Neverland - Winterland: what do users think?

Julián Calderón Jiménez: I loved this experience! The venue is beyond original, cosy and fun but also perfect for a romantic date. They have lots of really nice sofas, and different activities like some arcade games and a photo booth. They have these really cool pods in the garden with a view of the Thames, which is an awesome idea. Did I mention they are pet friendly too? :) The food, even if the menu is a little limited on Japanese food options, was really tasty. All the food and drinks we ordered were really nice, brought to us quickly, and good portions as well, perfect for sharing. Service was another highlight. All staff were really nice, but Anna especially always went the extra mile to make us feel welcomed and pampered! I would definitely recommend and look forward to my next time there.

Jimmy Ha: A nicely designed Japanese themed venue, really like the neon lights and banners they hang on the ceilings (I must have these!) Staff are all very friendly and service is pretty quick too. Cocktails are nice but a bit pricey. Went during the day but probably would have been even better if we went in the evening. Definitely worth checking out if you are in Wandsworth👌

Jessica Faulkner: I went to Neverland last week with 3 friends. You are greeted to a hostess that checks your bags etc and takes your booking. The decor and theme inside is really pretty. We chose to sit outside as it was lovely weather, there’s huts and deck chairs, which are first come first served, the huts you have to book. We ordered food via the QR code, it was expensive and nothing too special. The drink took a while to come which was also very expensive for what it was. I know they can’t help the surroundings, but it’s not very relaxing sitting on the sand which construction going on behind you and buses driving past.

CM M: Japanese themed restaurant and bar at a river setting. Feels like you’re in Kyoto with cherry blossoms and lanterns. Good music and vibe. Tasty food and colourful cocktails. Very friendly staff.

C DB: Do not go here. Firstly, it’s kitted out like an ALDI version of the Love Island villa. Looks nothing like their Instagram. It’s a windy old shed in Fulham tarted up with fake flowers. Secondly, we ordered drinks and pizza for 12 people and after an hour they had still not arrived. It wasn’t even that busy. It is table service only, so you can’t buy drinks at the bar. I believe there is a second bar to buy drinks from but when we got there they were shutting it because they couldn’t get the electricity working there. This means all orders go through their app, which adds a 10% service fee and an admin charge to every order. A £5.50 330ml can of beer suddenly becomes £6.45. Absolute rubbish. After over an hour of waiting we finally got a full refund on our deposit from the general manager. The staff were completely miserable, but a few were apologetic and said it was always like this. Avoid like the plague.

D M: Disappointed in the service. The atmosphere was very nice, the cocktails were good when the staff got the orders right and when it eventually arrived after waiting 40 minutes for the drinks to arrive. Even after complaining multiple times, still had to wait a very long time. You would expect at 12.5% service charge to have good or at least some sort of service but this was not the case. The staff were clueless and some were quite rude.
Response: We sincerely apologise that you had a negative experience with us; the beach hopes to see you again. We would like to offer you 20% off your bill when you visit us again. Please email me when you are visiting us next shanti.brown@ihg.com I will personally ensure you are taken care of.

Kay Utting: Lovely afternoon tea in an individual pod set in a hidden hôtel garden in London as a backdrop..highly recommended 🍸🍰🌳

Kareesha Turner: The ambiance is good in summer time but the lack of service is appalling. For cocktails at £17 one would expect great service. I had to wait an hour for a glass of Bellini. Two stars only for the beach concept if not it would have been only a star!

schevy o: Did was nice here however the dome itself for this time of year can be very cold.

Mark Bruck: ABSOLUTE RUBBISH! Pictures are not accurate, Ash was a terrible server/host. Everything was sticky and gross. STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE. TERRIBLE SERVICE

Anastasia Boulis: My new favourite place, an actual beach and oasis of calm in the middle of the city 😁
Response: Thank you, we hope you had a great experience and would love to see you again at Kens Beach Club

Yenlin Hu: Nice hotel but pricey food is ok and ambience in ski lodge is just average too

Robert Driscoll: A nice hotel but the expensive food is fine and the atmosphere in the ski hotel is also average. No Gluten free options.

