Chloe W: Pretty awesome little shop. Me and my other half got new hats and spent a lot of time going through the sizes etc. Customer service at the till was 10/10 but on the door and inside, the staff seemed more interested about talking about their private life than acknowledging most customers.
Desmond Sawyer: Friendly and approachable staff with a lot of the up-to-date teams caps would like to see some small teams instore. I was looking for a specific cap was not in the showroom area a member of staff went and found one down in the store room.

Lakshya Upadhyaya: Very poor customer service. I was treated as if I was a thief or was gonna steal the shoes 🤣 I bought Nike Jordans and they already had dust in the bottom and i bought anyways cause i wanted them after coming back home my mind changed and i came to return next day but they refused saying I have worm them although I had not worn them at all not even once. This is so inconvenience for me.
Essa Ali-Khan: The most incompetent staff known to mankind. Went through various people to find one order. One of the guys were actually able to do their job correctly but wasn’t able to give me my click and collect which customer service wasn’t able to refund either. I had come in more than once and today I was there for more than half an hour just to be told to come in on Thursday to collect my order. I was even offered to purchase my item in the store today and come back on Thursday to refund it? Why not give me my item today? This makes absolutely no sense. Terrible company and will not receive any more of my money. JD sports is honestly the worst company ever and I’m surprised how they are still open with all these negative reviews complaining about their staff. They need disciplinary action and to retrain their team. I wish I could give a lower score.
azeez nadeem: One of worst customer service ever. The Brit lady at the main counter who also happens to be the manager/Supervisor or so I was told, is so rude and impolite. I wanted to pick up some White trainers, I approached her to check if the size is available, she said, keep the shoes where they were and that she’d get back to me to let me know if they are available or not, however, despite following up with her multiple times, (me 3 times, my wife 2 times) she didn’t bother to inform us that the size was not available. Finally, I picked up another pair and wanted to bill it (8:50pm) but the same lady informed that the billing counter is now closed even though they close by 9:00 pm. Hence went across the street to “Sports Direct” who were friendly and helpful and picked up a couple of trainers and a sweatshirt. You guys need to change/release some of your staff members as they are only interested in talking to each other and not being helpful even when asked!
Advocate Ali Yousaf: When you chose any shoes, the staff take them to counter, I asked them to keep my stuff on hold so i can buy other stuff. When i went back to the counter they said that your shoes have been sold to some other customer and we dont have any other pair. I wonder what was the criteria of hiring people at this shop.

Aravind Gowda: Great collection of shoes, clothing and sports goods.The only +ve side of this outlet is quickly finding the shoes of the right fit. The -ve are endless. 1. Poor customer experience 2. College kids as sales reps and at billing counters - poorly trained in handling customers, discourteous and lack presence of mind. 3. Billing - be careful. Discounted items could be fully priced 😂 due to oversight of the billing staff. 4. Shoes selected to purchase are deposited with the billing counter. Retrieving the same during billing is a challenge. 5.. Short staffed - sales reps as well as billing counters. Despite long queues, only 2 counters were open when I visited.
Kei Karuizawa: this place is terrible, Ive been waiting for a pair of shoes for an hour and half. After this long wait, the staff came to tell me they dont have the size for me, and they took another half hour to get another size that I might can fit. After that, I waited for 20 minutes to make the purchase. This place is crowded, noisy, and staffs aren’t that helpful. I was hungry and tired and wanted to drink bubble tea!!!! i hate this place!!! I spent two hours here in total to buy a shoe!!!!

Sana Fathima: Has sports and fading from huge range of accessories retailers from Nike, adidas, NB, sketchers, puma, Levi’s, north face ,under armour and more. This store is super big and crazy ! You need to self help. I would get into smaller stores of JD . Alternately look up online as they run the same discounts as in store
Dharmesh Parmar: Overall my experience was good. Got to browse and try on lots of different trainers, the clearance rack is the one I eventually found my trainer on. The staff in the trainer section were good and got me my trainers relatively quickly given how busy the store was, I was able to pay for it there. The security and loss prevention procedures in place are very good, then again given the clientele JD usually attracts i guess it has to be, would be difficult to shoplift anything from here, although not impossible.
Ian Wallace: Good store and very reasonable prices. I bought some Under Armour gear and it was 60 GPB less than regular prices. The manager on the first floor was professional and courteous and exchanged some shoes without issue. Very happy with experience here. Good selection.

H K: I was very disappointed on customer service today 07/0920 4.15pm Mistaken price tag in store could have been resolved nicely and professionally! Their mistake and I was made uncomfortable to the point I had to mention cctv cameras? Why? I told the manager that the staff members were all unprofessional, rude, assuming things and defensive straightaway instead of rectifying a misleading mistake going against trading standards done by them! Overpriced and not going by price stickers on the whole rail! Avoid as it feels like they will rip you off for their own mistakes! Will not be back to that store until head office trains their members of staff on basic customer service! Loud music! Ignorant behaviour! We are spending our money so please show some respect! Shame on the rude staff! No customers should be made to feel this uncomfortable!

