Bikram Yoga Canary Wharf: what do users think?

Mark Wilhelms: Great studio, felt like home, but and inspiring all at the same time. Both teachers were great and offered some new perspectives which i was able to incorporate in my practice.

Nuria A: I enrolled in Bikram Yoga London one month ago I enjoy the practice a lot. I prefer the London Bridge one because it's bigger, but sometimes I go to the Canary Warf as well. What I don't like is the carpet, I don't think it's the best choice for a yoga studio. The teachers are nice, most of them are in both studios.

sachin kanekar: It IS challenging! But the sweat the the calories burnt and the feeling afterwards makes it totally worth it.

Polly Gould: First Bikram class in 18 years and wow what a class. I chose Conleath as he has a performing arts background which I have connections with and knew he would deliver a powerful class ! Best class in years and amazing teacher ! I could punch the air with happiness ! Bikram I’m back and addicted already.Brilliant room tooNo where near as flexible as I was back in my last Bikram days however I know with weekly practice I will see great improvement. The beauty of the repeat of 26 poses each class you get to monitor your improvement on your own Bikram journey. Very happy to have this quality me time weekly. Thankyou

Zhang Xiaotang: It was a great experience, hot yoga. Although I was very tired after the practice, I felt much more relaxed. I hope that if I keep practicing, I can achieve standard yoga movements in the future😛The teacher is also great

Lavinia Andreea Amuzan: Today was my first day at Bikram Yoga in Canary Wharf, i had a lovely time, the teacher Valeria was on point and helped me every step when i need it.Also the place was very clean and full of good energy! Thank you for the amazing experience!

Yann B: who instantly made me feel at ease and explained to me how the class works. The combination of yoga postures with heat actually feels very good. They have currently an amazing offer for new starters...Don't hesitate to give it a go!

Henry Lam: What can I say, one the best places to practice hot yoga in London and fairly local to me. Very good sweat 💦

Kira Savcenko: Valeria is such a wonderful teacher! Very friendly staff too. Thank you!

The Hot Spot Yoga: what do users think?

david vauxhall: Today was my very first class of Wheel Yoga and it took me back to my first ever Yoga class - I came in feeling overwhelmed and nervous but within minutes felt at ease and assured I would be professionally looked after. My teacher Kiraly was highly professional, caring plus very knowledgable of the craft of Wheel Yoga - exuding what is at the heart of yoga and that is to listen to your body and go gently, reaffirming that we are our own best doctors and with the right tuition can repair ourselves. Thanks to everyone at the The Hot Spot for always making me feel like a part of a family outside of my own.Good Show - 5 Trillion Stars!!

Secil Usta: The Hot Spot Yoga where you can practice yoga - traditional Bikram, warm vinyasa, aerial, hot Pilates as well as a gentle & healing Yin + Tibetan sound bath for your soul & mind & body in a warm and welcoming environment with greatly experienced and inspiring teachers.Well organised and hygienic changing rooms and showers as well as warm and exceptionally kind staff.I highly recommend Shona’s Yin classes on Saturdays which is my weekly medicine and treat to myself. I had another healing Yin and Tibetan sound bath session last week which was so expertly guided as usual. It was so gentle and yet so efficient. The content of the session felt so meticulously prepared and sequenced that afterwards i felt so uplifted and my hips almost able to speak .I am so pleased with my experience with this studio over the years & highly recommended it.

