Cineworld Leicester Square: what do users think?

SuetYi Tang: Screen 7 for normal 2D film, bad choice that would ruin weekend night - very small cinema, very lousy sound system (my bose headset could probably do better) maybe the sound base is not working? , very not user friendly as you need to take stairs of 2 floors up and down and washroom is only located at ground floor. Very poor experience overall, will not visit again unless gonna watch imax or super screen.

Isaac Sesi: Great place...large screens. Enjoyed watching black Adam here. Better book in advance and get a great seat because the seats Infront are way too close to the screen

Martin Green: Went to see Top Gun Maverick in the superscreen it was amazing and the ice cream tubs where to die for yum yum

Bruno Fontana da Silva: IMAX is good, seats are fine. But went today for the 2:30 pm movie and there was a delay of more than half an hour just to open the room. I understand it is not staff’s fault, but if there was a messy session before, that demanded thorough cleaning as it ended, work should have started earlier. It was just a bad experience having to stand out in front of the room door for more than 30 minutes holding my food and drinks.

Aadil Khan: From the moment we walked in at Cineworld In Leicester Square a gentleman Conan checked our tickets and then helped serve us snacks and beverages at the counter. He was very kind and professional carrying a smile. It was our first visit and we didn’t like the seats we initially reserved in the super screen balcony. He was upstairs assisting customer and was super kind enough to change our seats when requested and came back to the super screen and gave us our updated seat tickets. Great service and 10 stars to Conan. A Valuable employee to the company. Look to see him again in the near future.

Shax Akinwale: They had no bottled water. They had run out - which is strange to me.It was raining and I couldnt wait in the lobby for my friend. The service was decent though, and a staff member kindly helped carry our extras over to the screen. Popcorn decent too

Themis Von-Blanc: This is now the only cinema We go to. Comfortable seating, great staff, really quite delicious snacks and even better it’s adult focused. I like coming here because it’s adult centred and when we actually get the chance to go to the cinema it feels like a massive treat to be in a calm centred luxurious environment.

Sophie Clements: This place was amazing. Lovely friendly service. Showed us the membership leaflets. I had never been to one this branch before.

Michelle Grant: Beautiful hidden gem of a cinema.Saw black panther. The seats are so comfy, the screen has a small amount of seats making it less busy - which is prefect.Just 10/10 experience. Would come again.

AmeliaJane: Love this Curzon, one of my favourite spots to catch a film- the staff are always really lovely and the cocktails are spot on, especially the margarita! Would recommend🍸 Lovely comfy chairs and small cinemas which makes for a cosy atmosphere😊 Also had a vegan hot dog there recently which was delicious!

Petey Parker: Very cool cinema, much better than the big chains! Smaller screens than your average Vue etc, but nice atmosphere, super friendly staff and a slightly more film focused audience so less background noise in the films 😅

Robin: My favourite cinema in London. Good choice of films. Nice atmosphere and bar. All screens have good space and seating. Usually for a decent price too.

Ashraf Marwan: Uncomfortable seats that don’t recline, they’re very rigid and upright. Imagine sitting in a plane seat during takeoff or landing, except you’re sitting like that for the entire 2 hour film. Theater is also a bit warm, would be nice if they strengthened the AC

Picturehouse Central: what do users think?

Naran McGregor: Went to see Glass Onion.... Mondays are relatively quiet, and not all that busy. Screen 2 is of medium size, seating very comfortable, and is also wheelchair friendly. As a member you get access to the quirky members bar and money off perks on food and drink. Views from the upper level terrace and members bar are pretty impressive.

David Simkins: Lovely cinema, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Piccadilly Circus. A bright and airy café on the ground floor and a very attractive bar upstairs. Given the location, food and drink prices were very reasonable. Came here to watch the screening of Prima Facie, which was stunning! Comfortable sofas at the back and air conditioned. Overall a great experience.

Sam W: Best cinema in London. Great array of vintage, art house and indie films showing, in addition to the usual blockbusters. The member’s bar (for picturehouse central members) has a great cosy secret rooftop bar too

Trina Yau (Trini): Beautiful cinema to get away from the hustle and bustle of central London. It was quiet when we went on a Saturday afternoon to watch Minions. They have cute sofa seats and a members bar too!

