Helen QJS: Professional, clean, very responsive and lovely staff for a reasonable price. Georgina did a fantastic massage, very adaptable to my specific needs including a combination of deep tissue, hot stone and lymphatic drainage. Felt like a different body after!

Eng.Motasem Alsawadi: It was very good experience with Balance Wellness. It very clear and quite please if you want to get a relaxing time. The staff so kind, I reached early they introduced a glass of water and made me feel relaxing before I got my service. I had a body scrub and hot stones massage for one and half an hour, only problem which I faced was the bathroom in the ground floor but the massage room in the basement.

Lana Khe: Best massage I’ve ever had in my life!!! Me and my cousin went for a couples deep tissue massage & the masseuses were so lovely and we were so shocked at how amazingly strong they both were it was exactly what we dreamed of 10/10!!! It was a great hour literally head to toe of relaxation and loads of body parts clicked which felt really good. Literally recommending everyone I know to come to Siam Breeze and we will definitely be back very soon :) I will never go anywhere else highly enjoyed my experience and the room smells nice, music is relaxing & the staff are great. The Daily Out Blog: Used to be good. Went back after a couple of years, massage was not relaxing, just a lot of disorganised massage, pain and 30 minutes spent stretching. Even when flagging pain ti the therapist she just kept going. Safe to say I won’t be back. For £70 there are much much better places!

Shakira Hughes: I had my first Deep Tissue massage with JUJU at Siam Breeze yesterday. I booked online around an hour before my session and was happy to be given a slot with such short notice. The receptionist was professional and friendly. I turned up earlier and sat down for about 5 minutes and then was taken to the room. JUJU was professional and empathetic. I had very tense and tight muscles and found the massage painful in places but JUJU knew without me saying anything and kept checking to see if the pressure was ok and would ease off if I found things too intense. I booked a half-hour session and I feel I would have benefitted from an hour plus, but in the short time I had with JUJU, she managed to give me so much relief from the tension I was carrying. I felt lighter and looser after my treatment. I would highly recommend JUJU as a therapist. She has genuine care and good skills as a masseuse.

She loved the deep tissue massage and even got a hot rocks treatment. Her massage therapist was extra careful with her knots and sore back and neck. I got a standard deep tissue but it was so relaxing with the hot oil. Full body massage for an hour . The atmosphere is wonderful and relaxing. You can ask for the room temp too. The music is so chill. Would go back there again sometime , a bit of a journey to commute to. A whole 2 years worth of stress relieved. 😍🤩🧘🏾♀️

Hannah McDougall: I booked on Treatwell where it said they had appointments at this salon. After paying the salon told me they could not provide the treatment and tried to persuade me to have a different treatment which I didn’t want. I have still not received either my treatment or a refund and Thai London Therapy are not helping me.
Response: Dear Hannah, Sorry to hear that you have not received your refund but I’m afraid its not our responsibility. When you book through Treatwell it is they that take your money and don’t pay us until a couple of weeks later. We do apologise for not being able to provide the treatment you requested as our beauty therapist was off sick. I believe the receptionist did offer you a different treatment, which would be normal - but to insinuate she was trying doing more then simply offering a different treatment would be incorrect. We are a very busy shop and don’t need badger people into treatments they don’t want. You need to contact Treatwell concerning your refund. They are usually very prompt with their repayments so not sure what went wrong but we have not had your payment at any time - only Treatwell has. You made your booking at 11.08am and we informed Treatwell about 2hrs later that we could not provide about. We have the emails showing this and are happy to provide you with them if you need for Treatwell. Best wishes TLT Management

Sleepy One: Me and my partner booked a couples deep tissue massage today. All i can say we both felt like jelly and we have not felt like this since our last holiday to Thailand. The receptionist (did not get the name) Was super friendly and explained what would happen, room was ready, was a bit hot but they had the air con on. I had ANNE as my therapist and SKYE for my partners. it was MIND BLOWING I LITERALLY ENJOYED EVERY ASPECT of my massage, the combination of thai and deep tissue was spot on. I didnt even need to tell her about my pain areas as she hit all the spots. My partner echos all of my comments. WE WILL BE BACK!! compared to the other place we go, we found this place better than thai kosai in algate.

Although the receptionist was not the best, I want to say Hang In There- the therapists themselves are Wonderful!! Will be back!
Nabeeda Bakali: If I could give minus stars then I would have. I booked an appointment for a Saturday. Made plans to go to London for a massage. I was on the train when I got a call to say that they didn’t have female therapists available for the time I had requested. Which meant my trip to London was a waste and they only told me this an hour before my appointment. I then rebooked my appointment but because I didn’t have plans to go to London again, I called to cancel and ask for my deposit back, I made sure I had given them more than 4 days notice. However, even though they promised, I never got my deposit refunded. 100% would not recommend them. Better to book anywhere else.