Madeleine Inkin: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityExcellent yoga classes, friendly atmosphere and professional teachers. Basically bikram but pleased to see more vinyasa classes appearing in the timetable Fun.

lucy ewington: Super friendly, welcoming staff & relaxing environment. Very professional and organised. Really enjoy the free tea provided at the end of practice. I would 100% recommend and have been to all of my friends. The instructors are knowledgeable and encouraging. My only reason for dropping one star and is because it’s slightly on the expensive side for me personally and some classes I’d prefer 2/3 people less in the room, as was a little tight. Over all it’s a fabulous place and it’s really helped me both physically and mentally.Thank you

Francesca Pasqualicchio: Super Nice staff, good teachers and amazing exercises, I’m very happy

Jonathan Young: Fantastic studio

Johana Burloux: Been to the studio for one year now. Never disappoint. Strong practice and very nice professional staff

Diana Ayala: yoga has allowed me to access postures that I was not able to access before. I do think each type of yoga has its benefits and it complements the other types of yoga available.I highly recommend this studio. It has fantastic teachers, each of them with their unique teaching style. I enjoy talking to Alan, he is a fantastic person and makes you feel welcome in the studio. And as I said, the community in itself is very nice!Don't worry if at the beginning you feel like you cannot handle the heat in the classes, your body gets used over time. Here a tip: if you are new try to find a spot close to the left side of the studio, it is less hot. Slowly start progressing towards moving to the right side of the studio, there you will feel very much the heat, but don't rush it.Also, they have new classes, which don't necessarily have to do with the heat element. I tried today my aerial yoga for the first time... I loved it , I was relearning to trust myself!

Anne Green: If you are looking for an oasis of calm in your busy day look no further than Hot Spot Yoga - a jewel in the crown of Parsons Green. You will get a warm welcome at this lovely and beautifully clean yoga studio with amazing teachers and staff. Choose from a great range of classes and leave the frantic pace of London life behind you

RA Mayers: Great studio and very well refurbished Great staff and Barbra King is a fantastic teacher 👍🏾Ok,I would of voted 11 but you only allow 10It's is what is , as to why I voted 10 or 11 if I could. My only criticism is not enough 90 mins classes especially for eveningsRegardsRichie

Lizzie Dunn: Lovely studio, kind & friendly staff, excellent teacher and an all around fantastic experience

Jing Z: , the owner also make sure that things are working properly and have preheated room before each class, and they know many have travelled far for the heat and practice, made sure the facilities they provide don’t disappoint, premise isn’t based on modern new builds hence it takes a lot of efforts, work and care behind the scenes continue to improve and trying to giving everyone the nice experience they can. Quite often it is easy for consumers to criticize and compare with big commercial studios, which is revenue and profit driven, that have bigger investment behind, but don’t forget like many other boutiques, run either by ex-yoga teachers or practice yogis not only for the love of way of life yoga provides most importantly that they provide a community and space for many people to improve/destress in the city life of ours, and to those are going through difficult period of their life, I’ve wittiness many turn up on the mat, sad, tired, exhausted, quiet, but after class little chitchat, care and complementary herbal teas provided by the studio & made by staff, their eyes lit up, little moments of lights to cheer, we then all realise that everyone has a cross to bear, we are all the same, going through the ups and downs in life, but what made us carry on is the people and we all continue to find balance and peace in our lives, to improve the quality of our life, there is no shame to admit the failures and falls we have, we can all share a little to realise after all it’s not a big deal, we can face another day ahead, and another encouragement to embrace a new challenge, and change. and of course often we share laughs in life. All thehotsportyoga yoga teacher have been faithfully with the studio for years knows what this studio has provided for people in the past decade, and is continue to provide to the community, they also have poured their hearts to the teaching and care to the everyone attending the classes, and constantly asking for yogi feedbacks and trying to contribute with new ideas on the classes, thehotsportyoga studio goals and objectives of having comminute in heart aligned with theirs, hence all of them are happy to teach and being with studio for many years. Many have generosity in their hearts to donate and support good causes in the world, but often forgotten the very local community what we can do to help those living close by or far. I believe the existence of Thehotsportyoga, and carefully change hands of owners to those have the same objectives and values, wasn’t for the profitability of the studio but goodness of the community to those who truly needed such space, as we know soaring energy bills & inflations didn’t reflected and passed on to monthly fees on individuals for many years in the past.I can understand this might not suit for everyone who’s demanding for shining modern spaces and conveyor belt of teachers voices and styles that you have luxury to choose from. This is not a studio and space for you. Only for those whom want to build, grow and connect with those have similar values in the community, and appreciate those who creates and hold space for us.Thehotspotyoga have touched me and provide balance in my busy life, also I value what it did and continue to provide to the community, and I hope many existing and new can continue support the studio for many years to come, it’s a truly beautiful space and place.

