Hassan Rafiq: One of the best experience I've ever got from a shisha lounge. I am from London and I came to leicester with my friends. I was served by Zaheed. He recommended a really nice flavour which was spot on. I must say if you come here, ask him what to mix and he will give you the best. We smoked on Aeon pipe which was outstanding. Mocktails is a must try. And ofcourse, their french toast is something which you can't find anywhere else. It just dissolves in your mouth with a blend of delicious taste leaving behind. Such an amazing experience!

Husky: You know when you find a place that looks amazing and the food is even better but the service really lets is down THIS IS THAT PLACE. I have to say the food was 10/10 no issues whatsoever i ordered chicken bites for starter which were perfection. For mains i opted for lamb chops they are best lamb chops in Leicester.Now the downfall was service. I asked why my starter came with a side that i ordered with the main. I was told we assumed you wanted it with your starter, I then proceeded to say sorry i did not want a side with my starter to which she stated mains were on there way I had not even started on my appetiser. The attitude was appalling, my main concern was you have music playing which i have no issues with but you cannot have different music where staff are making shisha lol i felt the place was having and identity crisis. Whilst I was eating i thought it was one of those back of the bus kids playing music through his phone smoking shisha. I then realised the other music was coming from staff area which was really annoying.Overall this is one of those places that you do not want to go back but you have no choice as there food is so good.

Will be back. Updated to 4 stars.Absolutely hated it here.Seems to be a trend with a lot of these types of shisha lounges, looks amazing & so much hype, but in the end abysmal service. Would rate it 0 stars if possible.Experienced the worst customer service here today, one of the first few to comeIn. Told by the person taking our shisha and drink order the kitchen is closed and will let us know when the kitchen is back open.An hour later we are seeing people being served food, and drinks and no one came to us within this time for me to even ask is the kitchen open and can we order.Came to the front of the bar to pay because we’re already unhappy with the service, explained it to a young lady and she said ‘yeah thats fine’, my wife pointed out that an apology would have been at least some sort of basic customer service.I will never return here nor will I recommend this place to anyone.Spoke to a manager & he wasnt bothered either… no point in wasting my time anymore & i hope evrryone reading this go there with caution.
Jaeda Smith-Rougier: Came here thinking that I would be able to get served for the waiter to say that they close at 1am bearing in mind on Instagram it says they are open until 2:30 everyday. We had come the day before at 1am where the same waiter told us they were closed earlier than advertised because it was the weekend even though it was a Monday. I told him that he needs to speak to whoever is in charge of their Instagram because it is very misleading and he said yes that they should have put that it closes at 2:30am on Thursdays to Sundays. He also said that the same thing has happened to a few other people which is a cause for concern on why this has not been amended. I thought this was incredibly unprofessional especially as we had came the day before for the same thing to end up happening, the waiter even said “did you not come yesterday”. We have now wasted money twice on Uber’s on wasted journey’s due to this company’s incompetence and feel that they should have been able to make an exception for us considering he knew we had tried to come yesterday and that this was an error on their side not us. We had come here before last year and had no problems which makes this even more disappointing but now after these two occasions I would never come back here.

He offered a wife variety of flavours and the smoke was exactly what i asked for. You need to try the watermelon fizz and if you are a sweet tooth try the sebastian cheesecake. Sonny Parmar: Looks ok, not badly designed. Cold place as only have a few heaters. Didn't eat there so review is based in shisha, from what I could see the food visually looked nice but we only went for shisha.Shisha didn't smoke, could hardly taste the flavour. Had to ask several times for coals to be changed. Also overpriced, over £32 for a poor shisha, a water, coke and sprite.We told them twice almost straight away that the shisha wasn't tasting and smoking as it should and they didn't really care. Smoked shisha for many years and would not recommend it, even the pipes are cheap plastic corrugated pipes. Poor quality shisha and if they resolved or even offered to remake it would have been happy but the coal guy smoked it and said it was fine like we would waste our time and effort even mentioning it if it was fine. 🤷🏽♂️I will not return and definitely wouldn't recommend for the shisha.
Ziyaan Sacranie: There are a lot of shisha cafes in leicester but Tubo is definitely the best one out there. The service is amazing and even on a busy night, they will ensure that you get amazing service from all the staff. Also the cafe itself is beautiful inside and the vibe is exactly what you would expect from a high end shisha cafe. One of the best places in leicester for a night out with friends or family with a variety of foods, desserts and shisha flavors, you will be spoilt for choice. In terms of pricing, i think it’s very reasonable in comparison with other cafes and be rest assured that you will get the service and quality you are paying for and expecting.I would recommend getting the Love 66 and Mint shisha as it’s one of the classics and never fails to impress. For desserts the chocolate tart and the sticky toffee pudding are among my favorites. I would really recommend anyone visiting leicester to keep a night free to go to Tubo as it’s an experience that you’ll never forget! A special mention to Hamza who’s always very accommodating and a great person to have a chat with.

