The lady at reception was rude, unhelpful and uninterested.If I was an employer I would be very careful about who I employed as a receptionship. They are the doorway to your business. Their behavior and appearance is important as first impressions count.

I did a course here (when round the corner) a few years ago and excellent.I went down to enroll with ID and filled out application forms for three courses. I asked for a call back to clarify the details of one of the courses as incorrectly listed. An assessment would subsequently be needed to be booked before the courses started.The call back never came so I went in to chase up. The first admin/receptionist staff couldn't find my application and more to the point clearly didn't care or really understand the problem.. A second, slightly brighter, staff member did understand the issue more and found my application.The call back still never came so went down again to get more of the same.Over three weeks after I enrolled and a week before the first course starts I have given up and registered at another college.
