shaun hardy: My partner dropped our cat off sunday, not even 2 days later. She had a phone call asking her to pick him back up because he was too much trouble. But he was just stressed and scared. I picked him up and they said they dodnt have time to sit with him and try and settle him. They just locked him in a 'pod' as big as 3ftx 3ft cube with a glass door inside a garden shed next to the dog kennels. My partner wrote a thank you card with a donation for them taking him in, they took to money and put thank you card in the bag with my cats treats and bowls for me to take away with him. He was covered in poo and was very distressed and they said he was horrible and havent had a cat like that for a long time. My picture shows giving him time and some attention he will settle. The way he has eaten and drank water since being back with me is like he hasnt been fed for the last 2 days. Not happy at all. If you run or work at a animal rescue place then the time and effort has to be made to make the animal feel safe. Not just lock them away and leave them because they've shown signs of stress and fear.
Nina Blythe: Lovely place and staff, we adopted this big boy from there last weekend! He is a joy.
Emma Critchley: Just rehomed our gorgeous staffy from here,Ella now called Ruby! She's an absolute delight! Has settled in extremely well! Loves all the fuss and attention she's now getting! The centre is lovely, kind caring staff, viewed her 3 times and was allowed to take her out of centre for a nice walk. She's been well looked after there, adoption progress was straightforward, home visit and was able to collect her prior to the date we had arranged, thankyou so much, she's got her forever home! 😊

Beth Womersley: Wonderful place, with excellent staff and amazing processes in place. We adopted our gorgeous 10 year old boy, Forrest from here around a week ago and the staff really care about every animal they take in. Just walking around, everything is clean and well kept, and the animals seem very well taken care of.The process for adoption was simple and we have had great “aftercare” in checking in on Forrest.Would thoroughly recommend adopting from this lovely place!
Christopher Hambleton: Very professional set up
Pee Soo: Hoping to rescue a cat and her kitten from there shortly. The lady who showed us around looked like she knew the personality of the cats individually. Also the cats looked happy somewhat stuck in a cage.
