They downloaded the apps I needed and helped me to navigate the tablet. They also helped me connect the Airpods to my phone. Great service. LynchMob TV: The best phone shop I've ever been to.The young lady Ash helped me out from start to finish.She tried to repair my phone an tried a new screen, battery and charging port but it was totally battered.I ended up purchasing a new upgraded version of the Samsung phone for the same cost as the repair would have been.Known the owner Yas since he started in St. JOHNS Market 20 years ago.Always my go to phone shop

Alex Lee: Horrible experience... I was initially having my physical buttons stuck and asked if the guy could help me to fix it. I was quoted for somewhat 60-80 pounds, left my phone with the guy for 3 hours. Came back and was told that he needs more time to get it sorted, same thing happened for 4 times. Then the phone is returned me in the worst condition, I was told that I can take it back for free, because he knew he whacked my phone and the condition has gone worse!Now, not only my side buttons are broken, my finger print sensors are also malfunctioning. I have to pay 250 quid extra to get it fixed elsewhere because the screen is connected to the flex bits that he whacked, he also used some random glue to stick it back rather than the proper 'stickers'. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated after the experience.I wouldn't recommend any non-iphone users to use their service at all. I have seen quite a lot of ladies came and dropped their iphones for screen fixes during that one visit, they look fine from far away. Perhaps he is just not capable for android phone repairs.

Danny F: Needed a phone asap as my samsung died. I went to a few places but i can honestly say the phone lab was by far the better shop, I found the phone I wanted and at at decent price. I bought a cover too and was given a screen protector for free. The lady in the shop fitted my sim and memory card, put my cover on and my screen protector. Both members of staff were great and helpful. I would definitely recommend.

Joey Bridgens: Went to them to fix an iPad screen (screen all black) and now my iPad is unusable. It's as though something is constantly pressing buttons on the screen so it is constantly pausing, rewinding or fast forwarding videos, exiting apps and cannot be used for anything. Took it back and they had the cheek to tell me it was the charger I was using that was causing problems which is hilarious because I use a charger from apple and never had any of these problems before I took my iPad to these jokers. Don't waste your money they don't know what they're doing.

Andrew Lunn: They were perfectly pleasant and replaced the carging port on my phone, i imagine 9 times out of 10 they do the job fine. However they didn't line up the new part properly so the antenna wasn't connected, resulting in no network or internet. I ended up opening the phone up again myself and re-fitting the part. The re-gluing of the phone back was fairly poor as well, with some overspill glue and bumps

Art Terry: They sold me a nice lap top on ebay in April during the covid pandemic so the communication was bad. The problem was the battery never worked. I am just going to buy another battery myself now. I think it was still a good deal.

Steven Pell: So I went in to store earlier, I was looking for a console for my son I asked if they could suggest anything, first person said that he would get his manager to ask, as a colleague they should have understanding and knowledge of products which are on display, so I was like ok no problem, the guy asks for a Stuart so I go over and first thing he says as I have approached him, not a how can I help or my colleague has informed me your looking to purchase a console, I am little bit busy at the moment be with you in a minute, I waited over 5 minutes while he fiddle with about with stock and I gave up in the end went to CEX who literally took them 5 minutes to ask what type of Xbox how much memory looking for all the right question I was looking for purchased one right there and then shame this cash converters missed out on a sale, think higher up needs to have a meeting or a talking too fro that store manager.

When we asked for assistance she looked like she couldn't be bothered and her attitude was awful. The other staff are always fine it's just her she needs to learn how to treat people. It's put me of shopping there.

Had to travel to Manchester Trafford to buy the perfume.

After trying a few shops including John Lewis and receiving rude customer service and getting the feeling like noone wanted to help us we had almost given up but as a last try we decided to go in this shop and I'm glad we did. Nicky was lovely and friendly and seemed so knowledgeable on make up that me and my Mum felt really confident with her judgement and choices of products she found for us and our different skin types. She really took time out to help us and I find that really rare to come by nowadays so I wanted to leave this review. Thank you Nicky for all your help today.

Unfortunately, I left with ashy/black hair and a few highlights upfront. Not what I asked for at all 😕. Horrible second hairdresser visit within 2 months. I left speechless. I hoped HN employs the best. So wrong 😑. Never asked for a full Color of hair. only good recommendation was a hair mask.

Chris Rudyard: Failed delivery 5 times. Some staff in store are rude, and some helpful. Things missing from original order. Poor quality goods arrived plus the wrong colour. Failed collection after having to wait a week, which meant waiting longer for a refund. Google 'Top Secret Furniture' , they were excellent and got us the correct John Lewis sofa and on time as promised. Plus we saved about £300!
Jonathan Manning: Went for breakfast and shopping. The breakfast was awful. Very expensive £8.95 for a standard breakfast, it's half term at the moment and we've had 3 breakfasts, one at Morrison's which was £5 each & that was amazing, hot & plentiful the other in Asda which was great & for children was £1. Sorry John Lewis your breakfast is awful, soaked in oil, cold and the bacon is basically a little meat attached to a ton of fat, plus the teapot size is tiny and lukewarm.
Paul Pemberton: Was shocked to visit the Liverpool store and see the amount of people walking around the store with dogs, I counted at least 7 in around 10 minutes. As a severe dog allergy sufferer, my anxiety around dogs went through the roof and could not wait to leave. Especially when the dogs were not on a tight lead close to their owners. I used to love having a look around, I have bought many things from there over the years. I don't think I will be returning and will have to buy online in the future.
Ken Barker: Unfortunately my experience on Thursday 30th March was not as expected. In June 2022 I purchased an Audio Speaker which worked perfectly well until recently the remote stopped working. I was directed to the "Tech Office" which initially was empty. I requested from another staff member where the individual was, and he went to find someone.When he arrived, he seemed annoyed that he had been called to see to us and asked what the problem was. After he checked my paperwork he arranged for a new remote to be delivered to my home.His manner left a lot to be desired and I would suggest that he attend a "CUSTOMER CARE" course as he seemed untrained and unable to deal with customers in a normal manner as expected from John Lewis's staff.I would state that this is the first time that I have received this kind of attitude because staff have always been very helpful.Usually I would give a 5 star ratinKen Barker.

I then went in myself a few days later for her to do my makeup, she was the utmost professional, knew all the details about the products used and was so friendly. Could not say enough good things about her, she is a credit to John Lewis and to Tom Ford. (Dianne, I’m sorry it’s taken a few weeks to do this!)