Richard Kirkwood: Lovely cinema in the heart of Picadilly. The entrance is really nice with the lights hanging in the main foyer being pretty spectacular. There are really nice bars on a number of floors. Prices are expensive but probably no more than the rest of places in the area. The staff were very welcoming and wonderfully efficient. The screen that we were in (Screen 3) was pretty small but very good. Seats at the back were comfy and have lots of legroom. The popcorn was great as well! Thus is a great cinema with lots of history....we will be back :-)

aryan pise: A very amazing place Iconic Nostalgic Cuz it’s one of the oldest cinemas There is a restaurant beside it which is also great !!

Steve Carter: Lovely cinema with reclining seats and excellent quality screens and sound. Also has a bar. Not expensive given its location.

yuyun drwiega: One of our favourite cinemas to go with our family. Watched 3D movies several times here and it was wonderful experiences!

Jin Peh: This is a very comfortable and newly refurbished cinema located next to Piccadilly Circus with a good selection of movies. There is also a bar and cafe on the first floor. The ticket machines on the ground floor rejected my card even though the amount was deducted from my account. I received a notice to present my ticket to a staff member. Staff on the first floor were very understanding and apologetic and issued my ticket. They also explained that they were having issues with the ticketing machine. My seat was very comfortable and the sound and screen were superb. Note that the previews and advertisements lasted around 20 to 25 minutes after the advertised time giving us time to buy snacks and drinks. My cinema was located on the second floor and there are toilets on the first and third floors with escalator access.

Curzon Aldgate: what do users think?

Salvatore Testaguzza: What an amazing cinema! The rooms are really nice, cozy, comfy seats, and you can buy stuff in the cafe and bring it inside. The café itself is great too, modern but cute, with sofas and armchairs, plenty space and a nice selection of food and drinks. Really happy we found it, it was for a special occasion and it delivered more than I expected.

Mohammed Malik: This is a very beautiful place. Clean, tidy and very trendy looking. The seats are so comfortable with its own little table. Only thing that is missing is they don’t serve Nachos. Nachos and popcorn is a must for cinema.

Vlad Ka: Cool cinema in the area. Pretty good variety of food and drinks to order to the seat. The staff will bring it to you before the show starts. Comfortable seats. Would come back.

Pascal Loose: This is my favourite cinema in London. The prices are reasonable, the seats are comfy, plus they have couple seats. Also it’s just nice to sit in the lounge and have a coffee.

Harry Wallis: A small, modern and comfy cinema tucked away in Aldgate, with a good variety of films to see and phenomenal sound quality. Food/drinks can be brought to you in your seat which is fantastic, and it is spotlessly clean. Customer service feels a bit cold and unfriendly and needs to be improved.

Déolà: My favourite local cinema. This establishment is clean, comfortable and never overcrowded: that is incredibly important given we are still in a Pandemic.

Bloomers: Fantastic, from start to finish. Love walking into this place. Great chilled decor, attentive staff, good food selection - just wish there can be an alternative to all the bread. Love the veggie antipasto and dip selection, but not eating wheat made it interesting! Slices of carrots, celery.... would have been great. Cinema seats are really comfortable. As ever with the Curzon group, wonderful selection of films. Top marks.

Anjana Silva: What a lovely Cinema in London. First time I have been to A Curzon and I am already liking the setup of Curzon. Its clean, neat, tidy, comfy and very well organized. The staff is very friendly and respectful. Most likely I will be a loyal customer to Curzon. If you want to experience a Movie with a lovely atmosphere you got to pick this. Thanks.

Ryan T: TOP GUN 2 - MAVERICK ! Brilliant! We hadn’t been before, typically regulars at Everyman but times didn’t work so Curzon we went. Great central location, fab entrance area, and screen 1 is a very cool space. Love the height of the ceiling and the detail. Seats are super comfy. Tasty snack BUT, why hot chocolate is served in a take away cup and not a proper mug!

NURMALGUCKER: We had a perfect cinema experience! Very cozy and stylish lounge, delicious food and very comfortable seats :)

Mada Alhassan: All I can say about this cinema theatre is OLD. The chairs are not comfortable, tiny & there is not stand for your drinks or food! But it’s quiet & their snacks and drink menu are overpriced

Spike Mclarrity: I love beautiful cinemas, this has a charm and elegance about it.Staff friendly and welcoming, has a bar/food /drinks. Comfortable seats. Very relaxed atmosphere.

Susan Laura Shaw: Very pleasant bar although drinks and snacks are pricey. The cinema seats are comfortable. However this Curzon has several screens none of which can be described as exactly big.

