Cineworld Leicester Square: what do users think?

Gordon Laing: , but movies which have expanded height can be shown here, for example Dune and Top Gun Maverick looked and sounded amazing. My only complaint is there's only seating for about 8 people in the waiting area.

Aidan D: Saw Oppenheimer on the IMAX scree, busy is a understatement. Not quite sure why they can’t open the door slightly earlier, it would have been much better for crowd control. If your more than 6ft tall get ready for a very uncomfortable experience due to the legroom of the seating.

Siddharth grover: Great cinema and ambience

Adnan Niro: Screen is too big, therefore the resolution of the movie gets stretched a bit,But it's nice and clean

Theresa Burns: Very comfortable seating, sound and vision great

Homera Ali: We really like going to this place to get the IMAX big screen experience, the screen is massive, seats were comfortable and surround sound system was great. The refreshment counter has a good selection of food like nachos, popcorn and hotdogs along with soft drinks and sweet treats. The staff was nice but the ques to get the food were long, if you are one of those who don't want to miss the very beginning which is from start of the ads to the build up of start of the film then make sure to leave enough time to get your food and into the seats ready to begin watching the first ad and then trailers of future films. Overall nice cinema and staff were friendly too. I would recommend going to cineworld Leicester square.

Riccardo Tellini: Ottimo cinema, confortevole e pulito.

JuJu M: Great movie, comfortable chairs, good screen. A bit hot though. AC could be set up cooler.

Neil Gilbert. -Williams-Jacksnephew (Daddy & NLGWJ): . Empire cinema is my choice of movie venue as this cinema is with luxury options. Today I booked a recliner armchair. My gratitude for Empire cinema's choice of chair cover, that is waterproof which helped my mental stability with hygiene as I sprayed and wet-wiped my seat.I remembered the theme of Indiana Jones movies which I think is about an archaeologist professor/ teacher

Simon Cooney: The IMAX screen and the Super Screen are first class. The smaller screens are a bit small and cramped for high ticket prices. Invest in a cineworld card. It saves a fortune. The lions share of mainstream releases are shown and the location is spot on.

Philip Rozier: Not the best Cineworld, however, the IMAX is brilliant and the seats comfy. I preferred the atmosphere in Rushden Lakes Cineworld.

Agnieszka Mazur: and create fantastic and most modern cinema with the biggest IMAX screen in UK

Kelv C: but makes sense given its sharing real estate. Seats were very comfortable but perhaps a little too cosy and close to your neighbours. Cinema was tidy and clean and staff were friendly

A. R. (N1MO): One of the best movie theaters in London. The staff is very courteous and friendly The establishment is always clean and well stocked. It's very obvious that the management staff takes great pride in their location and their team.

Alexei Godek: IMAX screen is great and the sound is amazing I'm starting to think I prefer this over the bfi

Mahdi Mohammadinasab: Went there to watch Dune Part 2. Enjoyed the movie and the cinema both!

Shabeeb T: Quality 🔥🔥

Andrew Pluzhnikov: Very cool entrance and a massive IMAX screenSaw dune 2 here and loved itSolid snack selection and large portions

Kookie Muhretti: IMAX at Leicester Square was a brilliant experience. Would say sit further back… we were in row C which was pretty close…. The staff were pleasant and the cinema was clean… the only downside is the signage is only on one side, so you’ll see it if coming from Piccadilly Circus but not Leicester Square. The cinema is on the square next to the M&M store.

Curzon Victoria: what do users think?

Livia VH: Great cinema for the most comfortable movie experience.

Ryan Jacques: Great atmosphere and Great popcorn!

Steven Kraan: Lovely cinemaEasy to reachWith the Viccy lineComfy seatsHighly recommend

Aine Mcloughlin: Great cinema. Feels super luxurious in the screens like a private cinema.

Kyle Sweet: The cinema space was comfy and fancy. The recliner chair was easy to slide back and forth if you wanted to lie down or readjust your position. The staff was really friendly and chatty, giving recommendations on the films and the best seats available, etc. The drink I got was tiny and the sweets were nice but very expensive. You get what you pay for, though, so while I'd rather have a cheaper experience in the future, I'll certainly come back here to splash out for a fancier experience again once in a while.

Stefan Novakovic: Great cinema. Quiet and clean - cheese nachos are second to none

The UnoriginalAnimator: Had a amazing time, the seat were lovely and comfortable ,brillant place to watch movies

LONDON UK: Pizza and movie YEs Thanks 👌

Tim Benger: Awesome atmosphere and selection of films and food and drink. Brilliant cinema in a great location.

