The shopping experience is excellent, with 99% of Christmas shopping done at artisan shops. The cafe offers fabulous food and the staff is lovely and attentive. The artisan market on Sundays is popular but definitely worth the wait for a table.

A 7-year-old visiting Santa's grotto had a wonderful time. They participated in crafts, watched mini films, and received a gift from Santa at the end of the visit. The staff, Santa, and his little helper were all lovely, making it a magical experience for the child.
