Visited today on emergency visit as my old lady deteriorated through the night and it was sadly time to say goodbye. The staff were absolutely wonderful and respectful. They gave me and my son time to say goodbye to our beautiful Poppy and talked us through every step of the way. A difficult day made a little easier by these lovely people

This is a great veterinary practice that i have just changed to . The medivet in shepshed do not let yoi in the consulting room and if yoi ur pet is really sick you need to be . This is absolutely amazing to be in the same room as your pet now . My cat has and is having the best care here ,i have seen 3 different vets ,all understanding and very gentle and kind and respectful . My cat is very sick and is now under robs care . it is not as convenient as round the corner in shepshed but for this sort of care and service its worth it . The prectice even rang to answer a query and to ask and give extra care and advice and sort out treatment without me having to put miu through a journey down there as she can have some steroids i can fetch .I have two other cats i may move to this practice also .