Cheryl Chen: Attended Aftersun preview + Q&A at Curzon Mayfair. Nice little cinema with a bar and comfortable seating area.

Cecilie Holter: I LOVE Curzon Mayfair! It’s my second home. I particularly love the smaller cinema; intimate, elegant and cozy! I also adore the kind and helpful staff. All in all, it’s so good, I’m a member.

George Black: Pretty nice cinema. Good experience too. Aside from the very expensive neighborhood, this is still one of the best places for film festival showings.

Lopa Shah: Went to see Top Gun - Maverick movie here. Love this cinema. Full of lush seats and half empty though it was a NIGHTMARE getting here because of the Jubilee celebrations.

BFI IMAX: what do users think?

Darren Hill: Great picture and sound, best in the UK.Seating though could be better Avatar was over 2 hours 40 minutes will only go in the future if the film is under 2 hours. Update 19/12/22 seats and screen have been updated, new seats are really comfy watched Avatar 2 and the seat was comfy throughout.

Vishnu Nair: One of the best IMAX screens in the UK. I recently saw Avatar and really appreciated the screen size. The premium seats are comfortable but lacks under thigh support. There is enough leg room. The tricky thing is getting the right seats to enjoy the benefits of the massive screen and sound effects. My top tip would be to choose seats around P10 - P15. They are perfectly placed and will give you the best experience.

Erick Pessôa: One of the best IMAX screen in Europe. 20 meters by 25 meters. Leg space is reduced but gives you the best stadium style.

kishore jadhav: Get there and dive into mesmerising experience of IMAX screen and precision sound. Soke yourself with new dimension of director’s imagination. Feel alive again and try to adjust with real life and wait for another magic to appear on magical screen….!!! Loved every bit of Avatar, gave the inspiration to second generation to take it further with her life…!!!

Ian Mwaura: They weren’t kidding saying this is the biggest and most luxurious cinema in all of UK. Got to experience Black Panther 2 here. First Cinema experience in UK.

Southlondonsteve: Great place to see Imax movies if you are a movie buff. Easy location to get to and modern. Cafe is a bit pricey, but that is London for you.

Locutus Borg: Excellent place to view movies. The movies filmed with IMAX cameras look the best, of course. This is such a gem in the centre of London, and worth a visit. The auditorium seating is steeper than most cinemas and the lower front seats are not the best as the image is too big and you will have to look up quite a lot. When visiting, try to book seats as far back and in the centre for a good experience. The venue has a bar, from where you could get a good selection of drinks and sandwiches. Other than that, the refreshments counter has the usual popcorn, ice cream, hot dogs and nachos. Although there are a few other IMAX branded cinemas in the UK, this is by far the best one. I saw the original James Cameron Avatar here on opening day and it was such an excellent presentation. I think going to the IMAX is always a memorable experience.

Joana Favero: Small and cozy, nice to have dinner while watching a movie. I really like their burgers, fries and Sundays!! I went with a friend but it’s a perfect place for dates! I like the decoration and the vibe. Waitress and writers are friendly and helpful. I recommend this cinema.
Response: Thanks so much for your 5-star review Joana, we really appreciate it!

Age Sahota: Comfortable and cosy cinema recommended for a date night. Great service by the staff present. Definitely the way forward from standard cinemas which can be abit gritty. Plus added benefit of ordering food and drinks during the movie. Screen was slightly small but not a deal breaker. Highly recommended.

Petey Parker: Classy, independent cinema. The team working there all seem to be film fans as well as being super friendly. Seats are comfy, with space for snacks/drinks and you can place your order from inside the theatre 🤩 Get there a little before the film and try the food as its actually good 👌🏽

Valerie Brown: Cozy atmosphere, comfortable seats plenty legroom, staff polite. Screen was a bit smaller then I thought it would be, but that will not stop me coming again as I loved this cinema. Food was lovely and even better that it’s bought to you at your seat.

Samantha: This was my first experience of seeing a movie at any Everyman cinema and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. This venue is beautifully decorated with posters of actors and actresses from classic movies and there is a cosy bar area to eat and drink at beforehand. There are 2 screens at this cinema, screen 1 being the bigger of the two screens but it is still a small screen to watch a movie on nonetheless. The sofas are very comfortable and cosy and is a luxurious way of watching a movie with food/drink being delivered to you before the movie starts. Good food/drink options though all beer and cider are in bottles. Great place to see a movie if on a date.

