Otto Itkonen: VEGAN ALERT!!! We popped in this little cafe by chance. We were not even sure if we wanna eat but the welcoming atmosphere and fantastic menu helped us into a quick decision to stay for a bite. We had the Fiesta Bowl and the Mexican Bowl with tofu and vegan chicken on top. Both were delivered quickly, looked appetizing and were in fact absolutely amazing! Lovely spices, too! We thought it was the best eating out -experience in a long time! Absolutely recommended!Vegetarian options: It is all suitable for vegans and vegetarians!

kath oakden: I was on my 1st visit to Leicester and after travelling decided to find somewhere to sit down and have a drink and I found Healthy Louisa cafe and brought a Mocha and it was so nice the best I have ever had I recommend anyone going to Leicester to pop in here you will not be disappointed 😊

Dhami Amarjit: We came across this golden gem of a place by accident and THANK GOD we did. Healthy Louisa make amazing vegan dishes full of flavour, freshness, vitality and energy - we had the Mexican bowls and each mouthful was a delight. The weird and wonderful ingredients added to a party in the mouth experience; I mean who would have thought chillies and mangos/lemons with peanut sauce would work?! Believe me, it works! The place has a beautiful atmosphere, very welcoming and serene - the service is awesome (shoutout to the girl who served us and the owner) and the food is DELICIOUS. We will definitely be back for more, in fact we bought a gift card for that very reason. Keep up the fantastic work. Fresh, wholesome, nutritional and delicious food - YES PLEASE!Vegetarian options: This place is completely vegan without compromising on the quality of the food - amazing!
alex walton: AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! Booked a table to take my partner out to celebrate her first mothers day, as you can imagine 5month olds are unpredictable! We were a little running late so I apologised and informed the cafe of this and that we were on our way, they replied on their move messenger with that’s fine… We arrive at the cafe to find out that they’ve given our table away to a walk in guest after they knew we were on our way. No apology from the or message to inform us of this. We were offered another table in 3 ours time… Will be going to places that know what customer service is.

clive wyndham: This place is really, really good. I must confess I am not a vegan, but am fasting and wanted to break my fast with something nice. Me and my partner ate here. The food was amazing and the service friendly and very helpful. I also enjoy that this place is very busy. So I hope my recommendations go a long way to help people who are looking for fantastic vegan food. My only gripe is I never got on the photo wall as they were so busy. I will be back soon. Lisa Bingley: Had the Fiesta bowl with vegan chick and peanut sauce (as photo). Delicious and felt really healthy. Interesting variation to other 'bowl food' establishments with the inclusion of fruit and beans. This was my first visit and will definitely return. The honey bush and vanilla tea was the best herbal tea I've ever tasted. Friendly service and open until 7pm (kitchen 6.30) so conveniently to pop in after work.

Zulekha Takoliya: For a solely vegan eater - these dishes are probably filling and satisfying, very generous portions.As I'm not a vegan, the ingredients in the bowls were not to my taste and I was only able to eat a quarter of it. However, their pancakes were tasty and I would like to give their smoothies a try.

Gee: Great little find this place. I'm not veggie or vegan but the food was excellent. Very accommodating to my partners needs as she is vegan and has allergies. Will definitely go again.

Hywel Maslen: Despite the hype, I thought the burger was nothing special. Very good but not excellent. The patties were not particularly large and didn't taste as much as they charge for. Staff were good. Portions of chips are huge and drinks and condiments are unlimited that I liked. Some what expensive but if you can eat all those chips and drink lots it's not too bad.
