Les Trois Oursons Bilingual Nursery: what do users think?

Theodora Hadjimichael: Our daughter went here for three years and loved it. She made very good friends and we saw her develop and learn new things. The teachers were always very caring and supportive and plan wonderful activities for the children. We will always have lovely memories from Les Trois Oursons.

Tamar Papiashvili: Our both daughters used to go to Les Trois Oursons in 2016-2017. Elena in the Lions room and Sofia in the bunnies room. We cannot recommend the nursery highly enough and we would have definitely continued the next year if we have not moved back to France. For us it was more than a simple nursery. It was like being the part of a family. It is also where I have discovered Montessori methodology. Elena was very shy when she started going at Les Trois Oursons and in the end she was full of confidence, made lots of friends and started talking a lot, both in English and in French. It was also great experience for our little baby Sofia who started the nursery at 10 months. Just a few days to adapt and then she was enjoying every single day there. We would like to say a BIG thank you to the whole team: Regina, Marie-Catherine, Pippa, Anabelle, Maya, Hend, Laure, George. Thank you for everything you have done for Elena and Sofia. Many hugs from Paris :) Tamar & Olivier

Anjuli Pandit: We are sooo impressed with Les Trois Ourson ! Our son loved it and it’s a great balance between letting children play and grow and learn on their own while having some fundamentals in structure (lunch time for example !). We only changed to reduce the commute as the nursery was a bit far away from our home.

Andrew Lecocq: Our son attended LTO for almost two years and I cannot provide a more positive review of the experience. From the first visit it was clear that the quality of the teachers was superb. We were thrilled to see that the teachers and staff were even better than we anticipated. They truly care for each child and focus on creating a comfortable, achieving environment. We spent time in three rooms and each time the transition was handled very well and each new classroom had welcoming teachers and students. Our son made significant progress while at LTO and set him up for long term success in school. We hope to send our daughter as well.

Anna Smith: Our son spent 3 years here, and has just started Reception Year in Primary School as a happy, articulate, responsible and kind child, much of which is thanks to the nurturing, stimulating environment at LTO. When he started at age 1 I felt confident he was in safe, genuinely caring hands, and at age 4 he was looked after by teachers who really knew and understood him. An excellent, age appropriate level of care was given throughout. The nursery is very well run and very well organised. Highly recommended.

Mars Montessori Bilingual Nursery: what do users think?

Laura Garcia: My daughter joined the nursery at 18 months, it was an incredible experience! All the teachers are very loving, the food menus are very healthy and varied (every week they publish the menu), they carry out very varied activities and the introduction to other languages was very important for us too! we definitely recommend Mars Montessori. We only left as we moved home but we’re very happy that was our daughters first educational experience !

JIAOJIAO YAN: Our daughter started with Mars from 18 months old. The school has done an incredible job to provide care, love, fun and education to all kids! The school celebrates all culture and religions! In addition, the school has immersive language environment of English, French and Chinese via full time teachers. We are grateful that Mars Montessori is the very first school for our daughter!

shajay bhooshan: Our son attended Mars Montessori for more than two years - He enjoyed his time in the nursery, made great friends, and learnt a lot socially, culturally, linguistically, numerically etc.He grew greatly attached to the teachers. We believe Mars gave him a great start in his life.

George Bates: Best decision we made sending our daughter here. We saw her progress so much during her time at the nursery and she was very happy and confident going each day. The size is perfect for young children experiencing this type of environment for the first time and all the teachers and staff are fantastic and we will look back at her time at Mars with very fond memories

Cedric le rouzo: Very pleased with Mars nursery overall . Our daughter has improved so quickly in so many different areas. Her language skills has improved massively in the past few months and her confidence level around other children is now very satisfactory. I will also add a special mention to the quality of food served during lunch time. meat/fish, veggies, fruit and a selection of french cheeses to finish every meal. We highly recommend this Montessori bilingual nursery to any parents who looking for a small and caring environment.for their child

