The London School Of English: what do users think?

Noe Garcia Mujica: Great School !!

Emma D'Alba: I attended a General English course and I totally recommend this school. The teacher was fantastic, unfortunately I could stay only one week but thanks to his method I improved my knowledge of the English language and fulfilled my goal which was focusing on the speaking. The staff was amazing, too. From the very first moment I felt at home because everybody was kind, friendly, and helpful. It's worth mentioning also the the chef and the kitchen staff, very kind and professional; the food was delicious and every day there were vegan options. I definitely am looking forward to going back and enroll for a longer time.

Kamila Gwardjak: My time at school and the school were perfect for me. Before I flew there, I didn't set myself any big goals, it was more of an experiment for me to see if I could overcome my barrier to speaking English. And it happened itself, without much effort. The school, its organization, and the people there bring everyone into a “flow” and suddenly English is great fun. I was at school for 4 weeks and during that time I spoke more English than ever before. This time really motivated me to continue learning and I'm looking forward to the next time in this school!

Gianni Bianchi: I got to attend school in July 2022, finding myself particularly well, I replicated the experience in April 2023. I particularly appreciated the organization of classes, break times and the knowledge of other students during social moments. This second time I chose to do individual lessons during the morning and they were very useful to accelerate my confidence in expressing myself and understanding. Special thanks to all the staff, Christin, Mandy and Julie for their support, to Professors Andrew and Douglas for their professionalism and commitment every day.

Giulshan Dzhafarova: Thanks for the great lessons! I found it interesting and helpful. I liked how we studied and immediately practiced grammar. This immediately helped to consolidate knowledge and understand the logic of grammar and exceptions using live examples.

Karol Lewandowski: The lessons with Enida were great. A lot of fun and laughs. She was focused and caught our mistakes, very easily explaining the correct forms, pronunciation, etc.

Antje Mörstedt: Wonderfully dedicated and great teacher, it was great fun and the time flew by

Saudi tourist: In my humble opinion:-Beautiful school with advanced capabilities, nice reception, wonderful teacher, ease of procedures

Tufan Gür: It was an incredible experience for me. Also, it is a very clear recommendation for anyone who wants to improve their language.

Alessandra Pellegrino: An amazing experience! Navel is the perfect place to study English. Teachers are awesome and they really helped me improve. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. It's also a great opportunity to meet people from all over the world and make new friends. Regularly they organized afternoon activities to visit and enjoy the city. It would be great to make such an experience again.

Miquel lopez: I'm glad to share my experience of 3 weeks in EC London! After searching for a long while, I decided to join ECLondon for a few weeks to develop my English skills. For my surprise, the experience was better than excellent.Since the first day the reception was always there to help me and orientate my self and when I arrived I feel my self included with all the students and teachers from the academy.Especially the teacher, Damien, made our classes dynamic, creative and fun. He was always teaching us new vocabulary and new ways to improve our speaking. Otherwise, encouraged us to keep learning outside the classes with homework and other kind of resources. 10 out of 10.In Spanish, we would say:"Gracias por Todo!"

Wimbledon School of English: what do users think?

Ŝ ũ L Ŧ ấ ŋ: I studied there for a year. The school is good and there I have good memories. It is close to everything

Redwann Halperin: A great English school that has enabled me to improve a lot in a friendly environment, full of positive vibes, with relevant and pedagogical teachers. In a nice building, close to many shops

thomas b: and makes life in a new/unfamiliar environment a little easier. The classes are relatively small, which makes it possible for the teachers to respond to individual questions. The lessons are cleverly divided so that one follows the "textbook" and one is taught freely by the teacher

Ulbike Amit: I studied at this school for 9 months 😍I really enjoyed and I improved my English. And I met a lot of good friends from all over the world. Teachers and staff are always ready to help and everyone is so friendly

Mjeed: Qualified teachersGood books and contentGreat social activitiesFriendly staffPerfect location in beautiful districtRecommended ✅

Ali: I have chosen Wimbledon School of English because of the good nationality mix they have. There are not many Turkish students and that is important for me so I don’t speak my own language. There are people from all over the world which is very interesting.