Picturehouse Central: what do users think?

Nicola Bell: There was an issue with our tickets but Luigi the manager came to the rescue! He very professionally and amiably sorted the situation most promptly - we made it in time and didn’t miss the start of Oppenheimer - and the film in its entirety was awesome. We are much obliged and will be back again soon!

Marek Olbrys: Approx

udit shar: Cem was really good at the bar , suggested me student membership. Overall experience was very good from ticketing to the cinema hall . People like him makes the experience enjoyable, very good communication skills

Yoko Homo: Luvly cinema in the heart of Soho, has a bar and food ,2 mins from Piccadilly Circus

John Stapley: Second floor. Cafe and bar. Close to the iconic Piccadilly Circus. Great pot of tea. Pleasant service. Enjoyed it.

Natalia A.: Great salads in the downstairs cafe too, lovely place to have a coffee before or after a film, nice seats and screens.

Michael Macy: A gem in the heart of London

M P: Perfect place to get a membership card for - the rooftop bar is a big plus for having it!

Christian Pearce: Amazing

Alice Williams: This a gem of a place right in the heart of the West End. The upstairs café has an interesting menu which is surprising affordable. The mismatched collection of chairs and tables add to the charm. It is wonderfully relaxing and peaceful there and somewhere to meet up with friends, as it is a space that is comfortable to sit in alone. The staff are friendly and don't hurry you along. I have yet to see a film there, but the ambience of the place is very inviting so I am sure it won't be long before I do. Worth a visit if you are in the area though it is quite tucked away so that may explain why it is so delightfully peaceful considering it's location. A quirky find and one you will frequent once you do find it.

BFI IMAX: what do users think?

Prateek Jayant: Big screen

Keith Roberts: For me, this is the only way to view big-budget films. The BFI IMAX has the biggest screen in the UK. The Dolby Atmos sound system is also exceptional, making the overall experience unbeatable. Well worth the higher ticket cost. Edit: new seating, installed since our last visit, is a distinct improvement

Ciall Kennett: Incredible cinematic experience every time I visit. Knowledgeable and enthusiastic staff, world class IMAX projection including 15/70mm film, I always seek out the BFI IMAX for showings where I can. Visited on this occasion to see Oppenheimer with a sold out 8am screening on opening day.

Zsolt Karpati: The UKs biggest cinema screen! What else is there to talk about it?! Perfectly calibrated visuals and audio. The venue could do with a revamp as it shows signs of jadedness and it's a bit rough around the edges, but technically, the auditorium is flawless.

Ross Oliphant: Everything about the experience was great, and the film wasn't bad either. The subway tunnel right back to Waterloo was shut after about 23.30 but I doubt that's their doing so can't fault them for it. There's enough photos of the outside so instead here's the concession prices

Nina Ingemann: TUNNEL 😄 Find the underground tunnel from the sidewalk and you'll get in. Have a good time. Sweet staff

Alexandros Samaras: Price to quality ratio could be better, or at least provide a souvenir or a discount for snacks or for the next screening when going to a premiere at 4am.

Michael Edwards: Great venue, well designed, stacked enough that no one spoils your view. Great sound and vision.

Owen Garner: Great experience; will be coming back. It makes a great movie an incredible one.

Firas Badir: 👍

Stuart McCloy: Superb cinema. The best place to watch a film. The staff are brilliant too!

Poppy SM: Seats are soo comfy, definitely worth it. Food is a bit pricey for what you get but still a great experience. Watched the new Barbie movie here!

Rhys Terry: Such a great experience! Lovely staff and brilliant food! I have recommended this place to my friends looking for a luxury cinema experience

ADEYEMI ONI: Excellent customer service, Deborah and raf treated me very well. Will definitely be back

Hassan Radwan: Really great night out. Lovely staff. Gorgeous comfy seats. Only one slightly negative was the air conditioning made the cinema too cold.

Archie CW (ArchieCW): Big thank you to Dianna , Grace & Maggie for such lovely service today - 10/10 experience, best cinema in london!

Kate Jackson: Fab place.

Terence Beggs: My son attended a birthday screening today and it was fantastic. Great screen, food, snacks and the staff were so helpful.

lisa dennis: This is an amazing place to go. The food is fabulous, seats supper comfortable , service one of the best I have experienced. Great to watch a film and have food at the same time , who ever thought of this is a genius. Staff were very efficient and polite. An experience you must do . Well done everyone, very impressed.

