The Resident Kensington: what do users think?

Julian Lim: Great stay. Friendly staff. Conveniently located near Earls Court station with amenities like Paul's and M&S but yet away from the bustle of the main roads. The rooms can be small so would recommend a Superior if you are not alone. But generally clean and have a small sink and microwave.

FGL: very polite and helpful staff. Excellently located

Katarzyna Suarez: Nice and helpful staff...thank youService: 5/5 …

Alejandro charles Macias Rousseau: Near the UNDERGROUND🚇🚇, best hotel in the United Kingdom 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧👍👍 the hotel staff was friendly, we asked for some extra blankets because we were cold and they told us we wanted a heater and we said no, thank you, WHEN CHECKING -IN they gave the children sweets I RECOMMEND THE 3RD FLOOR ROOMS *TIP: GET OFF Glouster Road where there are Tesco and the restaurants is number 25 coverden gardenRooms: The 3rd floor rooms are recommended for the street views 🏙️🏙️ and you will also hear the crows 🐦🐦 as an alarmNearby activities: KESNINGHTON Palace, Science Museums, Nature and more suitable for 🚸🚸 childrenSafety: It is very safe being close, there is activity until dawn, we arrived at 11:08 p.m. and they did not rob us 👥👥👥 since a lot of people pass byWalkability: There are many zebra crossings with traffic lights 🚦🚦 but there are ZEBRA crossings that are not highly recommended for ♿♿♿ wheelchairsFood & drinks: It's quite expensive £17 a thing but between 6PM-7PM they give you free drinks/any guestNoteworthy details: There is a TESCO but to walk it is a lot to take the DISTRICT line and the 24-hour reception and you leave HEATROW to take Picadilly the rooms that our case 303 has for sale were poorly heated and you were cold ❄️❄️ the bathroom is the same cold and hot water we talk is too hot and I almost put it almost cold WE RECOMMEND FOR EVERYONE

Madison A: This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Perfectly situated for a solo-trip in London, the hotel exceeded expectations in every category. The staff were warm, welcoming, attentive, and understanding. The room was perfect - with the bonus kitchenette that really made a difference. All of the small details were key for a perfect stay. I can't wait to return!

Nathan Chevalier: I highly recommend this hotel.

zouyi liu (A coffee man): The house is very clean. There are coffee machines, water dispensers, hot water kettles, and even microwaves for simple meals. I am a coffee lover, and simply having a few coffee capsules will make people feel very friendly. Especially the water pressure in the bathroom is very comfortable. The room is very warmNearby activities: Eating is very convenient, there is a supermarket, and it is suitable for tourists.Safety: This neighborhood feels safe.Walkability: It's only a five-minute walk from the subway station and easy to find.Food & drinks: You can have a drink in the lobby downstairs, it's very comfortable

adrian mein: Thank you for a fantastic stay . Nothing was to much for your staff. Highly recommend the Resident.

Nancy Tilton Hand: What a treat! Staying here made London so easy. It’s close to everything, easy transport. We had a king room. Bed was great. Pillows could be fluffier but they were good, and we slept well. Very, very quiet. The little “kitchen” made breakfast & snacks easy. The tub and show were great!! Plenty of hot water, deep tub, powerful shower. We’ll certainly stay again.

St. James's Hotel and Club - Mayfair London: what do users think?

Dean Facer: We chose to go to St. James's Hotel for our wedding anniversary lunch - and what an inspired decision that turned out to be.We decided to opt for the 3 course lunch menu, which included bottled Water, Champagne, Wine with the main course, finishing up with Coffee and Petit Four. Truly outstanding value! The food was incredibly delicious, and each course of the lunch menu was described to us and explained thoroughly before each course.I'm just sorry that my photos, below, truly don't do justice to the sumptuous food that was prepared and served. The doorman, the 'maître d'hôtel', the bar staff, the waiting staff were all wonderful. Every single aspect of service was incredible and done with genuine warmth and a smile. The ambience and setting was totally spot on.We had previously read some other reviews regarding how wonderful the staff are St. James's Hotel, and we totally concur. The service we experienced was among the best we have experienced anywhere that we have visited. We certainly look forward to returning in the near future! We would, wholeheartedly, recommend anyone to visit St. James's Hotel...Food & drinks: We decided to opt for the 3 course lunch menu, which included bottled Water, Champagne, Wine with the main course, finishing up with Coffee and Petit Four. Shadow Minnion: So grateful to have accommodation while my son is in hospital. Can't thank them enough. Lovely and clean with kitchen is such a bonus. And ensuite bathrooms even better. Beds are a lot harder than I'm used to but can't complain. I'm just bringing a travel pillow next time as they were so thin.

Catherine Bazzard: Absolutely incredible facility when having to travel a long way away from home for a child's appointment. Having this makes life so much easier. It's perfectly located just across the road from the hospital. Room was large, comfortable, well equipped and kept very clean.Thank you to all the lovely staff!

