Titanic Hotel Liverpool: what do users think?
gareth murphy: Was very happy with my stay at this hotel my room was very nice very spacious immaculate and decorated to a high standard and the Titanic theme was carried throughout the whole hotel i really liked alot of the pictures on display and it was full of facts about the shipwreck and i learnt alot of new things aswel .The breakfast wasnt the best but i made the most of it but i wont be eating it again and the spa was fully booked so i couldnt experience it but in all i was very happy with my stay and i can see myself coming back in the future.
Carlos Webber: Remember to use HoteITully.ᴄᴏm when booking a hotel. This web site will compare hundreds of booking web sites and normally will have prices a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This resort is one of the best in the area. I've been staying here for years. If you choose this place you won't be let down.Fantastic hotel... room was amazing, furnished beautifully throughout. Really enjoyed breakfast. Parking onsite for £8 a day, a 20 minute walk away from Albert Dock. Really enjoyed our stay, highly recommended.

Ian A: TITANIC - What a quality hotel, lovley place rooms are top draw. Its just as if you was on the original Titanic as the corridors are dark and moodie and huge.. rooms are huge also in the style of the magnificent ship can be pricy but quality isn't cheap..As for service they can't do enough for you, well worth a stay over .. restaurant food is to die for quality service but not paying the earth. The service from Bethany..was excellent very helpful going over and above for us we are very much looking forward to our next stay in June 👍
Phil Marsden: A decent hotel in an amazing part of Liverpool. Rooms are well laid out, but in need of freshen up . Minor cleanliness issues on bathrooms, and considering the prices, I would have expected better housekeeping regimes.Breakfast was ok. Nothing special, but did the job.Generally staff were pleasant as helpful. Not sure if the second floor is meant to be that dark, but it needs better lighting. Reminded me of The Shining. I guess they are going for an experience, but it makes it hard to see door and lift switches. Very strange choice.Overall, okay.

Janet Cowie: Rooms: I booked a large room that had a view. Plenty of seating. A table and chairs. A settee this was comfortable having plenty of space if needed.Walkability: I would say to a good walking pace you could be in the city centre within 30 mins.Noteworthy details: The Ferry Terminal could be reached within the same distance..Car parking is limited at the Hotel its on a first come basis. although there's are places available nearby at the next street car park this has a machine for payment.I booked a room (218) this was very large with an ensuite could be used for wheelchair access. ♿️

Luke Hart: The service and room at Titantic was incredible. I’ve never stayed in a hotel like it. My wife and I got married the day before and it was the perfect pre-honeymoon treat for us. The breakfast the next morning was really good, the room was exceptionally large with lots of space and the bar area was really nice as well. Would have liked a little something for our booking as it was part of our wedding, but that’s just being cheeky I guess! Awesome stuff.Rooms: The rooms were huge and aesthetically amazing. A really awesome repurpose of this historic warehouse.Food & drinks: The cocktails and food were really lovely. Drinks were on the pricier side but I think Titanic is a premium hotel.

Carlos Webber: Remember to use HoteITully.ᴄᴏm when booking any room. This site will compare hundreds of booking web sites and typically will have rooms a lot cheaper than others! You're welcome :)! This hotel is one of the most well known in this area. I've been staying here for a long time. If you stay for a few days you won't be disappointed. The hotel is in a great location next to the Albert Dock area and just a short walk from the city centre. Staff here are wonderful, particularly Daniela. My wife left her bag behind and the staff kept it safe for us until we picked it up a few days later.

jakesotherthings: A great location situated on the docks in Liverpool and very close to city centre. Based on hotel I have to give it a poor 2 star rating, Staff were friendly and nice, breakfast was fine. However general organisation is very poor upon checking in I was given a room which wasn't ready not even the bed was made. I eventually checked into a new room which was fine, clean enough however stains on carpets and bathrooms need updating. What gives this hotel its 2 star rating the most is the fact there is no air conditioning, well there is but you don't get to work it yourself its all controlled via reception which is not practical I had to go down to reception a number of times to ask for it to be switched on half the time it would go on for 20 minutes for it to then go off. My room was boiling hot due to the fact it was facing the sun. This hotel will be incredibly uncomfortable in the summer months due to this. This hotel claims to be a 4* but doesn't allow guests to have basic facilities like air conditioning which they can control themselves how is that a 4 star hotel? instead you're left uncomfortable in a boiling hot hotel room.
Razvan Tudor: Ok.
jeanette roberts: It was difficult to circumvent the air conditioning no instructions led to an uncomfortably warm room so sleep was reducedNearby activities: Went to the MS arena to see pet shop boys23rd JuneWalkable and nice locationMy particular drink limited strawberry and lime Kopperberg

Laura Winsper: The rooms were large and mostly clean. We had one coffee cup that had coffee around the rim and the milk hadn't been replaced. The shower pressure was terrible! It was like a watering can. The air-conditioning worked well but must have been on a timer because it turned off every hour or so. The beds were comfortable.Nice bar downstairs and great location to lots of food places on the docks.

