May E: I've been to many Fourseasons, but this one was perfect.Perfect location.Great staff.Delicious food.Magical team.Very clean room, which is the most important aspect in a hotel to me.The price is expensive but it's worth the service and the cleanliness of the hotel.

Stefan Eduard: I am reading other people reviews, especially the bad ones, just to figure what kind of mental disorder you need to have to complain about what this hotel has to offer. Unfriendly stuff? Probably you landed in a different hotel and you do not know how to read the name of the hotel you stay in, to say something like that about Four Seasons hotels. Restaurants service is bad? Where are you expecting more? A ticket to haven? Small rooms? If you actually say that about the rooms or bathrooms in this hotel probably you should consider a nutritionist, or at least to update your body weight reservation needs to a medieval castle where you can easily fit in. Four Seasons is Four Seasons and it will always be 5 stars luxury! The end.Thank you for the amazing experience and extremely high standards.Rooms: SpeciousFood & drinks: Amazing

David Ammar: Didn't stay at this hotel.Just used it as location to meet up with friends. But a very pleasant hotel, polite staff and good amenities. Also a great location and views across the River Thames.Would definitely consider staying here.

leyyy: Amazing hotel with a perfect location to do the important places on foot!!! A stone's throw from London Eye and activities such as "Sea life", the hotel is located opposite Big Ben, the view is truly splendid, especially with the added bonus of having breakfast as the hotel has a large bay window immense to admire this emblematic monument of London. Perfect and clean room with everything you need!! I recommend without hesitation, knowing that we were with our 20 month old son and everything had been planned for him also in a baby bed!!! The swimming pool spa is very appreciable after a busy and busy day in this magical city!!

Yale Chen (陳頁真): Superb. This is the standard every 5 star hotel should look up to. We are used to this kind of treatment in normal hotel in Asia. Hope the rest of the hotels in the Uk can catch up.Rooms: The room was huge and well designed.

Rachel Thompson: My husband and I stayed here during the holiday/new year season and it was fabulous! We were greeted early in the morning when we arrived from our international flight and we were able to check in early, they upgraded our room upon arrival, and were very hospitable and accommodating from start to finish! The location is walking distance from the tower bridge and there is a tube line a few yards away from the hotel entrance. We enjoyed their new year party and the spa amenities while there! A special thank you to Marco, whom we met at check in and who was always a delight and incredibly helpful our entire stay. Highly recommend!!!

Parrice Sundar: Visiting four seasons for my birthday was a wonderful experience. I booked a night stay plus two spa treatments. Frederick Goh: Stayed for 8 nights.Reception service was great.Good location to the Train station.Breakfast was up to expectation. The room was clean when I checked in but the daily cleaning service needs to improve greatly or be supervised.Carpet not vacuumed throughout my stay, toilet floor not cleaned even when instructed. Bin was not cleared daily. Particularly on 9 Mar 2024 in room 111 when I requested the reception to inform the room services. This was a huge turn off for me.

Charlotte Davies: . Staff were nice.

JJ Graham: Not the ritz but clean tidy and welcoming. Winter get a room for that price in LondonNearby activities: A few restaurants and pubs. Coop 2 mins walkFood & drinks: Not a great selection of food or drink but reasonable price for London and did the job

Bob Vowles: Very clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good a good choice of cereal ,,toast ,and English.Nearby activities: Would be a good base for Wimbledon tennis. Bus outside to Wimbledon.Safety: Disabled parking bays could be nearer the reception.

Simon Curtis: Breakfast service is a bit sketchy but the hotel in general was good and in a good location for the train.Rooms: Exactly as you'd expect. Spacious and equipped enough.Walkability: Very close to the tube.Food & drinks: Breakfast selection is cereal, breads and pastries and limited fried breakfast food (4 or 5 items to choose from. Limited but enough. We had to find staff to get more food as they seemed to have given up on cooking more almost an hour before breakfast ended.