Like a lot of services in london we had been suffering staff shortages over the past few months or so which in rare occasions meant we could not offer the 5 star service people have come to expect from us. We apologise for the fact we could not offer a female therapist at the time you booked and that the alternative time we offered you did not suit your timetable. With regards the delay in the return of your deposit - we apologise unreservedly. We are a very busy spa and usually have a very good system in place for refunds etc as prompt refunds is something we feel feel very strongly about. However we had a temporary receptionist in place at the time and the message never got through to the necessary person as she was in our branch in Switzerland at the time. Your refund has been processed and should be with you very soon. We hope to offer an amazing experience to all our customers and genuinely feel saddened you experience with us was less then perfect. We are now back to our full quota of highly experienced female therapists and would love to welcome you back for another appointment with us next time you are in London. tatiana rodrigues: What a fantastic place to go. The warm welcome you receive once you arrive just gets you excited for your treatment. The decor is so beautiful, such a relaxing calming atmosphere to be in. l could stay in the waiting room all day. I had a massage and manicure and it was 100/100. All members of staff are extremely polite and friendly. Will definitely be going back again.

There is a nice relax candle that makes the environment very pleasant. I went in for a wax and the lady Aysha was absolutely lovely! I went to get my eyebrows done and she made sure to ask the shape I wanted so I was very happy with the result. Will be coming back very soon!

Sheng Yi Lin: I don’t recommend this place. I had a one-hour session of deep tissue with hot stone. I did ask for a strong massage, however, it wasn’t strong and a lot of time she didn’t even massage deep. Half of the session was basically just a gentle massage and did it very quickly. I did also mention to receptionist, masseuse and questionnaire that I would like them to work on my lower back, also combine with Thai Massage, but it didn’t happen. I didn’t even have a full one hour session, it was like 50 minutes… The room was very warm and humid, not sure if it was because of the shower in the same room, and previous customer had a shower there. The floor was not very clean either, overall the room didn’t feel fresh. I will not go back again, it is not worth £70. I could just get a massage machine for £40 from Amazon and it works better.
Karishma McGregor: Fantastic little spot in the middle of Covent Garden. After spending the previous day sightseeing and piggy-backing my child (because we forgot the stroller) and walking for miles, I treated myself to a much needed massage. The room was calm, the right temperature and relaxing. Quite clean. My masseuse was lovely - great conversationalist too. Sadly one hour was just not enough to heal the pains in my back and shoulders. Highly recommend this little gem of a place but book in advance.
Coco Wong: Reception lady was welcoming and friendly & the environment is clean however when we get into the massage room two of the therapists were rude to us, we don’t get used to be naked when we hanging inside the room so we took a towels to cover ourselves to lie down on the bed, they were questioning us why we took the towel, you should be naked, the massage was great! Disappointed in the attitude of the therapist.
Akua Attobrah: I had a very relaxing treatment. The masseuse was very professional and offered extra advice. Atmosphere was relaxed and I returned home refreshed. Would definitely recommend this place. I have another appointment with them soon.

CJ Tongue: High quality Thai and Sports massages, at a reasonable price. What is not to like? Well we did get interrupted by the fire alarm the last time we visited, but we were offered a free return visit, and still got an outstanding massage, so no harm no foul. Oh and they are currently cash only, but not usually like that.

J W: Me and my wife went here for the first time in August 2022, we both asked for a hot stone massage, they delivered and did a fantastic massage and I recommend having a day off after as you need your muscles and body to relax and recover, this place is the best for massage be it hot or cold weather for they air conditioning for hot weather & heaters for cold. The massage is good and does leave you feeling relaxed but I will say it is not a amazing massage. There are better ones out there but you will be paying more. Parking is scarce so I recommend going in the afternoon and parking in one of the nearby streets where there are flexible parking restrictions.

Suraj: The only stop I always have to make in London. Friendly and professional service by great therapists. This trip I went in twice. One short 30 because I hadn’t visited since 2019 and wanted to check if it was still as good. Went back for another 60 because it’s still great. Thanks to Toni for the great treatment and sorting out my back and shoulders after 24hrs of flights as well as a few weeks of neglect.
NANCY LIU: The second time doing massage here, feel just so-so. The staff are very nice , always smiling, which I admire a lot. However, my hair got really oily due to the use of massage oil (I think this can be prevented in some way). Also, the heating wasn’t turned on, so I felt a bit cold during that one hour. And this time I had a different therapist, and my feeling was not as good as last time.
Woojae Jung: One of the best Thai massages I’ve had in my life. I’ve gotten them in all different cities / countries but this was hands down one of the most amazing. Joet was my masseuse. I had a really bad pain in my shoulder and could not raise my arm fully. After a medium strength deep tissue massage - i started feeling better on the day of. And next almost back to full mobility. I would go again today but was advised that too much of a good thing is also not good. Thank you so much and I hope the business continues to do well!
Georgi Deninski: I’ve been using this place for the last 10 months every single week, sometimes 2 times a week. I have tried all of the therapists who work there at least 5 times and came to the conclusion I can’t pick a favourite, they are all professional and extremely good. No wonder why sometimes there’s no available spaces if I haven’t booked in advance. Well done to the lovely and welcoming girls at the reception and all therapists, you’re the best.