Gianetta White: Not worth the money! No vegetarian, gluten free or alcohol free option menu. Tiny amount of food. One 1/4 sausage not more than 2 inches long with mustards swirled over set on a tablespoon of sauerkraut, 2 nuggets served on a tablespoon of mashed potato and gravy, and a deep fried Camembert cheese on cranberry sauce-which was the only nice thing! The drinks were awful. The floor was extremely slippery as you walk down the stairs following the snow machine so much so a lady slipped. When a group were laughing the waitresses told them to keep quiet as guests were in their rooms asleep-what at 20.30!? Food wise the option was for three drinks the first came immediately but waited over 3/4 of an hour for the second drink and this left insufficient time to finish the third one as it was given to us 4 min before our hour was up. When time was up you were ushered out of the lodge whether you’d finished or not and there’s no option to sit inside the hotel thereafter despite us being happy to pay-which was a joke considering there was nobody sat in any of the areas throughout-the hotel must be working at a loss! The waitresses were also so serious-none smiled and extremely un-courteous. Following this we found a fantastic pub round the corner called ‘friend at hand’ which had a fantastic atmosphere very Christmassy great music and thank god set a great conclusion to our evening-having travelled hours to get to hotel as many of us are not from london we’d planned to meet friends as a Christmas gathering. I seriously do not rate this experience at all. Not even worth one star. As someone who attends 7 star hotels I was treated abominably ...

Maria Todorova: not worth your money, I found it overpriced and you can stay only for 1 hr and then you are asked to leave; and during that limited time you have to have 3 drinks and eat.

Elsa Serra: À bit smallish , and no water to this Beach, but the drinks were off the hook and everyone extra kind

Andrew MacDonald: Tacky work christmas do in half-arsed ski theme. Hotel may possibly be ok.

Tanveer Rahman: True Trinidad & Tobago food. Everything was good from the food to the service. Location is very nice and the place is quite spacious. A great place to with a big group, watch a game maybe, get a beach vibe in the outside area where they have put sand. I only think the doubles should have been spicier and little more flavour. I have already recommended the place to friends. Will go again. The chicken curry was the best and they gave a chutney and little paste on the side, what a taste.
Response: Thank you for the review! We hope to see you again soon.

Simone Maria Bengochea: Who would have thought one of the best doubles I ever had would be in London. As a Trini born and bred this is the most authentic Trinidadian food I’ve ever tasted out of Trinidad. The ambiance is very relaxing, friendly staff, and amazing owner and chef who took time from his very busy day to sit and chat with us for a bit. The music is really good too! All round an amazing experience and I highly recommend.

Steve the Barman: Thank you to Sham and the team for the great afternoon! What an awesome location just off the River. Although I did spend the afternoon thinking I was at the beach! Great Food. Great Drinks. Awesome atmosphere. And you gotta try their own blend White Rum. Neat or Daiquiri’s…really good!! See ya all soon! 👏👏

Ramzey Crawford: Cool to be a place with sand in central. Nice quiet location. Food was good. The only problem was the service: between drinks and then ordering food was ages (we finished our drinks by the time they asked us what we wanted to eat). It wasn’t one of those where they were up and getting us more drinks - they seemed to genuinely have forgotten about us and it wasn’t that busy. Same when it came to paying the bill, we all had our cards ready and the. Had to call them 10mins later. It’s not cheap but then it’s central London. Staff were friendly - just slow.
Response: Hi Ramzey, thank you for your review! We try our best to ensure our staff are attentive and deliver the best service possible. We are truly sorry to hear you didn't have the best experience and we really appreciate your feedback.

Rachel New: The food here is so good I came back twice in a week. Especially loved the coconut bread and salt fish, and the citrus coleslaw. The plaintain balls and fish cakes were also fantastic. My partner and I agreed to get married just so we can have all these dishes at our wedding!