Stanislav I: . But the service itself is not great- the laundry delivery time for example is 7pm, it was not delivered. When it was ready it was too late as kids were sleeping and in the morning they didn’t bring it as promised. Finally received it but after almost an hour of WhatsApp messaging altogether

B A: Must stay in London! The hotels location is amazing, 20 minute walk gets you everywhere in Westminster! Great views of the city! Staff is extremely friendly and courteousWalkability: Very quick walks to all the major sites to see

B. R.: . The lobby of the hotel is clean and neat and welcoming. The rooms in this hotel were quite large compared to other European hotel rooms. My son stayed in one area of the room and I stayed in the other.

Anett Seybold: Walkability: Bus, subway, supermarket

Cora Borrell Sala: We have been delighted at the hotel. Everything very clean, the beds very comfortable. The exceptional location, since we arrive from the airport in less than 50' by train.Having a coffee maker in the room is a 10.Juana, the girl at the reception, was wonderful with us, very kind, cordial and excellent professionalism, I think it is the first time I have met such an attentive receptionist! Thank you very much Juana for making our stay unbeatable.

Mohamed_3jeeb: The hotel have so high quality customer service, they are helpful, always smile and try their best to give you what you request. This hotel will be in my list for the next time trip 👏👏

Nadia Kabongo: I had an absolute lovely afternoon at the drawing room. I went for afternoon tea, the service and the food were amazing. Lefter, one of the waiters, was so thoughtful, suggested and booked for me massage at the hotel's spa as I told him I was in town visiting and looking for a place to get one. Did not regret it at all, Fouzia took care of me for an hour, I came out energized and all happy. Totally recommend.

Sandra A: I wish I could give 10 stars rather than 5!! Everything from elegance to professional-exceptional service was 100/100.Food and drinks are ridiculously good!Beds are so comfortable and rooms always cleaned. Restocked, looked after. Just perfection.Thank you

Dave Selkirk: Genuinely one of the best hotels I have stayed in in London. The rooms and facilities are great, but the staff really are what makes this hotel tip top! Nothing is too much to ask, and everyone is polite and friendly and ready to assist. Not a single person working there looked anything other than delighted to help, thank you!The rooms are very spacious, and the bathroom is fully kitted out and very comfortable.

Lefteris Hasanaliaj: I had aromatherapy massage in Brown's spa. Hannah was very professional, she helped me to release the tension I had in my back and was very accommodating to my needs, making me feel comfortable and relaxed. Hanna at the reception was very helpful with her recommendations and always with a great smile. Totally recommend the spa service and I am looking forward to come back in the future.

Travelodge London Central Southwark: what do users think?

chriS: Stayed here for a couple of days. We were in a plus room which has a coffee maker with a nice selection of coffee, tea and hot chocolate. The location is good for central London. Tube station is a short walk away. The nearby streets have a nice selection of restaurants for the evening and there is a nice proper cafe for breakfasts. Only annoyance was the shower. It felt as if the soap and gel dispensers got mixed up.

Alex Looney: I love the treehouse, the roof top bar is amazing and an excellent view of London. The cocktails are amazing.Walkability: It’s right in the centre of LondonFood & drinks: Would highly recommend the cocktails

Barbara Calzolari: This amazing place is often our home when in London. We love the rooftop open air bar at Nest, the 15th floor beautiful restaurant and the vibe of the place. All Guest Service managers are very helpful, they really care your well being. Beds are one of the best ever tried and the breackfast is just perfect. It is very close to all Central London destinations and the view from the room is stunning. This time unfortunately there were scaffolding and we couldn't enjoy the wonderful landscape from the corner window of the room that we usually take, but surely next time the works will be finished and we will be able to admire this beautiful city again from above.I love this Hotel and his concept.Barbara and Germano

Mrs. Clough: That was our first time staying there and it won't be our last. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and the staff went out of their way to make sure we had a good time. The manager Laurence was amazing and made sure we were looked after. The staff and service was top notch. From the bartenders to the security team to the lovely people at the reception desk. This is hospitality at it's finest. Thank you Treehouse team for making our visit so special!

Claire Woods: We stayed here for a birthday trip and have been back since for cocktails. Beautiful views and great service.

Taj 51 Buckingham Gate Suites and Residences: what do users think?

Susie Sangtabi: From the moment you walk in the staff are fabulously attentive and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. The Spa was so relaxing and with lovely facilities. A meal in the courtyard is highly recommended with gorgeous surroundings and a delicious fusion menu. Even the bar had great staff who created off menu cocktails to perfection. Our room had everything we needed for a fabulous nights stay in a great location for all the London sights and shops! What more could you want. Thank you Taj we will be back soon.

Rajesh Patki: Went for afternoon tea and enjoyed it thoroughly!

