Sainsbury's: what do users think?
Deano B: Good stote got an argos inside got everything we wanted
Libu: Good shop
A. Eastwood: Clean store. Good choice of foods, home, clothes etc.Just a bit soulless. Staff looked miserable.I've noticed a change in atmosphere over the past 18months.
Andy Robinson: Very relaxing day after a long country walk. Great view looking back to Beeston
Richie Goffey: Plenty of variety here, you can literally buy anything in here because of the Argos store inside, nice big shop, clean with friendly helpful staff. Would like to see more staff on the tills though, you don't get the personal touch with self checkouts.
Kelly Chidlow: Brilliant 👏 I could walk around shopping and looking for quite a while!! ☺️
Linda Callaway: Staff are always helpful. A good range of products.
Maz Valkass: Great shop, plenty of food options too...

Andy martin: Great easy shop
stuart davies: Always worth popping in for a quick shop. Great parking outside with a petrol station opposite.
Paul Scott: It's a supermarket fit for a purpose inflated food prices like all.
David Hughes: A bit pricey on most items, but a few bargains from time to time, depending what you are looking for.

Tesco Superstore: what do users think?
Emily Kapllani: I very rarely see the need to review supermarkets as they’re all the same, and there’s not much to say about them.HOWEVER - this particular Tesco has got to have one of the most annoyingly inconvenient layouts I’ve ever seen. The shop is split into ‘chilled’ and ‘non-chilled’, with the refrigerated section being downstairs and everything else upstairs. Why you would organise it like this I do not know. In addition to this, despite it being a ‘superstore’, it became quickly apparent they actually don’t sell a lot of the standard items that a Tesco Extra would sell, which was highly irritating. To top it all off, they are stated as having a customer car park on the Tesco website, yet after driving all the way there, we found that this is actually a Q-Park multi-story, whereby you have to pay £2.90 for one hour!Absolutely will not be coming back here, I’d rather drive 20 minutes extra out of my way and go to a proper Tesco or alternative supermarket in future.
henry midtsaeter: Staff for the most part are helpful although one or two including front of store security can be a little intimidating and perhaps almost confrontational which can make the experience not as good as it could've been. Perhaps more training with customer interaction would benefit..?
Sharon: Great customer service from Rob! I went into Tesco this evening for some shopping and couldn't find any soy yoghurt. I asked a member of staff where they were and he was very helpful. Took me to the section, apologised for there being no yoghurt and offered to check the back. He promptly returned with some yoghurt! Thank you
Ramiz Raja: Perfect store for everything
MR MARC KARL CARON: Great
Juan Felipe Molina: I like because has many products
Jim Pearson: Thank you to the amazing staff who helped me rescue my bike from a careless baffoon who accidentally locked her bike to mine outside the shop.
Neil Corey: Always buy my rice here that hasn't gone up by much..
sergio barranco: Just bought a big pack of ribeye but when I paid for it, it was dripping some blood. I asked for something to wrap it up and was given some tower paper or rag to clean it. Not very hygienic and awful customer service.
Andy Ramsay: Big store in the middle of town
Michael Harris: Great produce and a wide range of stuff you'd expect from tesco
Vincent Cassidy: my latest photos are from a elaborate scam from within the ORG tesco scammers mobile 📱 and 02 simply because they took my money and obviously happy dealing with them but guess what ?..it's all my fault don't let your amazing family be upset Christmas 🤶 morning dealing with the same iffy accent when you call unquestionably they took the money 💷 then supprise ⁉️couldn't find it taking my money 💷 when I've got FA and plenty of it and still got it all my fault even though I documented all steps ov the process and tweetys the lot because ain't no secret my life is a open book love every single one of you amazing people xx 🙈😲🤺⚘️give them 5 stars ✨ by mistake reality is minus ➖ 5 💩💩⛔️🤚
Susanne: Good
Neha Sayana: Nice small outlet, limited options. Just there are times they are out of stock for some stuffs. Mixed feeling. As there are time they have the things required.
Louise “LouLou” Whalley: Really helpful staff. Busy place and they're always ready to help.
Paul: No faults just another tesco
Mel Dormer: Got most things i needed today
Khaledmnso82: رائع ويستحق الزيارة
Mike D'Ambrogio: More essentials
Emma Wilson: Handy as it is beside the premier inn and u can get all u need in it
Steven Rigby: The worst tesco I have ever been to in my life. A supposed superstore and at 6pm on a Tuesday they have basically run out of food and what is left is short dated. Either they have nothing in to restock the shelves or they are deliberately leaving them empty in order to shift short dated products. Whichever it is, it’s pathetic

Sainsbury's: what do users think?