Saskia: Great place to get some cocktails and food. Really cool that they do slushies cocktails and their signature limin rum was delicious. Cocktails were fairly expensive and very small. it was very busy but they had plenty of seating both inside and out with parts to sit with sand under your feet or parts without this. Service was very slow with drinks taking around 30 minutes to come out.

James Huckstepp: Great spot for authentic and delicious Trinidadian cuisine. The double is a must and the chicken wings were cooked and spiced to perfection
Response: Thank you for your review James! We're pleased to hear you enjoyed your time at the Beach Club, and hope to see you again soon :)

Aquum: what do users think?

Harley Taylor: Absolutely amazing experience. I thoroughly enjoyed my birthday. Thank you guys. The food was amazing and the drinks were lovely. The service was also great and the server (I believe she was called Molly) was amazing even though there was a large group of us. I will definitely go back and recommend this place. All my guests had a lovely time. Thanks again

Charmaine Mascall: Went to Aquum for spontaneous drinks and shisha with my husband. Staff were very accommodating and very polite. We were seated on the roof terrace which is a lovely cosy space with heating and ample seating. Would highly recommend the tropical ice tea which is delicious! Music is an absolute vibe; would highly recommend visiting.

Jenna Gould: As usual such a good night. Love the vibes the music and just such a good place to go. Can’t fault it thank you again for another good night. New food menu also is really good the chicken kebab is unreal

Ashna Bolaky: I never really write reviews but I had a wonderful time here for my birthday. I had a lovely dinner on the roof top ( you need to try the steak and the fish cake). I got some free shots and they even brought out a birthday cake for me! I want to give a special thanks to Cindy for looking after us all night, you truly are the sweetest soul and you made my birthday! Thank you again Aquum!

Lisa Barrett: Went here for my birthday for a bottomless brunch! We had 2 ladies serving us, Cindy & Molly, they were amazing! So attentive and I’ve been to some bottomless brunches where I’ve had to chase waiters/waitresses to get a top up but these ladies were amazing. I only ever got half way through my drink and they would be there topping up my glass! Food was good too! Could not fault it, I will definitely be back!

Alexandra S: Appreciated the warm welcome and polite and jovial customer service. Came with friends and a 3 year old which they catered too and also endured his antics in a very polite way. Food was nice and loved that the bar staff made a drink I requested by informing them of the ingredients. Wish I knew his name but he was very kind. Place was clean including toilets. Only downside was the seating area as material on chair was warn and torn.

Brixton Rooftop: what do users think?

Leonie Williamson: I recently visited Brixton rooftop for the cheese festival and thought it was fab. The event was ticketed which meant the queues weren’t unbearable and the place wasn’t overcrowded.

Eleonora Ferrero: Beautiful rooftop south of the river. On summer, you can chill on a beautiful beach. Simply amazing!

Ashley Eastwood: A fun venue styled in a beach party theme. Food and bars can be found inside with a good selection to choose from.

Nick W: Brilliant night out! Went Friday evening and had a great time. The decor of the venue is amazing and makes it feel really unique. Food is on point and drink prices all good. 100% worth a visit, will be going back...

Davina Cloke: The South Pole winter saloon was excellent. Great atmosphere and food outlets.

Ballie Ballerson London: what do users think?

angila lingden: I celebrated my 21st birthday here with 15 people and booked a VIP Table and champagne and cake. The vibes were IMMACULATE! Songs choice for the music was GREAT! Our lovely waitress Chloe was very helpful and explained things very easily. Pizza was very delicious!!! The ball pit itself was quite fun!!! My friends and I had a really fun and definitely a YOUNG NIGHT!!! Would definitely recommend if you want to celebrate any occasions here.

Daniel Grzybowski: Amazing experience at the bottomless brunch. We were full of booze and pizza. They kept bringing more and more we had to decline next trays. Good drinks, tasty pizza. Great atmosphere. Would recommend 1000% worth every pence.

Sidney Van Kaufenbergh: I really liked this place! Super Fun for the older kids😉😉 On my Night there was a Light Party with very hard Music and good DJ! „Men are Trash“ still my favorite. Cocktails were amazing and for a good price! Entrance was 6,50£ which was very fair! Would recommend it 10/10!!!!

