4worldlovers: Normanton Shooting Ground is a premier clay shooting ground located in Leicestershire between Thurlaston and Earl Shilton. Established in 1968, the shooting ground has a long-running history of success and extensive development. Based on the beautiful Normanton Park Estate, the shooting experience is one not be missed.

Along with catering for the established shot, Normanton also caters for the complete beginner. We have a highly experienced coaching team who have shot nationally and internationally at the highest levels.

We also run various competitions within disciplines such as our monthly 70 target CPSA registered on the last Wednesday of every month.

Our ground rules permit plastic and fibre wad, maximum load is 28g and maximum shot is number 6.

The ground offers a full 50 bird English Sporting course which runs through two wooded areas. Every last Wednesday of the month we hold our 70 target CPSA registered shoot that is very well attended.

Along with picturesque English Sporting layout, we also have two CPSA registered Down the Line layouts with views looking out on to the countryside. We also hold regular CPSA DTL competitions throughout the year.
