Royal Liverpool University Hospital: what do users think?
Calvin Klein: good service
Roxana Ciobanu: Went with pain chest, just seen by triage, never seen by a doctor. When I had asked the nurse from trige when I'll be seeing a doctor ,they told me I had being discarded .So awful in treating patients!!!
Barbara Inchley: Wow the new building is amazingWe were sent from the Isle of Man for a biopsy. Staff were super friendly helpful and very very caring. My husband's room was amazing with views of the city. Everyone was so helpful and nice.Cleaners do a fantastic job!!
TINA WOOD: Can someone answer the phone????
Linda Papa: A nice good and clean hospital.
choppley101: Restaurant on tenth floor was good, trying to get an operation wasn't, postponed three times.
Tom Farrell (tom3949): Very disappointed with the service in new a &e. After being taken by ambulance, I was transferred to the dept, nurse wasn't listening to ambulance staff as they handed over. Despite suffering from extreme dizziness and nausea I was pushed at high speed by the nurse to general waiting area which was dirty, stunk of smoke, toilets dirty, receptionist on mobile phone with feet up on desk, left there for 6 hours before being seen, was told after medication I needed to be monitored, so stuck back out in same waiting room for another 4 hours. Staff spoke as I'd we were an inconvenience, felt no empathy. Do not wish to return
Mandy Williams: Busy. Very clean. Wonderful staff
Brigitte Kuhn: I received help in a timely fashion
Roy Culshaw: They need to reconsider the public parking spaces. There's simply not enough for the amount of people attending clinics and A&E.
Jonathan Tatler: Great new hospital, fantastic service and support at least for me
Daniel E: Amazing hospital I have pancreatitis and when the pancreas specialists saw me they said I looked very unwell and admitted me in amazing staff and so friendly and caring
jadon thompson: Very rude nurse, did not take the time to listen and was extremely condescending,
Liam Willmott: We had to wait for quite a bit but got a good diagnosis and everyone was very approachable. Very reliable ER
m ashton: Brand new hospital. Service was excellent. However, poor internal signage and no on site car parking for visitors.
J R: A vast improvement !
Laura Worthington: Pretty easy to find and if you need to find a specific place then there is people on hand to get you to where you need to be
david: Excruciating waiting time just to be told that because my blood results were ‘normal’ i was medically well and had ‘nothing wrong’. Absolute incompetency at its best. I was completely dismissed by a rude, on the phone, member of staff. Despite being physically and both mentally unwell they did not want to treat me. Better off dead than coming here for any type of help
Rikkie Suresh: Absolutely fantastic place! Rhian & Reena at the haematology / haemophilia department are beyond fanstastic. Had an unfortunate dental accident, and I cannot thank this team enough for liasing with my Royal Free in Hampstead London, and the University Dental Hospital next door, they have all been unreal, and this team is beyond great! Very very happy with all they did for me, and turned me around as an emergency in a couple of hours. Thank you all so much!!! Also the rooftop dining area is immense, is it weird I am looking forward to going back?! Thank you.
Peter Banks: Attended St Paul's eye hospital which is on the ground floor of the new building. No parking really close by but can drop off by the entrance. Café also not far from the entrance. Reception directs you to the relevant waiting area.
David Smith: It's strange to say that you "loved" any hospital but the staff here are brilliant, from all accounts some of the best in the world. Now the staff are in a much better building suited to the excellent work they offer patients.

Aintree University Hospital: what do users think?
Greg gregory: Top class treatment from all staff when I recently went there ♥️⚘
Surenthran Sinnathurai: I have been visiting this hospital last couple of months because of my partner sickness. I can clearly see this hospital is under staffed . The receptionists, nurses and doctors, but they all try to do theirs best. Every employee in this hospital is deserve a big thank you. Thank you Aintree!!
ROB SANDERS: HAD A PROCEDURE TODAY 17/6/23 EVERY ONE OF THE STAFF TREATED ME LIKE I WAS THE MOST IMPORTANT PERSON THERE. THANK YOU ALL FOR THE PROFESSIONAL AND DEDICATION YOU SHOW.THANKS 😊
Lelde Abramova: The best hospital
Anna Stukalina: Disgusting!!! My husband arrived today with high blood pressure, headache, neck pain, hands.. . His blood pressure was measured . They said something about blood in the brain and prescribed paracitamol. Nothing from the pressure, no scan.…
Anton Lapinski: Amazing hospital, have the best staff - all amazing at communicating with patients from Porters to Professors we had a great experience with everyone. Very accommodating to save us the long round trip back. Thanks you all
M: Went to Aintree hospital on Friday the staff at the breast screening mobile unit we’re fabulous warm kind can’t thank them enough keep up the good work your stars
Jim Greenhouse: Straight in, straight out. The staff were amicable, and they treated me well. An overall positive experience
Barry Brown: Staff without exception, helpful and pleasant
Helen Zinonos: The hospital staff are helpful and hardworking. They are under a great deal of pressure and I have the upmost respect for them. However the hospital feels very much understaffed.Waiting to be seen in A&E for 9 hours is unacceptable. The visit was for my 16 year old.How can the NHS get to such a state..?Where is all the national insurance and tax going..?Because clearly I do not feel the benefits after paying 30 + years into the system.