Ringelnatter13: The Wimbledon School of English is a great place for learning English and experiencing the english way of life. The teachers are all very caring and professional, as well as the rest of the staff. The social program offers nice opportunities to meet people from all around the world or visit football matches, musicals and so on.

Martin Smrčka: Friendly environment with very helpful teachers and staff. It will significantly improve your level of English. Besides learning English you can talk to people from all over the world and enjoy your free time with them. …if you are lucky and there are no people from your country, you use English 24/7.

Hussein Asli: I recently completed a three-month English program at WSE in business class and I cannot recommend this school enough. The experience was exceptional. One of WSE's standout features is the quality of their teaching staff. They are highly knowledgeable and passionate about teaching the English language, and they work above and beyond to ensure their students understand the material. The classes were engaging and interactive, and I always felt supported on my learning journey.Another remarkable aspect of WSE is their focus on creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment. As an international student, I was initially hesitant about studying abroad, but WSE made the transition seamless. They helped me acclimate to the culture and community, and I felt right at home from the start.Overall, I highly recommend WSE to anyone wishing to improve their English language skills. The program was well-structured, the teachers were excellent, and the overall experience was transformative. I cannot thank WSE enough for the enthusiasm and encouragement they infused into my studies. If you're looking for an exceptional English school, look no further than WSE.

Luis Meier: are very competent and now how to learn for certain Cambridge degrees. But not only the academic side is perfect, also the administratives do a great job

Vamos Let's Learn Spanish: what do users think?

Drew Anderson: I have been studying with Vamos for almost one year now, taking in person classes in London. Its a great school and I would recommend for anyone looking to learn Spanish, I have made so much more progress with my Spanish in that last one year than I did the previous two years trying to teach myself. Both teachers I've had Tatiana and Vicky have always been friendly and enthusiastic about teaching. The classes are fun, well organised and a good mix of speaking, listening and writing. Some extra bonuses are that the school has a nice website where you can review a summary of each class and homework details. It's also possible to take a catch up class if you need to miss a lesson for holiday or any other reason. You can just arrange to join another class for the same lesson you missed, this is a great feature so you don't fall behind. Definitely give Vamos a go!

JS: great staff, great materials. Lessons are fun and interactive. Highly recommend.

Judith Simon: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,Quality,ValueMy son was struggling in GCSE Spanish. I called Vamos and they advised that me to enrol him in an evening Spanish course to help him along. Russell was extremely helpful. My son loved the course and is showing an improvement in his GCSE Spanish.

Chris C: and both have been really positive and engaging and make the classes a fun experience. The exercises are good and feel effective and efficient, and I particularly like having to watch a Spanish film for homework. 😊

Franca Bello: It's been almost three years now that I have been studying at Vamos and I just love it! I feel so lucky that I found a really good school with amazing lessons and great teachers. I started from level 1 with the incredible and super Alberto and now I am about to start level 13. When I started, I was not too sure how lessons would go and if I had continued and now... Spanish classes are just so important and this is not only because I want to improve my language skills, but even because I do enjoy feeling part of the Vamos community! The teachers are really good, all with different teaching approaches and with amazing personalities and what I love most it's that every teacher has such a positive attitude that learning Spanish is just more fun! Moreover, in these difficult times of incertitude due to the Coronavirus and the lockdown limitations, Vamos had added so many extra social activities online like the Cine Club with the super artistic director Enric , and the cooking classes from the kitchen of the creative and chatty Natalia and even more, I had the certitude that Vamos is just unique for the added value that give to all its students and for the incredible and warm experience offered. Learning Spanish becomes then an opportunity to share and create bridges between students, teachers and everyone in the school like the headmaster Russell, the creative mind of the school, or Patricia the SuperWoman multi tasking that always take care of everything . So thank you so much Vamos y for all your hard work and commitment . Behind the scenes there are incredible teachers and professionals that are always ready to help when you need. ¡Muchas gracias a todas y a todos!

Michael Corkery: I began studying Spanish with Vamos as a complete beginner in March and I think it has been the best decision I have ever made. The classes are a great mix of written and spoken Spanish and even the grammar is explained in a palatable way! The two teachers I have had are so friendly, enthusiastic and above all patient! Following each class you are sent resumes of what was covered by email which are extremely useful as are the online resources on the Vamos website. The lockdown began on 23rd March and ever since then the classes have been online with Zoom which has worked very well - you really don't feel at a disadvantage not being in a classroom. I would recommend Vamos to anybody studying Spanish at any level - it's the best part of the week!

