Jacqueline Flanagan: Went to b and q in Leicester today looking for a bird bath, they have about 20 on their website, I asked an assistant and she said "out there near the sheds" they had 2, I then asked two other assistants and they said " first aisle are where the plastic ones are" I checked this out and there were none, I then asked four more assistants, two of whom I'd already spoken to and they said" oh we don't have any plastic ones, we only have the two outside" at no time did any of them offer to look me help for the bird baths or advise me about any on line, I should be used to this treatment as it happens most times when I visit this store, this time I thought I'd put it on reviews, how sad, how unnecessary
M C: If you need help with paints, Abbie is the woman to go too. Really friendly, funny and helpful. She took her time; had great knowledge about different hues and undertones. In the end we chose some amazing colours and are pleased with the outcome.Ask for Abbie when you go next, coloured eyes and tattoos.

Husain Broachwalla: I would have expected a b&q store to be much bigger. Doesn't seem to be any point to a cut down version where there is limited selection. Might as well go to the Abbey part one. Felt my last trip was a wasted one.