Knowledge Chis: I have never seen this before in any hotel that I've been or travelled to so far. We had to constantly call them to put the AC as it was so hot on level 5. The AC would turn off by itself after 15 minutes - apparently it dtays on for 1-2 hours but more than sure they turned it off as 15 mins was max unless you told them you want it for longer. It was hard enough calling them as half of the time, they wouldn't even pick up and when you finally got through to a receptionist, they said they're busy and they'll do it when they have time. I understand the price for electricity went high, but this is ridiculous. Nobody wants to call a busy reception to ask for AC! Management should definitely do something about that. Definitely not 4* hotel in my eyes.
Yannick Fotsing: Lovely clean room , comfy bed but no parking space. You have to park in a paid car park 5 minutes walk away. But I saw people parked behind the hotel at their own risks I supposed( see pictures)Rooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5 …More

Hotel Indigo Liverpool, an IHG Hotel: what do users think?
andybhx: Perfect location for our 2 night stay, very close to the docks (towards the Liver Building). Some good places to eat and drink just a few minutes walk.Got the impression that the hotel staff genuinely enjoyed working there as they were all helpful, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Room was modern, clean and had a really good shower. Basic complementary drinks and snacks in the room was a nice touch and they were refilled each day.Breakfast was included in our package, waiter service for the hot food, we went full English which was good quality food and very nicely cooked. I could have handled a slightly more generous portion but it was enough for my wife.We felt like we had great value for money @ £207 for 2 nights inc. breakfast in a good location. Would recommend, will use this hotel again.

Andy martin: The room was very warm and the air-conditioning was not up to much. No problem. a guy called Colin off the reception found us a big floor fan and gave us to bottles of cold Budwisier on the house. Great service in there too.Rooms: OK good standard of room comfy bed and great choice of TV channels as we watched a title fight from America on our return from a night out.
Jacqui Trollone: Had afternoon tea in the marco pierre white restaurant, delicious, staff lovely
Bososo Bososo: Staff was very bad and rude and the view was ugly
Helen Riordan: Lovely hotel. Impressed with the room. Very spacious, clean with comfy beds. Well stocked with refreshments.. Only let down was the so called 'discounted' parking at the NCP carpark. We were charged £18 for parking one hour over the 24 hours. Surely should have been £8 plus £3.95 for the extra hour. Rang hotel who said the discount had been applied, so why were we charged £18?? We were told to contact someone at NCP to raise the issue. No-one in the carpark office or answering phone.. Disappointing. Put off staying again because of this.Beware of so called discounted car park charge!!Rooms: Spacious, quiet and comfortable

The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable with all necessary tools including iron table, big screen TV, etc. Everything was designed very smartly. The breakfast was so good and I enjoyed the vegetarian option 😊 I highly recommend to stay here.

Malmaison Liverpool: what do users think?
Richard: Hotel is in a terrific location near the Albert docks and Liver building. The staff are great. We had stayed and were given a small room instead of the suite we paid for; they fixed that later and gave us a free night. Also the restaurant has been refurbished and is really excellent. In addition, during our most recent stay there was a wedding right below our room but they moved us no problem to a higher floor.
Rimsha Khan: Drinks are lovely but be aware you have to pay beforehand. We didn’t mind but then we found out for food we also have to pay beforehand which we’ve never had to do before. We didn’t like this and left it. Our waitress asked us 3 times if we had any allergies - she kept forgetting. I also had to ask for a straw 3 times, no big deal just not the best service. They also asked us to pay for drinks again, after we’d had already paid. Noticed they didn’t even serve the table that was behind us. They kept trying to get her attention and at some point she did say she’d come back but she never did. So they left. Wouldn’t come here again and doubt they would ever come back too.
Nathan Kerr: Not a great location, essentially on an industrial estate. Room was mediocre with a shower that would not drain correctly and threatened to flood the entire place. Breakfast was a long wait both to be seated (not helped my 2 people being sat before me for no apparent reason) and to order which resulted in me having to leave without eating. Would not recommend and will not return.
Moira Fitzsimons: I recently visited Mal to host a meeting for my customers and colleagues and can highly recommend Amy, Rebecca and Edel in the events team. The standard of service is second to none and nothing was too much trouble. The meeting rooms are beautiful and well equipped with the latest technology. The buffet was outstanding and great value for money. Highly recommended
David Fyfe: My toilet flush did not work - even after supposedly being fixed - big downer. Breakfast and service is great. Nearest ATMs are good walk and charge a huge fee (10%) on non-UK credit cards. Car park next door seems to have plenty space but is pricey (20 pounds overnight)Rooms: 2/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 3/5 …More

