ESSA is looking to develop players, and potentially get them playing at the very highest standards. With excellent qualified coaches, we want to make sure that ESSA is a fun and enjoyable environment whilst we focus on the players as individuals and their development needs.

At ESSA we will offer qualified coaching and a unique academy experience while trying to give our players the best opportunity to get noticed by top clubs.

Players signed on will receive individual weekly objectives, so that the player can work on these objectives in training and at home.

Every 12 weeks parents will have the option to have a player/parent meeting with the coach to discuss the player's development at ESSA.