Amanda Moss: I have been studying Spanish with Vamos for more than three years and it has been a lot of fun, as well as a great learning experience. The teachers are welcoming and enthusiastic and the classes run all year round. You sign up to ten classes at a time, so it’s very flexible. All the classes are run online at present and are a great mix of Spanish conversation, learning activities and a gradual progression in the grammar. There is a real community feel with extra activities on offer, including a film club, Spanish cooking classes and additional free conversation classes once a month.I have found Vamos to be a great place to learn Spanish.

Roman Shestakov: - and it surely gave the biggest boost to my progress in Spanish. Prior to starting at Vamos I spent about a year of self-study, went through all the usual steps: multiple audio-courses

Bibi Christensen: I've studied Spanish at Vamos for about 5 years and am just about to finish the top level of 20, which takes me to C2. Can't recommend this place highly enough, really well organised, great teachers and a fun atmosphere, with lots of social and cultural activities added into the mix. Even now, with everything on Zoom. Whether you just need some holiday Spanish or are aiming for proficiency, it's worth every penny.

kensaken: and lots of flexibility in terms of choosing when to learn and catching up if you miss a class. Not to mention the social events to offer more opportunities to practice.Couldn't recommend it more highly!

Caroline Beattie: I thought my Spanish was quite good, since I could speak it when I was little and most of my family live in Spain. However, when I tried to speak to an estate agent and a lawyer on the phone, it was another story...So I decided to start at Level 1 to get a good grounding, and I've gone through the levels to Level 20. I'm much more confident, and recently my sister said she couldn't believe how fluent I was when we were on a three-way call with a Spanish lawyer. I was really chuffed.

Jeny R: Highly recommend the school.I am currently in the highest Level 20 course at Vamos and have been with the school since the lowest Level 1 course i.e. circa 400 hours of studying, which probably says enough. At no point I thought about changing the school or teacher because I knew that I won't find any better one in the UK. Every next level was getting better and better. The teachers in the school are real professionals but also keep a friendly tone so it's easy to learn and even occasionally go out for a drink with your group. The catch up classes that Vamos offers are quite a unique feature that I haven't seen in any other schools and, being extremely busy with work, I often made use of them.Overall, I have had a great learning experience and look forward to staying with Vamos and improving my Spanish further. Muchas gracias, Vamos!

sophie reevedesigns: with Vamos having just completed level 19 with them through online classes. It’s a great, interactive course with other fluent speakers. We always cover a wide variety of topics through reading, listening, writing and speaking. Highly recommended to those who want to stop their Spanish going rusty!

Hugh Chatfield: has helped me hold myself to account and keep improving in my own time.As above, if you're looking for an in person course in central London or online course I would strongly reccomend.

Sophie Watson: I joined Vamos two months ago and I couldn't recommend the classes enough! I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of classes at different levels being offered, especially in the higher levels since I couldn't find a C2 group class anywhere else. The classes are really fun and interactive, and the school provides you with all of the books and materials you need. The classes are held totally in Spanish and there's loads of opportunity to practice speaking even over Zoom through the use of smaller breakout groups. My teacher Andrea is fantastic. She explains things clearly and makes the lessons really engaging. Vamos offers loads of social activities too, including free monthly conversation classes, which are a great way of getting to know people outside of your own class. I only wish I'd found Vamos sooner!

Vishal Grover: I started learning with Spanish with Vamos nearly 5 years ago. What a journey it has been and quite literally! I have attended classroom classes, courses away in Valencia, weekend courses focussed on thematic content, free monthly conversation classes and social events. All the courses are very well structured and classes are interactive. Plenty of conversation as well as audio and video content to keep you interested. Teachers adjust the pace of the lessons to match the level of the class and there is regular homework of course! The institute is also very flexible in accommodating students who may be juggling classes with work and personal commitments. You can attend catchup classes if you happen miss any. If you want to take a break between levels you can rejoin a few months later at the right level and if you find the classes too easy or too hard you can easily switch classes.Definitely recommend irrespective what your current level of Spanish is - you can join at a level appropriate for you.