Dr Uma Ema: The shop layout and appearance is very unique, clean and modern. It allows easy access to each line of every brands, but the sections are not easily detectable. Size variety of each product is available according to standard size guide. Though mostly focused on sports and young fashion style, but few of them could be multipurpose. The gaps between the product line allows enough room for customers to move around easily. The men and women collection hold quality and priced products. Lots of high value brands then other useful sports direct shops. There are products verity based on fashion, style and price. More options are available compared to other brunch.
Ahmed Reda Donia: Nice place where you can mostly find anything you need to wear 😍 I actually enjoyed shopping there , however some branches are better than the others and you can find more items with cheaper prices at one branch not at all of them. The best branch I found it amazing was the One at Princes street in Edinburgh but the Picadilly branch of London was also good with a little bit higher prices. But overall the shopping experience there was very good.
Kamen Kirov: Very good service. The price of the shoes I was buying was higher in their system than the price shown on the label on the wall where you can see the models. They have rechecked it and indeed matched the lower price shown on top of the shoes at the display area. The situation was handled very professionally by the employee behind the counter and the supervisor.
M: Came in to purchase a phone case holder for running, had some loose stitches, while on till asked the assistant if I could get a discount, The manager on shift agreed and got 10% off I mean I was more then happy, the outcome & service was exceptional. Saturday evening I believe on the first floor as you enter the store. Thank you to the team on shift very helpful.
shantanu beri: The place has variety of options, but the staff especially on the lower ground floor is inhospitable and quite rude (specially the lady at the cash counter) ! We had a various clothes to try, but there was no one at the trial room for us to help so we got in with whatever we had. The lady randomly comes and starts talking rudely that you cant just take more than 3 items to try! The store wasnt filled with customers, and all the rooms were vacant. She could have been polite and told that thats not a policy but she spoke to me and my friend quite rudely that we ended up not buying anything. The management should really look into this behaviour

Adonai Makumbi: The store has a large range of clothes and equipment, the staff can be a bit of a gamble. One girl that wears a Hijab was very dismissive and patronising when I queried where an item was. However when I asked a gentleman by the name of Berty he took me to my item, was very happy chappy and dared to wear a smile while he was talking to me.
valentina correa: one of the worst experiences in this sports direct. I was going to shop for some Calvin Klein underwear and there was an open pack so I took out the product to check the size and the worker acted very hostile towards this, I proceeded to explain that it was already open but he didn’t believe me. Afterwards he decided to call his colleague that seemed to be looking at me as if I was going to steal something they then proceeded to say I couldn’t pay upstairs and had to pay downstairs. I then asked him for his name so I could put a complain and he said “why?, I don’t have to tell you my name”. Personally very disappointed with the service and extremely disrespectful members of staff.

Tony Kus: Although now a sports direct, the guys on floor 5 specialising in racquets etc are great. Really friendly and really know their stuff which is absolutely crucial when you want to buy a racquet that suits you and your ability. Places like Wigmore sports have the range of racquets but seem to offer no knowledge or even basic customer service. Lillywhites is the one (for racquets at least) 👍🏼
Dubmayer: Tourists do not get fooled! There’s a sports.direct inside and it’s not the world’s finest sports store but the WORST! You can’t buy decent stuff here but only cheap house brands and budget lines from established brands. It’s a fraud in your face! Staff is rude and unhappy as well - guess why!

Dante Filafilo: Honestly I can’t recommend this location enough. Small town friendliness from this franchise location. In before close just to see if the bike I wanted was available and not only did the manager Pietro go out of his way in the middle of closing duties to search in the back for additional inventory, but the mechanic Carlos took the time to service and build it as well before the store closed. Very knowledgeable staff and excellent service, highly recommend if you’re to order online then deliver it to this store.

Nikki Inglis: I visited this store in desperate need of assistance to my bike chain that somehow got clumped up together on my cycle ride to Kensington. I arrived when the store opened and spoke to Bijay. He was very funny and helpful and fixed my chain just like that. Thankfully my bike was able to get me home and I’ve already booked my bike in for a service as he suggested! Life saver!

The Böhmis: We were really looking forward to this event and bought tickets for the Great Britan Lounge. We were greeted warmly and taken care of. The seats were comfortable and clean. Unfortunately we wished for more support for West Ham, the fans only knew two songs. That would never be enough for Bundesliga games. After the game, the party in front of the stadium was more lively.
Tony Chown: I had a legends tour which was with Alvin Martin wow !What a fantastic approachable guy, no airs or graces just a genuine guy.A great experience (I recommend the legends tour over the basic one anyday)

AGAIN, no comms, no apology! As a season ticket holder for over 20 years, I ask myself why? Poor customer service but typical WHU. Supporters, keep you money. Buy from the store rather than online. If Mr West Ham, Mark Noble knew he would be fuming!
A: Good experience but felt a bit short (1 hour). Due to COVID was unable to view sone areas of the stadium.
Telly Boo: View was excellent also if you are interested taking part with a few activities on the canal, this would be great fun for date and family day
Alan Barlow: Not. Proper footy ground , but been there twice and won both times with my team Leicester city ,so happy days
