irene tandun: Helpful concierge team and hands on👍Thanks Flavio, Rob, Fedele who have been assisting us beyond extra miles. We were welcomed by confusions and surprises, our property manager agent unfortunately made us clueless about the proper arrangements needed to be done before we moved in ( gas, heater, welcoming letter for induction of the amenities, leftover 'trashes' from previous tenant, not to mention that when Flavio checked the gas meter, we found out that there's overdue payment from 'previous' tenant.Nice property, 5 stars amenities, clean, hi tech and again awesome concierge team. Thanks!

Caitlin Piper: and a very cute bag with a few goodies for our cat and puppy. We did not have trouble with the wifi like others. The medium: the street outside is noisy. Urban Stay can’t do anything about this, but be advised this would not be a good choice if you are a light sleeper. Especially in the summer as you need windows open to sleep. The bad: although we were mostly left with supplies, it would have been nice to have a sponge to clean dishes and a few other small cleaning things
M (TOHMary): one fan is just not enough. Investing in air conditioning may be a suggestion - there is an air filter system. The windows are facing south it can get very stuffy in the flats. The flat is basic for a short stay - has everything you need

Ana Paula Grimaldi: We absolutely loved staying at the Native Bankside. The staff was incredibly friendly and accomodating when we needed to check in a bit early. The experience was great from start to end. Everything was so spotless clean and the rooms were comfy and quiet. Loved it. Thank youRooms: Comfy, clean, quiet. Just perfect!Nearby activities: Walking distance to main London attractions and just by the Thames RiverWalkability: Walking distance to main London attractions and just by the Thames River
Sandi Robertson: Love the location and the staff at front desk are helpful and efficient. Room is well-equipped and bed is super comfortable. Does need a bit of refinement for us travellers who like to apply makeup - needs somewhere with decent light. Also, need to sort out the open shower - in the smaller-style shower rooms, the lack of door on the shower itself looks cool but doesn’t work for anyone who then wants to use the bathroom without a swimming-pool situation to deal with first. This was my third stay - I will stay again.Rooms: Well-equipped with excellentKitchenette. Washing machine, fridge, small hob, and every utensil anyone could need! Comfortable bed and soft, feather-like pillows. Everything stillIn excellent decorative order, and the whole hotel is very low-key and stylish. The shower room poses no access issues, but having no door or curtain on the shower cubicle makes for a watery catastrophe after every wash! However, the rooms are luxe and super clean, and I look forward to staying in them.Nearby activities: Right by the Globe Theatre and just minutes walking time to Tate Modern, this also is within close range of Borough Market and London Bridge station with tube and overground services available. Skip over the Millennium Bridge to St Paul’s Cathedral and with a thirty minute walk along Fleet Street, you can be in Trafalgar SquareSafety: I have stayed here with my young daughter as a mum on my own. Felt totally secure, and as long as the alley the hotel entrance is on is well-lit, there were no safety concerns at all.Walkability: Brilliant to walk about the immediate area from here with easy access to so many good places. The approach is a cobbled street/alley, which is possibly not great for anywhere wheeling large suitcases, or with additional mobility needs, but the hotel is serviced by two elevators and is a level walk from the south bank
Bella: . Amazing location - could walk to everything you could want ! Right by borough market which is just fun to get lost in. Staff were nice, check in was quick. only gripe
Ella Rabinovich: Very nice spacious rooms, with kitchenette. Dishes available as well. Location is approximately 45 minutes by foot across the bridge to the city center. Transportation is available as well. However, the hotel is located on a quiet street but right next to the river. Close to London bridge, opera house, many restaurants. Checkin was a problem. My reservation was mixed up with my colleague reservations. Therefore I got smaller room that what I reserved. No big deal, room was large enough. Also, electronic key had a problem opening the door. It took 2 days to fix it. Overall, I was satisfied with the hotelRooms: Very clean studio. Please note, you have to request if in need of a clean towel, linen.Nearby activities: Opera houseSafety: Safe during the day, very dark in the eveningWalkability: Close to the center. Walk across the bridge takes approximately 20 minutesFood & drinks: N/ANoteworthy details: Near the food market
Judith X: The service is very good, with 24-hour assistance available. This is a hotel-managed apartment equipped with a washing machine and a kitchen that is basically suitable for cooking. There is a large fridge, and they also provide a rack for drying clothes. It is a very suitable choice for a family outing, but if you are accustomed to the lobby and bar environment provided by hotels, this might not be the best choice for you. The location is right by the riverbank, making it very convenient to walk to various bridges. The only downside is that the hotel's name is not displayed on the building's facade, so it took some effort to find it.
Ashley Harkness: I would definitely come back.
Mark Carter: Stayed four days here and really impressed. Great location with easy access to rail, tube and river although we walked to most places as it was so convenient. Thames clipper boats pick up from the end of the road, about two minutes walk, ideal for getting to the O2 arena. Staff were very friendly and available to help if needed. We had one of the larger rooms with an extra bathroom and a nice kitchen area. Due to where the building is there was only one window and it was in the bedroom, didn't matter to us but may bother some. Couldn't find any room instructions, again didn't matter but would have been handy. Would definitely stay again
Cly Matty: Lovely quiet location and the apartment was very clean and tidy. The reception staff was most helpful.