Kiron Reid: A good Sainsbury's superstore with nearly everything that you would want. Just some of the price labelling and stock organisation is a little haphazard. That is to be expected with such a wide range of stock. The quality of produce is good. Some of the prices are high, some of the premium products very high, but that are also good offers including on own brand products, and especially if you have the Nectar card to get Nectar points and offers. There are also good value quality household, electrical and homewares sections.
Mark Mitchell: Great Supermarket and friendly staff.
Angela Bagan: Nice shop good it has an argos if u need something. Fast
Lee Ayliffe: Great supermarket but a little less stocked than most other sainsburys
lorraine stoba: Friendly staff got my diesel I'm happy
Libu: Friendly staff
Sipa Sipa: Has everything you need including an instore argos the cafe has closed but there is a Costa facing & a Tim hortons due to open soon
M57: Good quality, friendly service
Maria Neilson: Good shopping experience lovely an cool well connected to other shops an not as expensive as I thought. Staff friendly an helpful.
Adrienne Haynes: Easy to shop and the store is stocked.
Mandy Ostermann: I love this place coz they do stock my all my shopping list throughouti
A A: Summary: This is my go to Sainsbury's given its location, facilities and the surroundings.Location: It is situated not too far from the city centre, in a retail park surrounded by various other useful shops and food outlets. It is also close to large outlets of Home Bargains, The Gym Group and B&M across the road.Ambience: The store is always buzzing, but well laid-out Argos, Tu clothing and Sainsbury's groceries sections make it easy to navigate and efficient to shop.Facilities: Store has accessibility. There are toilets, fuel station, key cutting services etc alongside regular Sainsbury-Argos package offerings.Service: The staff and service are often very good. The only downside I face very regularly is the lack of staff at 'click and collect' points.Practicality: The store is easy to get to, ample of parking outside and has multiple entry/exit points making the traffic flow easy. The fuel station has its own entry and exit points.Value for money: Often Nectar card prices and offers make it good value for money. However, I also use their fuel as it has been cheaper in comparison to their own Rice Lane store and always a few pennies cheaper compared to the likes of ASDA, Morrissons and Shell nearby.Pros: Location. Size and facilities. Range of items stocked and sold.Cons: Click and collect is always a long wait after arrival. Often requires entering store and asking for some help.Argos staff are extremely rude including the manager but that's limited to Argos and Tu desks - Sainsbury's staff are helpful and kind.
Adam Carter: Big store. Easy to find most items
Peter Neal: Good food shopping great for meal deal snacks
Jacqui Rice: I received an email stating I need to contact Customer Service when I arrived. Only to be told there was no order under my name. Then the lady informed me I need to go to the pizza and hot food counter. Here the 'gentleman' said he can't help me just yet. When he finishe prepping his hot food, he told me 'normally we don't assist collection's till after 11am'. I reminded him my email stated anytime from 10am at this point it was 10:30am. Just very poor customer service.
Tonichka Ivanova: Обичам да пазарувам тук! Вчера открих много вкусна пита с ръж на Test the difference walnut cob
Majken Hansen-Baun: Nice shop with good service
Gary Jones: The staff were very helpful and they have plenty of variety of products and they have an argos store inside as well.
Debbie Hayes: Lovely store, usually quiet and good range
Joseph burke: Boss value for money great breakfast friendly staff
Elita Zizlane: Love Sainsbury's 💚

Tesco Superstore: what do users think?
Patricia Moffitt: Club card bargains shelves well-stocked
Judith Hughes: First time been to this store, it was clean, well kept and staff were friendly
Tim Reddy: 👍
Ramindu Thivanka Jayasuriya: It's a great store with great options. Easy to shop, vast range of food items for very reasonable price.Spacious car park, and multiple ways to pay and check out to save your time
Pamela Hickson: Went to tesco today to get a cooked chicken for later to be told they have stopped doing them but could not tell me why I always thought they were very popular.
Pina Giovanni: Parking on site is available, kitchen appliances, men/women/kids clothes also available in here- overall you can find everything in one place- but little pricey -
carol wilson: There products are good and cheaper than others and there is more variety.
