Jan Alessandrini: Rather disappointing flowers for Mother’s Day. Had ordered a couple of times from them and received decent flower bouquets. However, my wife and I were left rather disappointed by both the quality and the quantity of flowers which she received for £50 (see pictures). Despite receiving a prompt response from their customer service (which was very friendly and efficient), the company stated that “There are 2 roses which are not absolutely fresh but please keep in mind these are flowers. Any change in temperature, even being in the delivery vehicle can affect their freshness. Treated the right way the flowers would last longer.” However, the company offered no refund or other form of compensation. A shame really.

Sena Davoh: I arrived at Flower Station no more than two hours ago to collect a bouquet of 50 red roses. I was unsure of what to expect as it was my first time going to the branch but I was met by an amazing and outstanding team. Everyone was welcoming and extremely helpful, and despite the bad weather the team were in high spirits. The bouquet of flowers I collected however left me overwhelmed and speechless, so it meant my partner definitely enjoyed them. Due to all of the above, 5/5 stars was an easy choice and I’ll definitely be ordering again

sasha schouvaloff: I had asked for our fishbowl and tall vases to be filled with sustainable reusable materials to use for our events - they created a beautiful autumn arrangement with twigs, cinnamon sticks, dried fruits and fairy lights. They completely met our requirements and delivered a very smooth service. Thank you!
V.A: The loveliest flower shop in London that’s open 24hours🌸🌸. They also sell candles. The staff are so knowledgeable and helpful with plant maintenance for example I brought a pink lily plants. The staff showed me how to clip the stems in a diagonal direction to keep the freshness. The plants have lasted for all most two weeks .

Fred Mifflin: Flower Shops did our wedding a few weeks ago. Their consultation was very helpful. The bouquets were gorgeous. We went with baskets of blooming plants on the tables at the reception. Dior was so careful to chose and match the flowers to the dress and it all worked wonderfully. The wax flower bridesmaids crowns were amazing. Made a beautiful day even more beautiful. Marie samuels: I came across Dior and The London Flower shop on Google!! I wanted to surprise a friend of mine with a wonderful bouquet 💐 of flowers for her birthday and admittedly I left it late to get her some flowers. I googled florists that were near me and still open and Dior’s shop came up. I immediately made my way down there and was met by her, let me mention that Dior was so welcoming and was happy to fulfill my request @ such short notice. Fast forward to now Dior is my ONLY GO TO florist!! She knows what I want when I describe to her the type of flowers I want to get for someone. She’s extremely creative in her floristry and her kind, calming spirit is such a lovely attribute to her personality. Dior takes pride in her work and she makes sure that your happy with the service your receive. Just look @ the many positive reviews from clients that have used her services!! Dior puts her heart into her work and her passion clearly shows in the joy she brings to those who use The London Flower Shop for their special occasions. Her assistant Katie is also a delight to work with and also is tremendous at what she does, they both work brilliantly together creating breathtaking displays of floristry and stunning bouquets. Agus Tarmizi: TOPNOTCH customer service and quality products. Based in Singapore, I urgently needed a favour to get some flowers and doughnuts for my birthday girl in London. Going the extra mile, Orchidya’s staffs assisted me in getting the doughnuts from Krispy Kreme and wrapped it up nicely. They even helped me to choose the popular flavours. The flowers as shown in the picture are also well taken care of, making you feel special with their customer services and attention to products’ details. 10/10 will recommend this shop to my friends!
Tim Firmston-Williams: I was looking for a housewarming present and decided on lucky bamboo. Sophie walked me through all the options and put together a really beautiful arrangement with vase, soils, sands, stones, shoots, bamboo sticks and bow. When I came to pick it up, the customer service was exceptional. Very kind and considerate staff who asked if I was going far (to double bag) and offered to carry it to the door for me (as it was raining and I had to open my umbrella). Beautiful store as well - Highly recommend.

Simonetta Harding: Really bad experience. Ordered an orchid and it died within a month. Followed the instructions to a T but because the pot it came in had no drainage hole the plants were rotting in the bottom. Really disappointed with the quality of product. They should not fool people into buying plants that are doomed from day 1 because of inadequate potting. What a waste of money.