The Desi Pair: Had a great time at Tubo lounge.Visited on a Monday evening for food and shisha- the atmosphere was calm and ambience was lovely.Was greeted and served by Hamaza who was very welcoming and friendly.We like trying new foods and flavours so our whole evening was based on recommendations from staff members, from shisha, dinner to desserts!The reason Tubo is rated 5 star in my opinion is because all recommendations were delicious and enjoyable. This shows staff members are attentive and take care in understanding their customers and their needs.The new cheesecake on the menu is DIVINE!!!!!! Please try it!If you’re visiting leicester and looking for a good food that isn’t just a burger and good quality shisha. I’d highly recommend this place! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Vikrant Kumbhar: It’s a nice restaurant relatively new. Has good ambience and is very well staffed. The staff are very polite and helpful. The interiors are nice. The food however is ordinary and not upto the mark. On the plus side They have a good collection of Sheeshas and ample parking.

He went the extra mile to provide a great service and to ensure we had everything we needed to make us feel comfortable. The food and the dessert were out of this world. However I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food which was to a high standard. I got a lamb burger which was a gourmet patty in a brioche bun. The chips were fab too, skin on fries. They also do desserts which looked amazing.I also got a chai latte. The balance of the sugar and spice was perfect. All coffee is served with a biscoff biscuit.The ambiance of the place was lovely and there was ample seating. There were 12 of us in our group and we had a really good time here.The staff were very friendly and efficient. The service was second to none.I would definitely come back here for the food and coffee!Well done Cafe Chimini!
Shisha Spots: Blu Havana and Rockstar £20⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Decided to drop by Cafe Chimini as I was in Leicester for something. Upon entry we were greeted by a lovely lady called Dil who was the owner. This is one of the lounges serving savaana so asked for a recommendation on their best Savaana mix and Dil recommended Blu Havana and Rockstar so ordered that and 2 mocktails and went to sit down. The lounge is very spacious and airy which I like especially on a hot day as it was. Shisha arrived within 10 minutes in a smoke connoisseur Shakespeare which I love and most lounges especially in london should start to introduce them. Flavour was very strong I must admit, you can taste the berries but was quite strong on the citrus side. Service was brilliant the owner actually came down and sat next to us and had a chat which I find nice. Seating was comfortable and the vibe was quite but this was because we went around 2:30pm. Cash and cards accepted with plenty of pay and display parkings in the surrounding roads. Check their instagram as they do various offers.

JustHardyG: So not having been to any Shisha cafes for a while (due to covid) and not been to this particular place for over 5 years I think, I must say its a lot more cosy now than it was before improved interior and paintings/writings has glammed up this spot really well.I didnt really get much apart from Shisha and water but they did have some dessert cake slices on display looked amazing, However me being on diet it was a no go for me.Smoke I would rate this 8/10 got the Savanna flavour which was rockstar with blue havana mixed nice smooth smoke from a special edition lounge pipe which was insane I mean very GOOD smoke, my friend had decided to get Frozen Lime with Cuban Mojito and bit of Mint.We stayed for over an hour only because it was a quiet early evening smoke and not many people about, which was a good thing of course post covid fears *they had hand sanitiser* placed all around for people to use.I'll attach some photos I took of this place.

Mohammed Nadeem: By Far the best Hookah experience in Leicester.I recently discovered this place and I’m glad I did. Previously Al Feena was my go to Hookah place in Leicester but after weeks of bad service and bad shisha, Id had enough. Cafe Chimini easily provides unparalleled service of any lounge I’ve ever been, it has a great relaxed environment where you can really chill with your friends and of-course the Hookah is brilliant. It lasts easily 2 hours and likely some more, the staff aren’t frugal with the coal and be rest assured somebody will change your coal without you asking. Coupled with some nice hot drinks and snacks, I can’t recommend any other lounge. I’ll definitely be returning.

I decided to visit this place with my wife from the second we walked in we experienced a high level of customer service. Ashley at the till was amazing very very helpful and informative. Food was AMAZING best food I've tasted in a shisha lounge. Dil the owner was soo welcoming and made us feel soo comfortable. Went to ask to have my wifes green tea warmed and the owner said to the worker to give us another on the house. Had their milk cake which was amazing. A the end before we left wife decided she wanted to take some home so went to the till to order and she informed the guy behind the till to give us one extra on the house (AGAIN). KEEP IT UP GUYS YOUR SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. TRULY I COULDN'T FAULT ANYTHING. AMAZING EXPERIENCE. THANK YOU CAFE CHIMNEY

Scarlett: I have tried to make two orders online for food from embassy lounge through just eat and both times they have confirmed the order to then cancel it about 10-15 minutes later. They did give a refund both times as warranted. However, i wouldn't bother ordering as they never seem to actually deliver and do not even reject the order so you sit around waiting to just have to eventually order elsewhere when they finally cancel the order wasting your time, which is especially inconvenient in the evenings.

Serenity Robinson: I ordered my food spent around £25 and when it came was nice however my cake I had ordered some reason had a bite missing out of it I took a picture for proof and now have binned it due to hygiene reasons so was a waste of my money I am not happy with this and don't think I will order again unless something gets sorted about it