Gill Markey: I booked this stay for my husbands birthday 🎂The staff were very friendly and polite. The room was nice, with a graffiti style feature wall.Lovely big bath too as well as a shower with decent toiletries.I'd asked beforehand when booking if we could have a quiet room as I struggle sleeping.Although our room was on the sixth floor you could still hear the rumble of traffic and glass bottles being emptied early in the morning. Also our view was onto the very busy road and the side of another hotel.
Toasty Diver: Fantastic location by Riverside. Room great however like most boutique hotels, lighting very poor in room despite all lights on. Noise insulation between rooms better than most. Complimentary coffees and teas of superrior quality. Staff courteous and attentive. Great value for money. Will probably make an effort to stay here again when next in area. Only minor downside is the car parking which is a multi storey next door which, although clean and secure, adds £20 odd to the visit.

Sarah Petty: We stayed here yesterday for one evening as part of an event we were invited to.The hotel is beautiful with a traditional yet modern appeal. The staff were amazing and very courteous and helpful. We stayed in room on the first floor overlooking Hope Street and it was exceptionally clean and tidy with a very refreshing scent throughout the room. The room was equipped with fresh water, tea and biscuits and a Nespresso machine. The bed was a very large comfortable bed with very plump pillows. The breakfast in the morning was buffet style but had a chef serve whatever you wanted. There was a wide selection of hot breakfast items and continental items too.We also used the spa which was amazing. The pools were excellent and comfortable relaxation beds. We also had 2 treatments each which were immensely relaxing. The staff in the spa were great and very accommodating! Lunch was included in the spa offer and was served in the small spa cafe area. Lunch was delicious and even catered for a very picky eater. The hotel is situated in the centre and close by to the cathedral. Overnight Parking is close by to the hotel on the street opposite however it was full so we parked at the cathedral costing just £20 for 30hours which we thought was very good compared to other places we have been before.Highly recommend this hotel for all it has to offer, will definitely be returning in the future.

I complained at checkout, the reception staff didn't really care, they replied the housekeeper may have disturbed the cables when cleaning. Obviously they do not check the tv's in a £400.00 per night room!!!Rooms: 1/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 5/5 …More
The Gemini Kid: The hotel is beautifully decorated. The wooden decor provides a unique modernist experience, whilst from the outside remaining true to the original buildings heritage. The service of the hotel staff is something the owner should be proud of, especially the nightshift worker who always greeted us with a smile and was more than happy to get my partner ice cream and more coffee pods as she drinks it like it is going out of fashion! We stayed in a corner situated studio room for two nights. The room was a good size with three large windows which created such a bright and unique space; it was truly a pleasure to be in unlike some of the large chain hotels. The freestanding bath was a hit with my partner. All the amenities we needed were available within the room and anything extra we needed was easily acquired from reception. The thermal journey was really good, though we ended up only using the outdoor pool as this was warmer than the indoor one which was too cold, the waterfalls weren't working in the indoor one either. It's easy to access all areas once you are on there with your wrist band, which also controls the jets for the outdoor pool; that's is a nice touch. Still regardless these minor things the Spa is well worth a visit. We had both breakfast and lunch at 1941, the breakfast is enjoyable with a variety of options, the staff were very friendly. Lunch-wise, the food was exceptional! The wild boar red wine spaghetti bolognese is something that you have to try when visiting. The pizzas and flatbreads are all freshly made and very nice. My partner really enjoyed her salad and lasagne also. The only downside I can point out that I think needs resolving is the night menu for room service. In the room you will find an information sheet starting to access the menu, use your TV. Yet, the menu on the TV is not accurate, my partner wanted a chocolate orange brownie but we were informed this was not something they offered. We were instructed there was a selection of ice cream and fruit sorbet; but all that was available was chocolate and strawberry ice cream. As the menu available via the TV was inaccurate, this places night staff in a delicate position whereby they have to mildy disappoint the guest, which you can feel causes them anxiety and is not something they want to do. The guest is receptive to this an it creates a moment awkwardness that is uncomfortable for both the guest and the staff member. This wouldn't cause me to downrate the hotel as it's minor; but for the future, if staff and guest are on the same page about what is available it removes the aforementioned interactions inevitability.Walkability: It's a short walk from the city.

Carlos Webber: Remember to use HoteITully.ᴄᴏm when booking any place. They compare thousands of hotel sites and typically will have prices a lot cheaper than others! You're welcome :)! This resort is one of the most well known in this area. I have been staying here for a long time. If you stay for a few nights you definitely will love it I'm sure!Amazing design of this hotel resembling a cruise ship, the staff were very friendly and welcoming and very helpful. The food was amazing at the buffet we attended. Rooms were clean with drink facilities and also had a fridge which was very helpful whilst chilling the wine !
Andi Trickett: Stayed at the liner hotel with my wife a few times. On valentines day a few years ago & on new years eve on a number of occasions watching the ragdoll jersey boys who were absolutely amazing & we saw the new year in this year with the las vegas night with showgirls who were absolutely brilliant. We'd definitely highly recommend the liner hotel liverpool to anybody. The rooms are awesome & the food is delicious. Excellent choices for breakfast. We're staying again in August & this time in the penthouse suite.

