Once things have got back to some semblance of normal I will attend the Natural Movement Pattern Training (NMPT) to learn some exercises that will help maintain good posture and health.I highly recommend Zoltan - his treatment was friendly, professional and highly effective.

I have had an issue with my low back and I feel much more better now.Also, I would like to add that Zoltan has a mobile massage so basically, you do not need to go to the clinic to see him he come to your home at the time that suits you. He is very organised and very knowladgeable which is the most significant thing. DYE: I booked a deep tissue massage as a birthday present for my husband. Zoltan replied very quickly to my many queries. A reminder text was sent the day before. He arrived promptly at my house and proceeded to our top floor bedroom without complaint. My husband said he felt immediately reassured, as it was evident that Zoltan wasn't new to this and knew his stuff. The 1hr massage was great and you were told why he was doing what he was doing and more importantly, the aftercare advice was very useful. Would definitely recommend and use again. It can be daunting going for a massage for the first time but Lucy put me straight at ease when I started to see her a few years ago. Each session is individualised to my needs at the time. I really struggled physically during my pregnancy but Lucy talked through my difficulties and offered full explanations for different techniques she was using. This allayed my anxieties around pregnancy aches and pain. I will continue look forward to seeing Lucy and always recommend her to family and friends .
