Terri Harvey: I called in yesterday for a present as my daughter has a party Saturday. I took the toy to the till. Not sure of the the servers name but he was incredibly flustered and very rude in the manner in which he served me. He told me he would scan it at one til ( there was another server also behind the till dealing with another customer which I understood ).So I followed him.. then he changed his mind so rudely asked me to move .." card or cash "I replied with card please . I had to move stock to get to the card machine . Then he piped up can you pay for the other items you picked up . I'd given my daughter items I'd bought from The works not even toys from the entertainer. So I immediately responded with they are not from this store . " oh " was what I was replied with. No apology.He then proceeded to just about chuck my toy at me as he'd originally taken it off me as I asked for a bag. My partner was not impressed as he stood next to me and witnessed what the server did. I received no bag. He huffed at me and gave me a bag.I walked out telling him he needed to work on his customer services to which the customer next to me nodded and laughed. He witnessed it all and agreed clearly .

Christian: What a disaster of a university! Half of the so called ''professors'' cant even speak english. Lowest of the low in all respects. No standards. All they do is scam the poor chinese and indian students to give them 15.000 GBP per year in exchange for nothing (they lie about how great this university is). Every former student I spoke with was embarrased of their experience and said the university ruined his reputation! The university does not have any industry links and they only sell you course without any guarantee of employment after graduation. BEWARE of this fraud university and DO NOT APPLY HERE!

Yolanda Merrey: After seeing the movie on finding King Richard this university should not be called a research centre for anything other than big heads. Where is Philippa Langley's degree in HISTORY- she read more books than any of you have opened in years to be sure.

Mohammad Ismaeel Nagra: The university provides a wide range of courses and has a multinational community on campus. Ranging from undergraduates to post graduates of all ages. It is a very diverse place of research offering to help students learn through technology and the wide variety of books in the David Wilson Library. As an undergrad, I have still to gain a deeper understanding of my course as well as assignments and exams to do. Overall, my experience has been positive and useful.