Nams: A great place to hangout and enjoy with friends. Ball pits are fun. Not so huge but can accommodate many people. Great pizza and spicy chicken popcorn. The decor is very Appealing. Becomes more happening post 9pm as there is also some music and dancing near bar area. Would definitely recommend N go again. 2 things to bear, id card is mandatory for check in, ball pits only accessible to slot you have booked

Golda Adelman: Everyone must go to this bar. Its so much fun. The cocktails are yum and fun. The best one is with the ice lollies in it. The music was really good when we went. We are looking forward to going back!

Actually Az: Came here on a Sunday with my bestie for her birthday and let me tell you, for a Sunday it was AMAZING. Such immaculate vibes in this place, it was the first time I had experienced it and I had so much fun! From the ball pits to the cocktails and the photo opportunities, I really do recommend this place! Although, be careful in the ball pits because we had various feet just sticking out of the balls and we couldn’t see any bodies 🤣 and then my friend accidentally stamped on one of their heads so we ran to the other side! But overall 10/10 x

V Shadbolt: Had some work leaving drinks here and a great time was had by all. They have great packages available for all budgets and were able to accomodate our large group at short notice. Only downsides were charging us double for cloakroom, even when the bags and coats were put in the same slots, and years ago the lights used to change colour and in time with the music which seemed more fun and made for better pictures

Beach Blanket Babylon: what do users think?

Kelly Vaughan: Nice spot for Brunch! The decor of the restaurant was a highlight and the wood-burning fireplaces gave it a very cozy vibe. Food was good, would recommend the Beetroot Hummus and the Baked Croissant. We also had the Smoked Salmon plate and Banana Bread.

Parastou Campbell: If you want a unique venue to go for brunch, then Beach Blanket Babylon definitely ticks the box. It is a beautiful georgian mansion house with opulent Baroque style decor. We really did enjoy the vibe and atmosphere. The cocktails taste amazing and are so colourful. I tried several and really could not pick a favourite. The brunch menu itself is a bit limited in choice, however we did enjoy the flavours in most of the dishes. The staff are very friendly, however there was a mix up with a couple of the dishes we ordered (they did offer to rectify). We got a sneak peak of the upstairs function rooms and the cave-like rooms downstairs too and I will definitely keep this in mind in the future when planning events. Overall a pleasant experience.
Response: Hello! Thank you so much for your lovely words. We are so glad you were happy with your experience. We really appreciate you taking the time to leave a review. We hope to welcome you back to BBB in the near future!

Claire Harrigan: Fabulous evening and great value. Generous portions and tasty. We chose small and large plates to share. Highly recommend the lamb shank.

Nandini Mazumdar: Good spot for brunch - highly recommend the stracciatella, the beetroot hummus and the baked croissant with truffle (the Turkey schnitzel is avoidable). Their hot chocolate is excellent! Love the decor of the place.
Response: Hi, Nandini. Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review. We're glad to hear that you enjoyed the food and the hot chocolate! We hope to welcome you back to Beach Blanket Babylon again soon!

Damana Erkheart: We really enjoyed the food. Don’t order the salmon tartare it’s so bland. The monkfish was amazing. Service was good when we actually had it but we had to wait a long time for everything. DJ was fun and added something to the dinner.
Response: Dear Damana, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review and share your feedback and experience. We are so glad you enjoyed the food. I have passed along your feedback to the appropriate parties so we can continue to be better in the future. We looking forward to welcoming you back soon!