Ian Collins: I was actually working here but the staff are really friendly and helpful. Great coffee too

Prince Charles Cinema: what do users think?

Esteban: The Rocky Horror Show sing-a-long, one of the best spectacles of London. I hope this cinema never changes.

a.m. London: Small cinema, showing older films, often awarded or nominated. They have series of shows dedicated to specific director. It is small cinema with nice atmosphere and helpful staff.

James1114: Very comfortable leather seating, small capacity meaning there is minimal noise from other people watching, and not too far from the screen. Staff are lovely. Food, drinks and tickets are not over priced.

Olly Buxton: Excellent indie cinema. Watched FW Murnau’s Nosferatu with a live improvised score by young musician Hugo Max. Excellent experience. Would go again.

Tom Maroon: Saw Nosferatu tonight with live music from Hugo Max, who was superb. We had a fantastic time, as always at the PC cinema.

Millie Andrews: 10/10 recommend to go to, it’s the only independant cinema in the west end and was so worth the visit. Saw In the Mood For Love and it was amazing the sound and screen were such high quality

Frank May: Smaller screen place specializing in Indy films.

Justin Quinlan - Main: Full on retro film experience. Been coming here for years, lover of scifi, romance and comedy. Classic and retro movies! This place has you sorted!

jules walters: Great place for a film. Old school experience.

Snarlagg theoverlord: No doubt about it! It's the most free and liberating cinema experience you can have in London! Hey always have such an incredible film lineup and the listen to their audience on everything! Such an incredible place and long may it continue!

Alexandra Simon: They play great movies, but the seats are a little uncomfortable, the popcorn a little old. Watch out for what others have already mentioned: the seats from every row are almost at the same level. Had fun anyways

Jack Robertson: They screen a large variety of films not just the mainstream ones. Great for an independent!

Daniel Elvin: Amazing experience

Barbican Cinemas: what do users think?

Zaina H: The staff are amazing. Everything else was great!Highly recommended!

Meno: Sono venuto qui per una visione solo per me, dove ti viene fornito molto spazio. I sedili erano comodi per un film di 2 ore. Nel complesso buone vibrazioni. Il personale è stato cordiale

GREAZE: Came here for a family viewing, where you are provided with plently of space. The seats were comfy for a 3 hour long film. Overall good vibes. Staff were friendly

Felix Lupascu: My favourite cinema in town 🎥🍿

Humza M: Affordable tickets, comfortable cinema!

Rob Fisher: The home of Barbican cinemas 2 and 3, with Cinema 1 being housed in the main Centre across the street. Barbican film programming has always been excellent and they offer a great Family Cinema Club as well as “relaxed” screenings for neuro-diverse folks. The cinemas themselves are great with big comfy seats that offer good views of the screens. There is also a cafe serving coffee, baked goods and cinema treats.

Janna Salam: Brilliant parent and baby cinema. I can never find the timetables for the larger cooperate cinemas, but love how Barbican sends an email and also puts it up on their website in advance. The seats are so comfy, there’s adequate space between parent and baby groups for your belongings, the fact they provide baby extras is so thoughtful. The staff have always been so welcoming too. We catch a 30 minute train from south London just to come here, definitely worth it as door to door ends up being an hour.

Hau-Yu Tam (譚巧瑜): I love this cinema - from the world class programming, to the cosy seating & decor, the cafe which serves vegetarian/vegan foods, Pay what you can films on Fridays to the iconic architecture

Casper Ruddell: id happily bring my own snacks and come again :

Janet Smith: Was there for an industry talk and networking event. But it is a lovely modern clean cinema

Irina Stoian: Great cinema

Emilia Binfield: PSA: THEY DO NOT SERVE SWEET POPCORN. Otherwise, a great cinema.

Max Chiaramonte: One of the nicest and cleanest theatres in the city.

Jonathan Binns (JB): Excellent comfortable seating, great stereo sound, friendly staff.....👍🏼🙌🏼

Mark Hendriksen: Great cinema, sound, seats, bar, snacks, atmosphere and movie selection, highly recommended!

Toby Octon: Went to the baby screening this morning. It was really nice and welcoming, especially the introduction from the lady before the film. Will definitely come back when I can!

Phil Casey: An absolutely luxurious cinema

Kaja Gwincińska: Small but lovely cinema. Very comfortable seats, good temperature

Mayse Alves: So sophisticated and clean

Floh Herzberg: Nice small, but comfy cinema
