Great room, very clean, with a new kettle and essentials for a cuppa in the morning. Bar and pool table kept us entertained. Would recommend to anyone.

Tash C: Avoid avoid avoidReally disappointed in this hotel. The rooms are so filthy I spray everything with anti bac spray before touching it. I've had to clean my room with anti bac in order to be able to just sleep & commute for a week.The door itself to the room does not seem safe I lock everything every dayThe walls are filthy the wardrobe is a dust collector and the cobwebs shock horrorThe shower door is broken, the water trap is broken beds are uncomfortable there really is nothing good about this placeThis place is hell on earth

L Barbaclart90: We've been had!.. Booked 7 rooms for our mates stag do. To arrive today (29/04/24) and then be told that they only have 1 room available and that the other hotel (empire apparently?) is 30 mins down the road in basically the edge of hinckley!! DO NOT STAY HERE!! FUMING TO SAY THE LEAST!! Also cant put minus stars cause they'd have at least -10 off us! 😱🤬🖕
Lewis Bennett: DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL.The room was vile. It was so dirty, sticky surfaces, crusty crunchy floor, blood in the shower, rubbish all over the floor.I stayed there with my fiancé for 7 days, and had people trying to get into our room 8 times, either a guest left to find their own room and being lost, or the staff who aggressively tried to open the door on us and kept telling us to open the door whilst rattling the door knob, as he mistakenly thought we were checking out, this is a mistake they made twice whilst there.I couldn’t wait to be out of there. Filthy and uncomfortable.

Zoe Page: Awful awful awful. Sold as a family friendly hotel when in fact it’s a homeless hostel. Staff completely unhelpful asking me to tell another customer what the problem was re persistent door slamming when it was Infact them as well. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR IT. Staff are ridiculously rude, room was inhumane i refused to stay at this place and I’m struggling to receive my refund from them. Bunch of crooks and scam artists. Please stay away from this place. Rahim Miah: Really dirty and messy hotel, booked a double room over the phone then when I reached there they only had a single so they are a scamming company, staff were very rude and now we are stuck in a single room for our short stay
Jasmine Macdonald Richardson: Truly disappointing hotel, really unclean and unpleasant. The carpet was heavily soiled and dirty, there was really strong smells of tobacco smoke throughout the hotel. Our room had stains on the walls and hairs in the bed. The curtains were filthy and smelly, really gross experience. The bathroom had other guests products left in there. Could hear everything that was going on in other rooms, smell people smoking cannabis. Just stay anywhere else!

Hercules Site Services: Thus is the worst hotel I ever stay in, the bed must be 50 years old, can feel every spring in my back, room no TV cold , kept up people singing the woke at 6am to the sound of the fire alarm, rushed downstairs, only to find its a false alarm. I now have someone speaking so loudly on their phone that they really do not need the phone, I'm sure the person can hear them anyway. If you have a choice do not stay here under any circumstances

Matthew Young: I have stayed in loads of Travelodges and they are all pretty much the same. This one was reasonably priced with a spacious room, comfortable bed, television, tea and coffee, a good shower and was very clean. Lots of free parking spaces on site. Friendly and happy staff. My only one complaint would be the paper thin walls, you could here every tiny little sound, but apart from that I had a lovely 5 night stay and I would stay again.

Matthew Caldwell: Honestly just stay at the premier inn down the road from here. Granted work only booked an hour before arrival but clearly room had been made up after someone checked out but no fresh towels provided. the hand towel was a manky yellow and laid out over the toilet. The toilet constantly flushed a slight amount meaning the flusher didn’t work making me not use the toilet the entire stay. walls and ceilings are paper thin, don’t expect silence by all means but could hear everything from neighbouring rooms. price isn’t so budget that makes these nags worth it.

Nikki Lunn: I don't rate Travelodge Leicester Hinckly Road. Less modern than some of the other travelodges in Leicester. My room smelled like stale cigarette smoke, especially the bathroom. Thin walls and noisy neighbours. Staff to busy having cigarettes outside to work on the desk.It did its job as a bed for the night, but I wouldn't visit again out of choice.Rooms: Musty, smoky smelling. Plain.
Mo: Although basic and a bit dated, the room was absolutely fine and both my friend and I slept like logs. We did not experience any noise, but there are signs up asking guests to consider others and try to be quiet. As we arrived Sarah greeted us and she could not have been more helpful, so 5 stars go to her as well. Cheerful, polite and hoped we were going to have a nice time at the 80th birthday bash we were going too. Even made a point of asking us how the evening went. Very helpful in sorting out a taxi for us. Would we stay there again. Yes. Pub next door for meals, but not breakfast.

lee maher: Stayed for a month,A week into stay the staff moved our stuff out of the room to clean it,When we got back we had stuff missingIncluding a tablet.All bathroom stuff was gone,Tried for a week to resolve with them just got fobbed off, all I kept hearing was this has never happened before,Basically accused us of lying,I was also one night behind Paying out of 31 nights I had paid for 30 of them, staff very rude about this, unbelievable so we left,Don’t stay here for more than one night as your property is not safe in your room as staff must be stealing..
Tracey Jackson: Very disappointed, the pictures look good but the bed was broken and the mattress was old and dirty. The room had a damaged door, the chest of drawers had a handle missing and the TV didn't work.The staff were helpful and said they intend to refurbish all the rooms
Nta Nta: It's a really nice place for a brief one night stop over. The rates are very affordable as well
Lewis Downs: So... I wasnt expecting much for the reasonable price of £44 a night for a double room, however I was hoping for a little better than this.It started well and we were very warmly welcomed by the hotel receptionist. After prompt payment we were given the key to the room and it wasnt great. Random Damage in various locations, bed so broken and noisy and paper thin walls (you can hear next door speaking word for word). Room was dimly lit and cold. (The bed was made I just forgot to take a pic before messing it up). The shower was cold and wouldn't get warm and there were 'marks' on the glass and floor. The whole bathroom had a neglected feel to be honest with a random shower curtain in the middle of the ceiling (see pics) serving no purpose. Overall I wouldn't stay there again but it was cheap and served the purpose we needed it for.
