My wardrobe fell to 1 side after 5 weeks I have called and texted with this issue for someone to come and fix or check it out up to today I got no response never going back to this place

Bhargav J: Furniture village is the worst furniture store I have ever bought from. They manufacture and deliver poor quality items, which are then assembled in your home with significant issues. Their items aren’t worth even half of what you pay, and their customer service is shocking. They treat like idiots on the phone. Will never buy here again. Don’t bother responding to this furniture village polite review responder because it’s not worth my time or effort, I’ve had enough of dealing with you for a lifetime and you won’t help regardless because you’re all useless!!

James Demetriou: Went into Furniture Village today. Sherjeel was a massive help and gentleman! He gave us space and time to discuss and make decisions, he also had an answer for all our questions. Mat W: Revised review: Unfortunately, I need to revise my review to date. Similar to concerns voiced below, Furtniture Village has repeatedly not lived up to its promise on delivery dates and service. My sales sheet has an estimated delivery date of 4-6 weeks, which has passed by now. I’m getting no guarantee that the bed will even be delivered before Christmas - impacting our planning to re-unite with family. Worse: I have called in five times to be at least confirmed delivery, when the bed becomes available. Not a single time did staff follow up as they told me they would - that is, confirming with the factory about status or have Crina call me back (Crina was our initial sales advisor). Deeply disappointed and can only say, be advised of uncertainty involved with shopping here. Initial review: We visited the Furniture Village yesterday to look for a bed (fifth store in competition) - ended up buying a bed + table and are so happy that we are coming back today to look for more. Thanks for the excellent customer service, patience and time taken to explain considerations, review options, and flexibility in servicing. We had a particularly excellent experience with Crina, who went above and beyond all our expectations in customer service, compared to other experience from practical to high-end Westminster-type shops. Highly recommend and can’t echo concerns raised in other reviews. We normally don’t post on Google, but do look at these reviews, and wanted to share our experience.

Ruby meah: I purchased a marble table for £1650 and the table was broken on both corners on the same side and they were aware of it and placed the table near the wall were the broken side was not visible. After rearranging my house after 6 months, l noticed it and told the owner and he said he will offer £50 and denied the fact that he knew the table was faulty so please check their items before you purchase as that was very horrible I paid so much. I think the table got broken while delivery so check even after they deliver. I am taking them to the trading court.
Crunch Shorts: Really good service and is handy that they have delivery. Overall really good value 👍

Scriba Buildings: Am a regular customer here but most recent experience so disappointing. Staff walking around smoking inside the warehouse, around children and pregnant women. Not only a health hazard but also a fire hazard given the amount of wooden furniture - and finally not to mention how much this would stink up the furniture. How inconsiderate can you get?
Keira Chapman: A gem of a place with loads of great vintage furniture. John was very helpful and delivered my furniture only a couple of hours after purchase and helped to take it up a few tricky flights of stairs in our first floor flat, exactly to where I wanted it. All for a very reasonable price. Recommend!
Lex Sandeford: London needs more shops like these. Good quality furniture at excellent prices. Pauline is also so helpful and the whole place has a lovely, down to earth vibe. Wether for normal kinds of furniture, or something more unusual (I saw some church pews and a table with integrated turntable, amp and speakers), retrohub is a great shout.

They removed old hob and installed new one free of charge. They also left the area clean.I highly recommend the company, especially those two guys ( they speak in Spanish ).
Erica Whalley: So pleased this service exists. Furnitureworld are a bargain if you are looking for value but also long lasting furniture. I was especially happy that they deliver next day but also take the furniture into your rooms of choice and take away anything too! I bought the pine furniture set which came pre assembled and is solid pine, it will last a lot longer than the mdf flatpacks I am used to. Not just a great solution for landlords (they do landlord packages) but also for anyone who needs decent furniture with minimal hassle, for example if you are newly arrived from abroad. Will definitely use again!

Steve Tobin: it said on the paper work it take a HOUR it took 5 HOURS, there were holes missing so i had to drill them myself which NOW looks messy, i had a mark on my fornt wardrope door which i cant fix. would be good if they called to say when they arriving A HOUR BEFORE i had to wait up until 9-10pm. you can look up your delivery ONLINE but it does not arrive that day you have to chase it up. THE CALL CENTRE WORSE EVER I WAS ON THE PHONE WAITING 40 MINUTES TO GET TOLD SOMEONE WILL CALL ME BACK AND NO ONE DID. NEVER WILL ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. THEY NEED TO WORK ON THEIR DRAWINGS, MY PARTNER TRIED SHE HAD NO CLUE HOW TO HELP ME OUT.

Would recommend going for any type of bric-a-brac. Picture frames glasses, ornaments, dining, vases, books. Lots to choose in good condition. Prices very good.

Beatriz Manjon: Great experience throughout. All the staff at the store were well informed on the products, materials, etc. we bought a dinning room table and six chairs. Manufacturing took exactly the weeks we were told and delivery was easy to arrange. It is so nice to be able to talk to the store directly and not some general corporate customer contact number once the order has been placed. The two man team that came to assemble the furniture was professional, clean, efficient and made sure everything was positioned where we wanted it before leaving. We highly recommend this store.

Abrar Ahmed: Zero customer care post order. I had to chase 15-20 times to get a status update. Products are great but you can get equal quality and design from specialist furniture shops at half the price. Staff are lovely though (in most cases).

This time I am moving to a smaller flat on a tight budget. Ellie has been fantastic to work with. She is a very experienced Senior Interior Designer and really listened to my need from space, budget, etc. to help me visualise how the flat could look like. She has been very patient and also very practical. When tempted to go for another fabric, she reminded me of my budget. It is very tempting to want it all but Ellie has been so great at helping me prioritize. Thank you!

All the staff were very welcoming and in particular, Joao was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in showing us the various products/options that were available to us. Joao spent considerable time with us and had an abundance of patience. We were very happy with the service we received and would have no hesitation in recommending this store with its high quality furniture. Rachel Burke: Really disappointing. After looking through some of the lovely furniture, I asked about very local delivery and was quoted £10 (to deliver across one set of traffic lights). However, after looking through the reviews I have noticed others have been offered discounts and free local delivery. Such a shame to see that potential customers are treated differently.
Marius Miginis: Lovely store, has many items to choose. Solid selection of mirrors with affordable prices. Its big, occupies two store floors and has three cellar full of stock. Owner is a nice chap too, allowed to park behind his store, so I could shop with peace in my mind. Got few items from there and the owner gave me better deal. Highly recommended, they are open 10AM to 6Pm, and Sunday open till 4PM.

Idan Singh (Idan): A must visit for anyone visiting London, a rare find in Fulham, if yor going to Chelsea FC Football Club then do go and see this shop spread over 2 shops with large basement, there you will find Vintage Mirrors, Pictures, Telephones, Furniture and rare collectibles which are priceless.