Fierce Grace Hot Yoga - City: what do users think?

Klara F: Really missed coming here and remembered how wonderful it was working out here, all teachers and staff were lovely

Fawn Thayer: This was such a great yoga studio. I stopped by to take three classes while I was in town for the week. It was kind of similar to the vinyasa flow yoga that I take back home. Everyone there was incredibly friendly and I really love that it was hot steam for the heat!

Jennie Sharpe: Excellent teachers! I love hot yoga so could be hotter but that’s personal preference. overall excellent teachers and studio reception welcoming and friendly .Great showers and changing area.I just wanted to add to this , Alice, Kam, Brooke, Emma, guys your magic Thankyou for sharing your wisdom ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💫 🙏🏽

J G: I saw someone posted about the music. I think the music is great. Different types for different classes and different people. Everyone doesn't want to hear whale music at every yoga class. I think the music reflects the different personalitys of the teachers. They aren't robots. They are people and not the same person. We are all different as should the music be. 😊😊😊😊

bakari blouin: These classes got me feeling fit down to my SOUL! If you love your soul, this is your spot.

Svet S: Fierce grace for me is the best yoga classes in the world. Love teachers and stuff. The only reason why 4 stars is quite often the music played in the classes is not suitable to yoga. When I hear techno, aerobics and pop music it is not what I expect in the yoga place, so I sometimes take a pause and get discouraged from coming regularly. If there is chance that music choice can be improved I will be coming every day

Michael Ryan: Primrose Hill is a magical place. Wonderful welcoming front-desk & amazing teachers. Love the heat!

Justin: Great classes. Great instructors

Joanna Zwierzyńska: Love this place. My body feels great after each session 😍

Ami Agbolegbe: Positive:Communication,ProfessionalismI love it here, the staff, the setting, the location it’s a few minutes walk from Old Street tube station. There are many class variations and at different times. The teachers are diverse, highly skilled, knowledgable about injuries and health conditions and kind

Vitali: Great hot yoga in London town!!! Good variety of classes.

Nicko Laport: Great place to practice, with amazing teachers and nice people. Totally recommended.

michelle Reed: I really enjoy house of hot yoga. The teachers are always helpful and supportive It’s a great place to practice.

Sam Lammens: I’ve been to many studios all over Europe, London and the US and this is hands down my favorite. They perfectly balance pushing you and encouraging you to go at your own pace, there is so much variation in the types of classes and skill levels offered, the people are lovely, and the facilities are pristine.

Anushé Hassan: My favourite hot yoga studio in London! The owners, instructors and the space they have created are all so inviting and motivating and make me want to keep coming back!

Bilkis Qureshi: Nice clean atmosphere and friendly people 👍

Roland Merheb: Great location and service

Russell Charles Hall: Really great yoga studio. Really consistent high temp in the studio and great instructors! Really engaging, approchable and knowledgable. Nice community of regular yogis. Good pricing structure, and occasional social events too! Stephania is so friendly. Super clean and nicely modern decor. Highly recommend.

Bernadette Witham: House of Hot Yoga is the most welcoming yoga studio I've ever been to - in every sense of the word. It is meticulously clean and always has a sense of serenity, despite it being in the middle of London. Stefania is a gentle and encouraging teacher. She's created a caring yoga community without a shred of initimation. It's always worth a visit, and often turns a tough day into a good one.

Simon SC: , the teachers and service are absolutely ace. It starts with the coconut water but its the community the ownership has cultivated that makes this place so special. 6 out of 5 stars totally recommend for all levels.

Bikram Yoga London Bridge - Original Hot Yoga: what do users think?