Dan Harris: I stayed in this hotel with my dad as part of his 70th birthday celebrations. I happened to mention it was his birthday in the booking notes and as you can see in the photos they went above and beyond! The room itself was excellent and the staff were polite and friendly. Location was perfect to take the cable car across the river to the O2.Thank you for a lovely stay.

Sabine Herbert: Room on Zig was great. Good bed, nice bathroom, everything was there. The only negative was the night noise from the air-conditioning. I specifically asked for a quiet room. The air conditioning could supposedly be switched off, but it still buzzed all night. Which made me have a very bad night's sleep.Rooms: Good bed, very clean. Negative is the air conditioning that cannot be turned off and that made noise all night long which was very disturbing for me.Food & drinks: Restaurant limited in choice.

Hidden In Rain: The rooms were incredible with an amazing view of the pier. Bed was super comfortable and the room was nice and spacious. The toilet was in a private room of its own and the shower was well designed.Rooms: Very clean and very comfortable. Spacious.

Linda L.: Exactly what I was looking for during our brief vacation stay. The service was top notch starting with whisking our suitcases away while we sipped sparkling wine or water as we waited to officially check in. This is not your typical Marriott experience. You can stay in less expensive places, certainly, but for the price this is actually a great value. The rooms are beautiful, We requested a Thames River view, and we were treated to a view of Big Ben and Parliament as well. The London eye could be seen from the window as well and is an easy walking distance for a great photo taking experience. The food in the hotel restaurant was delicious although not included in the price for our stay. Still the dining experience, including the beautifully delivered room service, was worth the cost. Room service was so lovely I preferred it to the restaurant after a long day of site seeing. Americans will appreciate both tea and delicious coffee available in the room. This hotel is a rest up haven!Shout out to Mohammad for his help when checking in, Phillip for patiently answering all our questions including those about currency exchange, and all of the staff that helps to make entering and leaving with baggage absolutely seamless!

Evie Nelson: Thank you for the warm welcome

Todd Smith: Perfect location that makes walking to many sites possible. There are great restaurants in the area and many Pubs to explore. I can't wait to return.Rooms: Good space with views.Nearby activities: The wheel, parliament buildings, The palaceSafety: No issues with safetyWalkability: Everything is within a mileFood & drinks: Too many Pubs and eateries to explore so we will have to return.

Joe Lan: . Very elegant and yet stylish. Staff were all friendly, helpful and professional. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable!! Plus the front roll seats of the river is just unbeatable

Bonnie Chow: Our family had an unforgettable stay at Marriott Hotel County Hall London during the Kids March break holiday. After enjoying a wonderful meal at Gillray’s steakhouse last year, we knew we had to return with the kids this year for a stay. The location couldn't be better, just a stone's throw away from iconic landmarks like the London Eye and Big Ben, making it perfect for exploring the city.A special shoutout to Justin at the front desk, who not only made us feel welcome but also went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. His attention to detail in arranging our rooms was greatly appreciated, especially traveling with kids. The complimentary breakfast for loyalty members at The Library restaurant was a delightful experience, with a stunning view of Big Ben adding to the ambiance. Ana Paula, our server, deserves special recognition for her outstanding service, making our dining experience truly memorable.I highly recommend Marriott Hotel County Hall London to anyone still looking for accommodation in London. It's the perfect blend of luxury, convenience, and exceptional service. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable.Rooms: Newly Renovated

JOHN WOODWARD: On this cold miserable afternoon....I only stayed for a coffee and what a pleasant surprise. The atmosphere made one forget the weather, latte coffee served by an attentive waiter who certainly made one feel welcome.I certainly will come again and this time use the restaurant.Thank you.Food & drinks: An excellent selection.

yuko: A Pleasant Stay Near the London EyeI had the pleasure of staying at a charming hotel right next to the iconic London Eye. The hotel, housed in an old building, surprised me with its impeccable maintenance. Here are my thoughts:Location: The hotel’s location couldn’t be more convenient. With easy access to Uber boats, the subway, and buses, getting around the city was a breeze. Plus, it’s within walking distance of the majestic Buckingham Palace—a treat for history enthusiasts.Restaurant: The hotel’s restaurant was a delightful surprise. I particularly enjoyed the generous portions served during breakfast. The Irish breakfast was a highlight, setting the tone for a day of exploration.Rooms: My room was a blend of modern aesthetics and cleanliness. The contemporary design made me feel right at home, and the spotless environment added to the overall comfort. In summary, my three-night stay at this hotel was a delightful experience. If you’re looking for a well-located, well-maintained hotel with friendly staff, I highly recommend considering this hotel.