Steve Mcloughlin: Went for a cat scan. All staff very professional and empathetic.
Denise M: RUDE STAFF! I feel descriminated!!! I was waiting 12 hours and the people witch comes after me was served before me!!! I feel the rasism on these, the doctors was really nice but the staff before was just racist!!!
Veronica Trifan: So I arrived there at 5 pm in the afternoon, being referred by my gp ,I've been seen by the triage nurse and after they send me to another gp in the hospital and even him didn't know but he ordered some blood tests and after he send me back to the e&a majors to wait to be seen by a surgeon to check my symptoms,at 12 o clock in the night they told is another 7 and half hours wait to be seen by the doctor ,I waited until 5 o'clock in the morning until I asked a nurse if its any update on my case when she check she told me that nobody notified them that I'm back in major trauma unit, and is no surgeon available that can see me but my blood test are fine and it's not appendicitis and she told me to wait to be seen by a a&e doctor and that I'm next on the list ,I waited for another hour nobody called.I ended up leaving a&e ,I'm still in pain at home ,nobody called me ,no update,no response. The place has no communication between departments,I asked couple of nurse's about an update through the night ,they were telling me they will check and it will inform me ,nut nothing happened. I'm still waiting to be contacted by a surgeon over the phone .
Mike Sale: I had an operation in October 2021, my consultant said that it was a straight forward operation that should not take long and I would be out of hospital either the same day or at worst overnight. The operation took 4 and a half hours and I spent 5 days in hospital with no explanation as to why. My consultant did not see me from the day of the operation until the day of my discharge. Another doctor said that he had read my theatre notes and the operation had not gone according to plan. When I got to the ward I had a PCA attached and a nurse asked if she could get me a priest. When I got home I complained about my treatment and Aintree hospital have just brushed it under the carpet I wasn't even allowed a follow-up appointment. I wrote a previous review and they refused to publish it. I just want the truth as to what happened to me during my operation but it looks like I have little chance of getting it. I have on going problems now from what was one of the worst experiences of my life.I have added the next part .More recently, with the help of the patient advice and complaints team. I put in an 11 point complaint regarding the way I was treated before, during and after my operation. What I got back from the clinical team was nothing short of awful. They didn't bother to answer or worked around 4 questions, they changed the wording on two questions to make them appear silly, apologised for only 1 of my complaints. And openly lied about 4 of my questions which I can prove with written evidence, then to top it all accused me of sending them aggressive and bullying emails and phone calls. I have printed out all of the emails I have ever sent them and asked numerous people to look at them, no one thinks that they are aggressive or bullying. The only phone calls I had with the hospital were either phone appointments with the consultant,Or about confirming dates for treatment.I only give them one star because some of the nurses were kind and caring toward me. The rest acted like they did not want to be there.
Marsh Dickson: Was seen straight away when I broke my shoulder, xrayed ASAP, on second visit there was a bit of a wait but when seen was xrayed straight away, communication was excellent, nurses friendly and professional and doctors have excellent demeanour despite the busyness, there's a canteen on site and care and attention is second to none.
LIVESTREAM NINJA: I recently had the pleasure of receiving medical care at this 5-star hospital in Liverpool, UK, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of my experience. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted by friendly and attentive staff who made me feel welcome and at ease. The facilities are modern, clean, and well-maintained, with state-of-the-art equipment and technology.Throughout my stay, I was consistently impressed by the professionalism and expertise of the medical staff. They were attentive, responsive, and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met.In addition to the exceptional medical care, the hospital also offers a wide range of amenities and services to make the patient experience as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The food was delicious and nutritious, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and there were plenty of activities and entertainment options to keep me occupied during my downtime.Overall, I would highly recommend this 5-star hospital to anyone in need of medical care in the Liverpool area. The staff, facilities, and amenities are all top-notch, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Emma Marshall: Ended up in A&E the other night wanted to say the staff were great got seen too so quickly!! The doctor and junior doctor that helped me get better are just amazing!! I wanted to say a HUGE thank you!!!
Kirsty Taylor: Went to fracture clinic today the staff were all so friendly and patient even though could see they had so many patients to get through today, my daughter was with me and the lady doing ct scan got her involved and made my five year old feel like she was treating mummy like a nurse - made a horrible day for my daughter memorable. Thank you so much, I have my surgery tomorrow and although I'm scared I can't thank the staff enough for making our long day and wait bare able. (The receptionist at x Ray slightly annoyed me by audibly passing comment on how another mother had to bring her young children with her) I hope the fact I pointed out thtnot all of us have someone to come with us and help was enough to make her think in future
Cory J: Big thanks to Jade and Laura for the care and help. Really great members of staff, professional, helpful & friendly. One love. Have a great night. Hope liverpool win the match tonight