Stanislav Nemolyaev: I’ve always enjoyed going to Everyman cinemas around the UK but this one had been quite a dissapointment. First of all, it was freezing in the cinema - me and my siblings had to wear hats and jackets. Secondly, the screen was of the poorest quality - you could clearly see multiple stains on it against white background. One can expect such drawbacks from Odeon or even Showcase but in Everyman you pay one of the highest ticket prices and expext top cinema experience. Would not recommend

Madeleine Collyer: Lively time on two seater sofas and food brought in on a tray Great fun. WarmAnd comfortable, friendly staff.

sneha singh: Can’t really start a movie 1/2 hour after it’s supposed to start. That’s such a massive waste of time.Small screen and glaring exit sign right next to it.I would give 1 star but the seats were cute and comfy.

Vue Cinema London - Piccadilly: what do users think?

shaima ahmed: Great quiet and hidden cinema . There was hardly anyone there which is great if your looking for an empty place . I did go during the day so that perhaps contributed to the quietness . I’m definitely going back to it for that reason with my kids . However i must say you can’t seem to find the entrance easily for this cinema and it doesn’t stand out despite being in Piccadilly Circus , this might be a slight problem for the business if it’s not making much revenue . As for me it’s not a big deal as it suits my family needs and works great that it’s not overly crowded . The only downfall is that it’s dated a little (the decor ) and the toilet is on the floor above the the theaters but otherwise it’s not much negative to mention. But great led lights on the stairs looks like a club !

Nia Dewan: Great seat , great accessibility to location , however the only feedback for improvement is to ensure theres enough goodies to buy when you place an order such as hot dog when you need to buy prior to movie time ; otherwise location is epic at the mid of central london .

Lucky Duggal: Cinema experience is great. Facilities are concisely average. Staff were friendly. Seating was snug and a tad uncomfortable and space between arm rest and cushooned seat was too close.

Kurai Sensei: The staff were amazing, the bathrooms were clean enough but could be better, the seats were horrible, I was uncomfortable throughout the 3 hour film I watched. It was not clean, it was worn out, damaged and too hot!

Eric Vasallo: Great place to catch a movie on a rainy day in the heart of London close to Piccadilly & Trafalgar square. They have a cute bar right on street level with a view of Chinatown. Special 2 for $14- had espresso martini and a delicious gluten free salted caramel brownie. Perfect way to end my Sunday!

Nadia Monteiro: Lovely cinema. Amazing amenities such as pastas and cakes in addition to traditional movie snacks such as popcorn. They even had cocktails and ice cream available at the bar. The seats were extremely comfortable, the only drawback being that the arm rests did not have cup holders. The best part of this cinema are the £5 off-peak tickets for members under 25 years of age. Great experience overall, would recommend.

Wala Awad: Such a great theatre. Comfortable and their food is just so good. Good movie options as well

Tom Hollingworth: Fantastic experience at the café this morning + for Bardo last night. Wonderful service, charming conversation and excellent music. A beautiful cinema!

Gerhard Maier: Might be a great cinema but the website is a fricking desaster; tried three different browser on two different mobiles and it does not work at all. How you can maintain such a web presence in the year 2022 is a complete mystery....

Marzouq Alghanim: This place has been recently revamped and I loved the main screen. The recliner seats are really good, and the revamp is great. The sound and screen quality is great, and the food selection is great with lots of popcorn options. And if your going to the big screen, get the seats closer to the screen you will feel more immersed. And enjoy the movie.

Cain Hands: A really fantastic experience! Friendly staff and well lit, with very comfortable seats. Only downsides is that the headrest can rattle a little bit with the very deep base and the snacks could be upgraded with more vegan friendly interesting foods

Adam Dawood: Really good cinema, went to see the Top Gun sequel and loved the experience here. Picture quality was excellent. Sound was phenomenal and was loud enough to give you goosebumps but not be uncomfortable. I felt like I was on the aircraft carrier. Recommended this cinema.

aryan pise: It’s an amazing theatre An iconic place too As the very first Harry Potter movie premier was held there !!! The thing over there was that all the recliner or sofa seats you can say were placed in the front And the normal seats at the back If you are planing to watch a movie there choosing Dolby sound is the best ! One more thing is that there are TWO theatres named ODEAN One is an old one which is called ODEAN Covent garden and one is a new one called ODEAN Luxe on which I’m writing an review of Me and my family got confused and went to the old ODEAN theatre and were about to miss the Jurassic park movie 😅 But yea we got it (Had to go running) Net n clean washrooms Nice resting areas A quite big shop to buy food The screen in which we sat was huge Yea totally ! Would suggest to take a seat in the front or than the screen looks like an 55 inch TV from the back Wonderful place and theatre Nice time spent Felt lively !!!

