Tanguito, Argentine Tango Academy: what do users think?

Elena Nicholls: I had an amazing opportunity to really experience Japan, the culture and the stunning scenery thanks to Tanguito Holidays and it’s founder and our guide Bruno. His extensive knowledge and unreserved love of this country made this holiday unforgettable. Thank you, Bruno!

Alroy Dcruz: The classes at Tanguito are remarkable. Bruno really has a knack for teaching. He is able to explain concepts very clearly and systematically with the fewest words. This allows a newcomer to easily grasp the concept and focus on what is most important. The location of the dance school is very nice and convenient and the dancers are of very a high quality. I highly recommend this school to aspiring Tango dancers.

TEMEL GEMİCİ: This is the best friendly and lovely milonga in London... Los Angelitos by Tanguito.

Seda Kendir: An address where you will meet Argentine Tango and not feel like a stranger. Thanks for lovely welcoming friendly spirit.

Helen Malbon: We reçently joined Bruno on a group holiday to Japan. It was an amazing experience - thanks to Bruno’s knowledge, experience and some excellent organisation also by Bruno and his friends. We saw and did so much, including attending some great tango workshops, and a variety of milongas in Tokyo. The group comprised a lovely mix of people - we had a wonderful time.

Achilleas Voutsas: Bruno is a great teacher - he explains very well and is very patient. We have been doing a few private lessons and already we have made great progress!

Chris Rogers: , with tango and sightseeing perfectly arranged and managed. A very well deserved 5 stars.

Junko Kurita: . If you’re interested visiting places in the city, he will organize a little tour. Very recommended 😊

Lina Hung: I joined Bruno’s Tango Holidays in Buenos Aires Tour in March 2023 and it’s the most enjoyable tour I’ve ever been to Buenos Aires. I’m from San Francisco and it’s my fifth tour to BsAs. This tour is so organized…workshops with the best maestro…high quality taxi dancer’s assistance…Bruno is with us in every Milongas. Outings & sightseeing… The best experience for me is the warm hospitality from the members of the group. Really grateful with the best memories

Will Andrews: To have an instructor who is as highly skilled at dancing as he is to instructing is rare. Highly recommend to anyone serious about learning real Tango !Looking forward to making progress under his guidance. 10/10.

Dana Segev: An absolute delight to learn Tango at Tanguito!! Bruno’s way of teaching just makes it easy and enjoyable to learn. Both the classes and the private lessons are structured with a lot of attention to details, professionalism, care and love for tango. I’m very happy and highly recommend!!

Esra Kendir: I have started my first Tango journey with Tanguito recently, and I am already impressed by the professionalism and comprehensive approach Bruno brings in his teaching style: history of Tango, theory, musicality, body mechanics and practice! I strongly recommend if you are interested learning Tango properly.

Orla Isaacson: . We both LOVED it.Bruno made the whole experience easy, approachable and fun. The session started with a brief history of tango which was a great and unexpected addition to the lesson. It was great to get a better understanding of the origins, spirit and meaning of the dance before approaching the movement. It added a lot for me.Bruno was insightful, patient, explained things clearly and was able to help us develop considerably over the 90 minutes. The fact that Matthew was immediately keen to come back for more lessons is testament to Bruno's teaching technique, positive approach and love of the dance. We have already booked our next session and I. cannot. wait.Thank you Bruno and reader - don't hesitate!

Manuji Kariyawasam: Tanquito is an exceptional Tango school that's run by an amazing teacher called Bruno.I had a few private lessons with Bruno and had such great pleasure re-discovering Argentine Tango and felt that my Tango journey is improving and growing.Bruno is a friendly, kind, understanding and a patient teacher.I would highly recommend Bruno to help you improve your Tango dancing at any level.

Jonathan Lewin: An exceptional tango school, run with passion, dedication and expertise by the wonderful Bruno! Not only a place to learn the fundamentals and the flourishes, but also a great community that feels true to the Argentine Tango culture.

Charlotte Clark: Bruno is a beautiful dancer and a genuine expert in the art of tango. We wanted to be taught by him as we found his own dancing so inspiring, and we absolutely love our lessons! We’re learning so much each week — about tango as an art form and not just a series of steps.