Gregor: Headless chickens . I have gone to that Tesco on two occasions this year only because the supermarket 'A' from across the junction don't sell whisky in small bottles. Both times the staff at the self service tried to make me feel guilty because the receipt hadn't been printed, I explained that nothing had come out, they were still suspicious.... so was made to wait awkwardly for them to figure out that the paper had jammed hence nothing had been produced. The most obvious thing and caused so much brainwork :D So much hassle at tesco to buy % only because the staff aren't trained.... Very strange experience.
Stephen McShane: A big thank you to Diane on the check out very helpful friendly and patient with me today 5 stars from me a asset to Tesco keep it up.
El maho Patrizo: On January 31, me and my girlfriend did a little shopping at a tesco branch. We were exposed to the racist attitudes of the woman working at the cash register. When it was my turn, even though I said hello, I didn't get any answer. It really bothered me that she looked at me like an enemy. When I handed the amount for my shopping to the woman in charge, she said in a rude way that you cannot pay me like this. When I asked her why, she told me that I had to collect the coins one by one. Then I refused to accept it and paid by card. Is the coin payment method invalid when I shop at Tesco? Now I am asking you, when I make a purchase at any tesco branch, when I extend the money for payment, do I have to separate all the money and give them one by one or do I have to hand the money to the person in charge. If so, what is the job of the cashier? helping the customer, answering questions about shopping and helping? Who should do these? If she is not satisfied with this job, she can find another job. I am sharing the receipt of my purchase with you in the attachment. I wanted to complain to you about this bad experience I had. because when I shop at tesco, I pay my money and get a service. not to be exposed to the ridiculous racist behavior of employees!!!
paul sebastiyampillai: Good to vist tesco .
Alan Leyland: Always have what I need it was very busy though.
Sommer Kayne: I went to tesco today and got some green seedless grapes. I came home opened the grapes and there was seeds in them. This doesn't normally happen as I was very shocked when I discovered they had seeds in
Kerry Pritchard: Visit here regularly as it’s my local store. Shop is always clean and tidy, staff always friendly and there to help when needed despite it being busy. Can always find what I’m looking for as there is a good range of stock. The ladies who work in the cafe are really lovely too. 😊Update: 23/12/22Click and collect need more bays Available especially Christmas time was driving around in circles until someone left bit of a shambles when the car park is already rammed.
ralph christopher: Grate it always is
Alan “Embo” emberton: I don't use tesco very often' out of all the big supermarkets tesco proffess to be cheap and helpful but there prices are extortionate and the highest' I can live without tesco comfortably thank you.
Sarah Tyrer: What has happened to the pharmacy. I have my script sent over from my surgery. Order on the Friday usually there by Monday but always pick up Tuesday/Wednesday to allow for any holdups. Whatever day I go in, it’s usually ‘ready in 15 mins’. Not a problem as I can do my shopping first. Lately, it’s still not ready after 15mins. Last Wednesday was told the usual 15mins. Was in a bit of a rush and walked out without it. Went back in Friday and was told it would be an hour… explained, politely, that I was told Wednesday it would be 15mins. Girl just shrugged her shoulders and said I could go somewhere else. Every time I see people go in to collect a script, I hear 15mins, 20mins, now it’s an hour. What has happened. There are still the same amount of staff there and it’s not as if it’s like years ago when the chemist used to make the medicines and tablets and then physically count them into the bottles. Everything is pre packed. What is happening.
Vivianne Carvalho: Large as a superstore should be with lots of variety. The carpark is a bit tight, but lots of spaces.
Rachel Foreman: Jenny in the clothes department was a massive help to me this week! Needed a dress in a different size and she went to check for me. I was stressed and service with a smile always helps massively! Tesco, you have a great member of staff!
chris J: Large store nice wide aisles
MrMichaeldunne: Found everything under one roof and then was able to get a taxi straight away on leaving the store.

Sainsbury's: what do users think?
Marie Maher: Need more staff on the lottery till. Bloody ridiculous delay with customer returns, cigs, newspaper, lottery and food shopping and one young lad clearly not coping ......pathetic lack of staff grrrrrr
Ray Lally: Not many shopping
David Embleton: Best for fruit and veg but more expensive. Wish they'd cut down the bush next to the crossing on the way out of the car park..... doesn't matter how slow you approach, some pedestrians just step out before looking. So drivers , be aware !