Please be assured that our orchids and plants are of the highest quality and always have appropriate drainage. Orchid roots do not like standing in water and having “wet feet”. The plants should receive a regular spray of water to the exposed roots. Regrettably at this point we can only surmise that they received too much water which the roots were unable to fully absorb. We always encourage our customers to contact us whenever an issue is encountered at the earliest opportunity so that we might be allowed the time to resolve it, whether its a case of too much or too little water, too warm an environment or insufficient air flow. Sadly in this case yours was ultimately a disappointing experience. We hope that your next orchid will be a more pleasant one.
Siddharath Sehdev: Very Reliable, fast and Efficient. Also have a good collection of exotic flowers. Ordered some Hydrangeas from them and the quality of the flowers was good, nicely wrapped and delivered timely. Their General Manager Sophie is very polite and Helpful..Highly Recommended !!

laura roberts: I cannot begin to thank PM Flowers enough for the excellent service they provided to make our wedding extra special. The team worked with us by providing really good advice on which flowers would work best for our arrangements, both for the bouquets and the venue. On our wedding day, the bouquets arrived and they were even more beautiful than we imagined - important because they feature in all our wedding photos. The team also worked within our budget and we did not have any extra costs. We will be recommending PM Flowers to our friends and we will certainly use them again and again.

Theodora Manassieva: I came in yesterday to buy a bunch of flowers for my friend. There were three members of staff in the store, all of whom ignored me when I came in. Nobody smiled, nobody greeted me. One of the florists came to help me after little while, and put together a bouquet for me. There was no attempt, however, to tell me about the different flowers, the options, the prices. All in all, I found the customer service to be cold and unfriendly. The flowers were lovely, but you can find the same flowers elsewhere with much better service.

hannah brown: I have been meaning to write a review for a while but really needed to as the service that I had from Kensington Flowers was superb. To cut a long story short I live in Cornwall but was getting married in London last November. I made a few enquiries with florists in Kensington and decided on Kensington Flowers because of the reviews that I had seen and also the contact that I had with them. I dealt with Juliet via e-mail and she was delightful. She suggested that I send an image of my dress colour so she could match the dress colours with the bouquet and button holes, which I did. The whole process was very easy and stress free and on the morning of our wedding I popped in to collect the flowers, not really knowing what to expect but not worried as I felt very confident in Juliet and her staff. When I saw the flowers I was blown away. Far better than I had ever expected, truly beautiful and Juliet and her team had listened to my requests and completely delivered. The most beautiful flowers I have ever seen and the colour match with my dress was perfect. I would recommend them again in a heart beat. The bouquet they designed was stunning and lasted for over a week and was excellent value for money. I just wish I lived closer as I would be buying from them on a weekly basis.

Kelsey McMaster: Pulbrook and Gould Flowers is my go to for bouquets on the fly! The Posy bouquet is £45 + delivery if you need to send as a thank you or other occasion. They had convenient single roses with a beautiful ribbon and card for £10 for patrons wanting to give a flower tribute to the Queen laying in state. Eric and Alexander are excellent at their craft, I highly recommend their hospitality floristry services. We plan to have them do our table scaping for our wedding. Pop in if you can!

I have had many orchid displays over time but their quality of orchids are the best I have ever seem. Linda is a very special lady and her skills are second to none. She is so helpful that nothing is too much trouble for her. I am so glad that I came across her outstanding skills and their beautiful shop.

Emma Butler: Rebel Rebel did my flowers for my December wedding - they did my bridal party flowers, display piece for the ceremony and also dressed our cakes. The flowers they did for us were incredible and really completed the look for our wedding. Working with the team was so easy and the ideas they came up with were creative, but were also exactly what I was after so I was really pleased with the collaborative process. The cake was the showstopper and everyone loved how it looked, me included! In short, I was beyond thrilled with the results. I would definitely recommend them for any weddings or parties you need flowers for.

