Belmont Children's Farm: what do users think?

F G: Great price. Good variety of animals.

graham johnston: Sweet little farm. The animals look really well cared for with large open paddocks for many of the animals. I visited here with my elderly disabled mother. Although not advertised on their website I got in free as her essential carer. The farm is on a bit of a slope. A member of staff gave us a lift on the electric buggy down to the bottom of the farm. The paths are quite sound but are mainly gravel so could be a bit tricky for some people with mobility issues. The visit provided good entertainment for about an hour and a half. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They sell bags of feed at reception and it is great fun feeding the Llamas and greedy goats.

Ahmed Gowda: Great place for kids to play and feed farm animals

Yuto (ホッツン): Feeding was interesting. Only the entrance fee seemed to be pricy.

Chinyere Okafor: Fun family friendly place

Aryan Afshar: Absolutely delightful. Your children will love interacting with the llamas, goats, sheep and other farm animals. You can buy animal feed too. Endless enjoyment for the family. A great day out.

Emily Thyras: Great farm I regularly bring the kids here and they love it too

Yidl de Vries: Very qute farm for kids

Kentish Town City Farm: what do users think?

Kirsti Maydon: Great little farm. We enjoyed our visit! Expect to spend an hour max there. Picnic tables available to eat your lunch no cafe.

Shumon Ahmed: Nice peaceful little farm in the city, you don't have to pay to go inside but can choose to give some money which helps run the place as you can see there have volunteers etc they haven't got as many animals as other farms but considering it's location shouldn't expect more to be honest. They do school trips and other activities for the community which is great as well as have special events on certain days.

M K: Amazing place! So grateful such a place exists for the family and community

Janet Smith: Lovely, farm space in Kentish Town, Family open day with a maypole, music and hotdogs, and lots of animals 😻

Kat Engel: I love this farm Staff is very friendly.Lovely place

I Holy: Very nice little farm

Vince Smith: Child friendly place. Able to get up close to the animals.

Belén Vargas: I loved it so much!

okay, this is epic: A wonderful little hidden oasis of nature nestled between the railway lines and the surrounding urban sprawl. The staff were perfectly happy to just let us wander around and explore at our leisure. The animals are all very charming and you can pet the larger livestock. We particularly loved Shirley the Cow, Nora and Dora the Donkeys, and Darth Vader the black Cockerel. Great place for kids and adults alike.

Deen City Farm: what do users think?

Kate Hopkinson: Lovely place and great coffee shop

Terence Jenkins: My wife and I took a walk through the lovely and somewhat underrated Morden Hall Park and ended up at Deen City Farm. There were school groups there and also parents with very young children two and three years old, and they were really enjoying feeding the goats. It was lovely to watch them. I think it is a really good idea to introduce such young children to farm animals. That memory will stay with them for life. Please visit the farm it is such a good cause.

Bily Ivanova: Fantastic place for a family experience.

Mitul Patel: We visited farm with my 16 months old boy he so enjoyed with animals he so much like, we spent 4 hours.

dawn bowling: I first visited here with my godchild about 15 years ago and it was so nice to revisit and it hasn't changed. I think it is run very well, I love that you can buy pellets to feed the cows, sheep and goats. The coffee shop has an extensive menu, the gift shop is very cute and plenty of benches to sit. I did read the negative review regarding the cow pen and would be interested to know if the cows go into the fields at night to graze?. It is like a little oasis behind the busy streets. Will happily return now I have rediscovered this hidden gem.

Paulo Vicente: Free to visit but make a donation as this place is worth a visit and as a charity farm it will need help to keep running. It's small but kids love it.

Princess C: Great farm which we completely stumbled upon by accident. Came here for Easter and took part in the Easter trail which was good fun. Good selection of animals and even horse and pony riding if booked in advance. The food from the cafe was a bit expensive but lovely all the same.Staff we encountered seemed friendly. The farm was busy but spacious enough to host all the people there. There’s even a playground which is a great addition.Animal feed is not too costly either.Would definitely recommend and it’s free!

Anne Crowley: This is one of my favourite places to bring my granddaughter. The animals are well looked after. You can by food to feed the animals and there is a little park for the kids to play in.

Keyannah Gardener: It's a perfect family outing idea

ElekIldi “Soma”: Very nice, clean Farm.