Happy Languages: what do users think?

Monica Sasso: We have taken the Crash Course in Italian with Elenora and loved it. Her style and teaching methods were practical, easy to follow and gave us confidence that we were progressing. More to come!

David Ramondo: . I have worked all the way up from the beginner levels to the upper intermediate levels with the school. The teachers are well selected and dedicated to teaching Italian and sharing their passion for Italian culture. For around the last year I have been taught by Annaluna who is a great teacher - she explains things clearly and is easy to understand. Emanuela was also great. They both clearly want their students to succeed which is great to see. The courses are well organised and managed by Paolo.

Natalia Guzminova: Amazing company!!! I highly recommend it.

Chris Mowbray: Great instructors and good environment for learning Italian. Highly recommended.

Ricardo Bettoni Agrelli: I am very satisfied with Happy Languages. I have done my very first Italian course in June/17, almost 5 years ago. I do reccomend Happy Languages!

Quentin Regan: Very good experience learning Italian, Eleonora is a great teacher. The classes are instructive, useful and fun.

Melissa Arancio: Wow, learning Italian with Happy Languages over the past 10 weeks has been SO enjoyable! I'd wanted to learn Italian for a while but wasn't sure which one to join, but I'm so glad I joined this one. Eleanora was a fantastic teacher, structured the lessons well and made learning Italian as easy as possible. I always looked forward to the lessons, and I am 100% going to sign up for the next course!

Ruth Cooper: Eleonora is an excellent teacher.

Annalie Schutz: A great experience. Attended this school twice over 5 years, once as a very beginner then again to achieve CILS exam. Both teachers were warm, helpful and very encouraging not to mention good teachers who gently got me to my goal. Very grateful!

Laura Ruth Bellingham: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,Quality,Value

Melanny Sánchez: I have been studying Italian with Happy languages for nearly two years and their courses are fantastic! I really enjoy the lessons, they make a wealth of resources available on their website and the teachers are very helpful. Their courses prepared me very well to present the B1 Cittadinanza exam, which I recently did and passed successfully.

Roszana Bakri: I have completed the Italian language lesson and it was fantastic! Eleonora was very professional and simply amazing. Will definitely be signing up for my next lessons!

Christina Teklina: ! I would like to specifically praise Eleonora, our teacher! She was wonderful at explaining all the new concepts, while leading very engaging and fun lessons. Eleonora is able to explain the rules in a clear way and always goes an extra mile for her students. I will highly recommend her as a teacher for both total beginners and more advanced students as well. The school itself has also been great and very accommodating. All in all, wonderful experience and I can definitely see a great progress in my Italian!

Yumiko Asakura: Our teacher Eleonora has been wonderful. The way she teaches has been very useful and effective. She helps the students focus on utilising the learning in actual scenes, helped us to imagine how we apply our learning in most probable Italian scenes such as travelling in Italy or meeting Italian people. I would love to continue to study with her. I await to hear from the school if the next course is taught by her.

Viviana Fusciardi: 2 years ago I decided to re-start my journey of learning Italian. I initially started my lessons face-to-face with Eleonora at the start of 2020 and continued online throughout the pandemic. Eleonora quickly grasped my capabilities and adapted our lessons effectively to my needs. Now 2 years later I have progressed tremendously and Eleonora has been a nothing short of amazing. She has always been attentive, supportive and understanding. I would highly recommend her and the other services from Happy Languages.

Rupert Pennant-Rea: on Skype to her in Tuscany. She was an excellent teacher, always encouraging me but quite willing to point out my many shortcomings.I wanted to take the B1 exam, for citizenship, and was relieved to discover that Happy Languages handled all the formalities for that. As the exam date got closer, I heard the bad news: instead of the conventional mixture of reading, writing and comprehension, the exam was going to be only conversational

Hannah Jessica Claassens: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,Quality,ValueA wonderful course with a dedicated teacher. Annaluna was wonderful and I hope to take more classes in the future with Happy Languages!

Laura Sobrero: My husband has been a student learning Italian with happy languages for a few years now. As per him - “great teachers, interesting syllabus and motivated students who all want to improve their language skills. Highly recommend.”