Yumi Nguyen: I experienced a wedding here in the upstairs area and also lunch in the private room in the middle section. I really enjoyed the burrata, truffle pasta and tiramisu and was absolutely full afterwards! My only suggestion is to get air conditioning for the pink middle area where we had lunch and the A/C was not enough for the wedding venue for 100people - everyone was far too hot and had to keep going outside. Besides from that the service and everything else was amazing! ✨

Caroline L: I was invited here for a friend’s birthday. There was a large group of us and we had an upstairs area. It was absolutely boiling because of the glass roof and the three open fires downstairs on a hot day so we were not comfortable for the duration of the booking. We waited 30 minutes for them to bring us any water, and 45 minutes for them to provide drinks menus. Aperol spritz was very weak and watery. The pre-ordered food for the group came out and was (as per other reviews) very poor - lacking any flavour and not matching the menu description. The image attached to my review is of ‘baked eggs’ - watery tomato with some peppers and chickpeas, with two over cooked fried eggs and some dry bread slapped on top. It was tasteless and lukewarm. They also overcharged my card, telling me a different amount to what later came out of my account. I’d really advise against eating here if you like good food and attentive service - it’s very much style over substance, and trading off the popularity it built up when I assume it was a bit better.

Dick W: I really enjoyed my time here. A really quirky interior to get lost in, just unfortunate I did get a bit lost and found myself in the only scruffy part of the building. Supper was really good. Great food and friendly service. Our server memorised our order perfectly and the food was delicious, arriving in a timely manner. Great value if you have a Gourmet card too.

Gigi’s Hoxton: what do users think?

Caitlin Sherwood: Shambolic! Would rate 0* if I could! Avoid! Rude service and awful food. I went to Gigi’s with a group of friends and decided to get some food. Between my group of friends we ordered 2 vegan burgers, 2 vegetarian burgers and 1 beef burger. Each of which was supposed to come with chips. We ordered the food and were told there was a 20 minute wait which was fine. An hour later the food still hadn’t arrived… The waitress bought 2 burgers over and when asked which was which she simply shrugged… she was the rudest waitress I have ever encountered and had 0 customer service skills. She didn’t tell us which was which and left us guessing. Another 2 burgers arrived (again not being told what it was), one without chips. When we tried to explain we were supposed to have chips she again shrugged her shoulders. When asked again she walked away saying “I’m done” My burger arrived (I’m vegan) and it had cheese on it. I didn’t even bother asking the waitress and went straight to the kitchen. The first chef told me it was vegan cheese however the second chef came over and told me it wasn’t vegan cheese so has just served the vegetarian burger in its place without even telling me. Without even going into the food allergen and intolerances problems with this, the fact the chef told me it was vegan is just awful. He then said “you either take that or no food”. At this point we got a refund. To further the dreadful night, my friend who ordered the beef burger had to go home as he suffered really bad food poisoning. My friend who is lactose intolerant was also ill after eating the “vegan” burger. I went to subway and ended up getting a much quicker much nicer meal.

Alice Moss: After hosting an event, the manager was extremely uncatering and rude and hostile. Luckily the other staff were accommodating and lovely throughout our event. However, as the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional it affected the night and aesthetic of what we had agreed beforehand. Will not be using this as venue hire again.

Carl Forest-Jones: I rented a space on the ground floor at Gigi’s for a birthday celebration - it was perfect! We had a great night, vibe was awesome, bar staff were really friendly and organising everything with Leti was super easy. Would highly recommend!
Response: We are so glad you had a great time! Thank you so much for the review :)

Tracy Adams: Love the open mic nights here every Wednesday. The foods pretty awesome too, the chicken waffles are mind blowing and a total favourite.

ESS HARDY: Another place to avoid. Rude security. They make up rules on the night absolute joke, I want my money back

Philippa C: £30 bottle of prosecco and £10 doubles! NOT cheap drinks but good vibe, music and tables etc, just not a cheap night out!

Derick Lee: Overall service was of adequate standard as we had various orders were missing food items or they were incorrect. Orders were rectified but we had to wait further 30 minutes. Once we received our orders I have to say the food were tasty and flavoursome. My main dish Salmon with fennell was very welcome indeed.

