Shared Earth: what do users think?
allan claydon: Cool shop lots of handmade and fair trade items!
melanie organ: Absolutely my favourite shop of all time, merchandise is amazing, different, just love the insense, coloured bowls, i could go on just wish there was more of them. 💕👌
Chris M.: Good range of products but really quite a strong unpleasant smell inside the shop.
Erica Taylor: The York branch is one of our all time favourite shops, so my partner and I were very excited to visit the one in Liverpool. However, the two members of staff in there yesterday were really unpleasant and I’m still not sure what the issue was. We had a loyalty card with two stamps left to fill and presented it at the till alongside our purchases, which were roughly 26 quid altogether. You get a stamp each fiver you spend, ergo we thought this meant we would fill up the last two stamps and then use the card to get a fiver off. On presentation of the card the woman behind the till sighed and looked at another member of staff who was re-stocking items at the front of the desk and said “you do one favour and they always ask for more”. I’m not sure how allowing us to buy products from the shop is doing us a favour? We joked that we could leave and then come back in so it would be two separate transactions and she snapped “do you just want to pick which things you want off” so I took off two items that came to five pounds. So by now being extremely uncomfortable and feeling like we’d done something wrong we paid and left, and then on inspection of the receipt outside we realised she’d charged twice for one item. So excruciatingly we had to return inside which she was visibly annoyed at and then blamed her mistake on us because of the whole discussion of said loyalty card- “I’ll just have to give it you in cash” she snapped. As I said, we visited the York store many times and have spent a lot of money there, and have never had an issue with and have always been encouraged to use the cards. I am not sure why all items could not be added to the till and then five pounds taken off at the end.The woman said that in a coffee shop you can’t use cards like that, so it’s the same there. As a person who visits coffee shops regularly and has been a barista for four years I know from experience that this is not true. If you have a loyalty card with one stamp left and you buy two coffees you only pay for one because you get a stamp for the first coffee that you pay for, then you can pay for the other coffee with the card, what a treat! The experience soured the Liverpool visit, maybe the staff are unhappy or were having a particularly bad day, but we did not do anything to warrant being spoken to so unpleasantly. The other shops on Bold Street were rammed but this store was empty, so I think that in itself speaks volumes. We won’t visit again which saddened us. Better off going to ‘The Hippy Hole’ next time I guess.
Jeff Cassapi: Always great for unusual gifts
Traverse Spencer: Great staff
Thomas Smith: My wife and I are always drawn to this shop when we wander down Bold St, such a great store. We pick up a few unusual items or non-standard trinkets from this place and love visiting each time.
piers belsom: Fantastic shop with some wonderful gifts....My wife loves her dream catcher Xmas present....
Alan Baxter: I always come here for birthday and Christmas cards - the selection is fantastic. Also, the shop is full of beautiful artifacts from all over the world and the smell of incense is magical. Every visit to this shop is a wonderful experience.... pop in when you can 😊
Katie Egerton: Thankyou Thankyou Thankyou !!! Fabulous customer service , was panicking about my order , phoned the shop , girls that I spoke too were great , couldn't do enough to help and i have received parcel today and the gifts are amazing ! Can't give ten stars but I would if i could ! Merry Christmas to you all , all the best and Thanks again ☺ ☺ ☺
Rafał Kruszyński: Rather average...Like a magic shop...But even runes can't be bought...Incense sticks are also a rather limited assortment
Andrea Simmons: Fabulous place very relaxing to walk round . But they can shove the mask policy up their Crystal healing arses.
Carol Laffey: Really lovely shop.Went to buy a Salt Lamp.Jay served me he was very helpful.Staff are so nice. And the shop is Beautiful.
DJMcG: Great place for everything from incense to Tibetan singing bowls.
Matt B: Negative energy within store. There is a few amazing products here but no genuine authenticity. Visited when younger and didn’t have a problem but I’ve visited twice recently and felt uncomfortable. Money better spent in a small business…
Hayley: Never got past the door without being ordered to put a mask on
Andy Hudson: Staff here are friendly and helpful and this shop is just great
Heather vasey: Beautiful shop filled with beautiful things
Chris Theo: MY niece took me first to this beautiful little shop, very much up her street, this is her to a tea... I find these little shop's are popping up all over Liverpool in recent months, I love their individuality, quite unique, I can easily spend hours nosing around. Can't beat a refreshing change from the repetitiveness of a lot of shop's today, & always preferred in-store to online shopping. First chance I got I brought my daughter & other niece here. Smells amazing, & a huge lover of dream catchers, I could stay here all day.
elizabeth clark: Love this shop. Different things to buy and smells divine
Catherine Matson: I love walking around this shop