Elena Bashkatova: , you can also book a pony ride for your child or even a birthday party! There are also a coffee shop , playground and shop with cute stuff ! Highly recommend

Matthew Leopold: Wonderful city farm. Well laid out with lots to see. Entry by donation.

Venetia Ahiko: Was lovely seeing horses and rest of animals

María Isabel Ramírez: A very special place where children enjoy a lot. Recommended

Hannah J: who just wanted back scratches! Hope to return soon to give him a well deserved scratch ♥️

Nils Smeuninx: Absolutely lovely opportunity to get out of the London hustle. Staff were wonderfully helpful and willing to offer advice on my own chicken keeping. Everyone - visitors and volunteers - was wonderfully kind. It's very much a leave-your-troubles-at-the-door kind of place.

Chris Dexta: Lovely!

Said Bouneceur: Very good and friendly 👌 thanks

Ekaterina Repina: .The eatery by the entrance serves decent food, as a regular guest, I can highly recommend soups

ian engels: An oasis of delight just minutes away from the hussle and bussle of Whitechapel Market. Stroked some of the animals, and sat down relaxing amongst the plants

Shubhaanvita Saxena Karia: Cute animals, including some.rare breeds, in the middle of the city.

SK: Lovely local farm to visit alone or with your children!

Timur: Spitalfields City Farm offers a delightful escape from the bustling city streets, providing a unique opportunity to get up close and personal with nature in the heart of London. During our recent visit, my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at this charming city farm, immersing ourselves in its serene atmosphere and diverse range of activities. One of the highlights of our visit was the bug hotels scattered throughout the farm. These intricately designed structures provide a safe haven for insects, promoting biodiversity and environmental awareness. Exploring the bug hotels with my children proved to be an educational and entertaining experience, as we observed the fascinating creatures that call them home.My daughter, who had a slight fear of chickens, found solace in observing them from a distance. Spitalfields City Farm's well-maintained enclosures ensured that the chickens were both secure and visible, allowing visitors to appreciate these feathered creatures even if they preferred to keep their distance. It was heartwarming to see her curiosity gradually overcoming her initial fears. As the day drew to a close, we were treated to an endearing goat parade. The sight of these adorable creatures trotting along, guided by the farm staff, brought smiles to everyone's faces. It was a joyous and memorable moment, leaving us with a sense of delight and appreciation for the farm's commitment to creating a truly interactive and enjoyable experience.Located in close proximity to Brick Lane, Spitalfields City Farm offers the added advantage of a wide range of food options nearby. After our visit, we ventured into Brick Lane's vibrant culinary scene, indulging in delicious dishes from various cuisines. The farm's strategic location allows visitors to extend their outing, making it a perfect destination for a day of wholesome family fun and culinary exploration. The farm's staff and volunteers deserve special recognition for their warm hospitality and dedication to providing an engaging experience. Their enthusiasm in sharing their knowledge about the animals and the farm's initiatives added an extra layer of enjoyment to our visit. We felt welcomed and well-informed throughout our time at Spitalfields City Farm. One aspect that could further enhance the experience would be the addition of interactive activities for children, such as educational workshops or hands-on sessions. These would provide further opportunities for children to engage with the animals and learn about sustainable farming practices. In conclusion, Spitalfields City Farm offers a delightful retreat in the heart of the city. With its bug hotels, friendly chickens, charming goat parade, and convenient proximity to Brick Lane's culinary delights, it provides a well-rounded and enjoyable experience for visitors of all ages. Whether you are seeking a peaceful break from the urban chaos or a fun family outing, this city farm is a must-visit destination.

Marcus: Lovely hidden gem for the whole family to visit. Pet some animals, learn about farming and local crafts, and have a nice dinner with veggies from the garden. Ps they also have their own ice cream, tried the flavour apple and elderflower :p

Marionmari Erre: Delicious

Clare Doolan: This is a great little farm for teaching toddlers about animals. It was very quiet during our visit on a Thursday around noon. The whole farm is buggy accessible and easy to navigate. We parked our buggy by the gate with no issues. My two year old loved the Shetland Ponies and lambs. On the upper level you’ll find the small furries. We saw a gorgeous black cat, rabbits, Guinea pigs and a tortoise munching on some lettuce. The wash trough is set low enough for toddlers to reach. There’s a box to leave a donation with no pressure.

Monika Iskra: You can see and pet the animals 😊 free entry.

Bea U: Lovely park.

Rosamaria: Wonderful animals who are well taken care of. Knowledgeable & passionate staff.