Cyril Mcconnell: Great central location to liverpool lime street and city centre. Staff 100% helpful nothing at all was too much trouble. The restaurant dished out first class food in taste and presentation, way to go chef's. Breakfast was again well presented and 100%. All staff in restaurant and at breakfast were again well presented and very pleasant. My wife and I love this hotel and will be staying again in the not too distant future, as a matter of fact it will be the only hotel we be staying in in all our future visits to this wonderful city. Rooms very clean and comfortable, I have said rooms as we have stayed before in a deluxe double, and this time in the deluxe double suite, and the cleanest of both rooms was no different in the high standard setNoteworthy details: As we have stayed before, the hotel had in the deluxe double, an extra sliding window in front of the double glazed window, to help cut out the noise from lime street station, especially at night, which worked great, but we noticed that was not the case in the deluxe double suite, it was the only small fault I found with this room, as my wife is a light sleeper. May I suggest that the third window be installed to help with the noise of the station, and the seagulls through the night.

Aloft Liverpool: what do users think?
Carlos Webber: Don't forget to use HoteITully.ᴄᴏm when booking your room. This web site will compare countless hotel sites and normally will have prices much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This hotel is one of the highest rated in the area. I've been coming here for years. If you stay for a few days you for sure won't be let down.Nice hotel, good location for local amenities if needed. Stayed only for one night, but was given a lovely room, nice and clean. Bed was lovely and comfy and spacious enough.
Remiel Hu: Outdated, old, building. Floor makes noise when walking on it. Room has strange smell, like old factory. Any sound in the hallway can go through the door and wall easily. Wake up by people opening or closing their room doors early morning and late night. The elevator is small and slow.Rooms: Old, outdated, smell, small
Mark: Beautiful hotel in the heart of the Cavern district. If you want to be in great accomodations at the center of all activity in Liverpool this is your hotel!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Jason Sharples: Went for dinner, disorganized staff and food that was cold on the inside; a beautiful location let down by mediocre people.
Rosemary Stacey: Excellent hotel very good food and the rooms very goodRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great value …More

tina hh: Gorgeous building that has been modernised inside but without loosing all its charm. Staff lovely, even let us check in slightly earlier which was much appreciated. Room is a lot bigger than expecting, wifi worked well and there is a desk in the room that I was grateful for as working. TV has weird channels but that didn't bother me, aircon worked well. Breakfast was plentiful, I get up early so can't comment on whether its replenished. Location is a couple of mins walk from the Cavern, lots of good restaurants close by. Its a 10 min walk from the bus station, where the airport bus drops you. Would definitely stay here again and have recommended it to friends staying in August.

CjC Adventures: A decent hotel situated just a stone's throw from the town centre and the cavern the food was decent and tasty however the breakfast set up was a little confusing sometimes there were bowels for the ceril and sometimes there wasn't and you couldn't find any tea bags but the food was okay we were woken up at 2 o clock in the morning with a fire alarm which I know wasn't the hotels fault but I would stay here againRooms: Decent room with a comfortable bed and very clean and modernNearby activities: The Cavern Club is a must for everybody and so much to see in the great city of LiverpoolWalkability: Everything is nearby what you want to see👍
Jonathan H: Overall a good experience with good service. The room was nice as was the bathroom (lovely water pressure). The hotel is just far away from the bars/clubs which allows for the area to be less noisy at night. Additionally, it is only a 15-20 mins walk to many of the many attractions in Liverpool including the piers, museums, and thr L1.Update: my wife and I have stayed here again in 2023 to attend another LFC match. Excellent service again and the team provide a solid breakfast option, which we used prior to our train back to London
OG Teac: Great place. Parking is several blocks away. No accommodation for disabled patrons. The service was perfect.Rooms: 3/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 2/5Hotel highlights Great view, Quiet …More

Josh Demunnik: Rooms: Perfect room, pillows a bit too soft though.Nearby activities: Right in the heart of the city.Safety: Super safe.Walkability: Within walking distance of most places.
chen jun: Great experience! Room is clean and facilities are new and all in good condition. Lovely bar and nice staff. Better than expected!Highly recommend!
Christopher Warner: Bruh they have a room menu that says 24 hour pizza. I called at 1 am and the desk said they haven't done that for months and that menu should probably be removed because of that? Lol what? Also the bottom floor reeks of urine. Good rooms though