Cinzia Maspero: Very positive experience. The studio is beautiful and very clean. The staff is welcoming and teachers trained and friendly. Highly recommend

Camilla D'Incau: , the receptionist was very helpful as I was in London just for a week.As for Bikram yoga, you will either love it or hate it. Give it a try and judge by yourself!

Nuria A: I'm use to another kind of bikram yoga studios, but it is still a good one. You need to choose your spot for your practice wisely, because in my case the experience changes. But it's a big room with good/clean changing rooms and all the teachers are amazing. The smell at the end of the day is not the best, but I can imagine it's difficult to fight

Leigh Moore: Love this studio, love the teachers, especially Brigettane =, Martin, Naomi and Adrian. Really, really great teachers. They are the best! Receptionists can be a lil curt, but I think that's down to training more than anything else.

Ed Thayres: , Philadelphia and2 studios in NJ.I consider myself lucky have practiced in all these wonderful studios. My 2 NJ studios are 2 hours away. I wish I could practice more frequently. When I found out I would be visiting London again for a week I searched for the Soho studio again, but it's now closed but found found Bikram Yoga London instead. After reviewing the photos on their website I emailed them with some questions and then signed myself up.Antonia was the 1st person I met. She was super friendly and very helpful signing me in, getting me set up with a mat, the studio layout for my first class and also taught my class. She did a fantastic job. She very was attentive to all of the students in the room. I could tell she really enjoyed teaching. The locker rooms, bathrooms, showers and studio are very clean, and organized. My 1st, 2nd and 3rd classes had only 10-12?? students leaving plenty of elbow room. I took the 12:15 class today with Divya. The class almost doubled with students but there was still plenty of room. Divya's passion and energy for yoga and her students was tremendous. One could tell she wanted everyone to get the max benefit from practice including 2 new students yesterday and today.Next time I visit and stay downtown and will look forward to practicing with them again.

Don: Divia is the best yoga teacher in bikram yoga and Michael is for me the only really polite decent person they have on reseption so for them two people I'm giving 5 stars , if they wasn't there I would have given 1 or 2 stars as I find others that work there a bit snotty and not very nice to talk to, there are other yoga teachers that don't even acknowledge you, this is my honest review about this place and I been coming here for years

Nelson Rodriguez: 1st time very nice experience

Ana Spiridon: Great classes and amazing teachers!

WENDY FOWLER: Great space, great teachers, DIVYA IS QUEEN ♥️♥️♥️

Shahid Mughal: My first visit to BYL as a beginner Bikram Yogi. I must confess that I loved the overall experience. The facilities are immaculate, everyone was welcoming, the teacher was outstanding and the bikram yoga experience was nothing like any experience I have had before. Needless to say, I thoroughly enjoyed the class, albeit it was challenging on many levels but overall it was a great workout. For anyone contemplating taking up Bikram Yoga, then I would highly recommend BYL, you will be impressed. I thoroughly enjoyed my first class and can't wait for the second.

Rossana Rocchini: I've been looking for a Bikram yoga studio for a while and I'm really glad to have found one! The class was excellent, the room extremely clean and the facilities very good. Looking forward to more classes

George EB: Loved it.Booked through a introductory voucher for which the process was really simple.Completed my first class of Bikram Yoga, which was a tough but rewarding experience.Looking forward to going again!Divya is a great teacher.

Lawrence-Johannes Woltron: Had the pleasure of taking a class here while traveling. It's a spacious and very clean studio with friendly and welcoming Staffel. The class was very professional, specific and fun. Can't wait to come back.

Fernando E. Delfin Garcia: Great place , great teachers & great bikram yoga practice

Hanna Karttunen: I had amazing class at Bikram Yoga London Bridge. The instructor was with great spirit, energy and rhythm. I have been taking Bikram Yoga for 20 years and this class was one of the most beautiful classes I have ever taken. Thank you! I highly recommend to anyone who loves the heat, movement and spirit. I left the class feeling happy and wanted to return.

