Until then we were impressed.We had rodents gain entry into our loft a couple of days before. The surveyor came for less than 20 mins on site and categorically reassured us that our drains were fine. We were contacted within half an hour of the survey to make a payment over the phone and we obliged.However unconvinced, we contacted another company 2 days later and they clearly pointed out the cracked drain as being the entry point for rodents. This helped to direct our builder to sort the problem within a few days.When we put a complaint to the company, we were given a response a few days later saying they would have alerted us sooner of the problems within our drains, if we told them that it was urgent. The complaint response needs framing!We should have waited for a written report to confirm that the drains were fine before disclosing the findings of the other company. If we relied on this company, we would have been infested.Needless to say that we would not recommend their service to anyone and frankly they can go into the county drains, with the money we gave them.
