She explained everything so well and it didn't feel like an overload of information, even though there was a lot to learn. She showed us a demo for each treatment and was always there for any additional support. Lee gave us constructive feedback for all the work we did and always gave us lots of praise. NTC have fantastic trainers who really understand that you are just starting off your nail tech journey and the the trainers are extremely patient, especially Lee.Thank you NTC and Lee for such a wonderful experience. I have not had my nails done in about 10 months professionally and Kaymen did not disappoint! She recommended the builder gel to create length, thickness and strength as my nails are quite brittle. Wanted to wait to do a review to see the results after a month - they have not chipped and lasted me 1.5 months :) Cute salon, relaxing atmosphere, good vibes and great service!

My eye brows was done as well along with a tint. I have never walked out of a place where I was able to say woowh my eyebrows look stunning and have been done spot on . I came in with very weak nails from a dodgy removal at another salon and Kaymen made them look shiny and new again using builder gel to help restore the strength and growth! This is my first experience with builder gel and I am really happy with the final results, and will for sure not go anywhere else!

Sukhvinder Nagra: Went here today to get a full set of acrylic, coffin shaped nails. She did them square, there wasn’t a proper nail shape to the top surface, instead they were lumpy and uneven, I was told they were acrylic when they obviously weren’t. Acrylic isn’t set under a uv light but she told me that’s how they do acrylic at the salon. You can’t call gel nails acrylics. They aren’t the same thing! She used tips that were far too small for my nail bed so from the side there is a big step and they look awful, they’re rough at the edges. I was made to feel like I was to blame for a lack of time for her to be able to finish my nails the way I wanted because she scheduled her clients too close together. This is all after she cancelled on me 10 minutes before my original appointment due to a headache, so we rescheduled for the next morning, only for her to message the next morning to say the therapist had called in sick, then saying she could come and do my nails but then a family member had was in hospital, so then couldn’t. She then managed to get me in later in the day, only to find out this family member wasn’t in hospital they just wanted taking to an appointment. All in all a terrible service, rude staff, lies and very poor quality nails. Avoid at all costs.UPDATE in response to the owners reply: I never once swore at Kaymen! I didn’t keep changing my mind on the shape - I asked for what I wanted and she failed to do the shape and length over and over again which is why I had to keep asking her to take them down. I asked for a refund because the price agreed was for a set of acrylic nails with nail art so when I got lumpy gel nails with no nail art I’m obviously going to ask for a refund because I didn’t get what I had asked for. To top it all off a nail broke the next day and another 2 in the following few days! Please stop lying, you’re just proving my point!
Funky Boutique: AVOID at all cost she is rude will try to scam your deposit at any chance her products are cheap rubbish quality that will damage your nails the paints should last approx few weeks Kaymens last 2 days she is not willing to help at all and tries to charge more money to remove when her original charges includes removal she lies a lot and will not assist you if you have any problems she told me to go to another salon now i know why she never has any customers she pushes customers to leave a review straight away so she gets 5 star but this is not the case. Ruth Anderson: The nail techs are all friendly however I got both fingers and toes done and both aren’t that great. The colour application isn’t even so i have some “translucent” patches where they didn’t put even amount of polish, as well as the edges aren’t all covered by nail polish.