Surya Hot Yoga: what do users think?

Joris: Back after 10 years and love the new facilities. Easy to find.A large variety of different yoga classes with great teachers and a friendly crew. Sarah always helpful and Raj engaging. The rest of the team keeps everything in order and clean.Happy to be back!

Natalie Horan: What a wonderful space Surya hot yoga is. A real haven. A truly unique studio that welcomes everyone. So many classes and teachers to suit all. So lucky to have this place in Wimbledon!

Jessie Zhu: I recently joined the studio and very much enjoy the variety of the yoga taught here and also great energy in each class! The teachers are all very experienced, with their unique styles , but all challenge you to not just focus on asanas but also explore and practice other limbs of yoga such as breath work, meditation, concentration, relationship with oneself etc. This help me to deepen my own practice, and find the “third space” amid the busy day-to-day work and family life. Highly recommend whether you’re a beginner or more experienced practitioner. Thank you everyone at Surya!

Sarah Ebdon: Love Surya Hot Yoga. It's very friendly and welcoming and the studio is a lovely space. Shona is amazing on a Saturday morning and I always leave feeling energized and strong. Would definitely recommend the classes.

Pawel M: I absolutely love this place! From the moment I walked in, I felt a sense of calm and serenity. The instructors are not only highly skilled but also very welcoming.I feel fortunate to meet teachers who not only guides us through the physical practice but also imparts invaluable life wisdom and analogies that resonate.Apart form amazing classes, the studio offers a variety of workshops which I'd highly recommend to attend even if you've been practicing yoga for long time.Sincere thanks to all the teachers and assistants...

Alison Crocker: This studio is simply the best. Every time I come through the doors it feels like coming home. The teachers are brilliant and the music is incredible. It’s simply the best.

Bernett Thornes: Surya Bikram Yoga healed my back. After being hospitalised for a week, I came back to yoga, which really improved my back significantly.

Shivani De Swardt: This is an amazing studio. Raj is a teacher of great heart bringing powerful, soul nourishing wisdom to his classes.

Cinzia Oliviero: Surya Hot Yoga Studio has become my sanctuary for self-discovery and wellness. The welcoming atmosphere, coupled with passionate instructors, has made each session a journey of personal growth. The heated classes create a perfect balance of challenge and rejuvenation, leaving me feeling both empowered and centered. It's not just a studio; it's a Community that fosters both physical and mental well-being. Grateful to have found this haven for my yoga journey.Cinzia

Emma Kelly: In my head thoughts rain like data streaming down a screen and then I practice yoga at Surya and my mind clears: physically, mentally, energetically I am aligned. What I want to say is: it’s great and it’s necessary

F Csilla: I did my first Silent Bikram class here, led by the lovely Jo and it was a great experience!Jo’s calm voice is right for this type of practice, she gave enough cues for us to follow and she kept the studio lovely and warm! The studio is amazing !

Will Beard: Brilliant studio, brilliant classes. 10 out of 10, would recommend.

David Barrett: Nourishing for the mind, body and soul!Raj & Sarah have created something really special, it’s so much more than a yoga studio. It’s a lovely place to be, everyone is warm, open and welcoming. A real community of like minded individuals.I have learnt so much about myself since I attended my first class, and it has really helped me in my everyday life.If you’re looking for something, then maybe this is it ?? 🤔

Nat Brathwaite: I have practiced various forms of yoga for the past 3 years and Surya Hot Yoga was recommended to me by a fellow yogi. Part of the attraction, apart from it being a dedicated full time yoga studio, was the fact that they practice Bikram yoga, something I wanted to try. All I can say is that whatever your feelings about the person Bikram, there is definately something magical about the practice! As for the studio itself, what springs to mind is that old Carlsberg advert! If Carlsberg made yoga studios, they would have definately made Surya Hot Yoga!

BYC hot yoga: what do users think?

Negar M: Lovely place for hot yoga practiceLOVE IT!

