary viewWalkability: A lot of central London is within walking distance. Plenty of public transports too if you are looking to go any further.

Lee E: Had an amazing stay at the Cavendish Hotel. Anastasiia checked me and my partner in, and she was so helpful and an absolute pleasure. Anastasiia and the rest of the staff made us feel welcome as soon as we entered the reception area. The hotel itself is very clean, and my room was more than comfortable. The location is perfect. I will certainly be returning to the Cavendish, and I would highly recommend this lovely hotel

Tom Waller-Webb: , with enough flat surfaces to put your wash kit - more hanging rails

lucas hayat: My new go-to hotel for London travel. Unbeatable quality/price/location ratio. We were on the 11th floor, the room is very good without being huge. Everything was clean we had a superb view of London. We were not at all bothered by the noise which was very low contrary to what other comments say.We were well received by the team. Finally, the location couldn't be better. Perfectly central while not being on a huge artery of the city. Thanks a lot and see you soon

Stuart Mason: Great staff and super helpfulsuper cozy rooms 👌having parking is a bonus

InterContinental London - the O2, an IHG Hotel: what do users think?

Kevin Coble: The location makes this hotel and feels as if IHG knows that. The checkin experience was lacking. The agent attempted to charge for what should have been a complimentary upgrade, only to then tell us no upgrades were available. Sorted in the end, but if we didn't know, would have paid £70 extra pounds a night... Overall, it's ok for an Intercontinental, but lacks the service of a true 5 star hotel.

Mohammed Islam: Great experience in this luxury hotel. Right from the entrance to the room and all the amenities provided are of high quality brands.Best of all we were at the 10th and highly highly recommend for the amazing views.Very much recommended.

citizenM Tower of London Hotel: what do users think?

Raph S: Perfect location just above tower hill station on the circle line which is extremely convenient. This hotel gives pride of place to design with modern decoration. The rooms are small but very well laid out and well equipped. There is a very pleasant rooftop which offers a breathtaking view of tower hill and part of tower bridge. The staff is very friendly and check-in and check-out are done on touch screens which helps to speed up the process. A good address 👍🏼

Ralph van Roosmalen: Excellent hotel. The rooms are as they should be in a hotel. Clean, everything there what you need. Despite I like citizenM some minor points. The lobby was full of empty cups and glasses in the evening. This made it look bad.Limited options in the bar for soda and beer. The view from the hotel room was bad. Basically no view.

Maximilian Popp: Super Hotel!

Aleix Garcia SIC: Good hotel, located in an area where you can find everything. Well connected, right above the metro but you don't even notice it. Next to Tower Bridge, incredible views. The bar on the 7th floor is very cool to visit at night. The only drawback is the elevators, which during our stay did not work for a few hours and we had to walk up five floors and it is the only access to the bar on the 7th floor. The room is very cool, small as seen in the photo but it meets what you need and has very fun home automation. You don't go to London to lock yourself in a room...If we return to London, we will return to this hotel!

Karina: One of my best hotel experiences. The hotel is directly next to the Tube and in front of the Tower of London and Tower Bridge. Easily walkable and you can easily get to SoHo, Chelsea, etc in less then 30 minutes. The staff is absolutely amazing and very down to earth. Additionally there’s a rooftop with a beautiful view of the city! The rooms are small but perfect for one or two people! The entire room is controlled through an iPad which is better technology I’ve experienced then any five star hotel. If you’re like one of the best afternoon teas, you can easily walk across the street to the four seasons on the weekends at 2pm.A great thanks again to the staff who were amazing!

Quen: We really enjoyed our stay at the citizen M. Although the rooms are not very big, we found it to be very convenient and cozy. I liked the architecture/design, it has a bit of a 5th element feeling to it. Location is just wonderful and we could enjoy both cultural activities, restaurants and nice walks from the hotel’s door. Only caveat, the breakfast was quite expensive for the quality of the food.

T Calling: CitizenM is a chain hotel best tailored to digital nomads. Welcoming collaboration location, meeting rooms available. Cozy atmosphere. Breakfast buffet for £19. A great chain.Location: 5/5Hotel highlights High-tech …

The Landmark London: what do users think?

Jenkins: The room was beautiful and well-equipped. The view was stunning. Highly recommend.

Zuhura Jean: The amenities and facilities where amazing but this was overshadowed by the lack of attention to detail, our welcome card was addressed to someone else, they couldn't fulfil basic requests like providing scissors which made me late for my hair appointment! also when we asked for chocolate the receptionist couldn't comprehend our request.

Saad AlQahtani: We booked at Landmark for the last 3 nights in London. The hotel is luxurious and the staff are very helpful and cheerful. It is one of the finest hotels I have stayed in. The rooms are very spacious and it is worth every riyal spent in it. I highly recommend it 👍🏻. The only note is that the night club songs were annoying only one day until approximately 2 o'clock at night