Tom Gordon: A super unique Odeon experience that made the film feel like a true adventure! Heading down the lifts and into the private bar before super comfortable surround sound speaking cant be beat. Not to mention the prime location for post movie food!

Kelvin Chiu: Watch my video review - DO NOT PAY for “standard” ticket. It’s not a standard seat… we were seated on the second floor; it’s so freaking far back and the screen was so small I would have rather stayed at home. For the same price, go to IMAX. I immediately asked for a refund.

Justin Derrick: Beautiful venue, amazing visual and audio experience. Very polite and knowledgeable staff added to the experience. Will definitely be coming back....soon!

Lin Cheng: This cinema is the perfect place to go if you want a quick snack before or after your movie. The location is very central and the ground floor has a great selection of popcorn and other snacks. The cinema and bar are both downstairs, which is perfect if you want to grab a drink before or after your film. The seats are comfortable overall, but there is little legroom. When people pass by, everyone in that row has to stand. The toilet is more or less clean, but it could be better.

Angelo Edades: A hidden gem of a cinema in Leicester square. Only went to the downstairs cinema as part of the BFI London Film Festival 2022. Get seats towards the front for a great view of the screen. Well ventilated.

dani: visited last night to watch interstellar & it was incredible! right next to chinatown which was so nice & perfect for food. staff were so friendly and nothing was too much bother. 100/10! definitely will be back :)

Sebastian Sanger: Genuinely the best cinema in London. Been coming here for years even when I didn’t live in London. Both screens are incredibly comfy and it feels like such cinema experience from the moment you walk in. The atmosphere creates a mutual respect between the movie watchers and I’ve never had a problem with people talking or going on their phones. They play such a wide range of films that are constantly changing. If you love cinema than look no further than The Prince Charles

Aidan S: Price - 5/5 As a member, I paid £1.75 for my ticket, self explanatory. Location - 4/5 Located near Leicester Sq. station, very easy to get to. Establishment - 1/5 I visited the underground screen to watch my film. It had an interesting shape; with the front half of the seats angled up and the back half angled down. There was a game of musical chairs, people swapping seats and moving around during the intro of the film. A tall gentleman with an Afro moved right in front of my seat during the beginning of the film and I had to find a new place to sit to actually see the screen. The smell from where I was sitting was horrible. I am unsure if it was the seat/s I was sitting on, the old lady in front of me or the room itself. There was a strong odour of urine. I started to worry slightly around the middle of the film because I genuinely thought someone in front of me had urinated on the floor. Concession - 1/5 Right off the bat there wasn’t a lot to offer. I went to order a ginger ale and all that was left to drink was beer, cola and lemonade. I took a small bottle of lemonade and paid a costly £3.30 for it. Even if they had more in stock, the prices of snacks and drinks are ridiculous compared to how much they charge for film tickets. Experience - 1/5 I enjoyed the film, the film in question being Dr No (1962). I had already seen it before and loved it; I impulse bought the ticket after having a recent desire to see it on the big screen. My experience was uncomfortable; no matter how much I tried to enjoy the film. The horrid smell left me feeling queasy at the end of the screening. There were some strange people lurking in the cinema. At one point I even saw a man with his trousers down, with his bare behind out! As a film student who frequents theatres/cinemas, I am disappointed by my experience. Through word of mouth, I have heard nothing but good things about this cinema from my friends and family. But all I can say is “what happened?” I really hope they can work on this because they have a good lineup of screenings and would love to return (with my film student friends), but feel less inclined to after what I had to endure.
Response: I can guarantee the smell was Brought in to the venue by a customer. Sadly everyone’s hygiene levels differ, but we believe in cinema for everyone. Sorry you drew a short straw on this. I hope you alerted the staff member to the smell and witnessing a fellow customer exposing themselves. The Usher would have found you a more suitable seat for the performance. On pricing it’s great you liked the film pricing, in retail we offer many soft drink options and most are less than what you chose, especially with the member only 15% discount. Hope you give us another chance to show you what so many appreciate, then perhaps you can reconsider editing your one star review.