Jean B: When sorting out my emails this morning, I came across my booking confirmation, which mentally landed me years ago in this hotel. And as I've had a good experience there, I felt it was the occasion to show your team my gratitude.Back to 2015, I was planning to assist my favorite artist's concert and was a bit nervous because it would be my first time in London on my own. But this occasion was too exciting to resist, so I finally packed my luggages and caught the Eurostar to St Pancras.Well, my first idea was to stay near the very centre of London, but as one expects, prices are very high in this area, so I had to look a bit further. This was at that moment I discovered your hotel, and as I don't like third parties, I decided to book directly with you instead of booking on global platforms, which generally raises the cost of your stay by 15%.My 3 days stay started auspiciously as I had the chance to meet and be greeted by Mr. HUSSEIN with a warm welcome. To speak frankly, Mr. Hussein acted like a guardian angel to me and helped me throughout my stay by giving me indications & advices regarding the surroundings. We also had some time to converse about the differences between French and English cultures, and I did appreciate his support regarding all the tragic events that happened at that time in my country.More globally, regarding the rooms, I was looking for affordable and comfortable rooms, so middle range hotels were my target. I would definitely recommend this hotel because I was feeling at ease and the rooms were spacious enough for me. Thanks to Mr. Hussein, I had a taste of the buffet breakfast on the first morning, so I booked it for the next two days. The localisation fitted perfectly well my expectations, as I was not too far from the train station, and not too far from the Roisin Murphy's concert.I hope to come back one day when I will have some time beside work. And I really do hope, Mr. Hussein, that you still work in this hotel and to see you again one day, it was a great pleasure to be welcomed by you and to share some daily chat about mundane things."Un GRAND merci !"Kind Regards,Jean

Bjørn Myhre: Koselig hotell med sentral beliggenhet nær Victoria station. Vi gikk rundt til mange severdigheter. Rent og fint rom. Utrolig kjekt med mange usb uttak for lading ! Anbefales 😊

ondreya Witmer: The hotel staff were amazing. Great room for a busy traveler using the Victoria coach station. The rooms were small but I didn't need much because I was busy sightseeing. Neighborhood was quietRooms: Small but nice

Veronica Cross: Lovely rooms .can hear the trains at night .no lifts have to carry your case .my room was up three levels.Food & drinks: You get a box delivered to your door for breakfast as they don't have a restaurant.Box is very packed and good value

Bud Fox: Hotel vicinissimo a Victoria coach station.

Melissa Eve: Second stay at this hotel as it’s so convenient, 4 min walk from the station. Very comfortable room facing Hugh St, excellent cleanliness. I would definitely come back!

Thomas Calise: Hotel in a great location, perfect staff, perfect and clean room! I recommend !

Stéphanie Ravier: , underfloor heating in the bathroom. The only faults I will find are: the breakfast box

Daniel Hamberg: Good location, newly renovated room. A bit crowded but totally OK.

Alberto: and London Victoria railway station

Also FAB room with easy-to-use tech controls, for the excellent heating and air conditioning. Also very comfortable bed !. Fantastic Breakfast, and room service!Rooms: Our rooms were large, quiet, really comfortable bed, and loved the easy-to-use tech controls for the lights, heating and air conditioning, and blinds.Food & drinks: We had 3 rooms to include breakfast, which was beautifully cooked, and plentiful and a large variety. We also had a quick and sufficient order off the night menu, after returning from the west end show.