David Perez: Our son has been spending 15 amazing months at Mars. We have seen him grow amazingly from when he joined at 2 to now. The Montessori pedagogy plus the bilingual environment - one key English native and one key French native per child - (they even have now some Mandarin initiation) has made our son confident, curious, open to others while swiftly learning the "academics" in both languages. The team led by Adora is outstanding and caring and my son really loves them. Thank you so much for your care and love! We are relocating in January and our son will be sorely missing all of you.
Response: Thank you for your kind words, the team really appreciates them! It has been a joy and an honour to look after your son. Best of luck with your move! Mars

gipartaker: Mars in Angel is an absolutely fantastic nursery. Our son loves it. The care is outstanding. The education has given him an amazing foundation so far, he has learnt to be a very independent smart toddler. His teachers are so caring and patient. I feel I am able to participate actively as a parent. He now even corrects my French pronounciation! I would absolutely recommend Mars in Angel to any parent looking for a caring and educational nursery including yoga, sports and arts!

Anne-Marie Stomeo: Our son attending Mars for a year, after moving from another setting. Mars impressed us in so many ways, there is a fantastic caring atmosphere and also a child led focus on their development and giving even the littlest ones a wide ranging experience covering a range of topics. We are looking forward to our daughter also starting there in due course. Thank you to everyone at Mars.

Le Jardin des Dyvrande Bilingual Nursery: what do users think?

Dee Zeqiri: I wish I could give 0 stars. I took my son to this nursery for 1 month and I removed my child from there, after his head was covered in black bruises!. One day In Particular my child came home he had fallen (nothing was properly explained) this day he was badly hurt, on top of the bruises his face was bleeding and scraped. There isn’t a day that goes by that I don’t feel guilt for leaving him there. The new nursery he has never had not even the littlest scratch which could happen as they are kids.

An Ngo: The best nursery that my daughter attended to. She used to be so shy but since we send her to Le Jardin. She is way more confident, she learned to help people around, love to go school to see her teachers and friends, the Teachers are amazing, I can not happier with them, I’m so grateful for what they are doing, thank you so much. I’m highly recommend because I know my daughter is in a good place
Response: Thank you so much for your review An! You are right your daughter is definitely not shy and we love this about her!

Rebecca Baechler: My child went to Le Jardin des Dyvrande from the age of one. He thrived in this nurturing environment. The Early Years team worked closely together and planned relevant and engaging experiences for all the children. I felt that the daily communication from the staff helped to paint a picture of what happened each day and I like how they all had a relationship with my child. The settling in process went smoothly and we were sad to leave when we moved from London.
Response: Hi Rebecca, Thank you for your review, your words are very encouraging and we hope all is well in your new location!

Annaelle Poisson: Our son has spent more than 2 years at Le Jardin des Dyvrande, during this time I’ve been impressed by the variety of activities they have done with the kids (both indoors and outdoors). I was confident leaving my baby in the team’s care as well as letting my toddler make friends, becoming independent and curious about the world thanks to LJD environment.

Julija Krupic: It is the best nursery one could wish for a child. My two years old daughter has been attending it since she was one and she loves it. The staff is extremely caring and friendly. The educational program for children is exceptional. The children are constantly learning about the world through playing, singing, painting and even sculpting with playdough. They also engage in math by counting their fingers and other objects.
Response: Hi Julija, Thank you so much for your review, your kind words mean a lot to us!

Maryam Buenaventura: My daughter has been part of this nursery for just over a year since she was 7 months old. The nursery is always advanced in teaching my daughter different skills - I am surprised she did things like feeding independently, washing hands, tidying up - even before I tried to teach her! They never run out of interactive activities, and my favorite are the beautiful artworks my daughter has been bringing home. Most importantly, the staff are organized, dedicated and attentive, and treats the children as their own. Wonderful little family!
Response: Hi Maryam, Thank you so much for your kind words!

Yasmin Keder: This is a little gem of a place for little people. My son who is 2 and a half has been attending for almost a year now, he lovvvvees it . They are big on developing their independence and confidence, which is so important. The owner /manager is incredibly helpful she has worked with us and really invested in the kids their well-being and development. Highly recommend this place
Response: Hi Yasmin, Thank you so much for your kind words, they mean a lot to us!

abra mcnamara: My child really enjoyed his time at this nursery. The team were all very lovely and helpful and he made lovely bonds. It was an intimate setting that made him feel safe and their outside space was lovely.
Response: Hi Abra, Thank you for such a lovely review! We are glad that your child enjoyed his time at LJD Nursery!