Leon Doherty: Better value then first thought
Linda riley: Great range of produce. Bit on the expensive side
Jean Hall: Only one till on lots of self-service tills but old and young didn't want to use them probably got rid of most of the staff won't be shopping there again disgraceful
Belinda Williams: Gone a bit pricey but staff friendly
Red Zed: Those In the club vs the mugs out of the clubHow can you justify the variation between what the mugs pay and what you charge for Nectar.e.g. Cathedral City lighter cheese.Mugs £4.75 for 353gmNectar card holders £2.75.The mugs are obviously subsidising the Nectar card club members, or is your markup so outrageous so as to be able to support this insulting differential.
Shaun Marsh: Nice staff
Jo H: Sadly the self serve tills have increased. I don't go to supermarkets to serve myself
Billy Flanagan: Good clean store. I don't like some of the price's they charge. Cheese & Onion sandwich £2.50p. In Tesco they are £1.50. Say no more.
Terry: Found what I wanted in store, purchased and left.
Larry: Sorry to hear that the young homeless lad that sits outside by Timpsons has been moved on by Sainsburys security following abuse from one of the taxi drivers that ply their trade there. Such an ignorant attitude. This lad is so polite and respectful. It is a cruel shame that he is in the situation he finds himself to be in. It could so easily happen to anyone. We all need to bear that in mind before passing judgement. Some people have nothing. Shame on Sainsburys.
Andrew Cousins: It's a supermarket that sells food. What's to rate in this situation. They do have pardon peppers which is nice.
Marion Walker: Good value home and fashion choices
Elaine summerfield-gee: Nice staff and clean store.
GENESIS EVENTS SERVICES: A friendly place to be
Paul Brian Sheridan: Most expensive
Paul Nation: This is a great shop to shop and the staff are very helpful and friendly same as the petrol station aswell good all round
Tony Sebo: I am not a regular shopper at the East Prescot Rd branch, so was a little confused and was having difficulty finding some of the things that I needed. To the rescue came Joyce and Cathy. They went well beyond what one could expect from staff, one of them even going to the deli section to find a product for me, which I could not find but she knew was in stock.A big thank you to both Joyce and Cathy!
Linda Campbell: Too expensive

Sainsbury's: what do users think?
Karen Lloyd White: Never has much stock in so little choice
Andrew grays rail vids: Was a decent one with good selection of goods
Ramindu Thivanka Jayasuriya: All you need to shop is. The price is a bit on a higher side compared to Tesco. They don't have tools, but the food section is enormous
dave bedwin: Bit more expensive than asda and a lot smaller shop with not the same range of goods. They have moved things round and now the place is a maze trying to find things is a night mare, no rime or reason to how things are set out unless it's to get you to wander round and pickup extra things
Wendy Clayton: Not enough staff
Jan O'Hanlon: Convenient. Good car park. Great staff
Simon Evans: Good Sainsburys with very pleasant staff
Tom Bush: too costly
Eliza Malliaraki: A store with great facilities. Nice variety of food, that I haven't found in other big Sainsbury's,with Jonson's dry cleaners on site. The staff is always kind and helpful. There used to be a Lloyds pharmacy there as well, which unfortunately has recently closed.
王文華: Very nice!😍😍
Lesley “Dr Doolittle” Croft: Shopping here is good especially there carpark the spaces are much larger than most supermarkets there's in-store dry cleaners, Timpsons key cutting and shoe repairs and Argos
Keith Robinson: Luckily store is close to my house. I joined their Nectar scheme and saved £6-50 on a bottle of Tanqueray Gin. Cheapest around. Quite often they have good bargains . So thank you Sainsbury's. Pleasant store and easy parking
Marie Jones: Wish they had a better selection of TU clothes.
Nothing But Elliot: Always good in there
The Park: Great choices
lynn curwen: Not a lot of choice as it's not very big
Starlight Gacha: Small store but stocks majority of food items.and small amount of clothes and housing items. Good vegan chocolate selection!
Ian Haycock: Shopped here today very tatty shelves and half full , the biggest complaint however is the staff talking in the aisles for the whole of my 30 min visit ! Clearly no managers in store
Matt Dowling: Rundown, slow service, very little in stock.
Ian Masterton: Nearly everything is at least slightly better quality than similarly priced competitors. Tesco arent what they were. So here I am.
Chris Quarless: Great variety of produce and an invaluable reduced section