H F: If you are in the market for a dozen roses with baby’s-breath where you can count each individual stem to make sure you got your monies worth, this may not be the florist for you. The arrangements are a work of art, thoughtfully crafted with an exceptional eye for detail. I’ve received many flower arrangements over the years but the ones I’ve gotten from G&T make me feel so special. Not only are the flowers unique but everything has so much care put into it. From the jar they come in, to the ribbon and the hand written note by someone who has amazing penmanship to bring the words and feelings of my partner to life. Rock on Nik & team! You continue to set the bar high. Looking forward to my next bouquet in 2023!

Liza Iva: The bouquet arrived in unacceptable condition. I do understand they need to prepare flowers in advance, but come on, not a week in advance! The bouquet didn’t look anything like photo as well. It has to be blue it came pink! Unacceptable for price these people charge!

We can also assure you that no Grace & Thorn bouquet is ever prepared a week in advance as it isn't physically possible to run a florist in this way. Rosalind Francis: We chose Grace and Thorn because they had a range of ready to wear bouquets and buttonholes. We had quickly rearranged our postponed wedding and needed something quick and without fuss. They have a lovely range and I chose the Wild Thing bouquet. A really lovely selection of wild flowers. The delivery was sorted out with a quick phone call to confirm date of delivery. The bouquet was delivered in water to keep it fresh. I got loads of compliments on the bouquet and I really loved the selection of flowers. The buttonhole was beautifully arranged as well. The photo is of the bouquet the next morning - still looking good!

Angela Haren: I ordered flowers yesterday and received a confirmation number and was told an email was on its way. I noted in the edited version that the billing address was incorrect. I have sent three emails throughout yesterday asking please for confirmation of the payment and details. Flowers have not arrived to my friend nor have I received any response to my emails. The phone number does not appear to be working either on any of their sites. A great website that does not appear to work. Shame on you Flower Yard ! From a very disappointed customer !

Mariko Chan: Lesson learn - read reviews before ordering- Website looked professional and the flowers shown were different/unique with other online florist. So deided that it was ok to pay a premium to get a pretty bunch but i was so disappointed when it arrived at my friends place. I am so embarrased to be sending her this bouquet - it is NOTHING like what i ordered - hydrangeas n cabbages were shown w roses n these flowers are not out of season, so i dont understand why there were replaced! In addition, the roses shown were those antique roses type n large ones, those delivered were small cheap roses. Cant believe i paid extra for this!! just look at the photos n decide yourself if they are worth buying from! photo on left is what was delivered, photo on right is what i ordered!

Melvyn Ross-Field: We wanted a Summer garden look for a special dinner party.Wild Things listened to us and they chose a beautiful selection of flowers and colours which were appropriate for the location and the theme. We have used them before and have every confidence in their ability to “get it right” and make it beautiful.
Iysha Javaid: I’ve never personally purchased from here but I have been fortunate enough to receive their flowers many times over the years. They do the most beautifully exquisite bouquets - seasonal, exotic, classic etc … I’ve never failed to love anything they put together. Even their single rose was just stunning. They have such a wide selection of flora and the way their flowers bloom and last, there’s no doubt they use premium quality flowers. They also don’t over pack their bouquets with foliage or fillers, and anything they do use subtly compliments and enhances the flowers rather than over shadows them. Now there is a tiny, almost irrelevant gripe; and I know this is very much a personal preference … the more recent bouquets and flowers have arrived with a new ribbon design which features block print on it, whereas I think their classic scripted ribbon in itself was such a beautiful touch to the flowers. As I say I’ve never purchased from here myself so they may well have multiple ribbon options and yes it’s a very personal thing but just a tiny thing which I think just added that extra something to the flowers. Oh and I also love the wax seals on their wrapping and cards - such a beautiful detail!

B H: The flower bouquet was beautiful but, for the second time now, the flowers were not fresh and lasted only four days. Also, the vase they came in was too tall for the flowers. Since you are paying top prices at this store, this is very unsatisfactory. I have ordered flowers here several times over the last few years but I think this was my last order.