Les Petites Etoiles Bilingual Nursery - Tufnell Park: what do users think?

Sabri Larbi: Excellent nursery! Our son has developed so well at Les Petites Etoiles and loved going there every day. The attention and care Claire, Cinthia, June and others gave our little one has been so precious to us. Nael improved alot both in french and in English and made very special friends. The community of parents around LPE is also great. We feel like our son is well prepared for the bigger school now and to interact with the world around him. Highly recommended.

Ioana Kirsch: We have had the most amazing 2 years at LPE. Our son has been very happy there and has learnt so many things. The teachers are very warm and nurturing, and are always there for the kids. The last 15 months during covid were handled very professionally and with minimum disruption. The food is amazing as well, he was introduced to so many new tastes. We could not have hoped for a better nursery.

G H: Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Reliability, ResponsivenessMy son has been at this nursery for almost 2 years and he loves it here. The teachers are all amazing - very caring and engaging and have really helped my son develop. The activities are very well thought out and the organic food is very good. He eats a four course meal every lunch!

Adrian Pottier: Our daughter spent 3 wonderful years at LEs petites Etoiles, the staff is great , very attentive and nurturing. The bi-lingual class are perfect for kids to embrace the language with ease and the overall development of our daughter as been perfect there. I am absolutely recommending this nursery to anyone who is looking for a reliable, kids development centered nursery.

Little Linguists Nursery: what do users think?

Beverley Williams: Excellent Service, lovely nursery staff, most of the teaching staff speak both French and English. The children learn in a caring and safe environment.

Giulio Jossa: Both my children have attended Little Linguists (one is still there). The staff are warm and friendly and there are several French mother tongue members of staff which is great for our bilingual family. The children have always been happy to go to nursery and my daughter was well prepared when she went into reception in September. Only downside for us has been the lack of outdoor space (they regularly take the children to local gardens and playgrounds) however I believe they are searching for new premises with outside space to move to in the near future.

matthew harper: Our son has been attending Little Linguists Nursery for over a year now, he has a fantastic time with all his friends and the excellent staff. He does so many activities that help him learn but for us being a french English bilingual family the bilingual aspect of the nursery is perfect !

Hannah Molloy: A great bilingual nursery where the staff speak to the children in both French and English. The earlier opening and later closing hours made a real difference for us and the dedicated sleeping room was just what our baby needed. The staff (particularly the manager, Ana) are lovely too.

Amie Baker: Great nursery always striving to do the best for the children. My daughter has enjoyed the range of activities and made a lot of friends at LL. The staff are so willing to work with parents to ensure that their children are happy.

John Reid: A fantastic bilingual nursery with outstanding staff. Our daughter loves attending and is learning all the time. She especially enjoys the yoga, football, art/craft & food!

Anna Burgan: Lovely staff. Small groups with attentive staff - my son Often has 1 to 1 care! My son loves his key worker. Bilingual program is a huge bonus.
Response: Thanks Anna! Have a great day :)

Izabela Kurdzialek: Great bilingual nursery, my daughter loves it and she learns so much there, she loves all the staff. Very warm atmosphere and flexible arrangements which we need!

Rajanee Brown: Being a bilingual nursery is such a bonus. My 3 year old understands french and can count in French. All staff a lovely. Really happy with our first year!

Hatching Dragons Westminster | Bilingual Nursery in Pimlico: what do users think?

Bernice Yeo: Amazing nursery with genuinely caring staff. Both my kids go there and have settled in quickly. Staff often go out of their way to look after the individual needs of the kids, and they have real affection for the kids there. The bilingual environment has also been very helpful in getting my daughter interested in Mandarin. Would highly recommend.