Lizzy Jara: Great experience for a hen party with a twist. Food and drink was on point for bottomless and we had a great time. Thank you to our server Alisha (hopefully spelt that right) you definitely made the start to an evening to never forget Xx 🤩

Miriam Pancheva: This club is incredible!!! Live band are in top shape and multitalented, and with the DJ after is an epic West End experience! Booking ahead is a good idea but if not possible then you can queue up and get in like we did - not too long a wait for Saturday night 💯🎹🎤🎸🎧🥁🎺🎶🎷
Response: Thank you so much for the amazing review Miriam! We're looking forward to seeing you again soon! Daisy

Sara Brady: This really is one of the best nights out a theatre lover (or just anyone) can have in London. Hannah Mac blows the crowd away every. Single. Time. And their cocktails are spectacular. I’ve been here on several occasions and always leave wanting to bring everyone I know! You will not regret it. On this occasion, the lovely Alicia was our waiter. She was just the most lovely human and beautifully talented. These lot really are a special bunch!
Response: HI Sara, Thank you very much for taking the time to leave us your feedback. It is wonderful to hear how much you enjoy the SingEasy experience, and that you have visited on several occasions. We love our very talented musicians and it is great to hear how much you do too. Kayleigh Brady: We had such a lovely evening at Singeasy! Great food, excellent service and wonderful music to boot. They even entertained my (quite) niche song requests! An absolute must in the West End for any fans of musical theatre or just a good night out. Special shout out to Hannah (who is such an amazing vocalist!), Alicia (incredible pipes and constant refills!!) and Maisie (la manageress!) and for their amazing voices and great service.
Response: Hi Kayleigh, Thank you very much for taking the time to leave us your feedback. We really appreciate it. We are absolutely delighted to hear how much you enjoyed your time at SingEasy and that you loved the performers so much. I will be sure to pass on all of your lovely comments to Hannah, Alicia, Maisie and the whole team. We hope to see you back again soon! Best wishes, Sarah

Becky Gilham: Second time visiting SingEasy and had an amazing night!! We visited for dinner on a Friday night. From start to finish the staff were so friendly and the service was above and beyond. The staff are so talented and the entertainment was brilliant. The food was delicious and we were pleasantly surprised, lots of options. If you love musical theatre and a sing along this is the place for you!

Abbie Budden: Hands down one of the best nights in London! The staff here were so welcoming and lovely, we went for a Friday 5pm dinner slot and food was lovely and wasn’t too busy so we got to hear lots of our song requests… these guys literally can sing anything! I think it’s super great value too for the service you receive. They very kindly let us stay for drinks in the later slot too. The waiters Sarah, Alicia, Elinor, Maisie, Jamie, Stephen, Sofia and Ellan and all the other team there really made our night special, to the point where I came back the next day and was wonderfully welcomed back! So much talent and joy in one room, a must visit if you’re in the West End area before a show or for a stagey night out!
Response: Hi Abbie, Thank you very much for taking the time to leave us your feedback. We really appreciate it. We are so pleased to hear that you had such a nice time with us in SingEasy and that you enjoyed the food. Best wishes, Sarah

Suzanne Gould: My group was warmly welcomed by Jamie who talked us through the upcoming experience, drink and food options. We were then looked after by Alicia for the whole afternoon who was extremely friendly and very attentive. I didn’t have to ask them for any drink top ups (I chose mojito‘s which were being made fresh every time) which makes a nice change to usual bottomless brunch’s. The food was the best I’ve ever had at a bottomless brunch, quality and quantity! The entertainment provided by Ailsa and then rest of the team was unmatched and I will definitely be coming back!! 10/10!
Response: Hi Suzanne, Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. We really appreciate it. We are so pleased to hear that you had such a wonderful time at SingEasy and that you enjoyed your food and drinks. We will be sure to pass on your lovely comments to the team :) Best wishes, Sarah

HUCKSTER London: what do users think?