Ben Fisher: I originally book massages for my wife and I before traveling to London. Due to problems at the airport, our flight was delayed making it impossible for us to make our appointments. The people at Siam Body and Soul worked with me through email to reschedule our appointments trying to get them set for a time after our flight arrived but again due to issues with our flight this proved to be an impossibility resulting in our appointments being canceled. Because I prepaid for the massages and knew that the cancelation was not Siam Body and Souls fault, I fully expected them to keep the payment for the canceled appointments. Instead, Siam Body and Soul allowed me to rebook the appointments with out charging me. This was above and beyond what I expected and would have fully understood if they had decided to keep what I had paid up front. simmone aziz: 10/10 for customer experience and massage. We booked in for a 60 min couples massage with Anne and Anna, they were extremely professional and took great care. My partner had a lower back pain and myself with neck and shoulder tension, we feel SO much better. Cannot recommend a Thai massage enough - it can feel uncomfortable at times as they work their magic but that’s a good sign in my opinion, Thai massage finds the root causes of your aches. Thank you OM Health & Beauty and thank you Anne and Anna, we will certainly be back again!

She is excellent, very skilled and creates a comfortable relaxing environment for the treatments with high quality organic wax and a robe and essential oils in a humidifier, great atmosphere. The salon is excellent top standard and couldn’t recommend her enough, so kind and welcoming & amazing at waxing!!! Thank you.

The male receptionist was so kind and helpful and the therapists did such an amazing job. Could not recommend this place enough!

Ricardo Cavalcanti: We have been using Thai London Therapy at Amiika Spa in Hammersmith for over 2 years, always with couples massage. Comfortable room although a bit small. The therapists are friendly, gentle and often reassuring whether they are either too soft or too hard. We’ve got good results and I would probably recommend the 45 minutes session
Henry Ambrose: Had a couples 1 hour full massage, and felt amazing afterwards. Lovely kind staff that were very accommodating and catered the massage very well to our needs! Felt instantly relaxed due to the ambience, will definitely be coming back!

Samad Rahman: We went for a 90 minutes couples massage. It was a very welcoming place with very experienced masseuses, we both had a lot of knots and pain after travelling and working hectic shift patterns. Would defo come back, it is a little pricier than others on treatwell but money well spent.

Alice Tomasevic: I had a family member in hospital and was unable to attend my appointment, I tried to contact them multiple times, voicemail full, I then eventually got through and they would not let me reschedule my appointment and took my payment without any consideration to my personal circumstances. After being a customer here for more than 2 years. I can honestly say I will never be returning and I would advice anyone else from visiting as they will not care when you have a deeply personal circumstance. Utterly disappointing. The woman on the phone was rude and unsympathetic, a terrible service and place which I would not recommend to anyone.

Claire Morley: I was in London visiting for a few days and happened upon this incredible gem. I had a 45 minute Manual Lymphatic Drainage massage with Roberta, who was calming, learned, and kind. I had only had one lymph massage over 15 years ago and was seeking one to help me with some digestive issues I’ve been having. She made me feel completely comfortable and honestly the lymph massage is very soothing and relaxing. 24 hours later, I feel less bloated and especially feel that my digestion is calmer. My only wish is that I had a booked a longer session with her! I will definitely be returning the next time I’m in town. Highly recommend Roberta and Lavender on the Hill for your wellness needs

alisha: I, very randomly, booked a signature massage with Daria and it was SO good, i ended up getting an Indian head massage too. I am quite petite and fragile and she handled it so well to make sure I got the most of the massage without feeling any pain! My back and shoulders were awful and I have woken up this morning feeling nothing- she worked her magic! She told me she had her own massage place in Ukraine- she is a PRO! The head massage was so good and relaxing, i think i fell asleep halfway through it😂. Totally love this place and their service, it was so so relaxing- Can’t wait to bring my mother and sister here soon for more massages and facials! Amazing work and thank you so much Daria. Emily Michelle: What a wonderful experience I had yesterday here. I treated myself to a 60 minute signature massage. Normally I wouldn’t spend this much on a massage, but as a once off, it was worth the extra money. The staff were lovely and welcoming. Having the electric blanket on the massage table was a very pleasant surprise. The attention to detail really made the whole experience that much better.

Added bonus is its tasteful decor you immediately feel relaxed upon arrival and located in the most charming part of the city (Primrose Hill)! I had my massage with Sara and she did an excellent job, would definitely recommend her.
