Tophat Owl: I really love the food that they make here. It's great! The only reason this isn't a 5/5 is because they meals are just a bit to expensive for what they are and how much you get in my opinion. I frequently find myself wanting to go in but having to say "this is too expensive for a single meal on the smaller side". If they made the food 2 or 3 pounds cheaper I would probably be a regular here.

Amy: Similar experience to other reviewers. Nipped I’m at lunch to buy a smoothie a few weeks ago, was totally ignored to start off with by the 3 staff there. Then was told abruptly that they had too many takeaway orders to make a smoothie and it would be a 45 minutes wait. Really dismissive staff so unfortunately not be returning

Harnoor Bhandal: The rice bowls were so disgusting and the ingredients didn’t go together well at all. After paying like £12 I couldn’t even eat half of the bowl. The only ok thing was the plain rice and there was only about a spoon of that.Vegetarian options: I don’t know about the meat options but the vegetarian options we disgusting and inedible.
Sophie C: Really disappointing experience, ordered and said we were sitting in, waited 30 minutes before food arrived and when it did come it was not what we ordered. Told the member of staff and he offered to re-make it but we weren’t prepared to wait any longer!! Clearly the girl who took our order was not paying attention and charged us for the wrong food - we ordered a wrap and were given a bowl meal with the wrong sauce!!
Lewis Turnbull: Came here for dinner. The service is always very nice and the food was really good. The bowls are always packed so there is no chance you'll be hungry after and there is so much flavour in them! The baos are really nice and perfect as a sort of snack.
Lee: When they first opened this was my go to meal. Over time small changes have clearly taken place and quality has declined while prices have increased. Final straw was at market harborough store. Chicken was absolutely disgusting and cold. If I’d been in store I’d have demanded a refund. Being at home it went in the bin. Won’t be returning.

Tajkia Hussain: Went to go have a meal with my friends, Siyan kept terroring us saying ‘You came here for a reason we know why you’re here’ and not sure what he meant about it. Then worker named Zahrah screamed ‘Get out all of you’ unprovoked. Left the workplace soon as we heard how unwelcoming they are to paying customers.