Nick Newman: I bought a 2 hour one to one lesson for my girlfriend for Christmas. We were taught at the intimate studio in Archway with Bruno as the teacher. It was absolutely brilliant. Bruno was very passionate about the dance and the whole Tango movement. He gave us a brief history lesson which was so useful in understanding the dance. He used great teaching techniques and was able to adapt the lesson to out abilities. My girlfriend loves the tango so was thrilled with the lesson. Because of great teaching we were able to progress to dancing a whole track using 6 different moves. Would thoroughly recommend Tanquito if you are looking to learn the tango.

Colin Clark: Amazing tango academy! Bruno not only has beautiful technique, but is also a brilliant and supportive teacher, giving expert guidance.

Oscar Chao: The lesson I attended was for beginners, it’s absolutely worth a try, the teachers are very patient and kind.

Pei Luo: Absolutely enjoy the lessons here! Teachers are really friendly and patient. It has been our 6 lessons and we definitely will continue!

Bo’s Rose: My partner and I had our first tango lesson as we have never done it before. Bruno was very accommodating and passionate. He was patient and explained things very well. While we only booked for an hour we learnt a lot and thoroughly enjoyed our session. Definitely booking more lessons!

Meriel Price: Fantastic lesson and really friendly milonga

Damiana Cavallo: I met Bruno in a Milonga once where I had the luck of being invited by him to dance. And when I found out that he is a tango teacher, I soon tried to follow him in his classes in London, organising trips from Bristol which is where I live.As well as being an excellent dancer, he is a great teacher, who explains difficult concepts using simple examples. And when in couple with Paula Duarte, they make a perfect combo, as she is an amazing dancer and teacher too, who always gives technical explanations and advice. Moreover, they pay a lot of attention to their "students" during the practice as they correct mistakes as soon as they notice them. And this gives a lot to the learning process.Definitely recommend!

Maciej Gutowski: might come first!

Liya Shi: I had the opportunity to study tango with Bruno when I was in London . I really liked his teaching methods, not only for the dance techniques but also for the musicality, the body language, the interpretation of the music... I hope to have opportunities to study with him again, and maybe one day to go with him in argentina for Tango.

George Galea: I have only had a couple of private lessons with Bruno but have learnt a great deal from him. Bruno is a very good teacher and explains technique in a very detailed way. Thanks Bruno.

London Tango Garden: what do users think?

Simona Fratila: Wonderful dances! Thank you

Monica Signoretti: If you have always wanted to try tango this is the place for you! Every Saturday Maral and Mariano teach group classes at the elementary and intermediate level and host a milonga where you can put to practice what you just learnt. Everyone is very friendly and each milonga is a big party. You don't need to come with a partner to take the class, but you might find yourself telling your friends about how much fun you had! A word to the wise... don't forget to try the cakes!

Mariano bakes seriously wonderful cakes too!For those who just want to dance, Tango Garden Practica attracts a lively crowd of good social dancers, who come to practice, to dance, to socialise and, of course, drink sangria and eat cake. Why do anything else on a Saturday afternoon .....!

Ada Tango: and other snacks; always delicious. The practica attracts a wide range of people and levels, you have beginners who sometimes practice in a small practice area next to the dance floor and intermediate and advanced dancers all dancing together. Young and old, new and old timers all come to have a nice Saturday afternoon and dance a bit of Tango. Truly among the friendliest practicas I've been to.Come for quality classes, stay for a lively social scene. :

Maral & Mariano Argentine Tango School London: what do users think?

Ronnie K: Check us out, she did this!!

Maeve McGreevy: Maral and Mariano were some of the first people to welcome me to the London tango community when I moved to the city. From that moment their warmth as people, organisers and teachers has, in my eyes, only continued to grow. They have a great balance of hard work and fun in their classes and a wealth of knowledge and experience in movement, music, history and culture which allows students to develop an overall picture of what Argentine Tango was, is and could be. I would highly recommend their classes and events!

Emma Lucia Reyes: Excellent Teachers of Argentine Tango. Extremely well structured lessons comprised of challenging material very clearly explained. Very friendly and inspiring classes- Highly recommended!

Nick Stone: I've been taking classes and lessons with M & M since they came to the UK five years ago. I was already 'five years in' at that point, so had had experience with a wide rage of teachers. I was instantly attracted by M & M's fresh, very musical and 'hands on' approach to teaching AT. I think Mariano's background as a professional violinist, and his training in Alexander Technique, really makes a difference in the way he enables, and encourages movement. I continue to have fortnightly privates with Mariano, where I mostly follow. These lessons are hard work - he misses nothing - but are a joyful highlight of my week!