Lauren Knowles: I would stay here again for sure. Great rooms, great food, lovely staff. They mostly seem to cater to Indian business men but we stayed with our family including an 11 year old kid and it was great. Go to the spa if you have time. It’s warm and cozy and we had a great massage. I think we ate at all the related restaurants and all were good.Rooms: We stayed in a suite. It was very nice and comfortable. It was great having a washer/dryer combo in the suite to do laundry.Nearby activities: Very close to many popular sites.Safety: Nestled in a safe neighborhood and though it it walkable, it’s easily overlooked from the street.Walkability: Very close to many popular sites.Food & drinks: Great good and cocktails but especially lovely afternoon tea. What a whimsical, fun, and amazingly delicious experience.Noteworthy details: The staff is lovely. During my stay here, I was sick and needed to go to AE. I called the front desk for a cab and which hospital to go to. The night manager called me a cab and waited for me in the lobby with a bottle of water. He walked me to the car and told me to call if I needed anything. Later in the day, the staff saw my husband and asked how I was doing. So kind and thoughtful.

Mr. Jhaveri: Excellent Hospitality and good staff.

Shikha Singh Thakur: I had food whilst my friend was visiting and the dishes here splendid

Best Western: what do users think?

Jean B: When sorting out my emails this morning, I came across my booking confirmation, which mentally landed me years ago in this hotel. And as I've had a good experience there, I felt it was the occasion to show your team my gratitude.Back to 2015, I was planning to assist my favorite artist's concert and was a bit nervous because it would be my first time in London on my own. But this occasion was too exciting to resist, so I finally packed my luggages and caught the Eurostar to St Pancras.Well, my first idea was to stay near the very centre of London, but as one expects, prices are very high in this area, so I had to look a bit further. This was at that moment I discovered your hotel, and as I don't like third parties, I decided to book directly with you instead of booking on global platforms, which generally raises the cost of your stay by 15%.My 3 days stay started auspiciously as I had the chance to meet and be greeted by Mr. HUSSEIN with a warm welcome. To speak frankly, Mr. Hussein acted like a guardian angel to me and helped me throughout my stay by giving me indications & advices regarding the surroundings. We also had some time to converse about the differences between French and English cultures, and I did appreciate his support regarding all the tragic events that happened at that time in my country.More globally, regarding the rooms, I was looking for affordable and comfortable rooms, so middle range hotels were my target. I would definitely recommend this hotel because I was feeling at ease and the rooms were spacious enough for me. Thanks to Mr. Hussein, I had a taste of the buffet breakfast on the first morning, so I booked it for the next two days. The localisation fitted perfectly well my expectations, as I was not too far from the train station, and not too far from the Roisin Murphy's concert.I hope to come back one day when I will have some time beside work. And I really do hope, Mr. Hussein, that you still work in this hotel and to see you again one day, it was a great pleasure to be welcomed by you and to share some daily chat about mundane things."Un GRAND merci !"Kind Regards,Jean

Bjørn Myhre: Koselig hotell med sentral beliggenhet nær Victoria station. Vi gikk rundt til mange severdigheter. Rent og fint rom. Utrolig kjekt med mange usb uttak for lading ! Anbefales 😊

ondreya Witmer: The hotel staff were amazing. Great room for a busy traveler using the Victoria coach station. The rooms were small but I didn't need much because I was busy sightseeing. Neighborhood was quietRooms: Small but nice

Veronica Cross: Lovely rooms .can hear the trains at night .no lifts have to carry your case .my room was up three levels.Food & drinks: You get a box delivered to your door for breakfast as they don't have a restaurant.Box is very packed and good value

Bud Fox: Hotel vicinissimo a Victoria coach station.

Melissa Eve: Second stay at this hotel as it’s so convenient, 4 min walk from the station. Very comfortable room facing Hugh St, excellent cleanliness. I would definitely come back!

Thomas Calise: Hotel in a great location, perfect staff, perfect and clean room! I recommend !

Stéphanie Ravier: , underfloor heating in the bathroom. The only faults I will find are: the breakfast box

Daniel Hamberg: Good location, newly renovated room. A bit crowded but totally OK.

Alberto: and London Victoria railway station

Madison Krensky: Fantastic hotel! Recently stayed here with my husband and our 2.5 year old. The hotel is very clean, quiet and has amazing service. For kids they will set up a bed in your room with a kids robe, cookie and hot chocolate kit. The hotel tea is amazing and so fun for kids. While this hotel is very family friendly you do not feel like you are in a hotel for only families. The location is conveniently located less than a five minute walk from the history museum, science museum and v&a. The south Kensington stop is also less than a 2 min walk. Will be staying here on our next trip to London.

Minvydas Minvydas: Very nice, clean and cosy hotel.Nice experience, new design, renovated not long ago.Nice hotel.Rooms: Big Nice beds....

Lynda Ashworth: Rooms: My daughter treated me to an overnight stay in London, our room was lovely and air conditioned. The beds were so comfortable I think we both had the best nights sleep in a long time, in the mini bar there was complimentary water and soft drinks, a lovely touch. From arrival to departure the staff were excellent and extremely helpful. We had breakfast in the hotel, the full English was first class I recommend to everyone it kept me going all day.I would love to stay there again.