Rachel Bethan: HORRENDOUS. Christmas party - firstly the environment does not in any way lend itself to a sit-down meal, noisy, chaotic and dirty - like a university sports bar. Secondly the service was absolutely atrocious, food around 1.5 hours later than planned, served at such a slow pace that it was cold. The main meal was disgusting - inedible. Not worth the money and definitely would never go here again

Dora Papara: Had an ok karaoke time but be prepared for extremely rude staff. My friend booked the place for her birthday and brought two cakes. They “did us a favor” saying we would have to pay £50 to bring a cake in, forced her to sign paper work to bring it in, and claimed we could only bring one cake and not two so literally one cake got wasted. When leaving we asked for help to pack the cake. Not only the staff did not help us, but he stared at us while we were trying to pack it and HE WAS LAUGHING. Accepting that it was not exactly his job to help but we are customers after all. Sorry but I’m expecting some respect. Apparently he had also behaved as if he was doing a favor to my friend to make her the cocktail she ordered twice. PLS GET THIS GUY FIRED if you want to keep this place open and running.

Sam Folland: Avoid this place at all costs. We booked a Christmas party a month ago and then cancelled us less than two weeks notice. They gave us no alternative and forced us to accept the cancellation as THEY doubled booked. No customer service and no communication! DO NOT GO HERE.

Beth Neale: Loved the 90s RnB brunch at Huckster, bottomless rum punch, a GREAT DJ and a two course meal. The staff were very friendly and super attentive which helped us make the most of bottomless! Will definitely be back to try another one of the brunches
Response: Hi Beth, Thank you for your lovely feedback! We are thrilled to hear that you had the best time at our 90s RnB Brunch. It's been a pleasure to host you, and we look forward to welcoming you back anytime soon! Should you need any assistance with future reservations, please let me know. All the best! Kind regards, Dana at HUCKSTER Team!

Lottie W: Friendly service and nice atmosphere. The vegan dumplings and bao buns were great! Would have been better if the cutlery provided wasn’t plastic, lots of eco alternatives available.
Response: Hi Lottie, Thank you for your lovely feedback. We are happy to know that you had a good time with us and enjoyed our vegan dumplings and bao buns! At HUCKSTER we take the feedback fully on board, and I would like to let you know that we are now providing normal cutlery only. We look forward to welcoming you back. Kind regards, Dana at HUCKSTER Team!

Lily Harrison: The most unorganised place I’ve ever dealt with. Made a booking over a month ago and told us they double booked less than two weeks notice. Their customer service and communication is terrible. Save yourself the bother and deal with a company who actually cares about its customers.

The Candlelight Club: what do users think?

Juliana Starling: It was my 60th birthday celebration and there was no better way of partying with the my nearest and dearest. We enjoyed a truly amazing night. It really felt like we were back in the twenties •••the Candlelight atmosphere was one of fun, fun, fun all gathered together, with flickering twenties movies projected on the wall, Champagne Charlie keeping us all throughly entertained, a DJ playing music from the era and a live band knocking out twenties jazz , absolutely fabulous! Thoroughly recommended.

Alyson Dickeson: Staff were friendly and helpful We booked 3 course meal which was very tasty. The only 2 criticisms I have is that we could not enjoy the entertainment as the standing only customers all stood on the dancefloor which blocked the view of anyone sitting. We left early because of this as it ruined the atmosphere for us. The toilets were also unisex and very dirty very early

Ruby Karatziola: We booked the Candlelight Club for our work Christmas Party. David, Clayton and Emma took fantastic care of us and put on a truly wonderful night. The food was great (and considering there were 85 of us to feed we were really impressed by the quality) and the bar kept everyone well-refreshed! The entertainment was excellent - Champagne Charlie got the whole crowd going; the live band and DJ made sure the dancefloor was always full and the dancing girls brought a really vintage quality to the night. The day after, loads of my colleagues got in touch to say it was our best Christmas party ever! I would 100% recommend this venue to anyone looking for a unique and original work party.

David Boyd: Really great night... was a surprise from my girl friend for my birthday. Amazing band, food and cocktails were 10/10.

Clayton Hartley: A rollickingly good evening of vintage hijinks, with a superb live band and well-made cocktails. Everyone makes an effort with their costumes, which really contributes to the sense of stepping back in time.

Luke Hyett (Luke): Amazing. An awesome show, atmosphere and night! The staff are incredible. Totally recommend this

Samuel Citizen: cool place!!always very atmospheric. the staff is responsive and friendly)))

Moronfolu Coker: Nice place but drinks are expensive.
