Shyamal Brahmbhatt: I have had 1 session with Shaun and I can say without doubt he is an excellent trainer! Very motivating, explains the reason behind everything he does, taylors it completely to your body and your range of movement. He was able to spot issues in my mobility straight away and make minor adjustments which instantly felt better. I am reasonably fit and attend a gym regulary, but I can see that working with Shaun will bring results very fast.I don't know if they even have any more space as he has a lot of clients but if you're tired of looking in the mirror and not being able to see the real you, I would highly recommend Shaun.

baz wheeler: I was recommended to Shaun by a personal friend. I had injured my back lifting a heavy box into my van. I was barely able to walk afterwards for several days. After seeing Shaun for a consultation he managed to get me back to full mobility in a couple of sessions and i was able to go snowboarding for a week over Christmas and then drive my car competitively last weekend without any issues at all. I can't thank him enough for enabling me to get back to my activities and have no reservations in recommending him as he is very knowledgeable and professional.

It was very painful with regular spasms which put me on my knees with pain.After a stay in hospital with this condition I decided the nhs couldn’t help as they only wanted to give me pain killers. So I contacted Shaun who I knew a little and after reading his reviews I rang for an appointment to see if his treatment would be good for me. joe w: Went to Shaun on the reccomendation of my brothers. A car accident left me with pain and poor flexibility in my shoulder (rotator cuff damage), arms and side. I attended sessions with an insurance reccomended physio that were not suited towards my needs and such did very little to rectify the issue. After the first sports massage session with Shaun I could physically feel the difference, he noticed knots all over my body due to both the accident and working a desk job and managed to push all of them out reducing my pain and improving flexibility. I have continued to use him not only for ongoing recovery but personal training also. Recently I had a cupping session on my back which has assisted with releasing alot of the tension that has built up from working a desk job. The cupping session was alot more relaxing and less painful than a traditional sports massage. Guidance and aftercare are brilliant and really assist with the healing process post sessions. I reccomend this place for anyone suffering from the reproccusions of an accident or the struggles of working desk jobs. With the current climate all COVID messures are being undertaken and as such I felt very safe as it is a private session in a large clean space.

Shaun recognised that the cause of my problem was in my hips and recommend some exercises to improve the movement of my hips. After only 3 visits Shaun managed to relieve the pain in my back and improve my flexibility. I would highly recommend a visit to Shaun if you have eny muscular pain or flexibility problems
Shaun Pridden: I have been with Shaun for a couple of months now ever since picking up and injury causing pain on my Achilles playing football. Week by week, Shaun helped me progress by use of training, stretching and massages to get me to a point where I am now back able to play with no pain at all. Tori Magee - Yoga: Such a lovely welcoming atmosphere, teachers are all great, clear and encouraging. Yes it's very hot, yes 90mins it quite a long time, but every single time you come out feeling 10 times better than when you arrived. The class has the same poses each time so you can see where you are improving. Give it a try

Tereza Beardsmore: The studio is located in a central part of town. It is easy access. The facilities offer shower after the hot sessions, which is very welcoming if I need to go to work afterwards. The variety of yoga practice is good and attractive. For example, if you like something strong, hot and constant I recommend Bikram. If you want something quick pace and with flow I recommend Ashtanga, warm flow and prana Vashya which include the breathing for 5 breaths in each posture. However, if you prefer something more symmetrical and mindful, definitely Iyenga is for you. Now if you are interested in something more to do with joints and ligaments, Warm yin is the one to go for. I like practising Bikran, warm yin and Iyenga. These three different ways to practise yoga give me the physical exercise that moves every inch of my body. I have been practising yoga since 1990 and I am a constant Bikram practitioner for the last 12 years at this studio. I highly recommend this studio if you want somewhere to experience your yoga skills to flourish.