ODEON Covent Garden: what do users think?

luana scrivano: The cinema is pretty big but definitely old. The toilets were small but clean. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I paid 12.50 for the ticket, 5.99 for a large popcorn and 19 for a bottle of white wine.Rooms: 2/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location: 3/5 …More

Robyn Em: Unsure how this doesn’t have a 1 star rating. THE GROSSEST cinema I have ever been to. A beautiful old building outside but just old and run down inside. It has smashed windows, is a maze, smells funny. Doesn’t do fountain drinks and the toilets look like a public loo. The chairs were tattered and worn. Pretty unpleasant and surprising for its location. Otherwise a standard cinema experience.

Bright Dzakpasu: The cinema is clean and well spaced out for social distancing. The screens are very futuristic and of high resolution. The only downside is the beverage prices.

Zuzanna Czochralska: They definitely saving on heating… Went to see a movie with my husband. We were sitting in our winter coats, hats and gloves on like the rest of the people. Now we are both really unwell. Will not be coming back…but of a pisstake really

Creas BASTIAN: (Screen 3)Really dated rooms. Stinking of petrol, dirty carpets and seats, and water stains on the ceiling and walls. The positive is that it was not overcrowded (perhaps for the reasons above)

Gianluca Santoro: Is barely ok. The building is very old, but not in a good way. Screen is fine, sound system not that much. Not giving 2 stars cause its not awful, but at the same time not that good.

Aderinto Tope: Odeon Covent Garden, is a beautiful movie theater, the building looks old from outside. I was wow when I entered to watch movies, I visited London early this year. A friend took me there and we have a wonderful time.

Barbican Cinemas: what do users think?

Sachin Bhuchar: My first visit to this cinema was very pleasant. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bathrooms were very clean and in a nice condition. The cinema was a reasonable size and the seats were very comfortable with ample leg room. The screen was a good size for the room and the quality was what you expect for a cinema. Like a normal cinema there was around 25 minutes of adverts before the film.

Phuc Hai Tran: Small, cosy, extremely clean and the sound is crystal - almost like a personal theatre. Although the Barbican screening list is usually tied to an event/exhibition, should you get the option to choose between this place and any other cinema chains, go here - no questions about it.

Imran Chaudhry: My favourite cinema in London. Less commercial but still showing mainstream films. Tidy, well organized with good visuals and sound. Top marks!

Rachel Ward: Such great value for money for a central london cinema! Cinema theatres are small and intimate. Often have a great range/variation of films showing

benjamin cusden: I truly enjoyed my visit here although the screen (Cinema 2) is a little small I was soon engrossed in the film and the sound was great. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff although I thought £2.60 was a lot for a regular can of coke. Easy to get to from Barbican tube station (about 1 minute / 2 minutes walk up Beech Street, directly opposite the tube exit).

Harri Flynn: Had a great time! Was running a little late (which was obvious from my state) and the staff readily told me that I was able to get a drink before I went in even thought the adverts had started. The seats were comfortable and moveable without upsetting the people next to me. The sound was amazing and felt incredibly immersive. Went to see batman and although the cinema was quite empty the atmosphere was electric. Student discount means £5 tickets so will definitely be coming here again and highly recommend if you live nearby!

The Castle Cinema: what do users think?

Cain Hands: What a beautiful cinema! The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the place was clean and tidy from top to bottom and the screens them self very clear and seating very comfy. Good vegan options too. Look forward to coming back soon

Flávia Santos: The Castle is one of those iconic locations that brings character and value to a community. I feel so lucky to have this fabulous indie landmark cinema in our neighborhood. Unmissable, either for films or a drink at their café, or BOTH ;-)

Annabelle.: I love the castle cinema ! The building is beautiful, they have the best seats and I love that this is an independent cinema. They have one big room and a small one with around 20 seats. The program is great and prices are okay. If you are on a low budget head there for the cheap mondays where the ticket is £6 only! ✌

William Bayly: Amazing boutique cinema, with great coffee ☕ too!

Claire Oakley: With a fantastic bar, velvet armchair seats, wonderful staff, great toasties and excellent programming this is the perfect cinema. A gem to be much cherished.

Diane deJesus, RD, CLC, IBCLC: Neighborhood gem. Small intimate theater with cozy comfy armchairs. Take drinks and snacks from the cocktail bar into the film with you or enjoy them before or after the film. You have to walk up somewhat hard to see steps from the street, giving this place a speakeasy vibe, especially given the decor. Friendly staff. Carefully selected films. Gourmet market downstairs so you can stop and pick up groceries on the way out.