Ming Zhu: The truly best nursery in the Pimlico area. We like it for the following reasons: 1. Amazing and approachable management. They are open and honest and listen to parents feedback. They really care about the children’s welfare. We can say this because we come from another local nursery which is the total opposite. 2. HG gets kids ready for school. The pre-school is amazing and staff are well trained. 3. We love the venue: a lot of outside space with outings to local parks/playgrounds, high ceiling building with big indoor space, overall well equipped.

Liubov Berezin: Two of my children that I look after attended this nursery for a year before moving to another area in London and they were extremely happy. I enjoyed speaking to the staff every day and the children loved attending this caring nursery. The nursery has a home away from home feeling.

Rose Akhtar: Wonderful nursery and practitioners, both our children love their days here and run in happily and excited for their busy days. They enthusiastically recall what they’ve learnt, where they’ve been (external parks) and other friends they’ve made in their class. They adore all their teachers and seem to respect and listen to the rules and routines they’re included in. Would definitely recommend HD Westminster far and wide.

Alice Barnett: Super little place - exactly how a nursery should be: a great balance between friendly group activities/play to get them ready for school and individual time with their one on one carer to build confidence. The site is a wonderful little oasis in the city with lots of trips out to larger parks and playgrounds in their safe little wagons (which the kids love). Lovely staff, very patient and gentle which rubs off on the children - the older ones seem really caring towards the little ones. The bilingual approach (some staff speak mainly Chinese, others mainly English, children are from all language backgrounds) seems to really support this and produces really confident children who are willing to have a go at anything. It doesn’t seem to make a difference what age they join, lots do as babies but those joining at 3 and 4 or just for 3/4 half days a week seem to have found their feet within a week and are flying by the end of the first month. Long day coverage (8-6) but plenty of rest and downtime with songs, stories and fruit snack breaks (the three meals offered are great too!) so they come home tired but not exhausted. A stone’s throw from Pimlico underground (Victoria line) and Vauxhall bridge road bus stops and only 10 minutes from mainline rail stations (Vauxhall and Victoria) make it so easy to do the drop off/pick up with the commute. My son is so happy here and even his older brother is jealous of the younger one’s ‘school’!

Stine Kristensen: Hatching Dragons is a lovely bilingual nursery and I am so amazed how fast my daughter has learned madarin as her third language. My daughter has been at Hatching dragons Pimlico since she was 15 mths old and she absolutely loves it there.

Toni espiritu: We are beyond grateful finding Hatching Dragons Westminster Nursery. They have full attention to my daughter and keep parents on the loop with progress. Most importantly, my little one wakes up in the morning very excitedly to go to ‘school’ and play with her friends…

Les Petits Bellots - Bilingual (French-English) Mini-Nursery Notting Hill: what do users think?

Mallory Matney: I chose Les Petits Bellots for my 1 year old after a lot of research because I work from home and was looking for a bilingual nursery/childcare with shorter hours than a traditional nursery, and with a reasonable staff to child ratio. I clearly made the right choice because my son loves it! The staff are experienced and very caring towards all the children. The settling-in process was approached with so much empathy and attention for the children that it made the transition easier for both me and my son. This crèche has everything I could hope to expose my child to: friends, play time, music and movement, arts and crafts, reading and rhymes… all with the French language. My son is so much more confident than when he started, and he has already developed French comprehension of directions. Meanwhile, I am able to have a few hours to myself to read, work, exercise, or catch up with a friend! The hours available for the Notting Hill location are quite convenient for my family’s schedule. I would recommend Les Petits Bellots to parents who are looking for a drop-off haven where their child will be exposed to a wider, multicultural world in which to explore.

Marc T. Engberg: We chose to send our son to Les Petits Bellots because it was highly-rated and because we wanted our son to be in an enriching, French-speaking environment where he could express himself and be encouraged to grow and learn. Les Petits Bellots did not disappoint. Our son loves going to the crèche and always comes homes with new songs and new words. The teachers are wonderful - nurturing, enthusiastic, creative, and kind. There is a new theme each week, with lessons, activities, crafts, and songs tailored to that theme. We highly recommend Les Petits Bellots for anyone looking for a supportive and nurturing environment for their children to learn and grow!