Maureen Glennon: Possibly the most beautiful view of any London yoga studio looking out on the treetops of Turnham Green. Staff are fabulous, friendly and the studio has a real community feel. Teachers are first rate and attentive to the needs of newcomers, regulars and all in between. Kat’s Yin & Nidra class is a Sunday treat that is a tonic for both body and mind.

Viktoria Preste: I usually come with Kat - she is amazing :

JT Miller: having been going to BYC for years - friendly and professional teachers, nice studio, changing rooms always nice and clean.

Thomas Ewen: Best yoga studio in West London. The studios offers a range of different yoga classes, the teachers are always friendly and easy going. Jerry Abbott: This morning was my first time at Fierce Grace and my first time ever doing Yoga!I was panicking a bit beforehand but that soon went when I got there-a really nice bunch of people in the class and Karen, the teacher, was absolutely fantastic and made everything really clear and easy to understand.I'll be back!

Erika Lopes: Today was my first day at Fierce Grace hot yoga in Kilburn and I absolutely loved it! My body feels lighter my chakras are aligned and I feel happier because of that! The reception is great and Steve is a great teacher! I am definitely coming back next Sunday! Thank you so much!

Jordana Conybeare: Been to many yoga places over London and this place definitely comes top! the team are amazing Charlotte and Nat you guys are the best!

Kaya Minton: Amazing customer service! I love this studio, the reception team are so lovely and you are always greeted with a smile. Great teachers and a real sense of community! Can’t wait to get back to class!

J.O. Tobin: My favorite hot yoga studio worldwide better than San Francisco better than Aspen better than New York. This is the spot it is organically pleasing. The rooms are attractive there’s wood all over the place. The instructors are good. The girls at the front are a little slow they couldn’t even produce a QR code to leave a review, but I found one.in the locker 🙏

Jessie Tse: I have been here twice and enjoyed the classes. However there are no lockers so you need to take your valuables with you to the yoga studio

Svet S: Fierce grace for me is the best yoga classes in the world. Love teachers and stuff. The only reason why 4 stars is quite often the music played in the classes is not suitable to yoga. When I hear techno, aerobics and pop music it is not what I expect in the yoga place, so I sometimes take a pause and get discouraged from coming regularly

Lee-Ann Welsh: What a great place. My son invited me and it is absolutely fantastic.

Adrian Hourican: Though I am an advanced practitioner, with years of experience on the mat alongside some knowledge of yogic principles, I am, so to admit, still in possession of narcissistic qualities and a robust ego. As such I do require a certain level of technical efficacy, a trustworthy flow, and humorous engagement in a yoga studio. For good or bad I am never disappointed with the variety of sequences and spirit of the teachers at Fierce Grace studio West. I have often crawled my way out of classes exhausted, overheated, humbled, and taught a damned good lesson ... once again temporarily straightened out. Highly recommend, for all levels, for all egos...

Maya King: Officially addicted...

emily pettite: Great studio the staff are super friendly and helpful and go above and beyond to make you’re experience the best it can be! Special shout out to Natalie and Leila for their amazing customer service! From your very first class to being a regular studio member they always put your needs first and will do all they can to help you out! Also the teachers at this studio are absolutely fantastic! I couldn’t recommend their classes enough, they really are the best! In terms of the studio it’s self it’s absolutely amAzing- the heat for hot yoga is great and the facilities throughout the whole studio are ideal! I honestly couldn’t recommend this place enough- to anyone thinking about starting yoga or wanting a new studio, fierce grace west is the best you can find!

Kirsty Harvey: Loved my experience at Fierce Grace West, the receptionist, Cristina, was so friendly upon entrance and was really helpful with any questions I had. The class itself was challenging in a way that you pushed yourself but nothing seemed impossible and the heat really helped me achieve things in my practice that I hadn’t been able to before! The facilities after class were great and I received great customer service from Natalie about attending future classes. Would definitely recommend!
