Your flat has a large fully fitted kitchen and comes with 1 fridge freezer, 1 oven, 1 hob, 1 microwave, 1 sink and 1 hoover. There is plenty of living space too in the kitchen with a table, chairs and sofa. A great space to relax with flatmates and friends. You also have access 24/7 to the on-site laundry room which includes washing machines and dryers. We also have on-site parking if you want to reserve a space but don’t worry if not as its located in the city centre and just a 2 minute walk to DMU.

To secure your room, all you need to do is click the “Reserve Now” button above and complete a reservation form. Once we receive your completed application we will allocate you a room and draft your tenancy agreement. You will then receive an email with instructions of what to do next and a link to our online portal, The Student Hub, where you can then review the tenancy agreement and terms and conditions. Once you are happy with everything, you then tick the box to agree to the tenancy agreement and its terms and conditions. It's as easy as that. You can then pay the £150 deposit via your account on The Student Hub.

The tenancy agreement is for 52 weeks starting 1st July and ending 30th June however we offer 50% discounted rent for 8 weeks of the summer period (from 1st July – 26th August) for non – occupancy. Therefore, the rent payable is equivalent to 48 weeks of full rent.

If you can provide a UK based Guarantor you can pay the rent in four instalments as follows.

1st July 2023 – 12 weeks of rent payable with 8 weeks discounted by 50% for non-occupancy (equivalent to 8 weeks of rent)
